LFC NEWS: Xabi Alonso will sign for Fernabanche for £17 million in the coming days this will clear the way for Gareth Barry to finally sign for £17 million + Steve Finnan, Robbie Keane will join this week for £15 million and a series of add–ons. A couple more youngsters will join the ranks. Dirk Kuyt will join Bayern Munich if Lukas Podolski leaves the German club. David Martin will be loaned out to Plymouth.
I must sincerely apologize to the Liverpool fans I may have offended. it was a typo to say that you are not a big club. I however meant that Everton are not a big club, they will not sign every player under the sun. (Cue the abuse from the blue side of Merseyside.)
Anyway.
Kaboul to Villa
Chimbonda to Sunderland
Arshavin to Tottenham
Sebastien Puygrenier (Nancy) to Zenit St. Petersburg
David Villa to Real Madrid
Rafael Van der Vaart to Real Madrid
Les Dechets
Again to the pool fans, I am sorry.
Firstly I want to post that Cristiano Ronaldo will not be moving to Real Madrid this I am afraid is a fact. Ronaldo is saying nothing as he is on holiday in LA, all of this is coming from Madrid and their players/associates. Berbatov looks to be the only signing of the window for United. If Tottenham do not sell to United then either Huuntelar or Aguero would be my bet. Rumours are Nani is leaving which I doubt as I do not know where this is coming from. I do not claim to be in the know I claim to have common sense. E. M
I have posted this a few days ago and I am reminding you this one more time>

Berbatov to sign for FC Barcelona and Eto'o is coming the other way against his willingness.

Barcelona will also sign Trezeguet from Juve. and that paves the way for Henry to? well, none other than Man United.
Yes Henry will sign for Man United for around £10 million pound. and also
Alexis Sanchez is on his way to Man United.

Arsenal to sign Gabi Agbonlahor and Liverpool will sign Robbie Keane and Maxi Rodriguez.

To the guy who said the Wednesday takeover will not go through, maybe you should keep up to date with what ishappening. I can insure you it will happen soon, all4 major shareholders have sold. it's only a matter of time until the mighty owls are bac where they belong. the Premier League

UP THE OWLS
Liverpool to sign G. b, it's just a case of Rafa making his last moves in this ongoing chess game, Robbie Keane in by next Friday lastest. it will not be sooner, because if Keane was to move earlier, then Aston Villa will know just how much money Rafa really has and try and hold out for 18 million, if you haven, t already noticed, all this years Liverpool transfers so far have been for free or for a undisclosed fee ha. again this is part of the chess game with Aston Villa in hiding the true scale of the Rafa transfer kitty and why Keanes move is on hold. theredKnight
Celtic In discussions with Inter regarding season long loan for a central midfielder.

What is stalling the Gareth Barry transfer is not the fee at all. It is simply just MON showing how publicly unprofessional he has been. It seems after watching how MON has handled the transfer some key players have taken notice. Ashley Young has gone to MON begging to leave as he sees that MON is not good enough to take Aston Villa any closer to the top four. This was shown on how excited the board and the other players were by finishing a close 16 points behind LFC. He has also convinced Agbonlahor to do the same. Chelsea and Arsenal are tracking Ashley Young while Stoke have launched a worthy £5 million pound bid for the young clumsy forward. Tottenham has also asked to be kept informed as they would like to offload Darren Bent and are willing to take the risk on Gabby.
Liverpool will complete the signing of Robbie Keane before Tuesday 29th July, Early August Gareth Barry will arrive for £16 million + Finnan. As for Alonso, he will end up at Arsenal for £17 million. David Silva will then pick between the two clubs, Arsenal and Liverpool, but is thought to be favouring a move to Anfield due to links with Torres and Pepe Reina and of course Rafa Benitez. That will be Liverpool's transfers complete, apart from the big one of course, the yanks out and the DIC in by September. Arsenal should be completing deals for arshavin if David Silva opts for Anfield. United will sign Berbatov and the Robinho deal to Chelsea hinges on the man Ronaldo. The only other Anfield transfer activity will be that of Voronin to Germany, Pennant to Blackburn and Leto To Greece on loan.

Well, all these Celtc fans thinking they will sign Niko Kranjcar. I'll have whatever you are.

Anyway, Rangers will not have another midfielder signed by the Champions League qualifier deadline. Looks like Hemdani and Thomson in the middle. Furman and Fleck will be brought into the team this year and play all cup games and some league games.

Walter Smith was never interested in Pedro Mendes, his wages are too high for Rangers. However, Vayryen (sp) is on the radar and could move for less than £1 million. Rangers will sign another midfielder before the deadline for the Champions League third round qualifier.

