Liverpool in talks to sign Stefan Kiessling! Had an unbelievable season in Germany this year and LFC want to wrap up the deal before he goes to the World Cup, because his price will sky rocket.
Fee is £17million, the clubs have a good relationship after the Hyypia transfer. He will be a great signing!

smith is 18 years old on and on his first contract, mcdonald was signed from nonleague and i doubt a manager as highly regarded as lambert would just be allowed to leave without some kind of compensation. dohert fair enough signed in prem league but still.

Real madrid have prioritised steven gerrard and pedro rodriguez as there main two targets this season.

despite noises comin outa anfield today, gerrard is lilkly to leave the club he loves in order to re discover his best form n love for football.
pedro is less likly, the barcelona frontman has came through the ranks at the club n evn if barce did accept the huge bid on the table 4 him, pedro would still av to agree to the move.real are willing to offer upwards of 20 million tho n it may be enough to force the catalunians hand!

Before I start – why do absolutely zero of my comments ever make it to your web page ? – anyway I will try again

Arsenal will not sign a keeper, they are not even looking at one. Also, the only players leaving are Silvestre and Merida.

They will be signing Upson and Van De Wiel and that's all (apart of course from our soon to be confirmed striker from Bordeaux) {editor's note – because up till now you have not put in any rumours, so your comments go on the banter page.}

Lfc news.
rafa will stay. juventus really annoyed. so are some lfc fans. no new owners this season. unless something dramatically happens. unlikely.
rafa wants £40m plus sales. but with £30m needed to pay intererest plus £4.5m needed to pay roma for aquilani second payment. leaving rafa with £5.5m he was happy as long as he got to keep sales from players. degan 3m cavelleri 2m plessis 2.5m skrtel 8m riera 7m benayoun 9m and maybe torres 70m leving rafa with £117 or £37m and keeping torres. rafa happy with circumstances for ''NOW'' and possibly [babel 10m]. his targets are starting with gk dida free hennesey 2m hart 4m. defence richards 6m kjaer 12m taiow 10m abidal 3.5m cahill 13m migel 2m belhaj [spelling] 4m others been targeted but these prefered choice. midfielders jonjo shelvy 3m done deal. guti free. jovanvic free nearly done deal. pieenar 10m unlikely. milner 20m young 22m silva 19m van der vaart 10m lennon unlikely 25m joaquin 10m capel 12m turan 12m depends on babel. de federico 7m parker 7m giovinco 12m cambiaso 14m m.johnson 7m ireland 10m martinez 15m forwards chamach free offerd contract but most likely sign for arsenal eduardo 7m cole 10m villa 25m aguero 33m benzema 25m pandev 5m ballotelli 15m milito 10m bojan 12m raul free other players are been targeted the big money moves really do depend on torres but unless he sees some big money moves he may well jump ship barcelona will offer £50m plus players abidal and bojan could suit all parties. could be an interesting season without the champions league distracting us maybe just maybe rafa could land number 19

Arsenal will sign 6 players this summer

firstly a gk is wanted..this will be ajax n holland shot stopper alex stekelenburg if all goes to plan if not chris kirkland is a shock name tht is high on wengers list.

with campbell n soon gallas signing extra yr deals wenger will only sign 1 centr half.the targets are diakhate who is already in advanced talks n gary cahill of bolton is also being touted.

in midfield scott parker will join and will be followed in by eden hazard.hazard will be the marquee signing of the summer.

up top wenger is tryn to sign mario ballotelli but inter want close 2 the 20 million mark wear as wenger is only willing to offer upto 15.the other striker is obv marroune chamakh on a free!

07 May 2010 18:43:37
Man city targets (in my opinion)

Buffon £25m – mancini is a long time admirer of his and tried to sign him when at inter.

Torres £70m – won't happen but will still submit the offer anyway.

