QPR have made a deal to sign Darren Bent in January

Trust me, Redknapp Knows his stuff and has agreed an unknown fee

The same bent that missed a sitter redknapps mrs could of scored

Ok mate

I'm sure Bent cant wait to join up with Redknapp a manager who did no tplay him at Spurs and shipped him out.

Another badly made up un thought out rumour

Harry Redknapp didn't get on with Bent at Spurs, he wouldn't want him.

Redknapp doesnt have strikers like Defoe at QPR, there isnt the competition there was at Tottenham. And they did get on, it was just one comment that Redknapp jas apologized for and said he shouldnt have made. It is more realistic than you think.

West Brom to beat off interest from Wigan and Swansea to sign Manchester City youngster Abdi Ibrahim for £750,000.

West Brom believe he will be a key player in the future and they will look to him to fill in for Mulumbu when he leaves for the African Cup of Nations.

Brilliant set of strikers will be an awesome set of deals if pulled off! Jack Army!!!

I have it from a good source that darren ferguson wasimpressed with josh carmichael when bournemouth dev squad played peterboro and if they stay in the championship he could look to buy but i cant see eddie selling our young players coming through

Why would eddie howe want to sell his best youth prospects, they will be bournemouths future in the football championship. The club is going foreward and not backwards?

Darren to get the sack before any of that please

27 Nov 2012 17:08:01
Shola Ameobi is wanted by Leeds United.

Why he is rubbish

27 Nov 2012 17:01:59
Fulham will move for Darren bent , taraabt, Douglas, Chadli, chris David n chantome . B4 aby1 bites my head off I have not put " will sign", just that these players are being targeted by fulham and yes fulham do have money to spend. Some fringe players the likes of Davies, kasami, Briggs n Kelly could go if right offer comes in for them. I know what I know through a pal of mine who works at fulham.

Aussie bob

27 Nov 2012 16:28:40
Derby county are set to move for Darren Ambrose in January as he has fallen out of favour at Birmingham City.

Not really our sort of player tbh. and wages would be a problem so this is false

He is exactly the sort of player we need?! If will Hughes goes he would be the best replacemt in my view!

27 Nov 2012 17:11:31
Fulham are ready to bid for Napoli defender Omar El Kaddouri as competition for Sacha Riether, Napoli want at least £3m for the Moroccan though.

Kevin Strootman's move to United is back on after his agent said PSV were discussing a £15m deal.

Newcastle and West Ham are battling to sign Ajax's reserve striker Miralem Sulejmani for around £5m.

Willian looks set to join Tottenham for £18m as he says he is ready to leave Shakhtar.

Loic Remy is on his way to Liverpool in a possible £6m plus Joe Cole deal.

Rafa Benitez wants to make Sao Paulo midfielder Paulinho his first signing as Chelsea boss, he would cost around £7m.

David Moyes has tied up a deal for Molde defender Vegard Forren.

Aston Villa face competition from Fiorentina for Massadio Haidara.

Man.City are set to sign Sampdoria's 17 year old striker Pedro Obiang for £2.4m

Arsenal will bid for Toulouse defender Aymen Abdennour.

29 Nov 2012 02:34:59
A load of rubbish

Villa already hacve 3/4 left backs so i cannot see them signing Haidara

Loic Remy to Liverpool for 6 mill + Joe Cole? - So Remy cost 2 mill and we will pay them 4 mill to sign Joe Cole.

27 Nov 2012 16:54:06
Arsenal are the front-runners to sign Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace, who supported the Gunners as a kid. Various fees have been mentioned, but the most likely is £10m, with success-related add-ons, including a loan back to Crystal Palace for the remainder of the season.

All true, but wenger would prefer not to loan him back

Im not saying this is not true buy why would palace let him leave and loan him back? either he gets palace promoted and they can sell him for a higher fee or they fail with promotion and they will still get the 10mill+ for him.... just my 2cents...

27 Nov 2012 15:55:50
Middlesbrough boss is running the rule over Crewe Alexandra striker AJ leitch smith and is ready to open the bidding at £1.5 million in January
he is another graduate of the famed Crewe academy and Mowbray believes that he could add goals to the boro promotion push

Seen this lad a couple of times and looks promising could prove to be a good move if it comes off

I do think this is true but hes not worth 1.5million you could pick him up for about 700k

27 Nov 2012 15:33:27
Bristol Rovers are considering a loan move for Bolton's Andrew Lonergan.

Good luck with that, he's out injured until Christmas.