WATP.
  Newcastle United Rumours:

  Tottenham Bits and Pieces

Former FC Barcelona and Bulgaria legend Hristo Stoichkov has urged the Catalan giants to make Dimitar Berbatov's signing a priority, his transfer fee and his wage demands are more favourable then that of Adebayor and Drogba's and Tottenham are keen to do business for Berbatov with anyone outside of the Premier League. Financing this deal is the sticking point for FC Barcelona as they need to offload Eto'o if another forward is to come in. The offer from Tottenham is still on the table and has not been rejected by Eto'o but it has been made clear that he is interested in looking at all other options and would favour a number of clubs ahead of Tottenham.

Bentley deal will happen this coming week with everything having been agreed on between clubs and player.

It has been made clear to Keane that the club will decide his future and he will only join Liverpool if his valuation is met. That said, Tottenham are happy to offload a player who although a valued and influential member of the playing squad, is currently at his peak in form and transfer market value.

This will mean forwards incoming at WHL with an already agreed deal for Diego Milito awaiting activation. This will depend on other targets with David Villa topping the list as Tottenham are prepared to get closer to Valencia's asking price then other clubs.

There are two targets for a left sided midfielder with a deal still hoping to be done with Seville for Diego Capel and Fluminenses Thiago Neves in the frame as an alternative option. It could be one or none but it will not be both.

There will be signings elsewhere in the squad with a central defender and a defensive midfielder priorities to complete the strength in depth across the squad although I am not aware of anyone apart from David Albeida who Tottenham have enquired about.

Thats what I know and that is what I share.
  Manchester City

No Duff, I have just been past Eastlands and seen Bentley outside the main entrance.
After impressing for Cardiff against Celtic, Gordon Strachan is considering a move for Rankgers target Loovens – with Deek Roirdan going the other way – Strachan is on the look out for a centre–half or two with the Tamas deal stalling, the fact big JVH is at Celtic will swing the Loovens deal and the Scottish contingent at Cardiff will swing Roirdans move. It will also get it one up on the Govan mob before a ball is kicked in anger. Hail Hail
To the guy who said that McGeady will be joining Liverpool he will not because he's just signed a five year contract. Now to some real facts. Liverpool will Santi Cazorla for £6 million from villareal (expect the deal to be done the morning after the game). Also expect Robbie Keane to be done soon (do not know when). Barry deal is off as Benitez is happy with Alonso and will not spend crazy money on a average player. Expect Hyypia to go in January and David Wheater to come in. Arebloa will be sold to Valencia when Miguel moves to Real Madrid, because Ramos will be at center back next year with Pepe. Rafinha will be brought in January because he is away with Brazil for Olympics. Downing will be brought in for £11.5 million aswell. Nemeth and Ngog will be back up forwards. Thats all for now.
I have got it on good authority that Newcastle will be signing Shaun Wright–Phillips. This is the reason Keegan has recently told Milner he will be used in central midfield so that he does not become unsettled when Shaun Wright–Phillips signs.
Apparently Ian Wright is the one who has recomended his son goes to the Newcastle over Pompey.
  Barcelona news now
Barcelona will bring in 1 big signing and that will be either Adebayor/Drogba or Buffon from Juve as the manager does not think Valdes is up for it. Buffon is more likely as the manager thinks Bojan is good in enough to play through the center with Messi and Hleb either side of him. Yaya Toure will be sold for £8 million 2 Arsenal and Keita will be then holding midfielder, with Iniesta and Xavi giving the flair. Things look good for Barcelona
  LFC Rumours

It is now clear that G&H gave Rafa only £10 million to buy Dossena/Keeper. So Rafa has only £20 million to spend. Keane will sign in the next few days. Rafa needs Barry/Winger at a modest estimate of £30 million. Rafa will need to raise this in further sales. Alonso £15 million, Pennant £6 million, Voronin £3 million, Intandje £2 million, Arbeloa £3 million. This all depends on Alonso. If he stays then Rafa will have £14 million to spend on a winger. To complicate matters Arbeloa wants to go back to Spain so Finnan will stay and Rafa will have to meet the full asking price for Barry. Also Villa put a timescale on negotiations to finalise their transfer plans. It looks like Alonso will stay and Rafa will bid for Barry in January 2009. So Rafa is broke with G&H the so called saviours of the club nowhere to be seen.

  FOX'S Rumours

Looks like Steve howard is on his way out, Norwich and Cardiff are supposed to be interested, Expect him to leave for in the region of £1.5 million. Highly rated Joe Mattock is also set to leave although the club want to keep him, with Everton, Villa, Tottenham and the Hammers all interested. The official squad photo was released yesterday, Mattock looks like he has been super emposed onto the photo, so we can remove it if needsby, expect a big in the rgion of £3.5 million for him, an offer we cannot turn down for a 17 year old.
expected signings on the way in. Paul Dickov is tipped on a return to City, although Blackpool and Toronto FC are interested, he will be going to who pays him the most money at 35 years of age. Robbie savage is also rumoured to be returning, although Premier League new boys Hull are supposed to be interested.
