Elliot Ward to Bristol City on Friday and James Wilson from Bristol City to Yeovil Town

Is this true about ward as so much people tell us not true

Ward transfer is true.

He would be a great loan for us

Not going to leave Norwich on the terms that have been put to Norwich, Bristol city want to use him as back up, no chance of getting him

Pompey are to give a trial to Hermann Hreidarsson

I don't beleive the 12 people who have marked this as unbelievable. Read the back of the Portsmouth News . It's official . The Hermanator is back on trial at Pompey and offering to play for free while he does his coaching badges.

Young Plymouth centre midfielder Luke Young is on the radar of several Premiership clubs, including West Brom.

Think there's truth in this. Luke Young is a hot prospect and is amonst quite a few young starlets to produced from Plymouths youth development programme. He's very confortable on teh ball and technically a very gifted footballer. Could see big money plus a % of future transfers.

Let's not give him away on the cheap like we always do .

I wouldn't sell him because we do not get any more money if he has a good protensirl

Hes been awlful this season

Yes,yes he has

is it true that in january liverpool are considering bidding for michel vorm as competition and swansea will turn to french club nice for ospina.

Don`t know why Michel would go if he is not guaranteed No1 spot

NO, but david james is waiting by the phone.

Vorm is going nowhere. Swansea will finish higher up in the premier league than Liverpool anyway. Maybe even Rodgers will be sacked.!!

Na don't think so, vorm said him and his family are happy at Swansea

They won't pay 1 mill for de Vries, so they can't afford Vorms fee

January is still within the 12 month no transfer agreement unless BR leaks contract details to liverpool press again

Vorm is so much better a keeper than Reina ever was or will be. He'd never leave the mighty Swans anyway to play for a club in decline.

As a Liverpool fan, I think Vorm is worth atleast 12m.

That means Liverpool on present form will offer 3 mill plus 1 or 2 Players on loan ha ha.

He is the same age as Dempsey, no chance that the Liverpool owners will go for him

Yes he might be the same age as Dempsey but keeper play until a lot older age than outfield players

Plus he is not the same age as dempsey, dempsey is older fool

Michel Vorm born October 1983, Clint Demsey born March 1983 - you think 6 months makes a difference to FSG.

Burnley interested in signing out of favour Sunderland striker Connor Wickham on a season long loan.

Not the sort of player Burnley need - need a skilful linkman/midfield player.

Need someone rather than stanislas

The players we have are good enough! Just not being played right

Burnley do need a striker , pato is being used sparingly due to recent bad injuries , vokes is not yet match fit ! ings is out for at least three months , it only leaves austin as fully fit . so yes we do need a striker ! and we have enough wingers with treacy , wallace, stanislas , porter ,and stewart who is on loan !

Stewart is not a striker

No one said Stewart was a striker, they were saying there was enough wingers at the club Stewart being one of them. Would love to see Wickham come to fruition.

He said stewart was a WINGER not a striker.

I wish ppl would read a post fully before commenting on it - it really grinds my gears lol {Ed003's Note - If you can't find it,grind it ;) }

He is a central midfielder !!

I meant to say winger

Great signing if we get him he's a great player

sean McAllister to sign for Walsall tomorrow after a successful trial.. he will play against Tipton Town in the birmingham senior cup tonight..

He's a good player.

05 Sep 2012 15:39:50
alan judge to sign for leicester on loan and will sign him permanently in January for 2m.

Another right footed winger when we've just signed two? Don't think so. We looked at Judge months and months ago, I'm guessing this is just a regurgated rumour.

Bradford City Manager Phil Parkinson is being chased by higher League teams for the mangers job

Heard it from a good source its mk dons

Higher League Teams maybe, but not bigger clubs or bigger fanbase, so makes no difference. Parky wants to take us back to where we should be.

I have also heard this too that Parkinson is off to anther team watch this space

Why leave a team he's built over last 12 months or Si n endured criticism for team n tactics? Now he's finally got players he wants n players who will play how he wants? That is of course unless he takes 15 players with him
Maybe there is interest but it's paper talk

Let him go, he has put some good things in place but he is still lacking tactically & struggles to motivate the team. I would prefer a new manager at city with the players available we shud be there or there abouts but not sure parky is the man to take us there

Well what I heard this morning was that Bradford City have accepted a compassion package from a Higher League Team and this will be announced after the accy stanly match Phil Parkinson only came here to get his self into a Higher League mangers job

A 'compassion package' really? think it's way past your bedtime sonny!

Notts County are keen on Derby midfielder Ben Davies and Forest striker Robbie Findley

Davies is not wanted and could join Notts on Loan although 2 other league one clubs are watching him as well

Findley could join Notts on Loan with the view to a perm move in Jan

Southend United will sign Luke Rooney and Stephen McGinn ( of Watford) on loan. Rooney will move until January with McGinn likely to do the same. Southend have a good relationship with Watford, who give southend young players on loan so they can build up league exprience ( eg. assomblonga)

McGinn will be a great signing for southend, this could be true though with McGinn having such a long injury, good for both parties, a great player for southend and the player can get fit again

Glad you agree. Hope Rooney is true. thats what ive been told.

