Spurs rumours

Adam Matthews (2.5mill)
Sandro (done) (6mill)
Emmanuel Mbola(the next gareth bale) (500k)
Cesar Azpilicueta ( 10 million)
Lassana Diarra(14.5)/Sulley ali muntari(8.75) (both played under Harry Redknapp and he knows how good they both are)
Edin Dzeko(18 mill)(if he would rather go to ac milan tottenham will buy klaas jan huntelaar for a knock down price(around 7 mill) as he would be fourth choice behind pato dzeko borrielo)
pletikosa/schmeichal (both around 1 mill as second choice keeper)

Also akinfeev will be worth around 4 mill this summer unless he gets a new contract as teams will be to sign him on a free transfer next jan

and stop bullshting about gourcuff he might go but only for 17.5 mill bordoux don't need money they won't sell him for less and teams won't need to pay more cos that's his buyouy clause which means if a team offers them 17.5 mill they have to accept cos its a clause in his contract.

Lots and lots of false trails being listed lately on here about AVFC. Now I read that Hughes is arriving at VP as MON departs. This is unlikely as MON still believes that Villa can get better again next season. He said today that Villa have got more points each season that he has been there and this season 2 trips to Wembley. The job is not finished. Villa can still get 4th, and if they do MON will go out and spend £20m+ for a proven striker and a bit less for a backup, names to consider Bent, Keane, Doyle. Owen may be temted with a pay and play deal. One definate fact is that in no way will Carlton Cole be going back to VP. How many goals did he score last time? Stallions and Donkeys come to mind. If they don't make 4th then only one striker will be arriving, Keane. Randy Lerner wants European football and the second string league is not the place to be.

25 Apr 2010 20:48:31
Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez is set to test Aston Villa's resolve by offering £21million for James Milner , who Benitez missed out on after a bidding war with Villa. Newcaslte wanted too much money for the youngster{£12million} or so Benitez thought so he went and bought Albert Riera for £6million but now 2 years down the line Rafa has seen the error of his ways and is going to renew his interest in the 23 year old who will add natural width to the side and is very versatile just the kind of player Rafa likes, Benitez is looking at him as a long term replacement for Steven Gerrard. Liverpool are going to find it very hard however to obtain the England midfielder as there are a number of clubs interested in him and no doubt Villa will want him to stay. This is not the first time Benitez has gone for Villa's star man and Martin O'Neill will not want to let his star player leave escpecially to Rafa Benitez who he doesn't see eye to eye with after the whole Gareth Barry saga.

25 Apr 2010 20:53:15
Liverpool are hoping to complete a sale of the club prior to the World Cup in hope that James Milner will sign from Aston Villa for £18 million whilst Benitez is also hoping to sign Rafael Van Der Vaart as a replacement for Yossi Benayoun at around £10 million from Real Madrid. Benitez is happy to have already done business with Milan Jovanovic set to arrive and wants to enter the race to sign Joe Cole as well in an attempt to make a real assault on the Premier League next season. Cole may be keen on a move to Liverpool. Benitez is also keen to add in defence and will make a move for Philipp Lahm.
Outgoing will be Babel, Benayoun and Riera for a total of around £22 million.
He hopes that the following side will give him a real good chance of challenging for the title next season with depth in the squad with Lucas, Aquilani and Jovanovic also key to his plans:
Reina,
Johnson, Agger/Skrtel, Carragher, Lahm
VDV, Gerrard, Milner, Mascherano, J.Cole
Torres

To All Liverpool Fans

I have been told that the announcement of the new ownership will be made between 24th–31st May. Kenneth Huang is leading the chase with a consortium of wealthy Far East million/billionaires. Shiekh Mohammed may also come in with an offer, his interest is serious but whether an offer will materialise remains to be seen. The Chinese have already had an offer accepted by the Americans, around £500million and talks are at an advanced and crucial stage. The consortium are due to study to clubs books over the next week. A process of due diligence will take around 2 weeks to complete and if negotiations run smoothly, the takeover will be announced between the dates mentioned above. They have contacted Rafa, who they want to keep as manager, about transfers next season hence talks taking place with Real Madrid over transfers. Not only was a deal contructed for Rafael Van Der Vaart, preliminary talks with Real over Gonzalo Huguain, Raul and Lassana Diarra. Rafa, INCLUDING sales, potentially could have around £100million to spend.
Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres will be Liverpool players for at least the next 4 years.

