Simon Grayson has expressed disappointment at Mike Grella's decision to reject another chance to leave Leeds United on loan.
Grella, who turned down a temporary deal with Oxford United at the end of the summer transfer window, is understood to have refused an offer from Bradford City in the past fortnight
The League Two side, managed by the experienced Peter Taylor, agreed a deal with Leeds to take Grella to Valley Parade on a temporary basis, but the American striker opted to remain with his parent club despite his peripheral role at Elland Road
The United boss said: "He had the opportunity to go out on loan and turned it down. That's disappointing.
"He needs a run of games and he tells me he needs a run of games.
"He's entitled to turn opportunities down and wait for something else to come along, and I've no problem with that, but he needs to play some football

I have heard from a reliable source that the Hibs board have made tentitive enquiries to Shamrock Rovers over the possibility of Michael O'Neill replacing John 'Yogi' Hughes at Hibs.
The main stumbling block is O'Neill is close to winning the league with Rovers so would be reluctant to leave with 5 games remaining. If he does leave expect him to bring Gary Twigg back to Scotland with him to replace recently departed Anthony Stokes(19)(15)
