Chelsea are not and have no intention of renewing Nicolas Anelkas contract. His contract runs out at the end of the season. They have a new policy which means players over 32, who are in the last yr of their contract, will not be offered new deals. So he will be a FREE AGENT.

Any takers?

To the lad saying that Benitez won't be sacked because the board couldn't afford to pay him off.

Benitez will be sacked for gross misconduct. The board won't give him a penny.

You heard it here first.

I am a true red (liverpool of course) And the thing about silva joining for 15m without the yanks IS absolute rubbish. Valencia have offers from Manchester Unitedfor DAvid Silva already on the table ready for the market for a price of 25m so obv. valencia will not accept an offer lower than available due to their current finnancial issues. And there is also a good chance that Manchester City will come in with an offer for Silva too due to their finnancial success, so don't be expecting to see DAvid Silva in a Liverpool kit any time soon. But do expect to see Mascerano leave within the next season and to see bojan In.

I am based in the US and rather close (cannot say in what way – I'd get fired) to the high–ups at Hicks holdings. There is no truth in the 'Benitez' fired and cheated out of his compensation package story. The real concern at HH is that Benitez will walk and go to Real Madrid in January. I am told that Hicks has expressed interest in sounding out Hiddink as a replacement if Rafa walks.

"Celtic to sign robbie keane in january for 7 million desmond to fork out for the irishman and to any jealous rangers fans who claim hes a liverpool fan just youtube him celebrating celtic beating rangers"

Old footage is it?

Anyway, on to a doozie of a rumour – Heard that the Celtic board are already considering the future of Mowbray having won only 3 of his 8 games in charge (Same as Burley! Funny that, innit?)

Jimmy Calderwood in at Christmas if Celtic are lower than second in the league.

JOBOV

To the poster who write this :

Liverpool transfer rumours
–––––––––––––––––––––––––––

With a new 80 million sponser deal signed , Most will go to new stadium funding but around 30million will go to transfers in January, Rafa will offload Riera for 9m to Valencia ot Villareal as Riera is not happy about his 1st team oppertunities, with either Silva(most likely) or Van Der Vaart to replace him, But VDV is a more central midfeilder so it will most likely be Silva, This leaves enough for anther striker with liverpool only really having 1 good back–up, N'gog, Most likely choice will be Babtista(Roma) or Guiza(Fenerbache)

The payments are bonus related mate , they don't get all of it in one hit , its usually twice a year.

Transfer news – Mascherano will leave next summer.
Dont know how much for or any details but he will defo go.

Harrys Diary: Had a good laugh today. Adebayor loves Arsenal so much he thought he'd scored for them! He ran to his fans but they don't love him anymore and called his mum horrible things. That wasn't very nice and not like how Spurs fans would behave. I mean we've got triffic supporters who would never be so rude...would they? Blimey, I 'ope we don't get Notts County in a cup game.

NORWICH CITY
A friend of mine knows Culverhouse quite well and he tells me:–
Docherty & Hoolihan are going to sign for Notts County on loan, with a view to a permanent transfer of £1 million.

Lambert is going to dip into the loan market:
current targets are:
Giles Barnes (Derby) – 1st choice, but may be out of reach or unwilling to join
Astrit Ajdarevic (Leicester) – 2nd choice
Both are attacking midfielders.
Patrick McCourt & Milan Misun from Celtic...McCourt is a winger and Misun can cover centre back and left back.

Each loan will be for 3 months, allowing Lambert some time to assess who he needs to target for permanent transfers in Jan...apparently, he is hoping the fuss around his resignation from Colchester will have died down enough for him to sign Scott Vernon and David Fox. Anthony Mcnamee (Swindon)remains a priority. Surprise names in the frame are Joe Anyinsah (Carlisle), Adam Virgo (Brighton) and Bournemouth striker Brett Pitman.

OK, this is my last post regarding Benitez. HE IS OUT COME CHRISTMAS! As I have said, I have on good authority from two high level sources at Hicks Holding that Rafa's compensation packaged has been agreed to. It doesn't matter how they perform until then, he's embarrassed the club during press conferences and with heavy transfers that haven't materialized. Hicks and Gillet are more than willing to move forward without Rafa as they are looking long–term, none of this short term B.S. you see from the fans that post on this site. Remember, the Yanks are business men, not fans. So, again, stop with the madness. Just know you will have a new manager come January along with a new philosophy of how the club will be run. It will be a very tight ship.

Notts Co will bring in Jones and Cuerton on loan next week

Also in Jan will buy

Heffernan from doncaster 400, 000 or cuerton for 100, 000

jones 200, 000 from wolves

Tonge from stoke 500, 000

Right, I'm fed up with people posting silly things on this site! Rafa isn't leaving people, and the reds fans that want to see him go are disgusting or not proper fans.
WITH THE YANKS
Rafa'll be getting a small £10m budget in January and he'll be looking to buy EITHER Shawcross for the full £10m or Modibo Maiga from Le Mans for £7m. For those who don't know who Maiga is, he's a Mali international and a striker. He'll probably be the one bought as a backup for Torres. Next summer he'll be given £25m to spend if the yanks are still in there. He's got scouts looking at Ligue 1 and he's apparently interested in Gourcuff and Alexandre Bonnet. Gourcuff probably won't sign but Bonnet will for around £8m. He'll be Babel's replacement who'll be shipped out to anyone who's willing to pay £7m for him. Arsenal, Ajax and At. Madrid are interested. If it's At. Madrid then Masch will be sold (unfortunately) for £45m and with the £30m he'll get from that we'll give Atletico £35m and Babel for Aguero. This will give Rafa about £10m to spend after the yanks deplete money from the club for their own personal affairs and he'll end up signing Tom Huddlestone for the full £10m, although Redknapp rates him at £15m, so Rafa will offer £15m after begging the yanks for the money. I also forgot to mention that Dossena will be out for £6m, Degen for £2m and Voronin for £3m as well a a few dead wood.