Knock me if you want, but you'll see I know the truth. Adios Amigos!

25 Apr 2010 19:57:56
I think if Neil Lennon wins the Old Firm game on 4th May he will probably get the managers job on a permanent basis , with a more experienced manager to guide him , Willie McStay to have an important role in new regime , players to leave .. Naylor , Wilson , Loovens , Zheng Zhi , Hutchinson , Mizuno , Samaras , and loan signings will return to parent clubs although Neil would look to keep Keane and Kamara if possible , he will try to sign more British type players who he feels have more passion , Wallace (Hearts) , St Leger (PNE) , Stokes (Hibs) , are possibilities

" RANGERS NEWS "
This week the club will announce ellis has pulled out of the takeover. We are over £100m in debt! We could go into administration , next season gone will be boyd , davis , bougerra, mcgregor , novo , thomson , beasley , edu , this was from a close friend of lawrence mcintyre [ex–gers man] MURRAY has lost over 700m [todays NOTW newspaper] he is wanting his 50m share issue money and interest!. Murray is now worth 110m and dropped in the rich list, the club waited to we won the league before softening the blow how nice of them, most of these FACTS have been reported on radio clyde today after our win at hibs to secure the title. We are in bad shape worse than anyone can imagine, we will be watching a youth plus some 1st team players for the next 4–8 years. It will take more than that to get us back too the top of scottish football, i dread to think about our future with no investors around our club. MURRAYS friends in the press have been sitting on this story really bad times ahead for us bears.ETHELL

If you think that chelsea are spending big you would be right. The Blue Army are going to try and seal the deal for Ribéry with Alex or Bosingwa going the other way. United have placed a bid for Hamsik and Liverpool will only negotiate for new players after they know where they lie.

FABIANO (15 mil, Sevilla)
BENZEMA (20 mil, Real Madrid)

OUT:
Owen(8 mil) – Villa
Berbatov(20 mil) – Bayern/Ac Milan .NO TRADE!!

Personally, any of the above Keepers will flourish at United. Both athletic and very good. No new Defenders to speak of. Gourcuff and Hamsik can both get the 10 goal /season Fergie is asking for, Kacar cheap as Berlin are being relegated. Silva a must get! Podolski can play wing as well but is a huge risk! Fabiano crying to come!! Benzema, not sure. need a partner for Rooney as Macheda and Hernandez are 4th and 3rd respectively.

Lloris/Ocoa, Hamsik/Gourcuff, Silva and Benzema are the picks. ONE UNITED!!!

I know someone who is close to one of the two Yank owners of Liverpool. Liverpool will sell Torres for big bucks to an Italian club (our hunch is Juventus when Benitez goes there) because he feels that he can prolong his career by leaving the rugged EPL. They will use the money to buy the following strikers:

Darren Bent (English, experienced)
Fernando Cavenaghi (experienced backup)
Mike Havenaar (one for the future)

25 Apr 2010 19:43:05

Inside sources are telling me the rumours from a while ago bout Joe Cole signing for Manchester United for free in the summer is still possible. However, both sides have agreed to wait until the summer and after the world cup before anything is set as Joe is still aiming to make a last ditch attempt to get in Capello's squad. Sir Alex Ferguson as also been trailing some other quite big names who are out of contract in the summer. However, I am not able to release this on here.

Some players will be leaving in the summer and one isn't a suprise in Berbatov, he has been mooted around in a cut price (for him at least) £10 million. This is to make sure they keep a hold of Rooney as they are going to offer him yet another bumper deal with the likes of Real Madrid on his tail. Sir Alex has also accepted that Ben Foster isn't up to the job of top qualtiy Champions League football and is been set avalible for around the £5 million mark. Another who could be let go is Micheal Owen as he has not proven himself. However Micheal could yet regain Ferguson's faith if he impresses in pre–season again. Next season Sir Alex is also prepared to allow Macheda to leave on loan till January to give him that much needed first team experience that could turn him into a gem.

Celtic news.. Neil Lennon will keep managers job but will have an experienced assistant to help.

