I get these rumours from a very reliable source – what I am about to say are RUMOURS (may not be true but are likely to happen.)
Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby has been in talks with Nottingham Forest and Birmingham City. Birmingham has put in a offer of 7 million while Forest are willing to spend 11 million after recieving 20 million pounds to spend from their owners.
Another Arsenal player – youngster Jack Wilshere has attracted intrest from Italian giants AC Milan for an undisclosed fee.
League Two side Lincoln City have shown intrest in a promising youngster Sancheez Watt – some are saying he is the future of football so why is he going to Lincoln? (He may be going there on loan)

Wenger has recently said that he will sign a couple of experienced players in the summer, even the Arsenalboard is pushing him to do it. The first one is a defensive midfielder, Cambiasso is a good option mostly because Mourinho wants Diaby in Inter and Arsenal can make a trade deal to get Cambiasso to arsenal plus some money to Inter. Arsenal will get a top class defensive midfielder with alot of experience. The defence is also an area where Wenger wants to improve and Lescott is a target for the gunners since he brings height and alot strength and is english. Mertesacker from Werder Bremen will be the second CB that Wenger would like to sign, the extremly tall german is dominating and a good tackler also.
Cambiasso: 17 million pounds plus Diaby in exchange since Mourinho wants him.
Joleon Lescott: 14 million pounds to Everton, promise of Champions League football will seal the deal.
Mertesacker: Arsenal will pay around 15 million pounds to buy him out, since he said that hes an arsenalfan Werder Bremen might not be able to keep him. Senderos might be included in a exchange deal.

Josh Wright is also very much in Parkinsons plans for Charlton next season because he has to cut costs at the Valley and Josh Wright is VERY highly regarded and can easily do a job in league one.
Rafa Benitez has become worried with the speculation surrounding Xabi Alonso and Javier Mascherano, with rumours coming about of apparent interest in Lorik Cana and Gareth Barry. So Rafa has decided he is happy with his central midfield options, and none of the touted signings will be signed, but Lucas will be sold to Villareal for £8min the hope of gaining 1st option on Matias Fernandez. To fill the Lucas void Rafa will look to RAUL ALBIOL 11m euros, as he can play both CB and CM, so Rafa will have 4 CB(Carragher, Agger, Skrtel, Albiol) and 4CM(Gerrard, Alonso, Mascherano, Albiol + Spearing and Plessis from reserves). Rafa wants competition for the RB slot in the shape of either GLEN JOHNSON (£9.5m), CICINHO(12m euros) or KUBA BLASZCYKOWSKI(8M euros) as they have shown they can play either at RB or RM. Rafa will then make 2 further signing which he hopes will be CARLOS TEVEZ and DAVID SILVA. Rafa feels he can get Tevez for around £22m due to good relationship built with Kia Joorabchian with the Mascherano deal, Rafa likes Tevez as he feels he could play alongside either Gerrard or Torres if 1 were unavailable. Rafa hopes to solve the left wing with Silva for around 25m euros. These signings will allow Rafa to play 4–2–3–1 AND 4–3–3 or 4–4–2 options which he felt he hasn't has this season. With the expenditure being close to 70m Rafa realises he has to sell in order to gain extra funds. LUCAS (8m Villareal), DOSSENA (£6m Juventus), BABEL(Rafa not convinced about his attitude £15m Bayern Munich(replace Ribery)), DEGEN (£1.5m, Basle), VORONIN (£4.4m Hertha Berlin). The owners are willing to give £20m each, as they haven't put much money into the club. There will be new owners in place come the new season with the price being around £375m(covers to £300m loan) given the owners £37.5m each, not the £500m Hicks and Gillett were hoping for. Interested parties said to be Sheikh Maktoum, Nasser Al–Kharafi, And a consortium said to be brought together by Share Liverpool FC Group (although that one i'm not sure about)IN RAFA WE TRUST

ok man city news for those not intrested in this lets link every player with every club for daft amounts of money. im not mark hughes best mate or a rich fella from abu dabi but this is the up to date info my sources have been able to provide me from within the club, here goes.
city will buy in every position this summer, however hughes has not totally settled on his number 1 targets therefore there are still shortlists for each position.
Goalkeeper:
Kameni (free) – if hart goes out on loan
Lopez (9mil) – if hart leaves for arsenal in a 6mil deal
this is the only position where the options are quite small and have already been narrowed down.
Defence:
Ivanovic/Carvalho (6mil) – unwanted by chelsea if they sign Bruno Alves
Mexes (14mil) – was originally a target for milan but is intrested in a move to england
Agger (12mil) – this is only going to happen once liverpool sign albiol as agger wants first team football
G.Johnson (8mil) – its a race between city and liverpool however due to rafa's tight budget he will focus on players in other positions leaving him availible to city