27 Nov 2012 15:15:38
Aston Villa are keeping tabs on highly-rated Watford youngsters Bernard Mensah and Connor Smith. Aston Villa are set to offer £1million plus Hogg for the pair.

Will George Doyley be part of the deal?

Hogg already plays for watford

Seeing as Hogg is a Watford Player having signed a Three Year Deal i think you may need to revise your bid upwards a tad!

What planet are you from??? Hogg all ready plays for Watford. Obvoiously not a Villa fan or you would know that.

U can have them for gardener

Why would they want to go to Villa anyway - we'll be replacing them in the EPL next season.

What has Connor smith done for watford? Someone explain

Connor Smith is a major part of Watford's plans for the future

Clown. Did we sign Hoggy during the Bazz period? Maybe we don't own him ......

27 Nov 2012 15:06:56
MKDONS might be looking to buy Tyrone Barnett in January. The striker, currently on loan at Ipswich says he would be 'delighted' to leave parent club Peterborough.

No chance. !

27 Nov 2012 14:15:26
charlton Athletic have signed centre back Kevin Feely from Irish club Bohemians following a successful trial

Charlton are keeping quiet about it, I wonder why that is?

Charlton are keeping quiet about it, I wonder why that is?
------------------------------------------------
Well its on the OS and we're probably keeping quiet about cos he's class and we don't want any other teams to nick him off us to soon.

27 Nov 2012 13:11:13
Portsmouth set to sign ghanain footballer of 31 years old Riga Mustapha, is a free agent

No, I think you misunderstood. It is Rigor Mortis for Pompey!

He is dutch.

He used to play for Bolton and is rubbish.

I do not think he is about to sign for Pompey but if he did, rubbish in the Prem might not equate to rubbish in div1.

Lets hope this free agent doesn't mind playing for free as well then! COYR!

Portsmouth cannot sign anyone until January as they are at their squad limit . Hopefully once the Trust take over they will be able to come out of administration and have a squad of more than 20.

Pompey can sign another player on a free as the on loan keeper has been recalled by his club, freeing up a place. We probably fill it with yet another player nobody wants. At this time of the year there is a reason why they are free agents.

27 Nov 2012 13:26:00
Neil Warnock Given £8million to spend in transfer window

Leeds fan. There is only enough money to make the club stable not billionaires

The first two signings will be Clint Hill and Shaun Derry.

Call yourself a Leeds fan and you don't know who the backer is?, more than a billionaire, and warnock has been guaranteed the funds for his targets in january

What a joke the 1st reply was... i know lets pay 50 million for a club but only have funds to keep it stable give your head a shake... gotta love the jealous fans and haters

It means nothing our owner made £100m profit last year but we did not have millions and millions to spend. When we did it was largely wasted be careful; what you wish for Leeds fans

an ITFC fan!

Best thing Warnock can spend that on is a personality transplant

Leeds owners are so rich they couldnt afford the ground or training facility.kb still owns the assetts.

I suppose Messi will be signing next (champions of europe) again ha ha.

A statement regarding the Steve Archibald takeover is due in the next two weeks.
Will also be revealed what will be happening with Keith Hill after recent rumours linking Hoddle and Ardiles to Barnsley.

Wheres this statement from then

This is nonsense

If only it was true.............

It would be great to think Steve Archibald might take over Barnsley. But financially what would he gain by buying the Reds? Although the club own a lot of land, there would be little room for commercial development. I ask the question, why should anybody want to buy Barnsley?

27 Nov 2012 13:10:59
Just been down to ticket office at Oakwell to get tickets for Watford on Saturday. The woman behind the counter shouted to her friend in the room next to the office 'If Glenn takes the reigns, we'll be packed out every week, won't be bored'.
Is this regarding Glenn Hoddle or a Glenn taking over the ticket office?

It's Ted Glenn, the friendly Greendale handyman. He's probably going to fix a radiator.

IF it was JOSE OR PEPE they would still be bored because at £28 it is far too expensive?

27 Nov 2012 13:03:48
Sean Morrison is linked with a £7m january move to Arsenal

I'll have to have a word with my agent as I must be worth at least a million then

27 Nov 2012 13:01:16
Harry Redknapp to contact Aston Villa on signing Darren Bent,he would also welcome the move back to London.

