Sadly, Nottingham Forest will not be signing anyone. The board and AP are in agreement after meeting the seasons goals in their 3 year plan there is no need to be rushed into buying or loaning players that may prove to be significant losses, however, Billy Davies will keep trying to find targets but after a handful of refusals he will have to rely on a make shift look to the team. The summer will be a exciting time for everyone at the City Ground were they plan to add 6 or 7 Championship level players (much like last summer) and try and make a proper charge for the Premiership. So Forest fans don't hold your breaths waiting for new rumours because sadly for our chances of going up, there will be no additions. Thom

Just been watching the Inter vs Chelsea game and saw Julio Baptista sitting behind the Chelsea home end.

Possible move to Inter or Chelsea maybe?

Jose was interested in him in January, or maybe a Carlo wants him for Chelsea in the summer to add some youth into his Ac Milan of England.

Celtic FC News

I am a very close friend to people involved with Celtic and was chatting with them this morning. My source assures me that Keane will re–sign another year long contract. Braafheid will go back to Bayern with Kamara staying on also (loan or permanent)

He was also very annoyed at all tis crap about Aiden McGeady and Scott Brown leaving for England. They are both staying put, with Brown remaining captain. The only possible exit was Boruc to Stuggart for aroung 8million. Lee Wallace of Hearts to replace Braafheid for 3million.

Liverpool News and worth a big PUNT.

Rafa to Juve
Hughes to Liverpool

16 Mar 2010 19:38:17
99% true, Kun Aguero is unsatisfied with Athletico's poor season, so he is looking to move to another country as he couldnt play for another team in spain as Athletico gave him his major break. Chelsea are the only club who can realistically afford him, and will offer 45million pounds plus Florent Malouda he himself wanting regular first team football. Malouda is seen as a long term replacement for the departed Maxi Rodriguez.

Have it on good information that Seb Laarson and Liam Ridgewell will join the Hammers on free transfers at the end of the season. Nether are hapy with their current contracts and Sullivan and Gold have already expressed their interest in them both.

Also, both are still looking into the Olympic stadium, however this is looking less likely as it involves forking out alot of money 9something they are not well known for)

Also, looks like Green will be leaving in the summer for a bigger club (most likely Arsenal) and Upson will also leave, (most likely Man City with Joe Hart heading the other way as well as the Hammers recieving about 8 million)
Sullivan and Gold also want to sell Diamanti as they believe he hasnt proven his worth to the club. I beg to differ and if they do, they will ahve one very angry little Italian and thousands of unhappy cockneys on their backs.

Expect most of the signings to be either loans or free transfers as most of the fees from the transfers will be used to pay off the debts (which have already been reduced to £90million)

Sullivan and Gold also want other investors to buy into the other half of the club. One that could be likely is the current owner of coventry as he is a big west ham fan.

Rangers news
the ellis deal is and always has been the only serious one. talk of selling murray park, moving stadium etc all rubbish(from woried celtic fans no doubt, considering rangers havnt sgned a player for 2 yrs and are running away with the league) ellis will invest fairly heavily, but is a business man 1st so will look for club to be profit making. more players out than in, but been told 1 or 2 supprise signings. smith to move upstairs, mccoist to take over. ellis will recoup much of his investment with the naming rights of ibrox, sort of like newcastle. sponsors intersted are internet bookies.

Green, van der Wiel, sakho, senna and chamakh in for arsenal. fabianski, silvestre, senderos, gallas, merida and eduardo(loan) out.

16 Mar 2010 17:37:22
Arsenal to sign 1 GK, 1 CF, 2 DC and possibly 1DCM. any other signings will be youngsters.
the goalkeeper could well be robert green. england's no1 will not want to be with a midtable team for too long. he fits the bill for arsenal as he has plenty of experience, so can also guide szczesny and mannone through the ranks. other targets are lloris and neuer. Fabianski looks to be leaving, almunia amy follow suite.
at CB, senderos and silvestre are off, gallas may follow if he unsatisfied with the offer of a 1yr rolling contract. Roma came in last week for talks to try and hijack the deal. targets include mahmadou sakho, who would be understudy to vermaelen at the left side of the central defence. wenger is a huge admirer, and would jump at the chance to sign the next gallas. the other signing will be right footed, with targets including van der Wiel, Zapata and azcilipueta. if this incoming player could also cover at RB, all the better as Eboue has been impressive further up the pitch.
at DCM: Song has proved to be outstanding, but his cover has not. Denilson and Eastmond have flattered to deceive in that role, and Diaby is much better further up the pitch. expect any signing to be vastly experienced and ageing. names include Senna, Mahmadou Diarra and Melo. merida is leaving for atletico madrid.
up front its common knowledge that Chamakh is heading to the Emirates. expect Eduardo to be given the chance to regain his form by spending half a season on loan at another premiership club. vela may move abroad on loan, most likely to spain.
potential squad for next season:
Green, Mannone, Szczesny
Sagna, vdWiel, Clichy, Gibbs, Traore, Campbell, Vermaelen, Djourou, Sakho, Nordtveit
Song, Senna, Denilson, Diaby, Ramsey, Wilshere, Fabregas, Rosicky, Nasri, Walcott, Arshavin, Lansbury
RVP, Chamakh, Bendtner, Simpson, Watt

although arsene has a big kitty, expect him again to be wise with spending. considering most of the outgoing players will be departing on free transfers, he will need to be careful as to how much he spends if he is looking to balance the books.

