It is true that Liverpool will turn to Mark Viduka for £1.5 million this summer as a short term solution to replace Cisse. The 30 year old will sign a 2 year deal at Anfield. It is not Hasselbaink coming after all and he is likely to sign a new 2 year deal at Middlesbrough. Daniel Alves will come in if an improved offer of £9 million is accepted for the Brazilian from Sevilla and then the 1 big player to come in although Alves is big will be either Pablo Aimar or Ronaldo or possibly even Jermain Defoe or Craig Bellamy.

I do not think that aresnal will buy another as they already have henry ,van p, adebayor, walcott also bentener and lupoli. the only way we might but one is if we sell adebayor.The performance of johan dejouru is key, if he has a good world cup then we wont buy a center back. i would like to see curtis davis or micah richards or the sod youth and just buy a proven strong center back. also ribery will join and we are looking to ofload feddy unfortunatly. Liverpool are looking to loan saviola to cover for cisse, who will still move to lyon at a cut down price. A Pennant deal has been agreed but has been put on hold until Rafa can see whether or not deals emerge for Alves or Malbranque. Aimar is another target but looks unlikey as he has stated he is happy in Spain.
steve finnan is not 31 he had just turned 30 and would not be replaced by daniel alves if he came to liverpool as finnan has proved himself to be one of if not the best right backs in the premiership, also riise will not go, he is one of liverpools best players and also one of the most consistant players they have so why would rafa sell him, and camoranesi is likley to sign for the reds if juve are religated to solve our right midfield problem, he will cost no more then 5 million and he is one of the best right/attacking midfielders around. jimmy floyd hassilbank will not be joining liverpool neither will viduka as they are both in contract talks with borough at the moment and neither of them have the quality liverpool need for upfront. where as david villa of valencia has and rafa is very interested in signing him. He would be a record club signing if he come for around 16-18 million but would be well worth it and liverpool fc now have the finacial backing as the investors/take over talks are now completed, and they want to bring the league title to anfield once again and no they will need to spend money to do this to compete with chelsea.

Rangers are to sign either Nikola Zigic (Red Star Belgrade) or Roland Linz (Austria Vienna). PLG wants to play with 2 strikers, both of them goalscorers. Linz hit 15 goals in 30 apps. for Vienna last season, and would link up well with Sionko, as they were former team-mates. Zigic has obviously been tracked by Liverpool, Arsenal and Man Utd. PLG is prepared to bid £7m for him. PLG also wants to sign Antony Reveillere, Jimmy Briand, Yohan Gourcuff and Artem Milevsky (The last 3 impressed him at UEFA U-21 Tournament). Lionel Letizi is expected to sign on Monday or Tuesday, with Steve Mandanda also expected on a 5 year deal.

Wenger was at the ivory coast game last night, with his eye on Yaya Toure, expect to see him join his brother at Arsenal after the World Cup for around 10,000,000. Arsenal failed with a bid of 9,000,000 in January, trying to fill the gap in midfield. Yaya will be the long term replacement for Gio Silva. Arsenal also to sign Ribery, don't expect Torres to sign this summer, but maybe in January.
Expect Arsenal to sign English talent this summer. Arsene is lining up either Curtis Davies, Micah Richards, Joey Barton or SWP, becasue of the new Championsleague relagations, which Arsenal are going to win by the way. Come On You Gooners!
At MUFC next season expect to see Carrick and Riquelme in the centre midfield roles. I can't see Ribery joining as 1. he is too exspensive 2.he will probably talked out of it by Henry.
There is a small chance of a new keeper I would love to see Buffon but I think if Juve are relegated he will head straight to Barcelona. I am still unsure on the RVN situation. If he does leave I still believe that there will be no replacement.

Blackburn Rovers, Wigan Athletic, Fulham and Newcastle are all interested in ex-England star Emile Heskey Birmingham have slapped a £5million tag on his head. But he could go for less with Wigan reportedly offering Roberts, and 3.5 million they are about to table this bid in the next week or so whether they agree to add Roberts to the deal though may be a sticking point with Besiktas also interested and Roberts admitting he would be interested too. Another player reportedly on the move is teammate Michael Forrsell he is being chased by former club Helsinki, Sheffield Utd and Reading. Although it is unlikely Brum would sell two strikers immediately. But insiders believe that their will be a lot of add ons plus Birminghams succes in the Championship. Sadly, Rafa Benitez will NOT go for any world cup stars this summer. Instead, the top signing will be Jermain Defoe from Tottenham, for around 15mil, probably just under. Joining him will be Mark Viduka from Middlesbrough for a fee of about 5mil. Yes, Dirk Kuyt will be left for Newcastle. So, Liverpool's attacking force next season will consist of Peter Crouch, Jermain Defoe, Mark Viduka and Robbie Fowler. Not bad at all. Elsewhere, Daniel Agger will break into the first team and partner Jamie Carragher in defence, while the arrivals of Fabio Aurelio and Gabriel Paletta will rejuvenate the back four. In midfield, Mark Gonzalez will see much action on the left wing, while the right wing problem (Luis Garcia ain't a winger...) will be somewhat solved with the signing of Steed Malbranque from Fulham for perhaps just under 10mil. Heart of Midlothian are set to win a battle with local rivals Hibernian for the signature of Lee Trundle. Hearts recognise the need for a striker who can net then lots of goals, and he will fit the bill. He will get around £10,000 a week. This will be the second signing battle Hearts have beaten Hibs with, after winning the signature of Chris Hackett, who due to his lack of 1st team action, will move to Hibs for a nominal fee. Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will be looking to bolster his squad this summer following the signings of Tomas Rosicky and Alexandre Song. Although Wenger has denied interest in making any more signings, the Gunners are interested in signing Chelsea defender William Gallas and Atletico Madrid frontman Fernando Torres. Forget about all the talk surrounding David Trezeguet and Gianluigi Buffon, though, as Wenger and the Arsenal board are united in their decision to not make a move for those players.
German champions Bayern Munich will complete the signing of Juventus winger Mauro Camoranesi this week. Juve face relegation to Serie B after their match fixing allegations, and Camoranesi is set to replace Chelsea-bound Michael Ballack in Munich. Bayern have already signed young German forward Lukas Podolski and are still interested in signing three or four more players this close season.
