Stephen Worgu was the top scorer in last seasons African Champions League, and is being targeted by a host of English Premier League Teams. Newcastle are thought to be leadeing the chase as Obafemi Martins has reccomended him as a bargin, as he keeps up to date with African football. However, Newcastle are likely to face competition from a number of leading clubs including Arsenal, Middlesbrough, Portsmouth and Spurs. Worgu is just 19 and the Nigerian currently plies his trade at Al–Merriekh of Sudan.
Hearts fans have some welcome news. csaba laszlo won't be selling andrew driver or christophe berra to any team in the january transfer window. he has already stated that he has long term plans which the owner is backing. bruno aguiar will sign an extension to his contract in the coming weeks as he wants to stay and repay his club for thier faith during his injury. there was no mention about kingston though who will likly go to an english championship side.
West Ham are rivalling Tottenham for Stockport younster Tommy Rowe, in a deal expected to be worth around 2mil. .Another Spurs target is Rick Verbeek, currently playing at VVV Venlo in Holland. The centre mid has been likened to Sneidjer, and recommended by former Spurs midfielder Edgar Davids. A West Ham source also tells me the club are in for Rafał Kujawa of LKS Lodz in Poland, who Nani has been scouting recently.
People who are saying Drumaville are bust, don't talk wet! Look up a guy called Ellis Short and how the club made substantial funds when he invested. Secondly, Cisse will be going nowhere until the end of the season. Thirdly, expect Allardyce to take the job, with Sbragia and Yorke being Assistmant manger and first team coach respectively. Lastly, a lot of fringe players and the ones currently on loan will be re–assesed by the new management team and sold if they do not make the grade. Big sam will try to bring in Tal Ben Hiam to partner Anton Ferdinand and Kevin Nolan to replace Dean Whitehead, who's future is in the balance now Keanes gone.
I support Arsenal and any club thinking of signing Niklas Bendtner must be mad the guy is terrible and will move abroad in january most likely to the russian league or to hometown club Fc Copenhagen. Niklas please leave Arsenal. No wonder Adebayor has bust up`s with him. Gallas will also leave in january 100% don't be surprised if he joins liverpool.

Peter Reid is worth a outside bet on for next Sunderland Manager.
Stuttgart face competition from Chelsea and Arsenal for Austrian progidy Aleksandar Dragovic, who is currently at Austria Wien. Krystof Krol has rejected a trial with the gooners for a permanent move to Everton, by the way.
"I'll also buy a tranmere season ticket if rangers take a loss on Steven naismith and if he passes a medical considering he's been out since the end of last season and he's out for the rest of the season."
somehow i don't think so as he is turning out for the reserves on tuesday night and will be smiths backup striker along with lafferty after JCD clears out the locker in the January clear out(due to their ability to cover in wide areas). Kirk Broadfoot will stay as smith will eventually move him infield to CB when davie weir finally retires (with whitiker taking over at RB). Don't expect us to bring in Tonel as smith won't be able to shift enough off the wage bill. probably more likely to stick with the ex CF LM RM CM CAM LF RF as cover for CB(:Sy?). Aarron and Fleck(when he returns), will play more regularly as smith continues to come under fire for not supporting the youth(expect their break to come in the cis where ally takes the reigns). 7's NOTHING. KEEP BELIEVING:D.
LFC– Bad news first Babel is seriously unsettled and has decided to leave. He is off to Real Madrid in Jan for between 14–16.5 mill payed over a couple of years. Alonso recently refused to rule out a move to Italy in the press. He wants to stay at Anfield but Rafa needs to sell if he wants to buy. So Alonso will be off to either Italy or Spain for anything between 16–20 million.
Good news is Agger will agree terms within the next week or so!
Rafa hopes to buy (one or two of????)
Bale, Kerrison, Michael Johnson, Micah Richards, Emile Heskey and possibly Part ex for alonso – Kun Aguero.

I love the bullsh1t some so called insiders put on here, I have been reading this site for the past 6 months and hardly anything said has come to reality. .

Fabregas joining Barcelona, is a thing all Arsenal fans will have to get use to. But it won't be for a few years yet. . .

Liverpool linked to so many full backs, Manchester City linked to everyone. Chelsea linked to Giovani and Robinho, should've signed them in the summer, but let them get away.

I won't build anyones hopes up by spreading b0ll0cks, even though there are always gullible people to listen.

Wenger will not pay £50m for Agbonlahor and Young, £20m for Richards, even though as an Arsenal fan, I'd love to see them at the Emirates. How likely is Wenger to splash so much on English players, if they had French or African passports he'd seriously consider it, but not for English.

The Shadow
I was just browsing and didnt plan on posting my rumours untill i have more. .but i coundnt watch this one slip by.

To the person Claiming Frank Riikaard will manage Sunderland obviously doesn't understand there are certain levels in the world of football.
but maybe im wrong, maybe well see Alex Ferguson managing Millwall one day too.