Transfer targets: st ledger, Wallace+concalves from hearts. Lennon will sign a player capable of controlling the midfield, this could be bullard, ohara, boateng.
Leaving will be Wilson, odea, samaras, Naylor, n'guemo and Zheng zhi because they simply aren't good enough.
All players on loan will leave but let's hope keane stays.

Very reliable source, once David Weir takes over the hot seat a Greencok Morton & taking Fleck on a season loan he is also getting Stevie Naismith for 6 months

25 Apr 2010 18:38:13
Writng this under this name because I have to admit I could get sacked if anyone found out. As we all know, Zola is leaving in the summer. This is no big secret, he is going to go back to Italy and may suprise a few people with the club he ends up with. I have heard via where I am that Inter Milan could end up appointing him if, and this is a big if, Man City do NOT qualify for the Champions League as, if they don't, Mourinho will be taking over at Manchester City with Mancini sacked.

Anyway, the main reason I am on here is to post this. The next West Ham manager will be Steve Bruce. He will take over very quietly during the world cup and will also br bringing Darren Bent along with him so he can partner Carlton Cole in an all english forward line. Darren Bent will be signed for £10 million with one of a number of players set to go in the opporsite direction. Believe me, I could get in trouble for telling you this.

The word is Patrice Evra is a target behind A.Cole and Juan Manuel Vargas for the Merengues. Chelsea can't afford both Agüero and Pato. The attributes of Daniel Sturridge resemble those of Agüero. You can draw your own conclusions.

25 Apr 2010 15:47:06
The whisper is that Berbatov's time is indeed up whilst he still commands a decent fee, no denials at the Milan link. There is apparently no chance the boss will look at Ribery joining after the way he got Rafael sent off then look at his age. Pato has been partying with his fellow Brazilian and is losing his way as well as his wife so that appears a non starter, Huntelaar has failed in 2 countries so the boss is unlikely to make it 3. Everyone in the press is looking at Benzema and that is possible , however an intriguing situation is developing at Madrid. The Madrid team have continued to win yet one of their major superstars has sat games out and fallen out with the manager. The Madrid fans want Pellegrini to stay but Perez doesnt, if the Manager does stay, Kaka cant. Watch this space, but Kaka has always admired and wanted to play with Giggs, speaks English and gave a very good eulogy for Giggs in a TV interview several years ago. Madrid paid a high price but his shirt sales have been disappointing , nothing compared to Ronaldo, so a sale is not beyond the realms of possibilty. Could the Glazers actually make a big statement to support the boss and buy both Kaka and Benzema. It would cost the sales of Carrick and Berbatov but it could be a very big surprise summer. The red whisperer

Any rumours who wallsall are going to sign in the summer

25 Apr 2010 15:02:58
Just recieved confirmation that berbatov will be sold to the bidder that can exceed United's £20 million. In turn that money will buy hamsik. This deal is labelled 'breaking down material' so don't get excited.

25 Apr 2010 15:05:25
I thought this was a rumours site, not a wish list for players at the favourite clubs.

Man utd will never buy from Real Madrid, and Arsenal will never sign more than 3 players in a transfer window for the first team squad. It's all nonsence!

The rumour is; Man Utd have been heavily scouting Robben & Sneijder this season. I would expect a move for either or after the world cup (depending on how well they play, injuries etc etc).

Cheers!

25 Apr 2010 15:05:44
Its now obvious that Arsenal are going to sign Chamahk

DEF: Zapata (10m) or mexes(12m)

Outs:

Eduardo (loan to Bordeaux)
Wilshire (loan to Bolton)

Please stop the rubbish about players like Eboue, VP, Arshavin and Fab going anywhere. NON–MOVERS
Gallas and Campbell will be offered another 1 year contract.

25 Apr 2010 14:32:12
Since the inception and building of The Emirates Stadium and more obviously since the move there by Arsenal Football Club; there has been mounting speculation that Arsene Wenger has been incentivised to minimise spending.

Notions including what would amount to a commission on any transfer surplus and/or a retainer to ensure that the reduction of the debt is not affected by spending persist.

Contrary to the many rumours of potential Arsenal signings this transfer window, it seems likely that Arsene Wenger will again opt to trust in players yet to prove their credentials.