Harry bombed d/bent out of thfc

27 Nov 2012 12:43:17
Andreas Granqvist, Anelka, Michael Dawson and Yoann Gouffran are all realistic targets for QPR, although Harry may have to offload some players to make room for new arrivals. Luke Young, Adel Taarabt and Hogan Ephraim are all being linked with moves away, although the Taarabt rumour doesn't look likely. Robert Green is looking for a loan move away, with Southampton looking keen. Harry would prefer to send him to a team that is not a relegation rival, though.

27 Nov 2012 13:31:39
be a great signing for them if true they should get him and defoe!

Kelvin Davis was better then rob green last season and he's now on the bench... Southampton can get much better

Most of these were touted 'pre Harry' Dawson looks probable for a loan if we pick up some points before January. Adel won't go we dont exactly have Modric to keep him out but we need a CB and a forward who won't be Defoe no chance he will chance it

All realistic targets? Not sure they would all want to go to the club sitting bottom. I don't mean that to sound insulting or anything like that but they will see themselves too highly to want that move. I think Dawson may well stay on at Spurs and if not would move to a mid table side. Anelka is another old and not as good as he was player. Do you need any more of those? Really? Could see the departures you've mentioned happening though. Players will want out if they think they are going to be replaced or they loose faith the side can remain.
However Southampton won't want Robert Green on loan. They would be looking to strengthen and they seemed determined in the long term prospects. Can't believe the turn around they are pulling off.

As a Bristol City fan i would have Hogan Ephraim their any day of the week if he was going on the cheap

Soton turnaround?, which one would that be, last time i looked they were bottom 3, relegation favourites with qpr

They have pulled off an impressive turn around. They are now unbeaten in 4 and only 1 point away from escaping relegation. Reading and QPR are the relegation favourites.

How many points away from escaping relegation? 1? I think not ... muppet

The Foderingham to Millwall is a deal that has some real legs, yes the transfer fee mentioned of 350k is rubbish but the deal looks alive and could happen in Jan, with player plus cash deal happening.

Meanwhile - Swindon are hoping for a transfer fee from the sale of Austin at Burnley

Ward + cash + sell on clause??

We definately need a new goalie for the wall,as Forde needs some competition! if this rumour has any truth in it? We shall see!

This rumour is utter rubbish, Swindon will not be selling any big players such as foderingham, ferry, ritchie ect in january or anytime soon. We are hoping to get a nice tidy sum from the sale of austin so will be looking at strengthening the squad not demolishing it.

We shall see if it is'Utter Rubbish' in January won't we!

Yes i can see this going ahead in jan, fodders is london born so back to london
ward as player swap plus cash , 100%
i expect big changes in janurary working towards next season in league one they will have a crack at going up next season . they are already saying they don,t want to go up . midtable 10th

How do you work that 1 out we paid 1 million for him so i doubt there was any clauses in the deal , and whos to say hes going anywhere in january , are you really that skint that you have to rely on non existant money to buy new players !

Millwall is a 'BIGGER' club than swindon I'm afraid,as simple as that! And there is never/no any smoke without fire mate!

Swindon has only one senior goalkeeper so why would they sell him?

Swindon probable don't want to sell him,but at the end of it all it is always down to the player himself!

Ward and some money would be agood deal for swindon we can easily get a new keeper with more experienc e than foderingham

Make up your minds swindon fans, some of you seem to think that he is one of the best keepers outside the PREM?!Now you think you need a keeper with more experience! HMMM!

Millwall bigger than Swindon no your not very similar sized clubs you just happen to be in th championship.your average crowds nothing special for that league.

Millwall don't have a big fan base like us and don't have in excess of £30 million to spend like us

A big fan base in sleepy wiltshere! Dont make me laugh, enjoy league 1 for a few seasons mate, unless you spend your imaginary £30M in January! YAWN!

You can buy a lot of fertilizer for £30m and Swindon should know they certainly have over the years...... what happened after that play off game get a bit giddy ?

We are having a 60,000 seater stadium built so I think that shows we have a bigger fan base than little milwall

60,000 are you having a laugh!

I am a Swindon fan and I know we are not building a 60,000 stadium.

Back to the point, Millwall are in no position to call Swindon minnows.