Gerrard £35m – again won't happen but will still submit the bid

aquiliani £15m – big suprise but tried to sign him from roma when at inter milan

Kaka – £50m again probably not likley but will try anyway.

probably a load of sh!t but knowing the way man city are i wouldn't be suprised if all of these players are approached

Liverpool are looking at selling the club within the next few months, this process will be a very close and confidential process. They have spoken to all previous intrested parties plus others so all these silly rumours people saying dic or anyone else is pure fabrication, it will just be a matter of sit and wait for the day it happens as this will be extremely confidential.Hicks and Gillet have not set a price on the club, it is just a bidding market and will look for the new owners to get the stadium built asap as part of the deal.Rafa WILL stay on as manager and has submitted his list of players to the chairman that he thinks will strengthen his squad for next season, plus players that are surpluss to requirements.Torres and Gerrard will NOT be sold as we don't need the money to pay of loan repayments so please stop all this pathetic properganda.I have a good contact at the club and the players rafa is looking at are J.cole (free) jovanovic(free)Turan(12 million)Bastos(10 million)cahill(14 million)Ireland(8 million)Dida (free).Plus a gem of a striker i will announce in due course but trust me this one will astonish everyone!

For the fella who posted a REALLY long essay about Chelsea and Arsenal:
How would Chelsea have first refusal on Luis Suarez? I don't recall any kind of activity between Ajax and Chelsea of late and that's where first refusals descend from! Arsenal paid Ajax £10m for Vermaelen and are likely to return in the next few weeks for Gregory van der Wiel. 3 of Ajax's players: Christian Eriksen, Markuus Stekelenburg and van der Wiel are summer targets – however, we don't have a first refusal option on any of their players – I think you've just simply made that bit up! The reason Arsenal have good relations with Ajax is down to one Dennis Bergkamp who is currently coaching at the club.

As for your claims on the following players: Hugo Rodallega, Mauro Zarate, Carlton Cole, Takayuki Morimoto – non are good enough to play for Arsenal. None are even under consideration. Read whats spouted in the red tops with a pinch of salt. If they don't come up with junk like this they don't shift papers to gullible people like you! Simple. As for Mario Balotelli – not a prayer – poor attitude and after Anelka and Adebayor, he's not the kind of player AW would entertain. Giampaolo Pazzini is an option but only if the price is right – it would be a luxury rather than necessity. If Eduardo leaves he could be considered. There's not much focus on the forwards front unless someone become injured WC10/pre–season. Van Persie/Chamakh/Bendtner/Walcott/Arshavin/Sunu gives us plenty enough options.

You also listed a load of defenders without any of them making any sense. Van Der Wiel will replace Sagna who is either heading to Juventus or Milan. Hangeland is the wrong side of 30, Richards would be so overpriced – so it's Diakhate, Cahill, Kjaer and Subotic in the frame. Silvestre and Gallas will depart on free's but Sol stays on for another 12 months.

Midfield: Merida and Diaby: Well, Merida's off to Spain on a free, but Diaby will be staying so no idea where you've got this wierd little list from! Melo in only if he's part of the Sagna deal. Charles N'Zogbia, Ander Herrera, Clement Chantome, James McCarthy, Steven NZonzi – none good enough for our first team and Wenger has distinctly specified it is experienced first team players that will be brought in! Scott Parker – wrong side of 30 and would be overpriced. Not as good as Song either. Why would we pay big wages to a bench warmer? Jack Rodwell – no chance. Everton will do all they can to keep him and he'd cost the earth. His team mate Fellaini is one being looked at should he be fit in time.

As for Chelsea – you'll be losing Cashley to Real Madrid once Mourinho is officially announced as Manager. This may get you Kaka though on a 1yr loan deal with the option to buy. I'd be surprised if Real simply let him go this summer on a permanent transfer. There would be no way they'd recoup their initial layout! Anelka likely to be sold – a return to Liverpool perhaps? Ballack returning to Germany on a free unless Harry Redface fancies paying him megabucks to warm the bench for Palacios. One thing is for sure, title or no title– Chelsea need to refresh their team with some young legs this summer. There's not many of your current first team that carries much of a sell on value and Drogba, Lampard and Terry are getting no more spritely!

07 May 2010 17:17:27
I hear from a reliable source that Manchester United are looking for an experienced performer who can pose a physical presence in front of a large audience and who is not frightened to "dream the dream".

