Portsmouth striker David Nugent has again been linked with a move away from the club with Hull, West Brom, Burnley and the team he supports, Everton, all interested.
Portsmouth are looking for a fee in the region of £3-4mil for a player who has been in good form this season with 8 goals (7 league goals, 1 league cup)
Portsmouth are looking at 3 potential replacements for Nugent. .
Sebastien Grax is available for free and could tempt Cotterill, he has experience in France with Monaco, Sochaux, St.Etienne, Guingamp and Troyes and also has 2 youth caps for France.
The 26 year old has had trials at both Crystal Palace and Preston.
Charlie Austin would cost the club between £1m and £1.5m but there is also interest from Hull City, Burnley, Reading and Southampton. He has 31 goals in 51 for Swindon.
Portsmouth would use the money from Nugent to sign Austin who wouldn't demand too higher wages. Portsmouth are on good terms with Swindon after allowing young winger Matt Ritchie to join them and this could work in Pompey's favour.
Leigh Griffiths is currently at Dundee who signed him from Livingston for £125k after he scored 22 goals in 47 games.
20 year old Griffiths has played for Scotland at Under 19 level (6 caps, 1 goal), Under 21 (3 caps, 1 goal) and 'B' (1 cap, 1 goal) and has scored 21 goals in 46 games for Dundee.
He was all set to join West Brom in 2009 but the deal fell through when Tony Mowbury left the club and he then later joined Dundee after rejecting Hearts. He would cost Pompey around £250k

Portsmouth striker David Nugent has again been linked with a move away from the club with Hull, West Brom, Burnley and the team he supports, Everton, all interested.
Portsmouth are looking for a fee in the region of £3-4mil for a player who has been in good form this season with 8 goals (7 league goals, 1 league cup)
Portsmouth are looking at 3 potential replacements for Nugent. .
Sebastien Grax is available for free and could tempt Cotterill, he has experience in France with Monaco, Sochaux, St.Etienne, Guingamp and Troyes and also has 2 youth caps for France.
The 26 year old has had trials at both Crystal Palace and Preston.
Charlie Austin would cost the club between £1m and £1.5m but there is also interest from Hull City, Burnley, Reading and Southampton. He has 31 goals in 51 for Swindon.
Portsmouth would use the money from Nugent to sign Austin who wouldn't demand too higher wages. Portsmouth are on good terms with Swindon after allowing young winger Matt Ritchie to join them and this could work in Pompey's favour.
Leigh Griffiths is currently at Dundee who signed him from Livingston for £125k after he scored 22 goals in 47 games.

Spurs Transfers
I am not sure I like the news, but here is the insider information on Tottenham Hotspurs:
Firstly we all know Khumalo has signed and Beckham will join on loan in a full player capacity. This whole affair was done and dusted over a week ago, and the complications are merely a publicity draw.
Robbia Keane will join Birmingham for £8m contrary to the latest press, and David Bentley will join Robbie on Liam until the end of the season.
Harry has always wanted Andy Carroll but the view is he is far too unproven for the £25m being demanded by Newcastle. Levy has been working on signing Edison Cavani for months, and this deal will go through in the next week at £18m. Krancjar will sign a loan move to Everton in the next few days, and after impressing in the FA Cup Androsterone Townsend will stay with Spurs to cover the wings.
Lassana Diarra has gone quiet but the news is he will join Spurs for £10m before the window closes. Harry has lost faith in Palacios, and feels Sandro is in need of a top class general to develop his game around. With Huddlestone close to full fitness the Middlefield remains saturated with class.
Lastly Davide Sandon is 50/ 50 after a bid of £10m was initially rejected. Leonardo put a transfer embargo whilst he was reviewing his assets, but this move now looks a real possibility again.