Those transfer fees for aiden mcgeady, boruc & brown are total nonsense..boruc may be the only one to leave, kamara staying beyond summer, braafheid goin bak to bayern with lee wallace from hearts for 2 million coming in, robbie keane to sign a year long loan deal, Nikica Jelavic from rapid vienna for 2.5m, possible deals for ivan ramis and sean st ledger also. keep us posted if any1 hears different.

Pavlyuchenko to Arsenal.
Done Deal.

He will partner Chamakh next season.

RVP will sit in behind!

Looks good to me.

16 Mar 2010 15:39:58
Signing before game tonight but not in time to play unfortunately. Will not be first choice of Billy Davies but will at least bolster squad. This is all good for Forest believe me. Sapphic aka Saphead

16 Mar 2010 15:32:48
Saphead what are you like?? lol. there's not going to be a premiership leftback coming to Forest..it has fallen through.our board obviously aren't offering a package worthwhile for any promising player.please someone tell the Forest fans some beleivable news. a midfielder would be good to supply one of our many strikers who can't score!!U reds.

Celtic Deffos:

As Tony approaches the end of his first season, the final ingredients are about to take place – talks have now started:

Outs:
Boruc: 2.5 – 3m Hertha Berlin

Mcgeady: 3 – 3.5m Birmingham (there maybe a surprise bid from Bolton)

Brown: 2.5 – 3m Cardiff City

Ins:

Keane: The above transfer cash will ensure he remains at the Glitter Dome.

Caldwell: Expect a shock return as things aren't working out too well for him..Tony was forced to punt him!

Also, expect Gary Pendrey to make a return due to his invaluable expertise concerning all things Celtic.

I have some inside into the rangers takeover from a very high up buissness person from the US that lewis and Bahamas group who have said that they will finance the takeover have withdrew there offer so now the deal looks like it will be off as mr ellis is only said to be worth 3o million pounds and that won't even buy a decent player nowadays the other intrested parties are now about to enter the race as also the commite that are going to decide mr ellis bid do not belive he has the right intentions for the club as he want to sell 3 top players and sell murry park this is how he would have made his 33 million pound back and then sell the club on again and make a big profit all in the space of 6 months

There's been some fantastical posts on here of late involving AFC! Truth of the matter is that aside from Chamakh (Bordeaux have confirmed his impending departure to the Gunners), nobody really knows what's going to happen. Clearly the Keeper's position, Centre Back and possibly Right back will be areas to strengthen with the main emphasis being on a good solid defensive midfielder to give Song some competition. This is likely to come in the form of Felipe Melo who Wenger made bids for last summer. He is out of favour at Juve and there will be many changes at the Delle Alpi this summer (especially when Benitez arrives as coach!). Juve are said to be keen on both Sagna and Eboue so exepct a deal to be brokered with one of them moving in the opposite direction – the more likely being Sagna who's form has dropped this season. Eboue is unlikely to be sold due to his much improved performances this year as well as being able to fill a 'utility role'.
If AFC miss out on Melo, then Toulalan and possibly Marcos Senna will become targets. Villareal need to sell this summer and although his age does not conform to AFC's usual buying principles, his experience and the fact they can get him on the cheap may sway favour.
Cesar Azpilicueta is the favoured RB should Sagna be sold.
Van Der Wiel is rumoured to be a major interest for the CB position as is Sedar Tasci. Any deal for Subotic depends on a likely bidding war (which Arsenal will not get involved in). Savic had a 10 day trial late 09 and will return to The Emirates this summer, if a deal is to be made permanent then it will be a free transfer. This is likely to be the second of the free transfers that Ivan Gazidis was referring to recently. Sol Campbell will not be released. He has proven that he still has plenty to offer and offers a far better option than the likes of Phillipe Senderos (out on a free transfer). Gallas will re–sign – likely to be another 12 month rolling contract. His partnership with Vermaelen has been largely outstanding for most of the season.
As far as strengthening the forward line, we all now know that Chamakh is in. Wenger is unlikely to look at bringing in any other forwards unless World Cup injuries claim the likes of Walcott, Nasri, Van Persie or Bendtner. Bendtner is thriving from starting games and his confidence will only increase between now and the end of the season. Wenger will not be selling Super Nick. A couple of possible departures could be Eduardo (on loan for a season outside the Premiership) and Carlos Vela (season long loan to a La Liga side) who has struggled to break into the first team this season.
A Keeper will be signed. This has been our weakness this season and Wenger is certain to strengthen after Fabianski failed to impress. Mannone will be retained as No.2, with Szeczny becoming 3rd choice. Almunia likely to be sold to a La Liga side with Rob Green heading the options. If West Ham go down he will be available and a decent showing in the World Cup will spark a flurry of interest. Rumours of Hugo Lloris, Manuel Neur and Igor Akinfeev are probably quite wide of the mark. Any deal for Lloris depends on Lyon finishing in the Champions League places at the end of the season – he won't be cheap though.
Eden Hazard? It's a possibility, but don't believe the rumours he'd be signed then loaned out! If he does come in, then he'll spend his first year training with the reserves and playing Carling Cup games until Wenger is satisfied he is ready for the Premiership. Mohammed Zidan of Borussia Dortmund could be a more likely signing. He also has far more experience.
The young guns? Nordveit returns from his season long loan, Merida looks likely to leave for Spain and Emmanuel Thomas will be promoted along with Sanchez Watt (Carling Cup games, possibly a loan out in Jan). Wilshere will return from Bolton to cover for the unfortunate Aaron Ramsey.
Wenger allegedly has his biggest budget ever available, but he'll be as canny as always. Expect one or two reserves in from a few of the World Cup's smaller nations.