However Susan Boyle thinks she may go to Chelsea

I am an everton fan, however i am becoming increasingly annoyed at people claiming that liverpool have no money.Unfortunately are local paper(LIVERPOOL ECHO) claims almost everyweek about liverpools takeover nearly being complete and the paper even revealed plans for the new stadium a few weeks ago.It also claims martin brougham(spelling)has hadd a numerous amount of meetings with; rafa, players, king kenny, and some backroom staff about getting the club seriously contending for the title every year !In conclusion:THEY WILL HAVE MONEY–rafa may waste this again haha.

what i no or havee heard on merseyside:
before rumours Adam Hammil's girlfriend lives on the road witch my street is in.I speak to him quite a bit when he is back, he currently lives in a flat nearby barnsley, however he recently bought a audi–because he sold his flat(as he is moving i can assure you of this)no formal offers have been made of yet, but there is interest from notts county, qpr(unlikely as he is staying north west)but hopes to join play off chasing chamionship teams)work this out yourself–blackpool if they don't make it ?..
Also liverpool scout eduardo macia has been scouting adam mathews–i was told by fellow scout hughie mccauley.
and baxter will be sent on loan to ligue 1 team who can assure first team football as moyesy has requested this as he feels he will benifit.

getting on to rumours(please correct me if there is no truth)
us:please don't leave roders ! anyway, pienar will stay yakubu will leave;cardozo will replace.a double swoop for sporting cp pair veloso and moutinho will be made if roders leaves erm i don't think there is any other strong possibilities abart from fringe players leaving and being replaced by new ones.

The reds:degen will leave £3m and be replaced by mathews, martin kelly will play as 3rd choice with the option of covering the cb role, , kolorav was seen eating with skrtel in the pub chilwall 5 ways according to my friends i guess he will be signed for no less than £10m unless deal involves a p/e
as i have gatherd there will be a clearout on the wings including:riera, el zhar, possibly benayoun + babel in will be jovanovic who can play lw/st(free)joe.cole(free) and mata/turan–both if babel is sold.if deal collapses expect a stricker like k.jones/c.cole(£10m each) however this is unlikely as a result use liverpool fans can expect someone like higuain who has been strongly linked.also cavalieri's replacement will be dida(free/hennesy(£2m)
king kenny will also spend £10–£20m on 16–19 year olds.

"Why are all you Manchester United fans banking on signing Igor Akinfeev? Sibneft (Roman Abramovich's oil company) has a major sponsorship with CSKA With Abramovich looking to cut down costs he has seen Igor as an ideal replacement for Cech (who will leave next season)." – Close. Abramovich sold his holding in Sibneft 5 years ago to Gazprom, who dropped sponsorship of CSKA straight away. I'd suspect Akinfeev is United's most likely target to replace VDS – Kucszak is angling for a move away and both Moscow clubs have shown interest, so the timing would work well for all parties – Kucszak would arrive in time to get pre–season in before the 2011 season started in Russia, United would get VDS' replacement in with 6 months to acclimatise while VDS was still at the club plus – from United's perspective – they'd make a profit on the transaction. Certainly United aren't going to sign a big name keeper to replace VDS this summer – there's no way he would have signed for another year if that was the case.

I saw that lee trundle may be joining southampton so I asked my friend within the club and he said that this is 100% true they have contacted him but he is pondering a offer from Swansea, Southampton, Swindon and Colchester.

Unsigned told us at 07 May 2010 15:10:59:
All about Liverpool's plans to rebuild and a £50m war chest that Benitez hoped to have. It was also suggested that Romelu Lukaku would be joing and that he "wants to learn from Torres".

Unfortunately, I fear that this is someone hopeful thinking. Specifically Lukala has been subject to one firm bid, thought to be euro 10M, from Chelsea. Anderlecht have accepted this bid and Chelsea have permission to speak with Lukala's father Roger. No doubt other bids will arrive over the next few weeks, but the critical factor in negotiations will be whther he would be allowed to stay on loan at Anderlecht. My understanding is that the preference of Roger Lukala would be to fend off all bids for this summer and discuss a transfer next year. It strikes me that this will run and run over the summer – but I am sure that there is near zip chance of the player moving to Liverpool.

I also understand that Drogba and Adebayor are the players that he looks up to and hopes to emulate.

Sharkey.

The meeting that took place the other day with Rafa and the new chairman has resolved the spaniards future. what the press didn't mention is that a representative from the company buying liverpool was present to outline the plans of the new owner and assure rafa that everything would be in place by the end of june. Rafa has submitted his transfer targets to this representative who will disccuss them with the new owner before giving the thumbs up in the next meeting scheduled soon. G&H are not involved anymore as a price has been agreed and all that remains is for the chairman to see the deal through. This may seem an odd way to conduct things but with Juve and other clubs in talks with Rafa and Player discontent in the squad it was decided to act quickly and make their intentions known before the world cup.

