To the guy that said that Lescott of Everton was being played out of position. Allow me to explain, Lescott might indeed fancy himself as a cenre half. However, his best position is left back. Therefore, Moyes plays him at left back. And even if he is pissed off with Moyes, I believe he would only move to a club that is equal to, or bigger than, Everton. That rules out small clubs like Sunderland. Next you'll be telling us that Henri doesn't like Barcelona so he's going to move to Stoke or something. If you're going to make up rumours, at least make them believable.
LFC news – the Yanks will extend the loan deal until July at which time they will definately sell. The reason why they have abandoned the club sale in Jan is because they want to see if Rafa can win the league, thereby driving the price up. DIC will buy the club at that time and make a major statement by buying Messi for the right. They will also bid for Phillip Lahm for the RB spot.
There will be a few comings and goings at ibrox.

Hicks and Gillett know that they can still borrow to buy players in January and that when D.I.C. take over, they will get profits on what has already been paid. For this reason, they are ready to make £20mil available for Benitez.

Jermaine Pennant will be up for sale at prices above £4mil
In the summer, Benitez will have the resources to buy whoever he wants. He feels only a few classy additions are needed as well as continuing to add youngsters.
Aislan will join for 8mil, replacing Sami Hyypia.
Glen Johnson could also join for 8mil. This move will depend on the quality of Philip Degan but he may replace Arbeloa are Barcelona and Valencia are looking to add him for around 6mil.
Depending on how Dossena settles, a left back could also be bought. Gareth Bale is most wanted as he will add width and good set pieces to the team. However, he could cost up to 14mil.
Benayoun will also leave and it is thought Harry Redknapp is interested. Douglas Costa (8mil) , Philip Afellay (6mil) or Aaron Lennon (9mil) could be brought in.
Benitez may also offload Alonso if a £15mil+ bid comes in. Gareth Barry is still a target.

Sergio Kun Aguero will not be moving to the premier league in January. However expect him to be subject to a summer saga which will see a battle take place between Man City and Liverpool over the Atletico foward, who could be worth anything up to 30 mil. Chelsea could also make a late bid, however with the unlimited transfer budget seemingly available to them, expect City to lead the race. City could also land Karim Benzema and Lukas Podolski between January and the summer. Benzema would be worth around 25 mil and Podolski around 20 mil. Expect Chelsea to make further attempts to sign Kaka in the summer, he could be made their top priority. The asking price could be as much as 70 mil. Liverpool will sign Rafinha in January for around 8 mil, as they need a strong right back. Yaya Toure will be on the move in January, whether its to Arsenal or Juventus for around 8 mil. If he opts for Juventus, Arsenal will re–look into Xabi Alonso in the summer, who would cost around 15 mil. United will look into signing a new left winger over January but will not sign one until the summer. Antonio Valencia is a possibility for around 15 mil.

The takeover of West Ham is nearing the final stages. The board is being trimmed and the final price will be agreed after next weeks hearings ref the Tevez affair. There will be a small number of exits in January, but a whole lot more in the summer. The final list will be dependant on when the new owners take charge, they hope to be in place before Christmas in order to bring in some new faces in January. The main outgoings will be Carlton Cole for around £10 million with various clubs interested, Robert Green to Arsenal £12 million, Lee Bowyer to Watford minimal fee, Danny Gabbidon to Watford £1 million, Louis Boa Morte, Lucas Neil and Hayden Mullins are also available if offers come in, alomg with a host of other fringe players. No decisions have been made about incoming players until the ownership matter has been settled.
I Don't Think Rangers will get rid of burke or Beasley, Smith seems to rate beasley and as for burke allthough he is injury prone he is a very good player when fit! He has needed surgery on his ankle for several years but put it off to try and make the first team.

Do you really think that (1) Moyes would accept a bid of £7m (try £15m); and (2) Lescott would join a wee club like Sunderland?" you forgot to mention that Lescott is also seriously teed off with David Moyes over a number of matters, including Moyes' stubborn refusal to play Lescott in his preferred (and best) position. If he has any sense, Lescott, like a few other Everton players currently being given the cold shoulder by Moyes, will move on to wahtever premier league club if only to save his career.

Arsenal will sign 20 yr old brazilian foward Lenny in Jan. He will then be sent out on loan to Salamanca to gain experience and to receive a work permit. Expect to see this in the papers over the next few days. In The Know
Liverpool have been put into a dilemna with two standout rightbacks really impressing rafa:

Firstly, to the guy that said Moyse (sic) or Ramos would join Celtic. Are you seriously deluded? Moyes has just signed a deal at Everton worth £18m over 5 years. How could Celtic afford to compensate Everton if he was poached, and could the club come even near to matching the salary of nearly £4m a year? And if you think Ramos would go and manage in a league like the Scottish one then you're doubly deluded. Ramos will be waiting for a job with a big team, in a big league, with big pay. That rules your Grand Old Team out.

Ok, so now onto some rumours that I have just heard, or made up, I forget which. Everon have again approached Moutinho from Sporting Lisbon about a move to Goodison. Moutinho is interested in a move, but is playing hardball about terms and conditions. This lad is very ambitious and wants any contract to consist of a get–out clause should a bigger club come in for him. A fee has been agreed with Sporting for the young superstar, thought to be in the region of £18m.
Liverpool have been in touch with Tottenham Hotspur about taking Lennon on loan until the end of the season with a view to purchasing the player at that time. This has been categorically refused by the Tottenham board. Benitez has been informed that if he wants Lennon in January, then he'd better return with a firm offer. It is thought that Benitez might instead use Kuyt as bait to land his man. A swap deal might suit both parties, and it is known that Redknapp is an admirer of the Liverpool forward.
Remaining with Liverpool, it is highly likely that Benitez will attempt to reinforce his strike force with one ickle Micheal Owen, currently of Newcastle. A bid of about £4m should secure the pint–sized striker. Benitez will not, however, offer Owen the type of wages that he currently receives at Newcastle. He will make a take–it or leave–it offer of about £60k a week. If Owen wants to escape his Newcastle nightmare and return to Anfield, he will accept what is a generous offer considering Owen's lack of quality playing time over the past 5 years.
