If Wolves get relegated to league one, they are set to lose Jamie O'hara to Derby, Backary Sako to Sunderland and Kevin Doyle is a target for Doncaster, Bolton and Celtic.

O'Hara will head back to London, but Doyle could well end up at Celtic,

21 Apr 2013 01:26:06
Doyle to Doncaster?!

Derby will not be signing Jamie Ohara. We have 3 central midfield players that are championship standard in Will Hughes, Jeff Hendrick and Craig Bryson.

O'Hara is on about 40k a week. Derbys top earner is about 10k. Unlikely we will sign someone on such high wages.

Yes because the doncaster board would allow that kind of money to buy him, our board have said there won't be big money spent, got to stick with what we have and add a few for next to nothing. Lacking ambition reason I'm not bothering with them next year at all

They have invested in 5 youth players at least they are bringing kids through the system

Omg carnt believe they didn't take the goalkeeper, have watched a lot of the youth games this season and he kept and won them a lot of the games apparently he was the only one they didn't take?

O'hara, to Derby is a massive no. wages.
Doyle is showing his quality or lack this year and will be lucky if he gets any takers

Donny wouldn't know a good player if they saw one, woodsy not good had a good defence infront of him this season sullys maybe got a good year left in him who makes these decisions? Surely taking a young keeper would be good for the club.

If it means donny have to actually pay some money for a player then forget it the boards ambition levels are a joke want everything done cheap

Sako to safc is a good shout. Fast and flairfull, just how Paulo likes em!

Now Bournemouth have gained promotion to the championship, striker Matt Tubbs is to join newly League Two outfit Portsmouth on a season loan with a view to a perminant deal.

Matt tubs will be going to Swindon, they tried to sign him before the emergency loan but failed as Bournemouth wouldn't sell to a potential challenger in league 1, Swindon will struggle in the play offs and will let go the majority if the older players as the wage bill is £250,000 a month, they are going to trim the squad and have a handful of young players along with loan players and a handful of older heads, Alan Navarro a big earner on £10k a week could be on his way to AFCB.

20 Apr 2013 23:36:05
Arsenal are set to sign QPR player Loic Remy in the summer if they are relegated at the end of the season, Andre Arshavin is set to move the other way as part of the deal.

Arshavin won't drop into the championship, to good, and he can go to a much bigger club abroad

Rumour Submitted

Arshavin as part of the deal, hmmmm I ain't a Arsenal fan but he is out of contract so he can do what he likes and QPR have no chance of staying up so say goodbye to Remy

21 Apr 2013 11:23:58
I can believe that Remy would go to Arsenal when QPR are confirmed as relegated, QPR need to get him of their wages. But Arshavin will not be going to QPR, he'll most likely go back to Russia.

20 Apr 2013 23:33:57
Stoke City will sign Portsmouth youngster Jed Wallace but he will join pompey on a season long loan if Stoke stay in the premier league.

Not joining Stoke.

20 Apr 2013 23:32:16
Cardiff are planning a summer swoop for Reading duo Adam Le Fondre and Gareth McLeary.

Wow Cardiff going for ALF and McCleary as well as Pearce and HRK! McCleary has already states he'd like to stay and fight for his place, Pearce is off, HRK and ALF will be told they're staying.

21 Apr 2013 10:49:57
Why should Cardiff want players who failed to keep Reading in the Prem for?

Because they're the best players who gave them a little hope without them they woild of been down months ago

Because they will now know how to live in the premier league

20 Apr 2013 23:22:37
West Brom will bid for Montenegrin utility player Elsad Zverotic, from Swiss club Young Boys. The versatile midfielder has scored against both England and Liverpool (for Montenegro and his current club, respectively).