Millwall are a yo yo club like Swindon, up and down, without investment from very serious backers they will never be bigger than they are. Millwall will eventually be back in div 1 and Swindon will be in the Championship. Whether they can stay there is up to the cash flow, the championship is much tougher than it looks to survive in let alone do well in. 60,000 even Seasoned town fan has to laugh at that

27 Nov 2012 11:48:51
Wigan are closing in on Roger Espinoza.

27 Nov 2012 11:38:25
Swansea will sign in January Celta Vigo forward Iago Aspas and Sporting Braga strike Eder, but Danny Graham will played at Norwich City

Looks like an awesome set of strikers if we signed one or Even both of them would be outstanding! We're indeed of a class striker! I would like too see Luke Moore get more games though he played well when coming on against arsenal!!

27 Nov 2012 11:36:59
Rafa Benitez wants Luis Suarez to fire Chelsea to the Premier League title.

27 Nov 2012 11:31:13
Plymouth argyle are set to announce a director of football asap to help aid carl fletcher turn around the clubs fortunes in the league. possible directors are phill brown and gary megson.

The board should be looking to steve cotterill or paul jewell and move fletch to assistant or manage reserves. its come to soon for fletch and Argyle need an injection to kick start this squad with a couple of new faces. coyg!

Please not megson OR brown! brown recently got turned down by Hartlepool board and Argyle are far bigger than Hartlepool! come on board us fans deserve a quality man.

I think you all can throw these big names about. Don't get me wrong I'd take any of the above. But didid we not all get excited about this last year and look who we got.. personally I'd never heard of deehan but I appreciate what he done as I would whoever comes in this year

Oh come on! after the mangers and directors we had i would take phil brown! was managing in the premier league only 3 4 years ago! who do u want? mournho!

I want Fletcher sacked

Tbh so did i but when i think of it after all he has done for the club and also what big name is going to go plymouth? we just need to bring in somebody who can deal with the transfer side as i feel fletch is a good manager but shouldent be doing the transfer side as apart from paris cowan hall the other signings have been crap.

27 Nov 2012 11:24:02
Burnley are about to have a total new team come February 1st... No names have been mentioned yet as who is about to come in but as a local reporter I can confirm that Burnley would listen to offers for

Martin Paterson
Chris McCann
Dean marney
Lee grant
Ross wallace
Michael duff
Kevin long
Brian Jensen

All these players are out of contract at the end of the season so Burnley are planning to cash in now and let sean dyche spend 75% of all money raised.

Also, Charlie Austin is being chased by norwich, reading, Liverpool, arsenal, Aston villa, swansea, Celtic, QPR and Hannover

Burnley will be looking for bids of around 15million pounds as so many clubs are looking for a natural goalscorer like Charlie austin

I think 8 mill and austin will be gone, norwich, reading and villa won't be in the running, can't afford him, i think it will be between liverpool and swansea

If we managed to sign Arshavin, Cheryshev, Upson and Sidwell then this would be amazing. Sidwell would make all the difference to our midfield. Let alone have Denis on the wing with Andrei up front with the Pog! This would be living the dream but i doubt it would happen. Time will tell. Back the boys and make some noise!

15 Million? are you having a laugh, he'll go for 3-6 million maximum, i doubt he'll even go to the premiership. He's had one decent half season, over-rated.

Can't afford him......Hello Russian son of a Billionaire as an owner.

Norwich cant afford him but swansea can lol

As a norwich fan I can agree we probably won't be in the running. Why would Swansea be though? Nothing against them as I do like them, but Villa are more likely to be able to afford them than Swansea.

Most of these players are the best in this squad, and Burnley are very kean to give them a new contract, apart from Austin this is a load of bull

Reading could afford £8m on a player, but would £8m on Austin make a big difference to us? I doubt it when we have Adam Le Fondre who is a similar sort of player. Id rather Reading spent £8m on Arshavin, or Peter Whittingham or 2 proven premier league players

Russian son of a billionare?, did i miss all your big signings before, reading can't compete with liverpool for obvious reasons, and swansea can afford him because they made money on allen

Would like to see charlie austin at norwich. Not for 15million though haha thats laughable. I think more like 2 million would be enough to prise him away.

^^ no m8 your having a laugh 3-6 million for the divisions top scorer ! go back to bed !

28 Nov 2012 12:56:32
It will take more than 5 million for Austin to go and thats if just one club comes in for him it will be more if there is an auction, he was bought for 1.25M and Swindon have a 20-25% sell on clause, so any less than that won't make sense for burnley.

