not even that, kayal would've got that player of the year if he hadnt been injured. Me personally, having watched every celtic game this season, think it should be 15 million plus. To replace him, you WILL need a CLASS player. Anyway, I feel Kayal will be going to Man Utd if anywhere in the transfer window, but this is unlikely as early this year he stated he would love to stay for Celtic for a few more years.

Oxford could be set for problems, after negotiations over rent between Firoz Kassam and Kelvin Thomas ended without agreement.
Kassam wants to increase the rent for the 2011-12 season, and may evict the club if no agreement can be reached by October 1st.
Oxford are looking to ground-share, in case of an emergency, and have contacted MK Dons and Northampton Town just incase. Swindon and Reading have ruled out ground-sharing with them already.