Frank Riikaard will be Man Citys manager should Hughes fail.
  To the person that said:

"All the talk of Man City and Kaka/Messi etc isn't true at all"

They have already Bought a huge player in Robhino, and have plenty of money to spend to buy others. Not to mention theyre trying to build the best and biggest brand football team in the world by trying to buy the best players in the world.
As for you mentioning theyre all 'happy at their current clubs' You must not be familiar with Football players loving Huge Wages. Theyll say goodby to their current clubs for over 150k a week my friend. believe me.
With Man citys wage budget and transfer budget, why would you think they are going to buy unheard of players in the 'hope' they become great is beyond me.
Liverpool will sign Bastian Schweinsteiger in January along with emile heskey.
With eduardo back wenger will offer bendtner to everton on loan as there is a good chance that he will get plenty of games with everton's injury problems, in return however arsene will request first option on felliani and arteta.
Wenger is happy with his goalkeeping options.
In defence a player with alot of height who is good in the air will be signed, wenger may look to capitilise on the uncertainty over Aggers contract and failing that he will make a move for Zapata.
In midfield a defensive partner for cesc will be signed, targets are Y.Toure, Alonso and Barry or a possible loan deal for Senna which however is unlikely.
An attacking midfielder will be signed with a deal for diego almost sorted.
Upfront Lenny will be the only signing.

My father works for a big house buyin property in Glasgow (im not alowed to say the name he said oan the internet) But an Irish man phone the company last night wanting to buy a house in the west end of glasgow. They went through all the things they do and it was Roy Keans agent on the phone. so waht does this mean . is keano going to celtic in the summer , is strachan going to england.

i would rather see Tony Moabry at celtic .
but keano would do he would get the best out of brown and we would sell him for 40 million.
Andrei Arshavin deal back on for Spurs (AGAIN), £15 million is the initial offer
Ince fired after Liverpool game.Souness to make a dramatic return with Tugay as his number 2. Santa Cruz is off to city for 18million. souness will be given 20million to keep blackburn up!
Am a gud friend of Adam Lallana of Southampton, he's a die hard TOFFEE, He's desprate 2 join them, trust me he will. u heard it off ONZLO first
DIC WILL HAVE CONTROL of Liverpool F.C. by the end of April next year. They will start by offering improved and longer contracts to:

Rafa Benitez, Alvaro Arbeloa, Steven Gerrard, Fernando Torres, Dirk Kuyt, Ryan Babel, Daniel Agger.

Adding to our January purchases from the money of Hicks and Gillett (Kuba–8mil, Keirrison–5mil) DIC will fund bids and long term contracts for:

Frank Ribery – 25mil (RM/LM)
Fabian Delph – 6mil (CM)
Sergio Ramos – 12mil + Alonso (RB/CB/DM)
Mathew Upson – 4mil (CB cover)
Gareth Barry – 12mil (DM/CM/LM/LB)

Hyypia, Degen, Alonso, Pennant, Benayoun, Voronin, Itjande, Leto and N'gog will all leave raising a total of around £18mil.

As good as he is, Alonso is not the "type" of player benitez wants. Firstly, Barry's versatility is important. He is also stronger and quicker than Alonso. He gets forward more effectively from midfield and chips in with more goals. He would be another leader on the pitch, something Benitez is quite keen on. He could also play with Mascherano and play a more attcking role if Gerrard was injured. If sitting in front of the back for with Masch, he would offer a very useful left foot. Benitez feels although Alonso's range of passing is better, the team needs to play with quick and short passing, something barry would excel at.

Ramos would like to join Liverpool, and not just because his mate Fernando Torres is here. However Madrid would not be keen to sell. If a problem does arise and Madrid refuse to sell, Benitez may move for either Glen Johnson, Philip Lahm, Miguel or Maicon.

Insua, Darby, El–zhar and Hamill will all be added to the first team squad on a more regular basis.

Martin, Plessis, Nemeth and Hobbs will all go out on loan.
Niall Quinns ex Arsenal and Ireland team mate David O'Leay is top of wanted list for Sunderland Managers job if Niall can't land him expect a shock move for Brian Kerr ex Ireland Manager
A big turn around. Phil brown and sam allardyce will both have new jobs come next week.

Phil Brown is taking over at Sunderland, he was niall's no 1 candidate.
Sam Allardyce taking over at Hull City
Liverpool will not be taken over by DIC in the near future. Reports of them buying numerous top name players are false. Unfortunately there is no chance of seeing Villa or Aguero in a Liverpool shirt as the club do not the money. Even Rafa admitted in the summer they could not afford Villa. They may sign 1 or 2 players in January with Rafina and Glen Johnson being the main targets. A bid for Heskey is also being weighed up. Who they sign will largely depend on who they manage to sell. Hicks and Gillette both recognise Benitez does not have a great eye for talent. Lucas, Ngog, Benayoun, Pennant, Babel, Voronin, Dossena, Degan are all Rafa flops who could be shown the exit. Daniel Agger may also be on his way out although the reds would prefer to keep him. £20 million man Robbie Keane has also been told to live up to the price tag and start scoring or he will follow the rest of them in the summer.
To the guy rambling about Roy Keane, if you were truly an admirer of Nottigham Forest you would never ever call them Notts Forest!!

Keane will not come as he could not work with Doughty. The gap at Sunderland does mean though that calderwoods job is safe as Allardyce is headed for them now.
Good results in December will cement his place.

Dan the Main Man
Mark Brown will sign a six month loan deal in January to go to Dundee United. Elsewhere Morgaro Gomis is interesting Celtic. Gordon Strachan will be in the stands tomorrow afternoon to watch him.