I still go by my 3-6 valuation, and i'm being kind, you sold Jay Rodriguez for 6 million which was an absolute joke - burnley are a joke

Its not the Reading way to spend money on loads of players, we are a good squad, we're not going to be the next QPR and by a team of past-greats and expect them to win the league. Reading will not sign Austin, they'd be mad to, as Le Fondre is very similar to him. Burnley will sell austin to a team like norwich where he'll struggle to get 4 goals for the rest of the season. ReadingFc4LifeyWifey

15 million haha oh dear jordan rhodes is better than austin and he went for 8mil i think youll find 5 million will be enough

Jordan rhodes is never in a million years better than austin ! If he is then why hasnt he scored as many goals as him in this league ? The stats prove austin is better so shut up !

And 8 million for a player who scored goals in l1 and 5 million for the championships top scorer whos on more than 20 goals b4 december :s are you on drugs !

Its always my view that a top championship striker should go for no more than £5m. Shane Long who is a much better player than Austin is went for £4.5m.

Jeez people always overvalue their own players. Austin won't go for more than 3 million if he goes anywhere. No premier league club is going to take a punt on an unproven 23 year old player from the championship for more than 4 million. Utter madness.

"Jeez people always overvalue their own players. Austin won't go for more than 3 million if he goes anywhere. No premier league club is going to take a punt on an unproven 23 year old player from the championship for more than 4 million. Utter madness."
thats funny cause Sunderland did with wickham, Blackburn did with Rhodes, arsenal plan to spend 20mil on zaha, Southampton did with Jay rod, there is plenty more to! Don't write on a football website if you know nothing about the sport!

Swansea will happily have him, looking for a new striker as Danny Graham looks like he is off to Norwich

Why would graham take a backwards step

We dont want austin to go thats why we value him at around 15 million !

Norwich probably could afford him but why? for 8Million you could get 2 strikers, some of these players step up to the PL and turn out to be rubbish.
Its not just the step up from the Championship, Look at Torres, if you paid 8 Mil for him you would feel robbed.

There's always a team out there desperate and stupid enough to pay over the odds. Burnley may get £10+ million for him.

"arsenal plan to spend 20mil on zaha"
1. zaha wont go to arsenal because he wont get 1st teamfootball
2. he will go for about £6m

He'll go for more then £6 million as Reading already bid that much for him and Palace rejected it.

Absolute baloney

"thats funny cause Sunderland did with wickham, Blackburn did with Rhodes, arsenal plan to spend 20mil on zaha, Southampton did with Jay rod, there is plenty more to! Don't write on a football website if you know nothing about the sport!"

Read what I said. Connor wickham was 18 when Sunderland bought him. Rhodes was 21 and went to play in the CHAMPIONSHIP. Jay Rod went for 7million which everyone thought was HIGH. Charlie Austin in nearly 24 and won't demand anywhere near the prices of the younger ones. Dont tell me not to talk about football when its clearly you who understands nothing about it.

Hello Swansea can afford quite a lot these day over 90 million we javelin had since rise to the premier and spent about 14 million on Michigan vorm graham ki Hernandez oops an also go 22 mill from pool for Allen and Brendan Rodgers and staff so I'd probe say we actually better off than Norwich and since when did Aston villa spend money

Considering that Austin is Burnleys biggest asset i would say 5 million would be the minimum.

27 Nov 2012 11:07:53
Frank Lampard to join his uncle at QPR.

When he can earn 200,000 a week in china ,dream on, lol

27 Nov 2012 13:32:34
whos that, cisse?

Why would he go to China when Anelka and Drogba are doing all they can to leave it.

So if you were offered mega wages by someone you wouldnt go because someone wanted to leave, get real .And drogba doesnt want to leave , he wants to go on loan for the close season

Lampard is going to LA Galaxy because he wants to be like Beckham

You fool lampard does not need money he will not go china however i do believe he will go la galaxy

27 Nov 2012 09:49:45
Dvaid Beckham will be off to Paris Saint Germain. Them looking for a house in London doesn't make one inch of difference.

27 Nov 2012 09:36:17
Glenn Hoddle set for talks with Steve Archibald in Barcelona today regarding the possibility of being the new Director of Football at Barnsley. Ossie Ardiles could be also signed as Head Coach.