If this is the case and the Club fail to win silverware for the sixth consecutive year, then serious questions will surely be asked, in Wenger's final year of his current contract.

Not so much a rumour, as perhaps an anti–rumour. Time will tell..

The 8 home grown player rule & 25 man squad for 2010/11.

The 25 man squad only applies to players over the age of 21. You can add as many players you like to the "25" that are under 21.

The home grown rule relates to players registered in England or Wales between the ages of 16 and 21 for 3 years .. they don't have to be English or Welsh, just registered with an English or Welsh club for the qualifying period.

So this panic about buying "English" is not necessary.

So the scaremongers saying Wenger's "mass clearout" are talking bllcks!

The Arsenal squad of 53 professionals contained only 12 players outside of the above two rules:

Almunia (who could apply for UK citizenship this summer), Sagna, Vermaelen, Rosický, Nasri, Eduardo, Gallas, van Persie, Silvestre, Fabiański, Arshavin & Eboué ..

and if you include Senderos (he has HG status) we would have had a 26 man squad plus 27 under 21's!

Therefore if Wenger so wished he could keep everyone in the above list adding as many under 21's as he sees fit and from anywhere in the world.

He will sell one of the keepers, probably Almunia, as he is on record as saying Fabiański will be world class, not sure I agree but not mine to question! Replacement won't be English so no Hart or Green, and Green is over the Arsenal (30+) age rule so wouldn't figure! This is also true of Buffon so any idea of a p/x involving him is also out! Yes he admires Lloris but do Lyon need to sell? Same with Neuer at Schalke, although he'd be my pick of the keepers linked on this site. He is most likely to buy proven experience with Maarten Stekelenburg fitting the bill perfectly, £6m should get him to sign and Ajax have Kenneth Vermeer to replace him.

Chamakh is a done (free) deal and Wenger has his eye on Hazard (£15m, plus future payments), also under 21! No other attack minded players to come in, as Wellington Silva (£1.5m gets the remaining 35% of his signature) is set to join after 16th Jan 2011 and Jack Wishere (HG or u21 take your pick!) will be in the squad at until then!

2 defenders likely with the departures of Traore (p/x), Senderos and Silvestre. Gregory Van Der Wiel (£8m) also from Ajax and Mahamdou Sakho (£6m plus Traore)PSG, Sakho is also under 21! Pedro Botelho taking the 3rd LB role, Campbell and Gallas signing 1 year deals, this will be the limit of the ins and outs with the exception of Merida who's looking likely to seal his deal with Athletico Madrid (more's the shame!) Gilbert, Simpson and Randall leaving to lower league clubs! Some buy and loan backs might be concluded with Adam Matthews of Cardiff City topping the list.

8 out 6 in, 3 under 21 (1 also HG) = 25 man squad with 14 non HG players and 26 other professionals under 21! DON'T PANIC!

Liverpool fans .. check your squad you need to!

Newcastle United Rumours

The club is preparing for life back in the Premier League there is a few transfer targets been mentioned up in the North East;

Jamie O'Hara £3m – This is the strongest rumour around, a player who would add some creativity into a workman like midfield, can play central or wide left so offers options in that department too. It's just a case of do Spurs want to let him go after a good season with Pompey

Phillipe Senderos Free – available on a bosman when his contract runs out at Arsenal, a solid if unspectacular defender could come in a offer a left footed option in the middle making the defence more balanced, fairly good in the air and a decent tackler who lacks a yard of pace, not bad for nothing though

Charlie Austin £2m – I know little of the bloke but he is bagging the goals in at Swindon for fun, joined from Poole Town I believe and hasn't looked back since, whether or not he'd cut it at the top level is another thing

Also a right sided midfielder is been targeted as Hughton isn't too impressed with Routeledge, David Bentley was mentioned until his improvement in form for Spurs recently but now that is looking unlikely because of a price rise and his importance as back up to Lennon. Hughton may now scour the european market to see if he can pick up a cheap option.

