Norwich city will sign striker gary hooper by tomorrow for a fee of £8 million

I'll bet we don't sign Hooper or winkle, if we sign anyone they will be at best championship players or on loan. city always do things on the cheap, don't see that changing any time soon. That's why with 2 days to go we've only signed a 2nd rate keeper for 6months !!