Xabi Alonso (14mil) – when liverpool sign barry
Abou Diaby (6mil) – if not for the stated fee then maybe in a deal involving micah richards
Yaya Toure (18mil) – relishing a new challenge, and will not be guarenteed first XI football when cesc joins the catalan giants
Cambiasso (12mil) – not the first choice as hughes wants to add height and strength to the team, but a very viable option
Fernando Gago (8mil) – real will have a huge clear out in the summer and he is not classed as a 'galactico'
Forwards:
Lavezzi (14mil) – wants a move to a bigger club and to play in england
Tevez (22mil) – a very realistic target as his agent has said he would prefer to keep his family in cheshire where they have settled nicely, and also didnt rule out a move to a rival team
Henry (4–8mil) – keen on a return to england to finish his career, has been heavily linked in the past
Robben (18mil) – part of madirds mass clear out, wants a return to where the pace of the game is the fastest
Drogba (10mil) – one of hughes' top choices and if a deal is to be done expect it to be finalised before the end of the season
There will however be the option for hughes to pick 3 players who he wants the owners to sign by there own means, i.e. for however much money it takes. These three player are suggested to be Sergio Ramos, Andreas Iniesta & Sergio Aguero. I have no idea what the fee's for these deals but its not in the managements hands.

Real Madrid are prepared to offer 27mil for Liverpool Midfielder Xabi Alonso. Benitez will take the money and make a 10mil move for Gareth Barry. He will also sign Javi Martinez from Athletico Bilbao for 12mil. Liverpool will replace 5mil Dossena with Yuri Zhirkov for 14mil. he can play as a left back, wing back or left midfielder. He will be replacing Ryan Babel who will move, in a swap deal to Athletico Madrid as Liverpool also sign Sergio Aguero. Liverpool will pay 20mil on top of Babel. The last signing will be Kuba for 7mil from Dortmund. Benitez rates Degen and he will be given next season to fight for a place in the side. To replace Hyypia, Benitez will go for cheap experience but he has not identified a target.

Liverpool look set to sign two new strikers in the summer. After the Robbie Keane debacle they will not be big names. The two targets I've heard mentioned are Scott McDonald (Celtic) and Hulk (Porto).

It has been a sad season for all Arsenal fans, but no where near where near as bad as what Arsene is feeling seeing how his side were no match for both Man U or Chelsea. We are in desparate need of strength and experience to our extremly young side for which Arsene now understands. Even though many are ruling out a midfield buy, arsene himself has stated that he believes our defensive problems are in midfieled as well as defence. Arsene will make 3 signings this summer to complement our youth these will be a central defender, a defensive midfielder and a striker. The reason for the later is Adebayor's probable departure. The candidates for these positions are:

The 6ft 5inch beast would fit the bill for height and strenght. Would be available for around 6–7Mil

the exgunner would bring experience and fit back into the fold easily. As West Ham are looking likely to not qualify for europe would make a deal easier. 6 mil

The PSG young centre back is an excellent prospect but would not fit the bill in terms of experience, however would brng versitility and would eventually the new Blanc. However his lack of experience would make him only secondry option.

I have been studying out in spain and the football rumour mill has been working over time over here. with the arrival of florentino perez at real there have been many names been mentioned no surprise that they are all huge signings. kaka for 60mil euros, perez has strong footballing links in milan. ronaldo 75mil euros, don't see fergie letting him go but if ronaldo throws a tantrum he could get his move. fabregras 40 mil euros, if arsenal don't make an attenpt to strenghten this season then he could be out. xabi alonso 18mil euros, prob will happen. tevez for 20mil euros, a strong chance although carlos has stated he would love to stay in england. drogba 25mil euros, proven that he can score goals but is too much of a liability for chelsea. there will be clearouts also to help fund the revolution. robben to man city 20mil euros, van der vaart to bayern 18mil euros, higuan 16mil euros to arsenal/liverpool/inter/roma. marcelo 8mil euros to inter. plus plenty more names. in barcelona there are four names being mentioned vidic, fabregras, adebayor and ribery. vidic will command a hefty price tag and fergir will not let him go. fabregras has stated he would love to play for barcelona. adebayor 26mil euros could jump ship if he deems arsenal have a lack of ambition. ribery looks certain to leave bayern for 30mil euros, barca face competition from all the big clubs who see him as a great addition. barca will prob clear out alot of the deadstock too. hleb back to germany 15mil euros, eidur back to the epl prob 6mil euros, sylvinho to celtic???? don't know why,for free. abidal to epl prob arsenal 9mil euros. lets hope its a busy summer.
I heard from a good source at Ibrox that Rangers will definately NOT be selling: Davis, Edu, Lafferty, Bougherra, Mendes, Boyd or Thompson unless crazy money is offered. Smith intends to build the team around these players and has received assurances from Sir David Murray that although times are tight, no key players will be sold. Unfortunately this is very much reliant on Rangers winning the SPL and gaining automatic 'Champions' League qualification – but this should be cool, eh Walter? Expect a bit of a clearout aside from this with Adam, Ferguson, McGregor, Velicka, Gow, Hemandi moved on to pastures new. A new keeper will be signed and potentially a few from the following list: Scott Arfield, James McArthur, Andrew Driver, Stephen Fletcher, Mark Reynolds, Bruno Aguiar and maybe a few Bosmans. Heard a couple of people in suits talking at goodison when we played spurs. They were saying how loaning tevez for two seasons would only cost 8 million in wages including loan and agent fees. Then they disappeared behind a door. Certainly food for thought.