Hull City Ins:
Remy - QPR -£6-8,000,000
Hooper - Celtic - £6-8,000,000
Boyd - Peterborough - £600,000
El Mohamedy - Sunderland - £1, 200,000
Gedo - Al Ahly - £500,000
Stockdale - Fulham - £800,000
Ayala - Norwich - £400,000
Maynard - Cardiff - Loan

Hull City Outs:
Dawson - Retirement
Olofinjana - Bosman
Stewart - Ipswich - £400,000

Remy and Hooper are just purely based on snooping around similar websites, personally I highly doubt, especially Remy who'll be on silly money, Hooper probably wants wages similar to Bullards so also seems unlikely.

Nicky Maynard won't happen sorry but just because he was injured dose'nt mean he won't still feature for the bluebirds next season

No chance with Remy and Hooper
Everyone else probablies
Except Sunderland might wanna keep el mohamody, so that's 50/50

Hull have no chance of buying Remy or Hooper you must be living in dream land mate. Remy will probably end up and a much bigger club. Not so sure about Hoopers future but I believe other more established Prem teams want him.

21 Apr 2013 11:42:14
All of the above is dependant on promotion I assume?

Why would cardiff loan maynard to hull, they will want to use him

21 Apr 2013 14:45:52
I think you will probably get Stockdale, but he'll be a bit more expensive than you suggest - probs about 2m

Stockdale is worth more than that.

Did you get the Remy and Hooper rumour from the match of the day magazine because it sounds like it.

Hooper is headin to norwich city.

No he ain't
He's either stayin at Celtic or going to Tottenham

Stockdale is worth more than £800k

Hooper is welcome to stay at celtic.

his value has dropped considerably. no stand out performances since the end of jan. he will leave celtic on a free at the end of next season.

he is not good enough to spurs and he's not worth more than 3.5m to anyone else now.
I'd even be shocked if norwich went in for him again.

H oh my god this is hilarious.

Why would Remy and Hooper want to move to Hull city, they are both top class players and in my opinion I can see them playing for top Premier league sides. Hull havn't even been promoted yet.

Stockdale for 800k? An English keeper, under 30 with prem experience is worth more than that. Jol has also said that he wants 4mil for him!

You won't be getting Ayala, youngster Norwich will look to bring back into the squad possibly another loan.

20 Apr 2013 22:18:15
Ipswich linked with a summer move with dutch midfielder Geert Roorda. Mick McCarthy has been watching the midfielder for some time, and is said to be keen to add height to his midfield this summer.

20 Apr 2013 22:15:35
Aaron cresswell to middlesbrough when George friend goes to west ham

Goerge Friend has got a contract until 2015, he won't be leaving; Mogga is commited to keeping him at the club. Prem clubs are no longer interested in him due to his and the squads drop in form. West ham will spend all their money on carrol, and won't be able to get friend who will have 5M price tag

Cresswell is to valuable to Ipswich

20 Apr 2013 22:13:11
Ipswich town have been scouting FC waalwijks Rodney Sneijder. Having been recommended by former town scout Romeo Zondervan.

20 Apr 2013 22:13:01
Stoke will sign 3 players from the lower leagues in the summer

Jed Wallace - Portsmouth
Luke Murphy - Crewe
John Brayford - Derby

21 Apr 2013 02:13:38
and george colson

John Brayford is likely to sign a new contract at Derby but if he doesn't Stoke, West Ham and Cardiff are all interested. Derby will not accept anything below 1.5 million and I believe if one club bids then others will join.

He'll join stoke as it's the club he supports

I would say if any of those clubs comes in for brayford, he is most likely to join stoke because their the team that he supports

Brayford may be avaliable as Freeeman signed a new deal but I would guess over £3million, before Derby consider, building for the future and don't need to sell.

22 Apr 2013 13:22:46
No he don't support Stoke, he's a Liverpool fan!

Derby will not sell either Hughes or Brayford unless we get a good offer and for Brayford the starting price is bids upwards of £2.5million. He has one year left on current deal and will be offered new deal (talks already underway)

Hughes, (even though he signed a new contract) may go for £7million providing we get him on a year long loan in return.

no other saleable assests at the club, Tyson and Bailey will go on frees and Robinson may go for peanuts. Ward too injury prone to tempt anyone and Cloughies favourite anyway. Other players leaving will be out on loan or released (Deeney, Doyle, Atkins)

He 100% is a stoke fan i'm afraid your wrong. Will Hughes is a massive Liverpool fan.