Liverpool to start re–building immediately. Rafa has outlined 5 new first team players and 3 starlets. With new owners on the way (discussions to go through the WC) Rafa is hoping for a £50m war chest, with money coming in from the new Standard Chartered sponsorship. Rafa has outlined a new LB, CD, RB, LM and ST to get the side back on track.
Fabio Aurelio will leave on a bosman, likely to join AC Milan.
Martin Skrtel will sign for Juventus in an £8m deal.
Phillipp Degen will join FC Basel for £3m.
Albert Riera will join Deportivo for £6m.
Joining will be:
Kaspar Schmeichel to join on a free.
Nadir Belhadj to sign from Portsmouth for £4m.
Simon Kjaer to join for £11m. Danish manager believes it would benefit his game to play alongside fellow countryman Dan Agger.
Vasillis Torosidis will join for £5m after a glowing reference from Soto.
David Silva MIGHT join for £23m. This is the price tag Rafa is looking at for him and Valencia see Mata as a better winger. Of course teams in bigger places are looking, so this one is likely to hit the rocks.
Milan Jovanovic to join on a bosman. Will provide back–up for Fernando and give him the chance to rest up now and then.

Also coming in are likely to be:
Jonjo Shelvey (£1.7m), Danny Wilson (£4m) and Romelu Lukaku (£6m; hottest prospect around. Wants to learn from Torres)

07 May 2010 14:00:15
Chelsea FC:

Out; Deco, Ballack, Joe Cole, Belletti, Ferreira, Anelka, Kalou

Igor Akinfeev should be brought in to replace Cech in the near future (they can fight for the top job over the next 12 months or so until Cech leaves). No real other keepers are being considered (Sergio Asenjo but not seriously) as many people know (and an equally large number seem not to) Sibneft, Roman's oil company is a major partner of CSKA (to the point where it may be considered almost his second team).

Van der Vaart is surplus to requirement at Real with Franck incoming and makes the most obvious sense, but Liverpool, Man U and Citeh are also in that chase, not keen on spending more than 10 million on him. Pjanic has really stood up during the CL but i've also heard that Perez has been after him since he sent RM out. Dzagoev has drawn interest from Man U but is a big Frank Lampard and Chelsea fan, he's a bit small but talented, impressed in the CL and Zhirkov means there's another Russian about at Chelsea. Alex Teixeira was the real star of the youth World Cup in Egypt and has recently moved from Brazil to Shaktar Donetsk, undeniably talented the next big name Brazilian attacking mid, could be good to get him before he's worth a fortune ala Pato. Hamsik will almost certainly not be coming to Chelsea he's extended his contract with Napoli seems to like Italy and with Inter coming courting both of his PL suitors, us and united will probably miss out. David Silva will probably end up staying in Spain, as good as he'd be he is not the most likely of the group. Ki Sung–Yueng from Celtic is also possible and would be a good player particularly to help push Chelsea's economic self sufficiency. Kaka is also possible if part of a swap with RM for Ashley Cole.

Contractually Ballack is still up in the air, he's been linked with Liverpool (not happening), Inter (maybe), Bayern (most likely). If he goes Schweinstiger is the obvious replacement. Yoann Gourcuff and Ashley Young are other options. Matic will have a role to play but we need a true replacement for Michael as Matic won't be truly ready for a few years yet.

Joe Cole is all but gone with a myriad of suitors after him. Front runner Angel di Maria aside, the options boil down to Miroslav Stoch, Gai Assulin and Thaigo Alcantara both of whom's availability is determined by what happens in Barcelona during the transfer period, particularly regarding Cesc, and the man from their cross town rival's Javi Martinez. Hatem Ben Arfa is an unlikely signing, but would be great.

Neven Subotic and David Luiz have all been mentioned, with Luiz probably the best option to replace Belletti and Ferreira. Darijo Srna has also been mentioned but will be unlikely to move. Giorgio Chiellini would be a great signing but is unlikely. Thiago Silva has also recently emerged as apossible target.

For Anelka, the clear front runner is Aguero, his class is apparent to all. Pato seems destined to one day join Chelsea, Milan are desperate not to loose him for next season the likely outcome will be Pato signing this season and being loaned back to Milan, whilst Aguero/Suarez/Villa/Torres come in this year. Finally there is Luis Suarez who we apparently have first refusal on, presumably a refusal we'll only act upon if Citeh outbids us in the race for Aguero. David Villa and Fernando Torres are both highly unlikely (Barca, Citeh RM, staying on, more likely) but neither can be ruled out completely.