Leaving – Xisco is leaving to Spain in a cut price deal, along with Butt, Fitz Hall is going back to QPR after his loan expires. A shock departure could be on the cards for Tim Krul, not getting playing time although highly rated at Newcastle but the return of Fraser Forster from loan at Norwich, and the fact Harper rates him more than he does Krul means Forster will be his back up next season

I wrote on here about 3 weeks ago saying that D.I.C will be the new liverpool owners ant that rafa will be going to juventus if he is not offered the madrid job.
by the end of themonth or early next month both these wiil become true, just paperwork to be finalised, and a compensation package from juve for rafa's contract.as i said before i cannot reveal my source because i will be out of work, but sheik maktoum who owns dubai investment capital has already sounded out three possible managers and has held talks with each one to assertain how they intend to move the club forward, the three are mourinio, rijkaard and
believe it or not capello who feels club football is more to his liking than international football which he considers to be a part time role.torres and gerrard are real possible departures but for personal reasons and not financial ones and the new manager will have an abundance of funds to build a new team, it will be a big summer at anfield but until the new manager is in place there is no use guessing which players will be arriving or leaving i will leave that to all the fantasist on here.
as soon as i find out anything more i will post on here again until then i will amuse myself with all the rumours i read on here

25 Apr 2010 12:09:31
Hell its getting bad on here lately, All this bickering and slagging off with a certain few people.
Its the same people all the time, Why not just arrange to meet and then get a room, Obviously you can't go a day without talking with each other Right can we stop all this rubbish
" i have heard a rumour"then spout some drivel about the top 6 clubs in comings and out goings. Its obvious NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING but if your going to make something up at least make it something NEW and worth reading.

Right here is my offering for the day..and before you start having a go this is something i was told last night by the Brother of a ressie at Liverppol Football Club.
I am not claiming it to be gospel or this is definate but its just something he heard and passed it on,
So here it is..
The sale of the club is all but done..The new owner is the Sheik (that spelling looks iffy) guy from Dubai not DIC the Sheik himself. By all accounts he was at some horse racing meet and combined this with a meeting with deligates from LFC, Now i don't know who he met or where they met or even what time they met or if they have met previously all i know is what i have been told and they met, Now he also says its been common knowledge with the top players for a few weeks hence the new deals and contract talks with the players. If Rafa is staying or going he doesent know, If Maureen is coming he doesent know.
I have passed this information on to you, Now all i ask is you give me 20 minutes to prepare myself before you Man Ure and Neverton fans start with the slagging off.
There you have it some info that is true and not made up.
Thank you for your time Comrades,
Mr B Tupper at your service.

Tevez leaving maybe true because he likes 'bigger and better' teams and pay cheques, so a move to the White House seems appropriate for the Argentine. Franck Ribéry going to United is a massive possibility specially with FC Hollywood targeting 'BERBA'. Chelsea are set to spend over 100 mil. Liverpool may buy VDV and Javi Martinez. Arsene Wenger has drawn a shorter list of targets in the summer.
That's all she wrote.

I went to the Histon v Barrow match yesterday and two notable other spectators were present. Former manager Steve Fallon was standing at the home end and was in the Railway Vue before the match, John Beck (former assistant manager) was queueing up to go through the turnstiles – the pair were not together though. Earlier in the season Steve Fallon was reported to be going to watch Cambridge United and was apparently scouting for them. I wonder if this means that with Tony Roach no longer chairman Fallon and Beck will be back at the helm for next season.

The other rumour on the terraces was that Danny Wright is going to Cambridge United in summer – why they'd want him though is beyond me.

As people will know by now its going to be a big summer at liverpool
expect a slightly more streamlined squad as plenty of players go out on loan and deadwood cut

the outs:
Riera (very obvious) babel benayoun degen plessis san jose (poss swap deal) aurelio cavalieri (back to brazil family reasons but the door is open for him to return)
Loans: N'gog, nemeth, kelly (with immediate right of recall important as no cover for johnson when degen goes), darby, ayala, pacheco (celtic depending on how liverpools buying goes, if poor he will stay and be given first team game time)
all loans will be to premier league teams where possible with newcastle among the teams proposing multiple loans

This frees up the wage bill and brings in realistically about 25 million

Players In
Kolarov (widely reported)
Javi Martinez (Benitez long term admirer – Poss includes San Jose)
Van Der Vaart 9part of alonso/arbeloa deals)
Mata/Hazard/Elia/Lee (benitez undecided here)
and the marquee signing
benzema initial loan with possibity of buying next season

(Benitez confident in gulasci as back up to reina)

First post and not so much rumour as observation.

