Use our rumours form to send us football transfer rumours.

I have heard a strong rumour from one of the coaches at Millwall that will try to sign Jobi McAnuff in the Janauary window. Apparently it is rumoured that Watford do feel he is a bit lightweight.
Mowbray is almost certain to leave WBA by ‘mutual consent’ very soon. The shorlist to replace him looks like this:
Terry Venables (!) ; Darren Ferguson; Dennis Wise & Stuart Pearce
The board feel certain a British manager MUST be appointed to keep Brom up
  To the person who said:

"To the person who said leaving liverpool will be babel well done he will be leaving but for more than 6m 10m at the least he will most likely join arsenal as he is a self confessed arsenal fan in january/summer arsenal will bring in a lot more quality and some english players coming in young+aganbonlahor 50m ryan babel –10–13m philipe mexes+micah richards 10+20m and eto 30m there will be no yaya toure outs will be bendtner 8m adebayoor 25m rosicky 10m and senderos 12m". . .

it was all going quite well until you put a 12m price tag on Senderos. Can't see any club forking out 10m for Rosicky either as he makes Darren Anderton look like a picture of health !! Would love to see Babel and Eto'o at the Emirates though.

This is not a rumour but fact. DIC or our friend the Shiekh are currentlt trying to buy £75m pounds worth of debt that Gillett took out last year when the banks wanted some security from him and Hicks. The loan is being offered for sale by the American company he took it out with. DIC/Shiekh Mo' see this as an ideal way to get on the board and to start to force through the sale of the club. This is direct from American site called Sports Business Journal – check it out.
Some shocking rumours on here by the way, get real folks !
YNWA – Top of the league.

liverpool sold to dubai and will compete with city for major transfers.
With Yakubu out 4 the season and vaughen till january and saha a bit injury prone everton will need a couple of strikers:
Podolski– 10m

Moyes will also look at vagner love and kleber maybe for loans.

Expect to see appiah in the premier league either with everton, arsenal and villa.
Burnley will sign Rangers forward Steven Naismith in January for around £400,000. Owen Coyle tried to get him involved in the Kyle Lafferty transfer in the summer but was knocked back, but I can confirm this transfer has all but been finalised.
I can hereby confirm the following transfers are almost certain to go through: Franco di Santo – Everton – Loan; Ronaldo – QPR – Free; Leroy Lita –Fulham – £2.5m Cheers x
  Man utd signings
SAF has said no new faces at man utd in jan which is true but Zoran Tosic will be signed but stay at partizan belgrade until the summer also united will try n end yet another carlos tevez transfer saga by signin him but if that deal can not be reached then the strikers for next season will be rooney, berba, danny welbeck n frazier campbell.

100% fact. You heard it from me first Aiden McGeady to Bayern Munich in January.
I was the one who said Robinho to Man.City on deadline day and look where he went.
Berbatov to have this season and next to prove his worth then expect United to bid for Huntelaar.
Ronaldo to Real in the summer with Quaresema going to the red's.
Tottenham to sign Dunne in Jan along with Diarra then expect us to try for Defoe and SWP in the summer. If Defoe does not come expect a bid for Cavenaghi. Gomes to be given until end of season as he has been pretty good last few games, if he continues to drop clangers expect him to become No.2 with cheeky bids for Foster, Given and Cudicini (First and last being the more likely) with Sanchez going back to Spain.

Yido Rob.
With Werder Bremen out of the champions league expect their bigger players to want a move to a new club. Many clubs have been linked with Diego over the past few years but none of the rumours have ever come to fruition, but this year Im expecting him to demand a move away from the German club. Also Bremen's CB pairing of Naldo and Metersacker will look for moves to the EPL. Both of these players are world class so they could end up at any of the top four teams but I will rule out Manchester United as a destination as they already have the formidable partnership of Ferdinand and Vidic. Man City could alos take a look at these players now that they have the financial backing to push for the Champions League spots. Out of the Top Four, excluding Manchester United, I think at least one of the heavyweight CB's will make a move to the Emirates as they seem to lack that strength in the CB position.
Liverpool are set to sign Heinze for a deal of 6million from Real Madrid. They are also looking at Rafinha for around 12.5 million. Rafa's squad also needs a right winger the favourite is probably Mcgeady from Celtic he can play on the Left and right.
Just spoke to a close relative of Aidan McGeady, and he claims that Aidan is definitely on the move out of Celtic, with Liverpool already having spoken to the club, and his favoured destination. Not sure how accurate this is, but thought I'd pass it on.
Liverpool January targets are as follows:
Jakub Błaszczykowski (Kuba) – £7million
Glen Johnson – £6.5million
Nikola Zigic – £5million + Lucas(loan 18 months)
Javi Martinez – £8million
TOTAL – £26.5million