Hughes is valued by many different big clubs ranging from 7-10 million. i'm not sure if bids will be made for him though.

we do have one other saleable asset at the club in Jeff Hendrick.

Walsall scout at Accrington's game at Bristol Rovers, rumoured to be watching on loan goalkeeper Paul Rachubka (Leeds) and midfielder Romuald Boco who has netted 12 goals this season. Both are out of contract at the end of the season Rachubka with Leeds and Bocco is stalling on a new contract with Stanley

Ronnie Bocco is strongly tipped to be moving to Chesterfield to follow Paul COOK again. Ventress

Boco was class, ran the game from midfield. Anyone scouting him on Sat will have been v impressed. should be playing higher than League 2

20 Apr 2013 21:13:08
Bournemouth is now in the Championship. Eddie Howe wants to bring in Charlie Austin {Ed034's Note - he might want to bring him in, but it will never happen. He wants to bring in messi, ronaldo and bale too lol

This is funniest i've seen in long time

21 Apr 2013 11:01:39
Bournemouth will not get Austin maybe a big champ side not a club of there size

What Portsmouth and Southampton fans need to relise is that AFC Bournemouth fan base isn't only in b'mouth, it includes neighbouring town Poole and Christchurch! Not to forget smaller towns like new Milton, wimbourne, ringwood, ferndown and verwood! Combin the popluations of these towns!
- b'mouth (185,000)
- Poole (145,000)
- Christchurch (40,000)
And the combination of thoes smaller towns (100,000) south east dorsets popluation is 470,000 so when you say s*** like AFCB are a small seaside town take into account that we are a group of towns which makes us the BIGGEST urban area on the SOUTH COAST!

20 Apr 2013 20:48:08
Portsmouth Top target in the summer will be Nathaniel Mendez-Laing, and the club re-sign Darryl Flahavan, Steven Ramsey, Svetoslav Todorov and Scott Allan ( On loan from WBA ).

Johnny Ertl, Ricardo Rocha, Liam Walker, David Connolly, Jed Wallace, Simon Eastwood, Gabor Gyepes, Yassin Moutaouakil, and Sam Sodje will sign new contracts.

George Colson, Dan Thompson, Alex Grant will sign new contracts, but will go to loans to Hawks or Eastleigh.

Aaa. how many times are you going to pedal the NML joining Pompey rumour. It's NOT going to happen, no matter how many times you say it! Also, Allen is much better than Div 2 & only re-signed on loan with Pompey this season because of Appleton. And, Colson & Thompson have already been told they are free to leave Pompey. Grant will be part of the 1st team set up next season & won't be going out on loan anywhere!

20 Apr 2013 20:42:26
Shrewsbury manger Graham Turner has appartly fallen out with Marvin Morgan and Matt Richads.

Matt Richards and Turner falling out I highly doubt it

20 Apr 2013 20:19:53
Derby manager Nigel Clough is targeting five new faces at Pride Park in the summer, not including a permanent deal for Watford midfielder Craig Forsyth. Clough feels County will have to challenge for play offs next season for him to keep his job.
Clough is interested in Mansfield defender Gareth Owens. The 23 year old has been on loan a Southport this season and has impressed County scouts.
Oxford United midfielder Peter Leven is also a target. Leven has the technical ability in midfield that Clough has been eager for over the last few months. The former MK Dons and Kilmarnock player is out of contract in the summer and wouldn't cost a penny.
Clough is also keeping track of another lower league player. Barnet player Mauro Vilhete trained with County in January for a week and impressed. A deal for the Portuguese winger couldn't be agreed but the 19 year old has told the League 2 club he wants his chance at a higher level. The former Boreham Wood loanee has been courted by a number of Championship clubs.
Clough is after a hitman and believes Nathan Delfouneso is the answer. A deal for the 22 year old striker has already reportedly been agreed after his club Aston Villa told him that he can leave in the summer if a fee of £600,000 can be agreed.
The second striker close to signing for County is Japan international Tadanari Lee. Lee is currently on loan at FC Tokyo but wants a second chance in England.