Celtic FC News:

Keane to go back to tottenham and be replaced by Craig Bellamy for around 9million. N'geumo, Braafheid and Kamara all made permenant deals. McGeady and Brown to stay with Brown remaining as captain. Only possible outs are Hinkel to Werder Bremen for 3.5 million and Boruc to Bayer Munich for 7million, these will fund the move for Bellamy, which TRUST me it'shappening !!

Jermaine Beckford has been offered deals by Everton, West Ham, Bolton and Newcastle

16 Mar 2010 09:33:44
Im surprised tonnes of Arsenal rumours here are pure rubbish, surely Wenger won't break more than 3 signings, and we are not looking any developed players, now HERE are the real stuff goin on.
For GK Wenger won't do a thing, except maybe Mannone going out on loan abroad. Almunia, Fabianski stay as Wenger has faith in
For DF, Senderos will be going out for free, expect Gallas to hang on for 2–3 years unless got strong interest from a big club. Sylvestre and Campbell will remain at club and Campbell to make it into the coaching stuff by end of next season. If Gallas goes out or not, Wenger would get a defender. On his radar are Sakho, Zapata and Van Der Wiel, these meet his criteria, expect 1 of them to be brought in. Side backs are perfect, LB is Clichy and RB is Sagna, backups is Gibbs and Eboue so as youngsters.
For MF, no signings at all, Wenger and we all know Arsenal got enough firepower there, winger and attacking midfielder is powerful enough. Even if Ramsey is injured, there are replacements which are good enough. Song's position can be replaced by many, Diaby, Denilson can replace him in case of injuries even though Wenger wants both of them to go forward.
Finally, Strikers, people always talk about Chamakh (sorry if spelling mistake) going to Arsenal. Well, actually its announced he WILL join on bosman free transfer by Bordeaux, confirmed he will join by summer. Eduardo will not leave, Wenger will give him time to rediscover his form and he has faith in him.
SUMMARY: possible ins: Sakho, Zapata, Van Der Wiel, Edin Hazard but he would be loan back, and a couple of bright youngsters
possible outs: Gallas, Senderos, Vela (loan), Fabianski (loan)

16 Mar 2010 05:39:03
Arsenal news

fabianski and mannone are going on loan in the summer and almunia being sold to athletico madrid.
expect 1 or possibly 2 new goalkeeper signings.
campbell to stay for another year confirmed.
sanderos may stay at arsenal after the world cup or go out as a freebie to everton.
silvestre is definatly leaving.
merida may stay but is going out on a freebie aswell most likely.
a striker will be sold probably eduardo or maybe bentner if somebody makes a juicy and tempting bid for wenger for him. eduardo's market value is 9.4mil£.
chamkh should replace eduardo.
the only midfeild players arsenal may sign are defensive mid.
cover is needed for sagna as we will strugle without him as we have no worthy first team players to replace him when needed.
like i said arsene will buy a new goalkeeper and this will be the biggest signing, hugo lloris is probably the most likely candidate and another young tallent.

16 Mar 2010 06:41:57
Man Utd will not be making any moves in the Striker department until 2011, SAF is impressed with the form of Berbatov, and will let Owen see out the remainder of his deal until 2011. Macheda, Diouf and Welbeck will be given further opportunities to shine.

United to sign Smalling as we all know with Rodwell and Defour coming in. Akinfeev will arrive in December, and Di Maria will arrive for a cool £22Million.

Out will be Foster, Hargreaves and Nani, despite his improved form.

16 Mar 2010 07:23:49
