I am aware this is going to sound like a 'my friends cats dogs aunts zen master' story but I can assure you it is not. I went for a tour around the emerites yesterday and while waiting I asked the tour guide if they often have any players coming round before joining. He said he could not say. My brother asked if players go round who are not of AW's interest to which he replied 'no, there is no need unless they are joining' We eventually managed to get out of his young assistant (I myself am 15, my brother 19 so he talked to us a fair bit throught the hour) said that Curtis Davies had been shown around yesterday and that Appiah is booked for the 19th August (just days before Ghana play at the den). The big news from this guy is that Arsene Wenger is trying to convince Shaun Wright–Phillips as Freddies replacement and that Arsene Wenger wants to resolve JA Reyes' future, trying to negotiate either Robinho of Madrid or possibly Quaresma of Porto though the first is his preferred option.

As I said this is just information I have been passed and may be led on slightly but as a regular visiter, not really a poster on this site, I thought the Gunners on the site may wish to know from someone potentially in the know.

Fingers Crossed.

Justin Hoyte to Sunderland £2.3 million deal, in the hands of the player and Sunderland to work out contract. Already been up here for some talks but has returned back to London for the meantime.

Right, I am an Everton fan.

I think the Riquelme deal will not happen, I believe he would/want to play for us, but Moyes will not go for the 12+ M price tag.

Leighton Baines deal is doubtful, nothing proper solid has come up (Wigan Website or Everton, BBC, Sky Sports).

Christian Wilhelmson was seen in Liverpool. Yet that could be for RS aswell, or on a trip.

Vogel deal could finish today.

J. Cole is happy at Chelsea, and so will not leave.

We cannot afford Shaun Wright–Phillips, the Hammers want him.

V. D. Vaart is a big could.

A major premeirship club is looking to invest large amounts of money into the Bundesliga. It is unsure if all of the players mentioned are going to one club or spread across a few teams that have already shown interest. After Werder Bremens bizarre season of playing the best football in the Bundesliga and coming away with nothing they will look to over faul their squad by selling the family jewels ie Tim Borowski, Per Mertesacker and Diego. Altho all three of the players are huge favourites the club would rather keep Diego and use the monies from Borowski £7 million and Mertesacker £12 million, to finance there re–think.

Another player that has been mentioned is Philipp Lahm with Aston Villa and Newcastle taking a long look at the LB who can push the likes of Saviola for pace. But it is Newcastle United that is interested in ALL four players and with the new money being made available we can only watch. Allardyce has recently stated that there will be four more signings before the start of the season.

John hartson will move to Luton Town initially on loan, as part of the Leon Barnett deal. This information comes from a source at the club, the deal will be announced on Friday. (I am the oracle)

With the imminent transfer of Luton Town defender Leon Barnett to West Bromwich Albion it looks like Curtis Davies will get his request a leave the Hawthorns.

Likely destination, you guessed it, Newcastle. With an England under 21 connection of Pearson and Taylor it makes sense. But for how much. Rumour has it that Newcastle have had a £7 million bid rejected but will no doubt return with monies closer to WBA's valuation.

Arsenal to sign one player and sell three in the next two weeks, then be finished signing players for a long time. Because Wengers plans are complete. Once he signs Yoan Gouffran from Caen, he will have a an entire young team that will devlop over a few years, then dominate European football. Look– Bendtner, Barazite up front, Gouffran, Fabregas, Diaby, Walcott– midfield Traore, Nordtveit, Djourou, Rodgers– Defense and Fabianski– keeper. And it has two English lads. Walcott and Rodgers. Anyway the three players on the way out are Sendero to Juve and Hoyte will move to center defense to cover for him. Gilbert is currently in talks with Newcastle, and Song is in talks with some club that I do not no which. But Senderos, Song, and Gilbert are all absent from training.

With Leon Barnett's £2 million move to West Bromwich been completed last night, it opens up a move by Newcastle for Curtis Davies for around £8 million. After been left out of FC Barcelona's 11 on 11 training game two days ago, Deco has become dismayed at his chances of playing regularly next season. Although Newcastle have been linked with him, expect the play maker to join Internazionale.

Arsene knows Please no more forward rubbish.AW has said that he will not be buying another forward.