As for Kalou there are several options, Moussa Dembele a highly talented and strong physical forward, who fits in well with our style of play. Though potentially outclassed by rising stars Romelu Lukaku and Lacina Traore any of those four would be good signings. There is also Neymar and he should be considered a serious contender for Kalou's job. Romelu Lukaku is a must! One more player who should be considered is Takayuki Morimoto another player who could help end our Abro reliance through Japanese merch sales and he's pretty talented to boot. Seydou Doumbia's move to CSKA moves him into Abramovich's orbit, meaning a future move to Chelsea is more likely.

As for Ashley Cole, Juan Manuel Vargas is the only real option I see, I hope we don't loose Ashley, though Vargas is good. Dani Alves obvioulsy plays on the right and is not a real option to replace Ashley, but could be part of swap deal with Barca for Ashley, while if Real win the chase then perhaps a Kaka unhappy at Real could rejoin Carlo at Stamford Bridge.

For youth signings, Urreta would be great alongside Kakuta or di Maria he's probably a 2012 signing. Christian Eriksen and Romelu Lukaku should be key targets.

Manchester United FC:

Out; Berbatov, Vidic, Carrick, Tomasz Kuszczak, Tom Cleverley, Zoran Tosic, Owen, Fabio (loan)

For Berbatov and Owen a swap deal with Milan for Klaas Jan Huntelaar is quite likely though a swap with Sevilla for Luis Fabiano is also possible. Aguero is an outside chance particularly if Pato signs with Chelsea. Chicarito has already signed and Takayumi Morimoto, Neymar and Alexis Sanchez are still possibles. Mirko Vucinic is attracting interest from both United and City. Robinho would definitely be worth a cheeky bid. Andy Carroll could be alright as well. Higuain is another unlikely signing.

Vidic will form part of a swap deal for Benzema. Marnick Vermijl as well as the confirmed signings of Dodo and Chris Smalling will take over the defensive role. Giorgio Chiellini, Gary Cahill, Gareth Bale, Neven Subotic and David Luiz are unlikely signing but one that might happen.

To replace Carrick and Tosic, Miguel Veloso and Jack Rodwell will both be bought in anticipation of Scholes or Giggs moving on at the end of season. Man U will also compete for David Silva, Milos Krasic and Angel di Maria with Chelsea and Man City, Hazard with Arsenal and will seek Joe Cole for a Bosman signing. Hamsik seems headed to Inter so SAF will concentrate on Defour, Gourcuff, Douglas Costa, Stephen Ireland, Hatem Ben Arfa, Milner, Ashley Young, Pienaar, Lassana Diarra and Ki Sung–Yueng. RVDV would be good if Chelsea/ Liverpool don't sign him. Luka Modric, Jack Rodwell and Miguel Veloso are probably the most likely signings.

For Kuszczak, Manuel Neuer, Hugo Lloris and Gianluigi Buffon are the front runners though Igor Akinfeev may be snatched from under Chelsea's nose if deals cannot be secured with one of the others. There is also the possibility that De Gea may get the gong.

Arsenal FC:

Out; Almunia, Rosicky, Senderos, Merida, Silvestre, Eduardo, Diaby, Vela (loan)

Almunia: Hugo Lloris, Manuel Neuer, Doni, Sergio Romero, Gianluigi Buffon, Sebastien Frey, Yohann Pele and Robert Green are all being considered to replace Almunia. Joe Hart is also a possibility.

Rosicky: Eden Hazard or possibly Yoann Gourcuff or Steven Defour in will go in a part trade deal for Rosicky.

Senderos: will be replaced by one of Micah Richards, Gregory van der Wiel, Bede Hangeland, Phil Jones, Cesar Azpilicueta, Gary Cahill and Simon Kjaer.

Merida and Diaby: Felipe Melo and either Charles N'Zogbia, Ander Herrera, Jack Rodwell, Clement Chantome, James McCarthy, Steven NZonzi or Scott Parker will quite possibly come in to assist Song in the defensive midfield allowing Cesc and Hazard room further forward.

