All talk seems to be of players moving here, there and everywhere. Managers anyone?

Strachan will leave no matter the outcome of this cliffhanger of a season. Two league titles, two last 16 in the Champions League, and still unappreciated, so the wee ginger one is packing his bags.

In his place? Well where to begin? Some speak of Donadoni, others walking into lampposts speak of Mourhino.

The smart money is on Craig Levein. His efforts at Dundee United have not gone unnoticed. He will be given a sizeable transfer fund, and with having Lennoxtown at his disposal, expect a leaner, fitter hungrier Celtic squad to dominate the next two or three seasons – yet again.

hail. hail.

Wenger knows that his thin squad is due to faltering so he will spend big this Summer,

in goal he will sign a player to challenge Almunia as Lehmann will go to a German team or will retire and fabianski is not ready just at the moment, possibilities are Akinfeev, D. lopez or Kamaeni but cannot say for certain though.

Defensively he knows that Senderos is not up to Premiership standard so is looking to bring a center back could be lucio, Pablo or Mertesacker he will also bring in another center back as 3 is not enough and is wary of bringing young talented defenders through too soon as he does not want their confidence to take a battering at a young age, the second center back can also play left back, would like it to be veloso but due to Man Uniteds links with sporting this is extremeley unlikely he may look at LeScott or Chiellini or he may sign lahm and move Sagna into center back in a crisis.

In midfield he knows he has a problem with width and will look to bring in two wingers (right and left) right could be Gorcruff (AC Milan) or Young and for the left he will bring in one of Nasri, Modric, menez, Downing Robinho or Ben afra. Hs favourite to take Flamini's role is noble but it is looking more likely that he will sign a new deal. Up front he may bring in two forwards as he does not think that van Persie can get through a whole season, Eduardo is out injured adn Adebayor is developing something of an Henry ego so will have no hesitation in droping him but he will start the season as number one forward along with one of David Villa, Benzema, Auguro pandev or a player who Wenger surprisingly admires– Adrian Mutu. one of the following will rotate with Vela on the bench, Pato, Bojan or Giovanni

Gary Neville could be set to link up with his great friend David Beckham at the LA Galaxy.

Neville's comeback from injury may be just too late for him to figure this season, leaving he and his manager desperate for some first team football to prepare him for the 08–09 season.

Therefore a short–term loan to the MLS during our off–season may well be on the cards.

What a great site. Speculation, dreams and absolute fantasy. According to some, Arsenal are going to spend £70 million+ I can only assume that those individuals are brand new to Afc, and are 8years old or under.

Admittedly, Arsene Wenger is a big fan of Kaka, but we would not spend the £35 million needed to get him, even if AC Milan let him go, which is increasingly unlikely as they are planning on building around him (see their website)

Now I do not know anyone married to the caretaker or working at the club, but surely history and Arsene Wenger way of buying states that we will pay fairly big money, but only for someone who is relatively young and fits our style of play.

Therefore, and based on the scouts attending certain teams matches (and reserve matches) the main players we are interested in are:

Gouffran (£8 million)

Nasri (£11 million)

Ben Arfa (£12 million)

Modric (£12 million)

These are options, and there is no way we will buy them all, but Gouffran seems the most likely along with Ben Afra.

This is due to the players coming back from loan and other players coming through (Vela, Gibbs etc)

The biggest worry is Cesc and Flamini. Flamini has progressed amazingly this season, and we desperately need him to sign up as we have very little cover. but Juve and Valencia have had him watched. Both scouts were at the Fulham v Arsenal game.

I still believe that CESC has Arsenal at heart and is loyal. But, should Madrid or FC Barcelona decide they need to rebuild, the first area they need to look at is the role that CESC plays. Would we be able to turn down a bid of £40 million? I hope so, but the Arsenal board are very financially astute, and with the outstanding costs of the new stadium, the credit crunch and international borrowing being put under increasing pressure, we have to be realistic. One season of no Champions League will have a terrible effect.

Keep posting all you hopers, as as long as we say enough names one of them will finally sign. If nothing else, it makes a really good read.

  Dan the man again;

Forest will announce signing of James Chambers and a ghanian international today and if they lose at Doncaster this weekened will sack Calderwood and replace him with Dowie.

  Arsenal Ins–

Hatem Ben Arfa

Cristian Zapata

Thiago Neves/Hernanes

My father knows a lot of the senior players and also former players.

1. DIC will be buying the club. The hold–up is the Champions League. G and H will not sell until that is over. If Liverpool win, expect them to be sold for around £400 million. If they lose the price will be closer to £325 million, depending on when the get knocked out.

2. There will be no huge spending binge in the Summer. They will buy one big big quality player – a winger/forward. The squad will be reinforced with players from the reserves such as Insua, Leto and Nemeth etc. and some recalls from loan such as Anderson at Swansea.

3. A lot of senior players will be on their way. Most are to be expected – Voronin, Riise, Finnan etc. 1, possibly 2 will be a surprise though.

4. Some of the reserves will also be released.

Just a couple of updates: I mentioned yesterday that Kermit Erasmus was off to PSV, this is wronf he;s off to Feyenoord and I got mixed up (it happens to the best of us). Newcastle are reportedly lining up a huge bid for Klass–Jan Huntelaar from Ajax (along with the rest of the clubs in Europe), KK is quite realistic on this one and cannot see us getting him but sees this as having a knock on effect which will allow him to grab the excess forward from the club that Huntelaar eventually goes to. With Milan being a possible destination expect Keegan to go for Gilardino who has had a poor season but is really suited to the Premier league due to his size and pace.

Also Adam Johnson will never sign for Newcastle, he's a die–hard Middlesbrough fan and at his young age he will never turn his back to move to us.
