Barry Bannan on his way to Norwich in the summer. Unlike the Villa boss, Lambert is an admirer of his compatriot who fits the bill in terms of recent Canaries signings(2)(21)Dream on Norwich fanHave you got £10m? no so rubbish rumour.Where are you getting the money from.utter rubbishBarry Bannan £10M ?- what planet are you on? frankly I am not sure he would improve our midfield squad and he is not going to fetch anything like £10M regardless of who he gets signed by.
More likely £3M + add on's is probably a closer valuation of his current worth.More chance of him going to Northwich Victoria than Norwich. Dream on farmer boys!

and i aint a spurs fan wishing this, i'm a Liverpool fan who would have loved Hazard at Anfield, but it looks on that he will be at white hart lane come 2012/2013 season(8)(17)

Google Translate gives us this - direct from a french newpaper's website posted minutes ago.....

Following information initiated by France Football, Eden Hazard has reacted in the Tribune. The French newspaper announced that Eden Hazard has an agreement with Tottenham.

"Reportedly, the Belgian international has 21 years of age agreed with the London club, which meets their aspirations, since it probably will participate in the next Champions League. As he wished he had time game and not be drowned in a bloated workforce, the prodigy Lille chose the Spurs to Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea, all candidates for transfer to the spring. It remains now to the two clubs to agree on the amount of the transaction, "said France Football.

Eden Hazard on the board of the Tribune did not deny. "Maybe it will be Tottenham. This is a big English club. I said I will go to England and there are very good players."Spurs in their dreams

Martin Laursen has booked a flight to England for Wednesday.
McLeish to be fired and the return of Laursen as manager?

Kev(5)(8)Yeah because flight companies love giving out passenger informationYes they do if you say you are his brother or cousin.Good one must be a wolves fanWould love him backNo they do not provide passenger information : see comment below on airline policy....
Air lines have privacy policies that deny passengers access to the passenger flight list. It is only in emergency cases that the police authorities and other protection agencies have the right to go over the list if it may concern the security of the country.

Portsmouth are set to sell a host of players on pre contracts to other clubs as they fight to stay out of administration.....again.
Premier league side QPR are keen on signing defender Jason Pearce. Mark Hughes had a last minute bid in the transfer window rejected for the left footed defender and will go back in the summer for him.
Burnley are chasing Hungarian forward Marko Futacs. Futacs has been superb for Pompey this season since signing in the summer from Werder Bremen. It is thought Manchester City are also after futacs who are now favourites to sign the striker.
Dave Kitson is currently unfit from an injury earlier in the season and could join Bath City in the Blue Square Premier on loan for a month or two. Kitson is wanted by Wolves in the summer and Pompey want Kitson fit so there are no problems for the medical.
More players are set to leave....(9)(8)This is a disgrace!! 2 years and 2 applications for administration, PFC cannot be allowed, AGAIN, not to pay thier debts in full. They owe monies to local firms and may put them out of business, PFC need to be punished serverley.Yep punish themPortsmouth have some hold over the FA as they have been flouting the "fit and Proper" for ages since Mandric. All the owners have some skeletons in their cupboards. The press find it out but the FA cant?mmmmm
I smell a rat.

South Korean side Chunnam Dragons are keen on signing England striker Kevin Davies. Wanderers skipper is keen on a move as soon as poosible and could move as soon as next week as the transfer window is not shut.(7)(4)

Crawley town news, I know someone on the board well.... He is not happy with the going ons behind the scenes, they were expecting drastically increased gates this year, which although they have increased they are not in line with the projections, if Crawley dont get promoted they will have to have a cash injection of some magnitude. The sale of Tubbs was not about the money they got for the player (although he made it clear he wanted to move to Bournemouth) it was about reducing the wage bill which is tight due to attendances down on plan.(7)(6)

steve bruce in talks for the wolves managers job..inside info(11)(18)I very much hope thats not true.We dont want this donkeyLoad of rubbish. we have just got rid of one averagprem manager we dont want another. Houghton or curbishly for meMany top managers will be put off taking the post unless there are guarantee's about being allowed to keep the job and backed with money for a promotion charge if they get relegated. If it is a promotion charge the manager will have colosal money for the championship when we loose fletcher, hennessey and jarvis for starters.

Rangers boss Ally McCoist has been told that he must start selling players on pre contracts for the summer, if the club are going to keep in business.
-Italian side Udinese, who are in contention to win ther Serie A, have made a £4.7 million bid for midfielder Maurice Edu. The American international has told McCoist he wants to stay with the Glasgow club but Rangers aren't listening and want to cash in on the 25 year old.
-Kyle Bartley is set to have his loan terminated in the next few days. Bartley is currently on loan from Arsenal and is keen to stay in Scotland but is set to be sent back to North London as Rangers can't afford his wages. German giants Werder Bremen are keen on the English defender for a move in the summer so is very doubtful Bartley will be back at Ibrox.
-Second Division Spanish side FC Cartagena, who have just been taken over by a Russian billionaire, is set to make a bid for goalkeeper Allan McGregor. The Spanish outfit have a British manager and are set to win promotion to the La Liga if they carry on chasing. They have spent around £3 million in January and are set to be given around £75 million if they can get promoted and the Scotland stopper is on their shortlist.
A number of other players are set to leave but is not certain when the news will be released.(7)(5)Not sure they have many players that would raise substantial funds ?I was listening right up until the bit about 4.7m for edu.....then i just wet myself

McLeish in crunch talks with Lerner as we speak! Apparently things are going to change BIG TIME

ITK(14)(14)I hope your rightYes by getting rid of deadbeats earning to much money for no efort,Pray to god - pleaseeeMore chance of Mad Mick being re-hired today than we've got of seeing Mcleish being sacked. Why sack the manager, look at the duds he has got none of them care about our club, wake up.The Owner hired McLeish, and together with Peter Grant you have a mindset of defence is the best option to try and get points out of a match, yesterday was a prime example of defending for 80 min's and then trying to throw the kitchen sink at Man City.
Negative tactics results in negative results.Who do you villa fans want as manager, wake up smell the coffee, small club being in prem you should be happy, you will never be amough the big boysMick McCarthy being lined up so it's being said.

is it true that Crawley are again to be investigated ref money problems/gate fiddles.Evans
also?? hope this is not so.Do wish at times Evans would keep his Gob shut or we can get a proper manager .(12)(7)Very impressed with your team, played us (Oxford Utd) recently and a draw flattered us. Evans im afraid is your weak link and very disliked. A decent manager would make Crawley a very good team