I think lambert will give the fonz a chance next season so I don't think so

Delfouneso rumour is not true. Derby scouts were at Blackpool monitoring Alex Baptiste.

Martyn Waghorn is the likely striker that is coming in because he is out of contract and Derby will try to avoid fee paying transfers.

Also all the other transfers above are pretty much rubbish because Clough has said he is after experience.

Good luck with Leven.

He has an attitude problem and tried to screw MK out of a bigger contract. Which is why we let him go.

21 Apr 2013 16:24:37
Leven attitude has been perfectly fine at Oxford for 2 years. And he's still really close friends with Karl Robinson, so highly doubtful his attitude was bad at MK. MK offered him an appearance fee based contract, because of his injured wrist and foot.
he signed on for Oxford for less than what he was on at MK for the previous seasons.
He's a class above league 2, but has hardly been fully fit for the whole 2 years at Oxford. He's an expensive luxury player. Had problems with wrist and shoulder. great player, but never fit!

Leven went from £2K a week to £3K at Oxford. He was all talk about going to a Championship club when he left MK. Now, why do you think he dropped a level? Money, maybe? ;)

Fonz is only just 22 yo (he was 21 yo - 2 months ago)
Lambert will ship him out.
burke & drennan probably are now infront of him in the pecking order at villa park.

22 Apr 2013 13:33:55
Cloughie job not under threat from current owners. has two year contract left and owners want stability and (in their own words) "build a dynasty at the club". First job for NC was to cut the wage bill then see players come through academy as we are skint and cannot compete in high transfer fees. The owners are serving the deficit and this will continue for some years to come so Cloughie has to build a squad of young gifted players coming through, bargain buckets from lower leagues and one or two experienced players to balance the side. that's the way it is.

In this summer: Loan deals for Nathan Ake and move for Nick Powell on loan

Dawson from Leeds, Eustace and Forysth both from Watford. Baptiste from Blackpool and a bid for Will Grigg / Billy McKay the only fee being offered.

new one year deals for O'Connor and Davies to supplement the squad.

Hear also two more young stars from colorado rapids coming the train with the Rams over the pre-season, one striker one midfield. ?

22 Apr 2013 20:30:56
Well that's wrong, when Oxford have said they don't pay higher than 1. 8k a week. And 4 players are on that. One being Leven!
Leven wanted a 2 yr deal, and with a little girl, he didn't want to move house. And we was the only club where both these could happen

20 Apr 2013 19:47:32
Ryan Cresswell to Chesterfield

I hope this is correct, he's a great player and someone we desperately need. and he scores goals.

Strong rumour around these parts deal is done

Deal done done time ago

Old school defender great signing if true

Is Cresswell not the ex Rotherham donkey who Super Jack made look silly when he scored a hat trick in March 2011

Yep but seen him play twice this year and he looks a completely different player. as does jack now :)

20 Apr 2013 17:42:42
Shrewsbury to sign Brett Pittman and Marc Pugh in the summer with new chairman coming in.

No way. to good

20 Apr 2013 14:33:15
Shrewsbury set to sign Jimmy Ryan and Billiy Clarke in the summer

20 Apr 2013 13:37:55
Southampton have enquired about highly rated brazillian atacking midfielder Adryan who currently turns out for Flamengo.

Would be a top notch signing but is unlikely to happen as he is so young and so heavily attached to Brazil at the moment. I'm not sure he'd be too happy to leave Brazil until he is a developed player.

Let's hope he's better than Guly then.

Yeah, doesn't he have a £1 million release clause!

Guly did a good job for us in League 1 and the Championship, we should never forget this. Yes I agree he is not Premiership standard but he deserved the chance and like many others that came with much higher expectations he hasn't quite made it, but not let himself down in doing so!