McGinn is a fantastic player and when fit will be outstanding for Southend. Really glad to hear about this move as he has been out for over a season and will need this to regain fitness and confidence.

It's either us or Wycombe anyway. he'll get a move nevertheless.

neymar to manchester united in january and if we offload rooney and nani we may have a chance of signing un wanted superstar cristiano ronaldo

Unwanted? 42 goals last season, somehow I think Real Madrid may still want him

Hahah!!!!! who would want the second best player in the world!!!

I'd take Rooney over neymar
Any day of the week. Ronaldo won't leave Madrid only two teams can afford
Chelsea and man city

Made up rubbish after what you read in the papers about ferguson trying, but failing, on deadline day. neymar has stated he has no intention of going anywhere , at least until after the world cup

PSG could afford him for sure and Anzhi Mack.... (wat eva)

What rubbish he said he didn't want leave till after 2014

Neymar IS staying in brazil until the world cup has finshed, then he WILL be joining barc, a deal has already been agreed

Why in blue hell would you want to get rid rooney

Seems Sir Alex Ferguson is yet again watching aston villa youngster Cieran Clark.
Fergie see's Clark as a long term replacement for Ferdinand.
The Red Devils could try tempt Villa with a £10m offer for the young villa starlet.

Manchester: The new Birmingham

Why he is rubbish? and im a avfc fan!!!!

No your no cuz Clark is one of our top centre backs, hes only downfall is displinary issues.

It's bannan he has his eye on

Bannan & Clark are top class ( Gunners fan here ) I wish Wenger decided he wanted quality like them two.

Man U have been tracking Clark for years but his injury record has put them off. Bannan was looked at but nothing will happen due to his extremely bad attitude and average performances

Allegedly, championship side Burnley are
considering a loan move for Swansea City
and ex Preston North End striker Jamie
Proctor.

Burnley in the market for a striker? funny that, i saw patterson today signing papers with who i can only imagine to be his agent.... no lie

Signing papers with some one who can only be described as his agent ? Have you ever seen his agent before ? What you just described sounds to me like a football player signing an autograph for one of his fans , since when do footballers sign paperwork with their agents in the middle of the street !

Pompey are to give a trial to Hermann Hreidarsson.

The former Fratton favourite is set to link up with Michael Appleton's squad tomorrow in a bid to win a deal.

The veteran defender has told Appleton he is prepared to play for nothing.

Why does he need a trial, they know everything about him. He is either signing or he isn't.

He's on trial to assess his fitness. He is 38yo now

05 Sep 2012 12:13:26
Ipswich have taken Queen of the South defender Chris Higgins on trial until the end of September.

Don't think so

No they haven't

Marcus evans dont spend anymore of your money on the defence get out before its to late . ive suppoted this team for 30 years ,its the worst team ever, will struggle in div 1 next season

^ give it up. Your no ITFC supporter if that's how you feel. You may express your feelings but you should get behind the team no matter what.

Sorry, but thats how i feel . a new manager probably if they dont start wining the next 2 games . by the way i am all the way behind the team , always will be . can see last seasons reapeat . even worse

I dont think ipswich will win a game of blow football at the moment

Previous texter = cockhead

1 loss in 4 games.! To probably the promotion favourites a 2-2 draw against a team that hardly ever lose at home. We beat a team that has been our bogey team for several seasons. Whilst I don't agree with everything that go's on at the club those 11 players on the pitch deserve our FULL support. Most clubs look at their fans as their twelfth man. We have the most fickle fans in the country rather than chanting support it's nothing but moaning and abuse. I used to watch most games from the north stand but rarely go now not because of the football but because our so called fans

What Huddersfield who were actually away. I agree with those who think Ipswich will fail I love ipswich more than a lot of things in my life, but it's been one cock up afte another, we have not got a capable squad to compete for promotional all, and what then if we do?

Well we have stopped going because the quality of football we get at Portman Road is dreadful. From ITFC and the opposition. Very sad.

From someone who actually goes, the entertainment has been much better. Admittedly the back 4 needs improvement but going forward and especially at home we look good. COYB

We all need to get behind the boys on saturday even the manager

The boys of 1981 they were the days ......

German club Eintracht Franfurt are close to signing America de Cali striker Julian Lalinde on a three year deal.

05 Sep 2012 12:09:41
Huddersfield have made a loan bid for experienced Blackpool striker Kevin Phillips.

why would we loan him out UTMP

Why would you loan him? Well you can't sell him until January so unless he is going to play you might as well loan him and get some cash off your wage bill.

Hes the only out and out striker pool have and last years top scorer -so stop making up stories

Worst I've heard! Sell him til January? You do realise he is retiring at the end of the season so stop talking absolute nonsense!

