Crystal Palace are preparing a 1.5m offer for Albert Adomah of Bristol City. Contrary to talk that they would bid if Zaha was to leave, news coming out of SE25 is that they want him to play alongside the newly capped England international.
No, I don't think so, the player of ours that you are after is Cole Skuse. Albert would cost more than £1.5M, trust me
Palace don't need either of them players and if we wanted to get them we could wait untill your relegated and then get them for cheaper than what your asking.

Second Posting! From within Brighton & Hove Albion. Ashley Barnes out of contract in the Summer is unhappy at losing place is likely to move in January whilst Brighton can get a fee. Valued at 400-500k Barnsley and Sheffield United are 2 of three teams that are monitoring position. If CMS goes to Norwich Brighton unlikely to sell.
Haven't seen the first posting but it is unlikely Brighton will sell Barnes. Brighton only have 2 other main strikers Makail-Smith and Hoskins and would want to sign 2 new forwards before selling any. According to a National paper today Brighton are interested in Austin (Burnley).

Leicester have agreed a deal to take Robbie Keane on loan in January for 6 weeks. They are also in talks to land Landon Donovan in a similar deal. The owners would love a massive name signing and did tempt David Beckham with a £80,000 per week offer but he feels he can still play top flight football. {Ed025's Note - if donovan does come to england...he will be joining everton mate..

Bristol City look resigned to losing Jon Stead in January. Leeds, Huddersfield and Blackpool are sniffing around the hitman with a fee of £750,000 enough to see him leave.
Huddersfield are not interested in Stead. They are interested in a striker who can score goals though.

Reading are looking at purchasing Ronnie Stam from Wigan in a bid to improve their defence.
Heard this whispering around the club the last few days, Brian McDermott is rumoured to be looking at Stam for some Premier league experience. The potential fee is about £4m

Afc bournemouth midfielder joe partington is set to join league 2 side Plymouth on a month loan deal
Troy deeney supports aston villa so he will want to go there not sheffield wednesday or afcb either and we dont have enough cash to buy him
Partington is future prospect at afcb, presently will struggle for game time at bournemouth so month at plymouth would do no harm.

If we had 500,000 we wouldn't waste it on Clarke . We don't have that msort of money so won't happen, Dickov won;t say who he's interested in but he's already speaking to players.

Matt Derbyshire has not said he doesn't want to come back, he has said if a permanent deal can't be agreed (very unlikely anyway) then he will come back on loan. And Leon Clarke would be a decent addition to our squad

West Brom have offered Millwall £1,000,000 for Liam Trotter plus Chris Wood.
WBA can get lost!
That values Trotter at around £2.75 million. Any deal might depend on exactly who Millwall might be able to sign to replace Trotter. Such a deal might make sense for WBA but might not be quite tempting enough for Millwall.
If true i would take that
I'm from NZ where Chris Wood was born and grew up and I know him and his family very well. He is going to millwall for 1mil no add ons like trotter
Wood's staying at West Brom until the end of the season as cover for Odemwingie who's going to the African Cup of Nations.

Apparently WBA want £1,750,000 for Wood. It is not unreasonable for WBA to try and receive as much as they can when selling however much the player might want to join a club. After all Manchester United didn't exactly drop their price for Ronaldo when he joined Real Madrid.
It is a shame as Chris has settled in really well with us,but as our chairman JB has already stated we have our price on chris & will not be paying over it! & fair play to him for that!WBA have turned this into a stupid auction!
The issue with Chris Wood is that WBA has a shortage of strikers. They will wait until January before they decide whether they will accept any bid for the player. CW has a flat in London and has indicated that he would like to stay with Millwall.

If West Brom reject Millwall's £1m bid for Chris Wood, Millwall will instead use the money to re-sign Norwich's Steve Morison.
Forest had a £1.5m bid turned down on deadline day. What makes you think you'll now get him for £1m??
Also forest are still interested and would have no problem adding on an extra £500k if need be. I am presuming you wouldn't be able to do the same

The question of anything above the £1m would depend on any outstanding payments on the transfer from Millwall to Norwich
£1 million for Morrison. He reached double figures in the premiership last season or was it 9 he scored. You're looking at more than £3.5 million + to sign him, which I think you'd agree if out of your price range
Following the sell on clause to Stevenage I don’t think we got much more £1m for him in the first place. He is now on higher wages at Norwich so I think that this is non starter.

Reason: Wales International and PL prolific goalscorer.
Norwich have Holt Injured, not how long for. Why would they sell Morison until they have alternative strikers signed.
Norwich still owe Millwall 700k for the sale so with Millwall offering £1m that equals to a £1.7m bid.