Ha ha ha with the prospect of going to watch the reds in the cold probably getting best by burley tonight I needed a laugh. How do you dream that sort of stuff up, well done

Chris Waddle as physio, Hoddle & Waddle re-united.

27 Nov 2012 09:13:55
Middlesbrough chiefs have been sounding out a possible January deal to bring Danny graham back to his former club it is thought that Swansea would be interested In doing business and that the deal could involve marvin emnes moving to the South Wales club
It is thought that graham would prefer a move to a premiership club however a move back to his native north east would interest him

Other targets could include Albert adomah who impressed tony Mowbray and club officials in bristol city's 3-1 win over boro on Saturday and he would cost in the region of £3 million however this deal could be reliant on the clubs position come January

Danny graham highly unlikely, why would Swansea want to sell him? Adomah though is more likely however I don't think boro have the cash to pay £3m

I would happily sell Albert for £3m, top player, thats a fair price.

We need the money more than we need an entertaining winger. Re invest.

Yeah danny graham is just another ex academy player so people can easily link him to us...nothing in it though. dont get me wrong, would love gradam, catts, downing, jinky, wheats and morrison all back...but it aint gonna happen. with regards to adomah, its a money thing. if we sell emnes or scotty mac, then maybe. but do we wanna sell em?

Hope we never sell adomah. He's our best player and we would be nothing without him! :( :(

29 Nov 2012 18:31:37
would welcome danny and albert ,just what boro need

27 Nov 2012 01:50:31
Norwich City have narrowed down the names in their search for a striker to a shortlist of 4 players, being Danny Graham (Swansea City), Carlos Bacca (Club Brugge), Mohammed Abdellaoue (Hannover 96) and Jelle Vossen (Racing Genk)

Danny graham for me otbc

All of these would be am improvement on Jackson and Morrison.

All total different types of striker so hardly a good rumour

Leeds may be wealthier, but at least NCFC didnt have to buy their way back to the Premier league....... And Leeds still wont make it this season....... OTBC

Thanks for letting us now chris you are a great manager ....merry crimbo .....

Iwould like to know how you know what players houghton got in line if any, has a norwich fan , i not heard anything in press or tv

Any of them apart from danny graham. Cant even get a game for Swansea!

27 Nov 2012 01:32:41
Bill Gates takeover at Everton

I think you have a typo:
"Bill Hates takeover at Everton"

I think you mean Terry Gates, he is a steward in the main stand who got a big redundancy from Birds Eye in Kirkby.

Gates is a die hard Everton fan, dating back to his early days in the County Road Cutters firm

27 Nov 2012 00:47:38
can confirm that wesley sneijder shall sign for manchester united in january, and suprisingly nani is nothing to do with the transfer (no swap or player plus cash) just a 18 million pound fee with other clauses, spoken to a bodyguard of david gill

He would cost more than 18mil

Yes, he would tell his bodyguard of all his buisniss!

27 Nov 2012 00:28:10
Readings expected activity in the january transfer window:
Ins:
Andrei Arshavin (on loan til the summer with a view to permanent if Reading stay up) from Arsenal
Denis Cheryshev (on loan til the summer) from Real Madrid B
Matthew Upson (£1m) from Stoke
Steve Sidwell (£3m) from Fulham
Joseph Mills to return from his loan spell at Burnley

Outs:
Ian Harte (300k) to Millwall
Simon Church (£1m) to Huddersfield

We need big mobile cb and midfielder neither on list will not keep us up

It's been confirmed that Millwall aren't interested in Ian Harte.

WOT! No Rhodes??

Unless you pick up some points fear you will only get loans.

I think Arshavin is a little bit too Billy big bananas to come to a relegation stricken club. Money would almost certainly be an issue. But if Mcdermott could motivate him and with the crowd behind, he could make a hell of a difference. He is a talented footballer, i remember the 4 goals he scored against Liverpool that time.

I remember when Upson came to us on loan back in the day, he was fantastic. Quick, athletic, so much better than what we had. But I don't know if he'd really improve what we already have. Unless maybe an offer is under consideration for maybe Pearce?

There would be a smile from ear to ear if there was even a remote chance of Sir Steve Sidwell coming back, what a player, someone to command midfield once again :) Take a knee guthrie!

Thought Burnley had mills intill the end of the season? Happy to see him go, he's 3 choice now with ben mee and Danny laferty ahead of him. If needed I'll drive him back for ya!