Big Liverpool and would be gutted if following happens but..

Why would Stevie G say to press that Reina will make a good club captain? surely Stevie will be captain for as long as he is at club..

Now Torres is concerned that playing in EPL will damage his long term health?

Are we looking at two players hinting they may leave Anfield?

As I say will be gutted if either go.

25 Apr 2010 11:08:42
"Liverpool are talking with jermaine beckfords agent about a free tranfer, they believe he could be are third choice striker next season with ngog goin on loan to leeds in return and a second choice striker to be signed in the summer"

the above is absolute bull! n'gog is a better striker than beckford, he is overrated, i know n'gog isn't good enough for liverpool yet but beckford isn't even young and only stands out because he plays 2 leagues below n'gog. Instead i believe LFC will loan n'gog out to wigan and get rodallega(8). however they will also get jovanovic (0)which would give them one world class striker and 2 quality back ups, that gives us the option of playing 4–4–2 instead of torres alone.. other transfers include; kjaer in(12) skrtyl out(9), kolarov in (14)aurelio out(0), dida in (0) diego out(4), van der vaart in(7) plessis out (3), turan in(12) riera out(7). net spend = 40m! new owners permitting ofcourse.

A non–league story for you:

gloucestershire non–league clubs forest green rovers and gloucester city are set to merge in order to become a stronger non–league side with potential to become a league side.

with forest green dropping to the same level as gloucester, and given their financial problems earlier in the season, there are now two sides at step 2 level who do not attract a major following alone, but combined they could have far greater potential.

the question is where to play their games – forest green have their own purpose built stadium, but it is in nailsworth and difficult to reach. whereas gloucester has more scope and a more accessible population but no stadium (they are ground–sharing with cheltenham next season).

if gloucester left to move in at forest green, it would leave the city of gloucester without a major football club – whereas if forest green left for gloucester at this point in time there is no stadium. also, who would be the tenant(s) of the new lawn stadium? shortwood don't get over 50 for their games, maybe gloucester rfc could play a few games there (that said the pitch would cut up..) or the stadium could be sold to the university of gloucester with their football and rugby league teams playing there whilst shortwood could have a 'holding lease' to play home games there.

again, i reiterate this is only what i've heard. commercially it makes far more sense for the two teams to merge as 'gloucester county' for example and have a following of 3000+ instead of 500 each. true, there is history, heritage and sentiment at stake but there could also be more debt in the future as even though the credit crunch is over many football clubs (league and non–league) are still struggling to survive.

Wait and see.. Lots of way off the marks with respect to Liverpool. The only FACT, is that Benitez is leaving for Italy and that he's taking half his staff, and some players with him.
If the Europa League is a success, then expect another round of wheeler–dealing by the manager to keep his job, otherwise he's gone even before the last game has even been played!
For all those Liverpool fans out there.. do you still trust Rafa?!
In Rafa We Trust.. A lot of misguided support for a guy who has sent Liverpool into the doldrums, and as we speak has advised his agent to secure his own future before the club. He has a cheek touching the Liverpool emblem before he enters the pitch.
Don't Liverpool fans get angry any more?!

Liverpool officials are currently in Turkey and Italy trying to arrange a deal for Kjaer and Arda Turan.

Also, there could be a triple signing from Madrid with Benzema, VDV and Lass Diara.

Finally, Cavani is rumoured to be in talks with Rome and Juve. Balotelli could make a surprise move to Valencia and Barcelona are targeting both A.Young and Darren Bent. Whilst Sunderland are aiming to keep Bent and partner him with Carlton Cole.

CELTIC NEWS:

Lennon will not get the job permanently. The man is simply not ready, as he proved against Ross County, and the board will not risk another inexperienced manager (Brady, McCarri, Burns, Barnes, Mowbray – ALL FAILURES.)If he doesn get the job I fear for next season.

Mark Hughes is top of the list. I would not rule out Avram Grant or Trappatoni to steady the ship as Wim Jansen did until Paul Lambert is ready.

