I think you're right there. Lets not forget that Rooney was scoring goals left, right and centre last season, why would he wan't to leave, when he said the club isn't moving in the direction he wants it to move in it may be because of the Glazer's . .

Lay off the Mrs Marple lads.(15)(18)

Right, this is going to sound like a whopper but i've just been in my local BP petrol station in Alexandra Parade in Glasgow and in walks Paul Stretford (rooneys agent), he was on his mobile phone and i overheard him saying that Rooney will be signing for Celtic in Jan, Celtics major shareholder Dermort Desmond is personally funding the move. He is paying for Rooney to buy out his Man U contract at a cost of 7.6 Millions. Apparantly Rooney would love to play for Celtic and be part of an Old firm game, ( he was at 2 of the old firm games last season) Its understood Desmond will pay 100k a week and Celtic will make the rest up at 70k a week. This is massive for Celtic and i'm sure with Wayne on Board we will at last get our hands back on the eurpean cup. i approached Paul Streford and got my picture taken with him outside the petrol station. This will rock football!

Why would a Celtic fan be in a petrol station that has the word British in it(5)(27)

Just think this whole lfc situation is a out of hand with all the rumours that roy is out blah blah blah, he won't be sacked at very least until january unless things get really seriously bad, he will look to sign in january : deijan stankovic from inter, a quality lb not sure who this is yet, and another striker possibly hulk from porto. on the other hand if roy gets the sack before jan then frank rijkardd will come in and bring arda turan from galatasary, bojan from barca, gomes from bayern and rafinha from schalke.(5)(11)

Where Do you get these from? Are you mad?

Naughton signed for Tottenham in a 2 player 10mil deal - why would Redknapp let him go for less than he paid for him, especially with the potential he is showing?? YOUR CRAZY

Curtis Davies will never sign for a Champoinship club for 3.5mil. . He is a premier league standard player, he only came to leicester to get his match fitness up and so houllier can see him play! YOUR CRAZY

MICHAEL OWEN? are you out of your mind?!?! This bloke is probably on 50k + per week, still a great talent in the premier league - do you really think he would drop down to champ level? YOUR CRAZY!

Kasper Schmeichel and Moses. No Way. . Moses is a top talent and Wigan paid not much less than that for him, why would he want to come down to the champ again!

Vassel is the only one you got right, probably because that was obvious, even though you still got it wrong saying loan - he hasnt had a club since the summer! Free agent - only 30 - worked with sven before - obvious that was going to happen!

------

Lamey will not go, he only signed at the start of the season!
Logan has not long signed a new contract
Gallagher has only been here a season, and LCFC paid a lot more than 300k for him. .

You really are crazy. . MAD!

Lets be real,
Leicester probably only have about 8-9m TOPS, to spend on players, as the squad is already of size, sven will be looking more at loans and free agents, we won't be breaking any transfer record soon. .

All these romours are just completely daft - anyone who believes them must be mental. .(9)(9)

ok, can you honestly see shrek and colleen being together in a few months time?

colleen is deeply hurt by what wayne has done, and he has committed the ultimate betrayal of trust with her and at work with manchester united.

he'd be better off abroad - if he signs for city, he'll be the most hated man in manchester. not worth the hassle, so expect a move to madrid with benzema joining manchester united in january.(13)(9)

- sorry but everton only get 25% of anything over 27mil, so if he is sold for 30mil then everton get 750k.

-sorry again but everton do not have the funds to buy him, you may aswell be saying your going to get messi because he is a toffee

there is only three possible destinations for rooney: man city, chelsea or madrid.

in my opinion man city will dangle a bigger carrot infront of him so he will go there.(13)(11)

MAN UTD TRUTH
rooney will be most likely going abroad. the only clubs that can afford rooney in the premiership is man city and chelsea. utd will not sell to city purely due to rivalry. very unlikey but chelsea havnt spent alot of money in a few years and with anelka and drogba both ageing strikers could be a possible move. however real madrid is the likely destination as another signing for the galacticos with rooney and ronaldo linking up again with a part cash (for glazers debt) and benzema as he is not used. good relations between SAF and mourinho will help this deal go through.

Not a rumour but more to clear something up. Speaking as an Evertonian there are two reasons why Rooney won't sign for the club again.
1. Nice and easy, we can't afford him! Fact! It has been reported that he wants 200k a week! Everton can't afford that and even if we could I wouldn't want us to pay it, why pay one player that sort of money and upset players like Cahill, Arteta and Jags? These are the players our team has been built around and I for one want to see them happy and enjoying their football at our club! Not to mention the 35+ Mil United would want for him! Now some of you will be saying well we can get him for 5 Mil under the Webster ruling, which brings me onto my next point.
2. NO WE CAN'T! The Webster ruling comes from (I think, correct me if I'm wrong) Andy Webster leaving a club in Scotland to sign for Wigan! The only reason he was allowed to do this was because he signed for a club in a different country! If Rooney buys his contract out under the Webster ruling he WILL NOT be allowed to sign for another club in England, Fact! So let's stop all the silly rumours now, if Rooney leaves United, unless someone pays big money for him, he's going abroad!
Cheers,
Justice for the 39!(18)(15)