Need someone who will actually make a difference like Gylfi on loan in Jan. Arshavin's wages too high, Ceryshev, i have no comment, Upson and Sidwell are both hilarious - no chance. If they're coming back we may as well get duberry and sonko back and put them upfront

Cant see the terriers spending a million quid on a player who is out of contract at the end of the season , not without a fair few players leaving anyway.

You'll get 10,000 for Church max - he's not very good... And it'll be a League 1 team he ends up at.

Arshavin would never consider reading

Simon Church is a Reading God, he works hard, just leave him alone, he doesn't need all this baloney from you. Meanie.

Simon Church is without a doubt Reading's best player, great work rate and adds a lot to the team, i think we could get around the £10 million mark

Watched church yesterday, against leeds championship player div 1 at best

What a bunch of jokes, Upson? Sidwell? Arshavin? Can't see any of thoes happening.

Arshavin is linked with reading , along with st petersberg

Jermaine Beckford is the first signing of Neil Warnock's under the new regime at Elland Road in january,he regrets every leaving and is keen to help the club reach the Premiership.Huddersfield Town are unable to meet his weekly wage demands at present to sign permantly.

Leeds won't get promoted in the next few years

Have beckford hes rubbishe

And you know Leeds wont get promoted because you're psychic,or just another jealous knob, but give up on the beckford BS, he's history

I'm a Norwich fan we have your best players . I'm not jealous we are flying high . Leeds won't get promoted as you have an awful manager

Bradley Johnson: Norwich player through-and-through, only really good enough for Leeds when we were in League 1. Jonny Howson: Hugely over-rated, and terrible attitude; pledged his career to Leeds then leaves for a team who aren't ever going to be significant. Robert Snodgrass: Talented, but no pace in the wide areas, good centre-of-gravity, but little imagination, his 'Snoddy-shuffle' will be learned by all Premier League defences by now and they will stop him every time.

In short, they were mediocre players, and the fact you paid 2mil for Howson made me cry with laughter. Beckford on the other hand, is a legend, and I want him back as he got us through the hard times, even if he's not quite so successful this time round; he deserves another chance at wearing the white shirt
wally MOT

Neil Warnock will not be at leeds under the 'New Regime' !!

To the Norwich fan, hmmm Neil Warnock versus ohhh! I forgot his name. Get a grip.

Beckford is still a touch of class but he comes with a load of baggage, appears to play when he wants, Is injury prone, huge wages etc etc if Vaughan can get/stay fit we could do without Beckford as at the moment Novak is more effective.

You had 2 of our best players from lge 1 promotion, always thought johnson was crap, other 2 haven't exactly sent the world on fire, as for flying high, last time i looked you were in a relegation battle, but well done for admitting you support norwich, lol

Well Johnson is being tipped for an England call up so he can't be that crap. Leeds fans are the most unrealistic and pathetic fans of all. You were a big club once but now where are you . Warnock is awful look at the league

Beckford is useless you are welcome to him.as for promotion ,get a grip.

Why would beckford go to leeds and be figting to stay up all season. he will stay at town, he might not get a game every week but at least he will be succesfull and stay up

LEEDS 4 town 2, enough said

What makes you think town will stay up and leeds go down ? you was extremely poor today against leeds and your recent weeks preformances have been just as poor

Beckford refused to play against leeds.... Of course is leaving you no marks in jan.

Swansea looking at Blackburn left back Martin Olsson in January!

Why would we need Olsson when we have the best 2 left-backs from Wales?

Almost unbelievable - but so random theres something in this - Michael Owen to become player-
manager at Swindon Town.
Paolo has lost backing of STFC's new Chairman as players are complaining over training methods.
New Chairman has links with Owen.

We can't afford to get rid of PDC unless he walks.

Please dont get rid of Paolo. He was worth the gate money alone to watch him. Also look where you are in the league. From a Notts supporter.

Laughable truly laughable.....

It's not the new chairman Patey he is involved with, it's Andrew black our majority shareholder, they own horse racing stables together.

We don't have the money to sack PDC hence the embargo so this is absolutely laughable

We are not under an embargo any more, but still highly unlikely! What's with all the anti paolo? You all loved him 10 months ago!

PDC is staring to frustrate fans with his constant moaning, publically criticising his players and the need to keep saying he needs more players.

Apart from that, he is doing a great job with us and needs to pick his best team and play them (not keep replacing 5 or 6 players each match