Silvestre: Mamadou Sakho, Kamil Zayatte, Stefan Savic, Martin Caceres, Neven Subotic, James Tomkins and Steven Mouyokolo are all options being lined up to replace Silvestre.

Eduardo: Chamakh will come in Bosman, there will be no other forwards signed unless AW gets a good deal for Hugo Rodallega, Mauro Zarate, Abel Hernandez, Carlton Cole, Takayuki Morimoto, Mario Balotelli, Giampaolo Pazzini or Loic Remy. Will compete with Chelsea for Lukaku and Eriksen at youth level.

Everton FC;

Out;Jack Rodwell, Steven Pienaar, Dan Gosling, Cody Arnoux, Anton Peterlin, Yakubu, Louis Saha

With the money made from the sales of Jack Rodwell, Steven Pienaar, and potentially Dan Gosling Everton will seek large scale squad regeneration to regain their spot in European competition.

For Yakubu and Saha, EFC are considering Oscar Cardozo, Sacha Kljestan, Landon Donovan, Jermain Beckford, Robbie Keane, Bryan Ruiz, Dieumerci Mbokani, Kevin de Bruyne, Roberto Soldado, Mario Mandzukic, John Carew, Kevin Doyle, Mate Bilic, Jeremaine Lens and Hugo Rodallega.

For Pienaar, Joao Moutinho will be signed (though there is a reasonable body of opinion that he too will simply use EFC as a highway into Man U, Chelsea or Arsenal) A more long term option may be Stephen Ireland. A more interesting option may be Guti.

For Rodwell, Sully Muntari and Jan Vertonghen are the front runners but EFC runs the risk of Vertonghen doing a Rodwell as well.

In defence EFC are looking at Javier Pinola, Nedum Onuoda, Steven Taylor, Christian Ribeiro, Ahmed Al–Muhammadi and Maynor Figueroa. They also hope to keep Phillipe Sendros.

EFC's favoured options are; Landon Donovan, Oscar Cardozo, Dieumerci Mbokani, Joao Moutinho, Jan Vertonghen, Javier Pinola, Phillipe Sendros and Ahmed Al–Muhammadi.

Lille are on course to finish 2nd in the French League. This will ensure them Champions League football next season. Therefore they would be able to afford to cover the wages of Eduardo, Rosicky and Denilson. A one year loan deal for Eduardo could be a possibility, but I would be amazed if Denilson or Rosicky agreed terms with them. Lille will want the money for Hazard, otherwise what's the point in selling him? Wenger would have to pay hard currency too – around £15–18m, but he is the one player AW wants above all others. As for Michael Ballack – complete and utter Bollcks! For starters why would Ballack want to come in as Song's reserve, secondly why would AW pay a 33yr old who has never adjusted to the English game £80k to sit on the bench! With Gallas heading out of the door because of his age and wage, can you really see Arsenal paying big bucks for someone like Ballack? No! As for the other crap claims that Doni would be Almunia's replacement – have a word! He's 30 and no longer first choice at AS Roma. He'd offer very little over what we already have in Almunia. The GK will be one of Adler, Stekelenburg or Lloris. The smart money is on Adler. Green, Frey, Buffon all the wrong side of 30 and overpriced and Hart will be at Man City next year so stop all the talk about him coming too!

My wife is good friends with Kia Joorabchian's wife and apparently Tevez's agent has been talking with people from Germany. It has to be Bayern that he has talked to as she had said something about a deal for leased Audi.

To all you United and Liverpool fans – get real! We haven't got millions to spend and neither have Liverpool. I have it from an official source that United are looking to make one big signing that will benefit the team for many seasons. This will be Gareth Bale will come to united and Carrick + cash to Spurs. The club agree that Evra may be soon past his peak and will ship him out to Spain in two seasons. This will allow Bale time to settle at United and will also give the team some cover on the left of midfield.

To all those Spurs fans – yes it is true that Bale has signed a contract extension but there are also some clauses in his contract. Redknapp thinks a midfielder like Carrick will bring a lot to the team in all competitions and can use the money to gain another top player.

Believe me if you want – believe me if you don't want. The source I have is very reliable as informed me about Owen before it happened.

P.s Nani to have the number 7 shirt, Hargreaves to play most of the season (if fully fit)

Norwich are trying to get Paul Hayes to resign for them from Scthorpe.

Adam Le Fondre is going to Huddersfield.