AW has a £20 million fund left which will be spent on Luka Modric (Dinamo Zagreb), Angel Di Maria (rosario central), Alberto Morgado (alaves) and a cheeky bid to try and prise Ignacio Camacho from Athletic Madrid.

Modric though has been AW's main target all Summer and he has already secured a first option on him but it now seems that the player wants to move to Arsenal now and not in January.

The only defender that Arsenal are interested in is Micah Richards so if he is not available Arsene Wenger will not sign one.

Why do people keep saying Lennon is moving to them. he is going nowhere. Pedersen will sign for Tottenham later this week. Tottenham 4 the Title

Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp will swoop for Patrick Kluivert if Kanu decides to leave within the next seven days.

= v1=

Watford to sign forward Matty Fryatt from Leicester City, also expect a move for a CM, as both Francis and Williams are injured, leaving just Mahon and Williamson in the middle.

Now That Leighton Baines Has Turned Down A Move To Sunderland, Everton Will Make There Move With A Deal Likely To Happen Withen The Next 2 Weeks.

Everton Have Taken 20 Year Old Ahmed Yahiaoui From France. The 20 Year Old Is Held In Very high Regards By The French After Winning The European Under 17's Championship.

Daniel Braaten Is Another target For Everton And they Are Still In Talks With Swiss International Johann Vogel.

Quaresma to Liverpool after Hong Kong tour for £18 million

Jag1E

"Deco and Eidur Gudjohnsen have not made the clubs pre–season trip which may signal a departure of one or both from FC Barcelona with Newcastle being possible destinations for again one or both. "

Deco I am not sure about but Gudjohnson is injured. Gudjohnsen has a problem with his left knee and will instead remain in Catalunya for further assessment.

 Everton signings

Alan Smith £6 million

Leighton Baines £4.5 million

Johann vogel £1 million

that will be a very strong side next season

Everton NEWS: Everton will complete the £4.5 million signing of Baines on Friday. We are still talking with Johann Vogels agent but a deal is yet to be agreed. French trialist Ahmed Yahiaoul will sign a 12 month rolling contract. There are still other names like Braaten, Aufhauser and Justin Mapp being considered but a move for Freddy Adu is complete fabrication. No one else will leave as Beattie + VDM want to prove themselves.

Moyes is being patient, he did not want to pay anymore than £4 million for Nugent as we have Vaughan and Anichebe (who both have some PL experience and a few years younger than Nugent) Moyes wants to show faith and beleives they have got what it takes, so why spend £7 million (common sense really).

If you had your facts right, Pompey paid £4.5 million for Nugent with the extra money being paid on goals scored, so obviously Moyes did not know how to bargain for someone he openely told the papers he really wanted

expect another forward to complete his move to Pompey more than likely after their aisa tour.

Most probably middle of next week, however Tony Adams has stayed behind to "tie loose ends up".

Martin Petrov has had a medical at Manchester City's Carrington training ground today. He will sign and be accompanied by Manny Fernandez (Do not yet know if on loan or permanent)

Sheff Wednesday have finally landed their new no. 9 in Southampton's Polish Striker Grzegorsz Rasiak. The Pole will move to the owls for a fee in the region of £2 million amidst boardroom unrest at St. Mary's. Saints mangaer George Burley had recently been quoted as saying he would have to 'Wheel and deal' to strengthen the South–coast club.

 Mcfc rumours:

City will tie up the deals for elano (7 million) chielleni (9 million) and Castillo (10 million)

rumours around City of Manchester suggest City also want a new centre back, a goalkeeper (Carson has been linked) a right winger and and a left winger) If the castillo deal does not go through Sven will be making a formal bid for one out of the following three players Elmander, Yakubu or definitely.

 Everton. F. C

All Evertonians it looks like were moving out of the City even though there are several other sites in the City where we are able to build. Our new stadium is probably going to hold around 50,000 but we have been given permission to take it up to 55– 60,000, but will we fill it? probably not.

We have been linked with Joe Cole, Alan Smith, Cesc Fabregas and John O'Shea. I can see us only getting Smith out of those 4.

Nufc k Dyer will not be going anywhere. will never pass a medical at any other club
