Southampton are not to renew Jason Puncheons contract as the player is determinded to move to a side closer to Europe next season

He might as well stay put Southampton has a port with ferries to Europe lol

Where are you getting this from? Don't get me wrong i am not saying puncheon wouldn't want to prove himself on the european stage, Im just curious to where you are getting this from?

Best he stay at Saints then; only club I can think of closer to Europe would be Dover Athletic.

I somewhat doubt that. He is now on good terms with the club and seems to be enjoying his football at Southampton. He also knows at higher clubs he would struggle for a team position and he seems to believe in the clubs ambition. I won't be surprised if he signs on for another year or two.

I have also heard about this from a number of reliable sources close to jason and the club.