07 May 2010 12:21:51
To the person who said Rio to Man City for £50m, you have to be joking. Even City will not pay £50m for an injury prone over 30 year old defender.
Anyway:
Gareth Bale will not be leaving Tottenham this summer as he's just signed a new 4 year contract.

07 May 2010 12:25:22
Deary me. Time to clear up some of the nonsense that's been doing the rounds in the red tops and on here. First off Joe Cole will NOT be going to Spurs, Arsenal or Liverpool. Spurs wouldn't break their wage structure for him and can you really see Wenger signing a 28 Year old Englishman and paying him those wages? Liverpool with no cah and no CL have no chance. A surprise move abroad seems likely. And now Bale has signed a new contract and other WSpurs players queing up to do likewise can we have an end to these ridiculous MUFC swoop for Modric/double swoop for Maodric and Bale stories? Again, its not happening. T

07 May 2010 12:14:29
Liverpool actually have £40mil NET to spend but are making out there are more financial problems than there actually are so they do not overspend. Benitez wants to keep EVERY player who has done well for the club. Leaving will be:

Cavalieri (3mil) Itjande + Aurelio (frees) San Jose (3mil) Degen (1.5mil) Riera (6.5mil) Babel (9mil) El Zhar (2mil)

Juan Manuel Mata (17mil)

La, la, la fingers in ears – it's not happening! Get a grip scousers! Posted on here yesterday was some blurt claiming Gerrard's move to Real will get them Drenthe, Van Der Vaart and Higuain in return – laughable! Gerrard's transfer will net Liverpool around £27–30m. It will be for cash and not players. Neither Van Der Vaart nor Higuain would consider playing for Liverpool (No Champions League football). Van Der Vaart has rediscovered some form this season and would command a transfer fee of around £18–20m. Higuain would cost at least £25m, whilst Drenthe is valued around £5m. As Liverpool are desperate for the money to reduce their debts, no player exchange will form part of the deal. The Torres deal (£50m) to Barcelona, will give the new manager an additional £15–20m towards the £20m that has been allocated. The remainder will again be used to service debts. Juan Mata and Simon Kjaer will not be signing, but Liverpool will land Arda Turan as part of a deal for Ryan Babel moving to Galatasaray. The rumoured deal for Dida is unlikely as he is unwilling to accept a deal to become reserve keeper. Kieran Westwood, Brede Hangeland, Jonjo Shelvey, Carlton Cole and Scott Parker will be the major transfers in at Anfield this summer. If a price can be agreed between the two clubs, Jermaine Jenas could well be a Liverpool player this summer (£6–8m). Forget Joe Cole rumours too – his preferred choice is to remain in London. if a deal with Chelsea is not on the cards then he will look at Arsenal or Spurs as his next destination. The only northern club he would consider a move to is Man Utd. He may be available on a free, but his wages won't come cheap – certainly out of Liverpool's league, and as neither LFC or MCFC have Champions League football next year, Cole would not consider either club.
As for those banging on about Kaka leaving Madrid – possible, but only if the money is right and it would certainly be to Chelsea and not Liverpool or Man Utd. The guy wants to link up with Ancelotti again. Milan are the only other club he would consider moving to, but could they afford him?

Anthony Stokes–£1.25 million
Robert huth £2million.

Huth was brought for 5 mil so he won't go for anything less than that, plus why would he want to drop down to the Scottish league yes i know u have champions league but the spl isn't even on a par with the championship.
Stay in ur petrol station u aint bright enough to do anything else.

Real rumors, Stoke are having a clear out the likes of Beattie, kitson, griffin, sonko, soares, davies, tongue, and amdy feye will be off loaded getting as much back as we can for them.

In will be Dindane, O' Hara, Ledley, Deegan plus a loan bid for wiess from man city.

Pulis will look at bringing in some kids for the future.

Shawcross is worth more than 10mil, we rejected a 10mill bid last year and he has got better since, try over the 15mill mark

"The romours surrounding Eden Hazard, coming to Arsenal are now on the cards, due to Arsene Wenger offerring Lille, a swap deal involving, Thomas Rosicky, Denilson and Eduardo. Wenger has gone far as to say that he is also willing to add cash to this deal. Wenger claim this youngster to be better than Ronaldo and Messi. From reliable source D.H aka Ron Van Messi"

To who posted this, when a team does a swap deal the players they are trading have to want to go to that club as well. Denilson does not want to move to lille from arsenal (a huge step down for a talented player) and it is exactly the same for the other two, they do not want to move from a top English Club to an average French side. If arsenal do sign Hazard it will be for a cash deal of over 15 million plus many appearance and goal clauses. Although with wenger calling for experienced signings and saying Arsenal have enough attacking midfielders it is looking less likely.