Rangers Rumours but firstly

Scott Brown to Man Utd for £10m whoever put that is an idiot! He's worth about half that much and would go to a mid–table Premiership club I'd even argue he could probably join us more likely than him joining Utd. Also team–mate Aiden McGeady I'd heard that some Celtic fans think he's worth something like £15m well I can tell you from a very reliable source he is VERY LIKELY going to be joining Birmingham. But the deal will be more realistic in the £5–7m range.
I'm assuming your football knowledge is at a bare minimum. Brahim Hemdani captained Marseille to the UEFA Cup final in 2004 and was voted best midfielder in that years tournament, he then played in his second european final in 4 years with Rangers last year and was the main reason rangers made the final with his defensive midfield displays. McLeish was there again running the rule over boyd at the worlds most famous derby game on Saturday, also McLeish signed Hemdani for Rangers in the first place, which is why he is being rumoured to have an option to play in "Buurmingim" but chances are he won't as this is a huge step down for a two time european finalist, lets face it, he goes to Birmingham, his european days are finished. So why would he?? So I think you should drop the arrogance and learn a bit more about the sport before you slag a well cultured footballer. Birmingham up this year (just) right back down again next year, they are a championship side and will never feature in europe in my lifetime fact.
Anyway after that rant, back to the football rumours.
Tonel – should be on his way as the lisbon coach claimed earlier last week. The only thing that prevented the move in Jan was finances.
Hutton – possibly, but with Man Utd snooping around it may not happen, he will leave spurs in the summer though.
Driver – A target for both halves of the old firm. So lets let Celtic pay over the odds again for a flop.
McLeish interested in a couple of Gers players, but it will only be players who have no future with the club who will be allowed to go, simply because we will be in the group stages of the champions league, hmmmm champions league or relegation battle with a poor team, I think we all know the answer to that.

Michael Owen will take the vacant Port Vale managers job if he is not offered a good enough playing contract. Owen's father Terry is an ex Vale player and Michael grew up watching the vale and has publicly stated several times that the club is very close to his heart.
I've heard a few rumours regarding Liverpool, not new ones but nevertheless come from someone reliable. Glen Johnson will sign in summer despite late interest from Man U, Unfortunately Downing will also sign whether Boro go down or not, Silva is 70–30 chance as Juve are desperate for him and prepared to meet asking price of £25m but he would rather play in EPL, and we were in advanced talks with Ath Madrid for Aguero but the Tevez situation has made it more likely he will sign as he knows what it takes to play in EPL. Plenty of players leaving with Dossena, Babel, Lucas and Arbeloa top of that list with many others including possibly Riera and i hate to say it Mascherano this is to free up more cash for Marek Hamsik and a possible future deal for Keirrison.

Well for the Hemdani comment–it was McLeish who signed Hemdani for Rangers on a bosman. He was the captain of the Marseille team who won the uefa cup. He was inspirational in rangers run to the uefa cup final and he is avalable on a bosman in the summer which would intrest McLeish and would be a massive signing for a team like Birmingham. He is a defensive midfielder and Rangers fans do like him but he doesn't fit in with rangers new style of play. He is a player for the European games. Which as you are a Birmingham fan i don't think you have experienced many of.
As For Scott Brown he is worth 10 million as celtic rejected a 9million offer from a premiership team in january and has been superb for celtic this season. And no doubt there will be more offers like that this summer. Aston Villa, Man Utd and Portsmouth are rumoured to be intrested.

The rules have been changed regarding the loaning of players owned by third parties. FIFA rules now state a player who is owned by a third party (ie not a football club) can not go on loan. Tevez has to be bought outright or he will not be playing anywhere for anyone. Man Utd can not extend his loan either.
