Burke retiring to Bradford, deal trying to get done before Sunday season ticket deal deadline. The player wants games and wants to return to the bantams. City are also hoping this deal will turn josh Cullen's head for a return to valley parade. The club have agreed a fee with West Ham but personal terms are far from finalised.

Candian international striker Tosaint Ricketts, is set to join up with the Oxford squad on trial. He is likely to play in their pre-season friendly against Premier League champions Leicester where Michael Appleton will make a judgement over whether to hand him a contract.

Gibraltan defender Erin Barnett is to trialwith Blackpool FC.
Erin, who is unattached and plays as a central defender, is 19 and has five caps for Gibraltar.
Ashley Flynn of AFC Emley is also on the clubs radar, but Huddersfield Town are also reportedly interested in the non-league hotshot.
Winchester City striker Warren Bentley is also a player that is on the watchlist at Blackpool. Bentley outscored both Jamie Vardy and Harry Kane last season and is considered to be a league player in the making.

Good move by Blackpool to buy non league players least when the go down next season they be ready for non league.