Boruc, McGeady, Brown, O Dea, Samaras, Naylor, NGuemo, Zhi and Loovens will all leave in the summer.

Gerrard won't leave Liverpool. Torres, however, might. Barcelona is the only club likely if he does leave and they would (for financial and team reasons) have to get rid of Zlatan to accomodate Torres – iF i was guardiola i would do it without question. Should this occur (with the sale figure being $50million) then Aguero ($35million) would come in as his direct replacement.

Liverpool looking at VDV and Kolorov (well documented) but more interestingly looking at Hazard but are not favourites – Arsenal are pursuing relentlessly and have the upperhand: Wenger. Kjaer seriously being looked at and i suspect will be signed.

The problem for Liverpool is the current ownership: whilst waiting for a new buyer transfer policy is hard to dictate, do you give the manager a wad of cash only for him to be sacked by new owners leaving a lot of new faces disillusioned an unhappy? and are players going to want to move to a club who are not in the champions league and so shambolic behind the scenes?? until new owners are confirmed and management structure decided upon i can't see anybody signing.. as a liverpool fan the whole situation is rather sad.

25 Apr 2010 03:42:03
Pineaar will leave Everton due to his wage demands of 60k a week. Likely to go to Bayern Munich to replace Ribery for 16+ million . Stevie doesn't want to play for another Premier League team Everton will buy Veloso or Moutinho plus young Mexican winger Gonzalez I think.

25 Apr 2010 04:57:38
A whisper going around the Emerates on saturday is that none other than Stevie G is being considered as the sensational swoop of the year bt Arsene this summer. Like everyone out there I was what no way he will never leave his scouse land for anyone else in the Prem but logic says this deal might just be right for both player and Arsenal. If he is resigned to Liverpool never winning the title in his career Arsenal are his obvious choice destination as he would never go to a manc team, Chelsea he turned down b4, Spuds have no class and not serious title chasers anytime this century so that leaves Arsenal and don't forget all the nice things he says about the Arsenal and his frienship with TH!

Yes that is why Dunford left because they have found a replacement for him , the target are zarate, adriano, garay loan , bojan loan, joe hart or Ben Foster.

Thanks for that but it still doesn't confirm who the buyer is and why Yeung is selling considering he has been looking at deals in China. There don't seem to be any other rumours anywhere else so how can you be so sure? Also who is going to replace Dunford?

BIG ARSENAL RUMOUR

I have heard from a very reliable source (a friend who works at the london stock exchange) that Stan Kroenke will complete a full take over at Arsenal before the World Cup. Wenger already knows this and this is why he has been so forthcoming with the fact that he will have money to spend.

Kroenke is no mug and will not pay players ridiculous wages to play for Arsenal, however he is more than willing to compete with the going tranfer fee's.

I won't pretend to know who exactly Arsenal are buying as trying to second guess Wenger is like trying to guess the winning lottery numbers but I do know that Kroenke has asked for his bankers to release £60m from his assets to be available by the beginning of June.

To the donkey who put Connor Wickham has signed for Liverpool and will be loaned back for first team football, He won't get first team football next for Ipswich Hes only just signed his first contract for Ipswich and will be used just like this season as a sub and maybe a start here and there the kid will not be leaving any time soon he will learn his trade with Town and yes maybe liverpool or another big club will come in for him but he is a Ipswich Player and will be for the next two years or more, So don't be silly with the rubbish rumours!

If anyone has any true Ipswich Town rumours please tell

Ebbsfleet will be wound up in the summer and have to drop to the Kent League, after failing to secure new money from the MyFootballClub scheme

Write this down if you want and look back at it when the window closes. I'm pretty sure most (if not all) of these rumours will come true.

Benfica will make a bid of £7M for Liverpool's Brazillian keeper Diego Cavalieri

Arsenal will sign Marouna Chamakh and Joe Hart

Real Madrid will sign Ribery for around £40M, They are also pursuing David Silva and Jesus Navas

Man Utd will battle it out with Liverpool for Madrid striker Benzema.

Chelsea will sign either Aguero or Pato.

If Liverpool fail to sign Benzema then Rafa will try and bring Higuain to Anfield.

Ryan Babel will join Bayern Munich

There are many clubs interested in David James but expect either him to either be a Stoke or Villa player next season.