He would be an absolute class signing, has made a name for himself these last two seasons adm for the comment above he is an actual Brazilian unlike Guly haha! Think he would bring something new to the team and would help us push for a top 10 finish next season. I think we need another midfielder/winger and another central defender.

This rumour has no substance

You play far too much Football Manager

20 Apr 2013 10:23:41
Aboutrika the Egypt national top goal soccer is being looked at by hull as they get ready to might be in the premier league next season, also gedo and Boyd on permements

20 Apr 2013 09:44:20
Portsmouth want to sign Matt Tubbs on loan from Bournemouth next season if the Cherries get promoted.
Bournemouth will recall Frank Demouge next season after he has proved he can score goals during his loan spell with Roda.
Flahavan - Released
Purches - Coaching at the club
Addison - Sold
Meades - Wimbledon
McDermott - Oxford
Partington - Exeter - Loan
Stockley - Plymouth - Loan
Sheringham will also go out on loan to either Portsmouth or Plymouth

They are also interested in Shrewsbury's Jon Taylor

Meades back to us permanently, yes please! You sure this is true

Portsmouth couldn't afford an ice cream tubb

Heard Meades has been decent for wimbledon

21 Apr 2013 16:27:04
So all these signings have been confirmed have they?
Oxford manager doesn't know if he's going to be there in another weeks time. the fans want him out!
Plymouth manager is out of contract next week and hasn't decided if he's staying.
Afc could be in non league, so will have different targets!
So all this is a load of rubbish

The Pompey not affording anything joke is now redundant. New owners, debt free, clean start next season. I'm sure other clubs in Div 1 will want Tubbs though.

Would love meades to stay and we will stay up

Plus Demouge hasn't exactly helped his cause by claiming in the Dutch press that league one defenders are a long way ahead of those in the Dutch top flight.

Listen Bournemouth fans you are getting to big for your boots, you need to calm down ride the wave now while you can because all good things come to an end, Pompey no matter what league will always be a bigger club than AFCB, it's a long way down when you fall so be careful as look what happened to us and you don't get big enough crowds to support success, your little seaside resort is full of old retired people, you need to concentrate on getting a proper ground and then sort the massive loan that you need to pay back the Russian.

^ Can't say I've seen anyone on here claiming AFCB are a bigger club than Pompey! Are you sure you can read!

If so we are just enjoying the moment as we haven't have too much in the way of succes over the years. You should be celebrating the latest Pompey developments rather than slating us. UTC!

22 Apr 2013 12:17:20
because fratton parks an amazing ground isn't it? LOL

You Bournemouth fans ........ {Ed003's Note - If you can't make your point without insulting people don't bother Pete.}

As a Pompey fan I wish Bournemouth all the best. Think next year will be a tough one for them but they have enough to survive.

It goes both ways then, what's the saying, if you live by the sword you die by the sword?

20 Apr 2013 04:50:36
David nugent certain to sign for norwich which will see holt go the other way. my girlfriend is the physio at lcfc and he really wants the move to happen.

Wont see nugent in a yellow shirt never in a million years lo

Of course he wants it to happen, but it won't. He would not improve our squad at all.

Your girlfriend's a he?

20 Apr 2013 00:40:53
Southampton are interested in Walsall striker Will Grigg who has scored 19 goals this season, and reports suggest they are ready to table a bid.

Would love this as I share his surname!

Griggs going to middlesbrough mate

20 Apr 2013 18:54:06
Why would we want him and no way would he chose a club like boro over saints

He probably know that he would be sat in the reserves for saints

He will probably get more football at boro, although he might be good enough to get as much football at saints.

He may do for first team football?

He said he wants to stay at Walsall

If he were to join Saints I could see him going back on loan to Walsall for two seasons. However if he were to join Boro he wouldn't be sent back out on loan.

Not good anough. lambert got 37 goals and will gregg has 19 (this is league 1) J Rod, lambert and mayuka are better if he moves to the prem he will only get one or two goals a season if he plays.