Players leaving will be:
Benayoun – £4million
Pennant – £4million
Itandje – £1million
Voronin – £2million (loan made permanent)
TOTAL – £11million

NET SPEND – £15.5million

A fairly large outlay but Hicks and Gillett want to paint the picture of a steady ship to strengthen their bargaining power. . rest assured they will be gone by the summer, 3 buyers are interested, 2 from UAE and 1 American consortium.
January, with a 20mil budget and the current owners still in charge.

Gabriel Heinze (4mil)
Kuba (8mil)
Keirrison (5mil)

Out: Jermaine Pennant (4mil)

In the summer we will have new owners and at least £30mil to spend.

Frank Ribery (21mil)
Diego (19mil)

Out: Benayoun (5mil) Voronin (1.5mil) Itjande (1mil) Hyypia (free) David N'gog (1.5mil) Damien Plessis (4mil)

The surprise departure will be of Dirk Kuyt. Man City and Bayern Munich want him. City would pay as much as 18mil and Munich around 14mil. Benitez knows that this would be an offer impossible to refuse and would let him go. Crazy money.

Benitez will be giving Degen & Dossena more time to prove themselves. If Dossena is not playing well he would still have Heinze, Aurelio & Insua. Benitez also plans to bring Darby through the ranks so he & Arbeloa will provide cover for Degen.

Babel will move to compete with Torres up front.

B – Barry (Aston Villa), Bale (Tottenham), Bojan (Barcelona), Bridge (Chelsea), Ben Arfa (Marseille), Balotelli (Inter Milan)

J – Johnson (Portsmouth), Joaquin (Valencia), Javi Martinez (Athletic Bilbao), Jorgensen (FC Copenhagen)
K – Kuba (Borussia Dortmund), Keirrison (Cruzeiro), Kranjcar (Portsmouth)
L –
M – McGeady (Celtic), Matias Fernandez (Villarreal) Mata (Valencia)
N –
O – Owen (Newcastle United)
P – Podolski (Bayern Munich), Pavlyuchenko (Tottenham)
Q –
R – Rafinha (Schalke), Richards (Man City)
S – Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid), Silva (Valencia), Simao (Atletico Madrid), Schweinsteiger (Bayern Munich), Seedorf (AC Milan), Sakho (PSG)

V – Villa (Valencia), Valencia (Wigan)
W – Witsel (Standard Liege)
X – Xavi (Barcelona)
Y – Young (Aston Villa)
Z – Zaki (Wigan), Zuculini (Racing Club)

A couple of these rumours have appeared alot recently, namely Gareth Bale and Michael Owen. It's unlikely that Liverpool will be signing the likes of Aguero or Sergio Ramos, but i do think there's a good chance of Keirisson, Rafinha or Glen Johnson, Elano and a couple of the younger stars like Zuculini and Jorgensen joining the club and possibly some of those in january. Also doesn't look likely that Owen will rejoin the club, but I have heard a rumour, and quite a reliable one, that young Bojan of Barcelona may be in line for a move to Anfield come the summer.

  ARSENAL JANUARY INS & OUTS:

Monsieur Wenger will be shipping out Nicklas Bendtner to Liverpool (who are looking for a striker) in a swap deal with Ryan Babel. Babel has repeatedly let known his unrest at liverpool and his chances to play. He is a self confessed gunner, thierry henry being his idol, Robin Van Persie being his best mate.
he's got bags of pace and talent, which he showed against us as a substitute when we got knocked out the champions league
plus he can play as a striker(his favoured role, along his favourite friend: RVP) or as a winger like theo.
Xabi Alonso will also be coming in for 18m pounds. He has not signed a new contract with the Poolians, and was unsettled by the whole G.Barry saga,
Wenger will convince him that a midfield partnersip of Xabi(DM) and Captain Cesc will be the best in the premiership and will eventually become Spains as they prepare for the World Cup, Cesc is Xabi's ticket to World cup2010
Expect Van Buyten to come in for 5m pounds

yours truly