WITHOUT THE YANKS
Apparently that French dude and DIC have linked up to buy out the yanks for £500m. Should this be done before January then David Silva and Maiga will join for £15m and £7m respectively with Rafa's £25m budget. Riera will also leave for Valencia as part of the deal. In the summer they'll give Rafa £70m to spend, plus half of the money made from transfers. Dossena will leave for £6m, Voronin will be out for £3m and Degen will leave for £2m. Darby will be Johnson's deputy at RB and Sergio Kun Aguero will be signed for £35m + Babel. Aguero held out for Liverpool all summer but thanks to the yanks it wasn't made possible. The boys a LFC fan and will play for no other English club except Liverpool. Joaquin will also join for £15m. Benayoun will be shifted to the left as Silva's backup and Joaquin and Silva will fight it out for RM. Gerrard's new position in the Liverpool squad sees him over Alonso, and Aquilani will play in the "Gerrard role". At the minute young Jay Spearing is his backup, but that will change. Also Kyrgiakos was bought as we couldn't afford anyone else and signing Lucas Neill would've caused uproar as no–one likes him. Deco might be a surprise signing for £7m and Shawcross is his no. 1 defensive target and will join for £8–10m.
This is 100% fact and the players that I've said will join are just Rafa's no. 1 targets really.

The Liver Bird

Rafa Benitez will not be Liverpool manager come christmas time.
New manager will be Javier Aguirre/Guus Hiddink.
Funds will be given to new manager.

I have an absolute dead cert fact that Steve McClaren is number one on the list to succeed SAF!! Jose is not on the list at all.
My God I hope this a rumour. He would destroy us.
ROMFISHTROMBONE.

I will say it again, Benitez will be out at Liverpool during the Christmas break. So, please stop posting these ridiculous comments about him getting funds, signing new players, etc... Times are a changing at Anfield. And it will start with:
1. Benitez getting sacked in January
2. No players will be bought in the window
3. A new British born manager will put in place full–time during the Summer
4. Torres and Mach will be sold to help fund the new stadium. Note: Torres' transfer fee will be roughly 40M, but a large portion of that will be needed to pay back the bank since the transfer has not been paid yet.
5. The sponsorship that was signed will take care of the yearly interest. Will not be used to upgrade the squad.

So as you can see the financial crisis has really hit the club hard. They have massive amounts of debt that must be serviced and all deals moving forward will have to be paid in full per the club's bank. No more silly money.

No mate, YOU have been hit hard in the back of the head. You people make me sick, how can you sit there, spurt off this rubbish and still call urself a fan? Benitez WON'T be sacked, it would cost a quater of the new sponcership deal to get him out, so give that one a rest yeah? David Trezeguet to sign in January. Bonzo

Scheltic

The fashion for naming stadiums is set to continue in Glasgow with a report coming out of The LSE that Celtic Football Club are in the final stages of negotiation with The London Rubber Company regarding the choice of names for Celtic Park.Rumours of a last minute withdrawal from discussions it seems are premature.

Notts County will complete the Loan signing of Daniel Jones from Woves this week and then sign him for 150, 000 in Jan transfer window

I was speaking to a friend the other day that bumped into Fernando Torres in Madrid last July. No great rumour here, but my friend had a brief chat with Torres. Apparently Torres said he loved the support from most Liverpool fans, but he continued on to say that the Kop support "creeps him out (exact words)" and that he didn't rate Liverpool's chances of finishing above third or fourth due to the average squad assembled under Benitez. He had nothing nice to say about Benitez, even though he was pressed for a comment.

LFC JOHN

Serious specualtion coming in from Everton. Were expected to complete the singing of lucas neill on a free transfer and he could make his debut against former club blackburn at the weekend. This is beacause of the injury to phil neville, Heitinga will now take up his role in midfeild and niell will add competition in the right back area for tony hibbert.

The other rumour is Everton have taken Nicolas Millan on a trial. The youngster from chile is being compared to ronaldo and if impressed everton will open talks with his club and look to bring him in during the january transfer window, as he will then be 18 and eligable for a move to england.

I will say it again, Benitez will be out at Liverpool during the Christmas break. So, please stop posting these ridiculous comments about him getting funds, signing new players, etc... Times are a changing at Anfield. And it will start with:

Celtic will be busy in the transfer merry–go–round in January. outs are rumoured to be – Boruc (his decent start to the season has alerted previously mentioned clubs that he may be back to top form, Spurs are definitely interested) McManus (would have went in summer, but his injury ruled out any move, his 2 games for Scotland have convinced the likes of McLeish/Brown/McCarthy that he could do a job) Naylor (not got a look in now that Fox has established the the left back role, again a Midlands move is very probable, also young Milan Misun is pushing for a first team berth) Flood (remains on the periphery of first team but wants/needs to play– may be loaned out) McDonald (if good offer comes in then Mowbray will accept) An out and out striker is on the radar and Mowbray has asked his scouts all over (especially "eastern europe") to keep eyes open. Cheers