Settle down 'pool fans you can keep your has beens, not interested in Heskey either, town ken on up & coming talent with proven championship experience F. Campbell (only HTFC and Hull in with a shout - see Daily Fail) & Beckford are of real interest. Malhamterrier {Ed003's Note - Errm,didn't you just sign a player who was seen to be past it at blackpool ?}

Yes of course we did but I am talking about finding the right player(s) to bolster the squad on loan to replace Jordan Rhodes. We need to look for a long term replacement. Also, I am sure there are as many pool fans who believe KS has at least another couple of good seasons in him as not.

Keith southern no longer has the legs he used therefore is surplus to requirements at Bloomfield road hence the sale, to be honest he was only a bit part player at the end but will always be respected for his time spent with us!! UTMP

This is probably his last season and he is happy at blackpool and we are short on strikers so yeah post your RUMOURS

KS was always a hard worker but a always a journeyman. And now, he is at the end of that journey with nothing left to offer a team like Blackpool ( with real hopes of promotion). Perhaps he will be ok for you to steady the ship and beat of relegatuion but when you are in a position to fight for the next level you will have to find better.

How can you say keith was a journeyman? He spent 10 years at one club. Engage your brain before you type.

Kev is staying and thats final

05 Sep 2012 12:08:33
Macclesfield Town are holding talks with Derby midfielder Ben Davies over a short term loan deal.

05 Sep 2012 12:07:36
Tottenham will sign Iliyan Mitsanski from German club Kaiserslautern after Andre Villas Boas flew to Germany yesterday to talk to the club. A fee was agreed of around £4.5 million.

Not until january you wont

Transfer window closed mate.Wakey wakey.

Odd since avb was at spurs training ground all day and left at 7 to do some media commitment

05 Sep 2012 12:02:31
Spanish club Atletico Madrid are wanting to sign Manchester City defender Kolo Toure on pre contractual terms before ay other Turkish club makes a bid for the Ivory Coast player.

05 Sep 2012 12:00:53
Huddersfield are set to replace Jordan Rhodes with the signing of Everton forward Apostolos Vellios. The Greece under 21 international has been at The Galpharm this week for talks over a deal until January, which will be signed at the end of the week.

05 Sep 2012 11:59:13
QPR have this week held talks with Fiorentina goalkeeper Neto. The Brazil international is only 23 and is regarded as a future prospect. Neto is expected to complete a deal in the January transfer window, which may see Rob Green leave Loftus Road.

...will add to the goalkeeper collection at Loftus road :)

QPR have too many GKs as it is, they wont be getting another...

05 Sep 2012 11:32:32
Huddersfield reserve Alan Lee to Scunthorpe - Loan now & free transfer in January.
Anton Robinson (half wages loan to Bournemouth)
Kallum Higginbotham - Loan to Barnsley as SG doesn't rate him.
Coming IN on loan will be striker Kenwyn Jones (now become available after Owen signed for Stoke)
SG also keen to bring Fabian Delph from Aston Villa on loan.

Watford are also interested in Alex Smithies and he could leave in January or on loan before if Town can get free agent Craig Gordon to join the club as No1.

None of this will happen

Only robinson will happen!

All of the above will happen.....and more. Watch this space.....

Anton robinson will return to bouremouth he is a good player but not good enough for our first team so I would be happy to see him go

All this would be fantastic, but probs only 1 will happen Robinson to Bournemouth none of the others at all

According to Huddersfield Examiner we are chasing Beckford and Simon Church with Robinson, Higginbotham and Tom Clarke likely to go out on loan. Maybe Alan Lee on loan depending on how mant strikers we bring in.

Smithies is the next Joe Hart. Why would we be interested in sending him to a rival club?

Smithies won't be the next Joe Hart, but I agree as a Watford fan that he won't come to Vicarage Road because he'd cost too much and I doubt Huddersfield would want to let him go. Quality young keeper though.

05 Sep 2012 11:26:00
Watford midfielder Stephen McGinn is a loan target for Wycombe and Southend. He is coming back from a nasty long term injury and will find himself with limited first team opportunities at Vicarage Road due to the arrivial of several (million) Udinese loanees during the window.

If either club loans him they'll get themselves a promising prospect for a few months, if not the rest of the season.

05 Sep 2012 00:02:12
Chris Wood to Huddersfield now nailed
on. Announcement on Friday. Great
signing for the Terriers !

He,ll not score 4 ? no where near 40

He was at the super reds and is pants worst in ivision

Based on his performance for NZ in the Olympics I am not sure this would be a great signing. Yes he is tall and decent in the air but slow and not a natural goal scorer.

05 Sep 2012 00:01:48
Matthew Upson, George Boyd, Ignasi Miquel and Bilel Mohsni set to join ipswich on loan deals when the market opens upson, boyd and mohsni with a view of a permenant deal

Hope they do

No they wont

ipswich have loan bids in for 2 other players

Who are they then.

They are George Boyd (Peterborough) and Bilel Mohsni (Southend)

All guess work, taken from the press.!
