Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Danny Murphy is to become the first player of the Milan Mandaric regime at Leicester City. The former Liverpool star is set to sign for the Foxes in a shock £800,000 deal.
Also, Mandaric has been speaking to Arsenal starlet Jeremie Aliadiere in view to a 6 month loan, with an opportunity to sign him permanently.
Spurs rumour: tainio (McCulloch replacement) plus cash for leighton baines. Spurs will also challenge liv'pool to sign huddlestones former team mate giles barnes.
Gareth Bale has signed for Tottenham and has just passed his medical. A deal worth to Southampton of around £7.2m.

The rumour is Mr Warnock intends to break the bank to get his hands on Greg Halford and Jason Koumas. problem is where is the money coming from. Steve Kabba looks set for a move to Ipswich for £700,000 maybe Chris Lucketti to Leeds for £300,000 and with Celtic still looking at Geoff Horsfield for 750,000 we may be able to buy one more player. the problem is which one?

I have it on good authority that Rangers are close to signing Lee mcculloch from Wigan for £1 million plus a player. Celtic are looking to sign Paul Hartley as a replacement for neil lennon, with Boruc leaving for the English premiership - probably Arsenal. Celtic will then make their moves for Craig Gordon of Hearts.
Mourinho to leave Chelsea in the summer, with Frank Rikkard as a possible replacement, leaving the door open for mourinho at Barcelona. Mourinho would probably opt for Madrid with Capello going to Milan and Ancelloti going to Chelsea.
Alec McCleish will be unveiled as Scotland Manager with Gary McCallister being a first team coach.
Fulham reportedly close to craig gorden from Hearts also heinze to leave Utd even though he said he wants to fight for place. Inter in pole position but Spurs could offer defoe going the other way. Also hearing Luton close on Billy sharp and Darius Henderson.

Shaun Wright Phillips to Villa for £12m, once this is done, Bellamy will go to Villa in exchange for Wright Phillips. Liverpool's pace up front will be provided by Thierry Henry who will sign for £30m before the end of the window. DIC view him and Gerrard as their ideal ambassadors

Had an engineer visit our site yesterday had a conversation about football. One of his colleagues is a close friend of Ashley Young's dad.
Ashley is actually a life long Spurs fan and has his heart set on a move to Spurs. Which is why he turned down West Ham and is likely to do the same to Aston Villa in the hope Spurs come in for him either in this transfer window or more likely in the summer.
Manchester United need to bolster their central midfield depth. Their only true central midfielders are Carrick, Scholes and Fletcher. O'shea and Allan Smith are not natural midfielders and although Park can play an attacking role, is really better suited as a winger.
Thus they will be signing both an attacking and holding midfielder, one now and one in the summer:

I've heard some potentially massive transfer rumours regarding Manchester United. From what I hear, Barcelona are desperate to land Cristiano Ronaldo and will offer £48m in the summer, or £32. 75m and Portuguese winger Deco in part exchange. Sir Alex Ferguson is refusing to sell the player at the moment, but a deal as lucrative as either of those could prove to be too tempting to turn down.
To the guy who was talking about Brown and Thomson at Hibs you do know his agent is willie mckay, a few weeks ago brown was saying he was only going to go to Rangers mckays a lying snake and that was his last throw of the dice really he only gets paid if his clients move after all.
John Collins has clearly stated on several occasions aswell that neither will leave until summer if at all and they`ll only be leaving if the price is right since they`re contracted til 2009 and 2010.

Hi, its =DX=. I have some Liverpool transfer rumours. Firstly, young midfielder David Mannix is currently on trial at Danish team Hamkam, Stevie Warnock set to leave 'Field at cross the Pennines to sign for Blackburn and finally, Henry is NOT coming to Liverpool. although some people saw him with RP, SG, and DM but I think this is utter bullshit.
I don't know where the Derby fan got the phrase "versatile" from when talking about a Rams bid for Adam Drury. He's a left back. Period. So yes, that's REALLY versatile if you need, um, a left back.
Nothing in the Lee Camp story either. Norwich have signed David Marshall from Celtic, the deal will become permanent in the Summer. Celtic have already signed his replacement and the new No. 2 to Boruc.
The Canaries were all set to sign Matthew Spring from Watford, however, word has it that his wife was against the move (didn't want to live somewhere nice, obviously!) so Spring signed for Luton instead.