Likely Arsenal Signings (GK, CB, Experienced Player and CF):
GK: Arsene has finally agreed that Almunia is not up to the task and his replacment willl be Roma's out of favour goalie Doni. He has now fallen to no. 2 in Rome and is looking for a move whilst Roma are looking for cash to solve their huge debt after a few trophyless seasons (excluding this season). This deal will be for around 3–5 million euros but his wages may be a stumbling block.

CB: With Silvestre and possibly Gallas leaving. 1 more CB will be signed and Djouro will be back from injury. The CB will be Pape Malickou Diakhate from Dianamo Kiev. Just like Vermaelen a strong, brave and virtually unknown CB. Will be a crowd pleaser at the Emirates and for just 6 million should be a bargain for the Gunners.

Experienced Player: Biggest surprise this summer will be Wenger recruiting Michael Ballack. Out of contract at Chelsea and wanting to stay in the EPL. Wenger knows his aerial threat and the strength he posseses. He will be back up DCM/CM for Arsenal. Wages will be a stumbling block but he is willing to take a cut to £80,000 a week in order to stay at a top Club.

CF: Chamack, all but confirmed.

07 May 2010 11:58:02
Why are all you Manchester United fans banking on signing Igor Akinfeev? Sibneft (Roman Abramovich's oil company) has a major sponsorship with CSKA With Abramovich looking to cut down costs he has seen Igor as an ideal replacement for Cech (who will leave next season).
Chelsea are looking at bringing a few players in over the summer due to a squad clear out, Sergio Agόero, Pato, VDV, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Daniel Alves, Neven Subotic, Romelu Lukaku, Neymar da Silva, David Luiz, Marek Hamsik and Gonzalo Higuain have all been scouted over the season several times.

Joe Cole will be offered another contract of 90k a week take it or leave it after the FA Cup final, if he rejects he will be joining up with Jose at Inter Milan.

Chelsea will try to keep spending to a minimum and a loan move for Pato is on the cards with a permanent deal summer 2011, Due to the last AC Milan Flop, most of the deals will be done before the World cup encase of any huge inflations.

Further controversy surrounds the club. The car park attached to the club has been sold to an unknown buyer.

Just what are you smoking chap?!
Grant Holt has already confirmed that he is happy in Norwich and has already bought a house in the area, Martin has also stated that he still has much to learn and would not want to leave Norwich as he see's that they are a club on the up under Paul Lambert. Neither Cardiff nor Pompey have the money or the correct league status to tempt the pair away.
Kenny Reeves will be at Dereham town next year, Jason Shackell is signing for Doncaster Rovers and Dean Windass is attracting interest in League 2 but may decide to retire.

Gerrard is off to Madrid in an amazing straight swap deal – in return for Stevie – Lpool can rebuild with 3 Madrid players – VDV, Drenthe and Hugain.

Benitez will stay and with his 20 mill ( + players sales money ) will bid for Tevez.

He will continue his youth development plan and may bring Dalle Valle / Pacheco / Amoo into the first team next season.

Rafa Benitez wants to stay but will be given a transfer budget of just 20m plus sales. He has targeted several free transfer players. Joe Cole is the main attraction. He has several bidders for him so unless Liverpool can offer enormous wages, this is very unlikely. He will, however spear head Liverpool's revival. Joe Ledley from Cardiff will also sign as Rafa wants a stronger British contingent. He can sign for free but Liverpool will have to pay aroun 3m in compensation. Danny Wilson HAS already signed for Liverpool. He has already undergone a medical and signed a 5 year contract. Rangers will receive 3m for him. Dida will sign for Liverpool as back up for Reina. As Cavalieri wants to move to Portugal for regular football, Dida has been earmarked for the No.2 role. He can sign for free. Rafael Van der Vaart and Taye Taiwo are the only other two transfer who will cost money

Just heard from the training ground that whispers are that BD will make a £3.5mill move to bring Jermaine Jenas back to the City Ground if we make the step up to the big time! Happy days!!!

It looks likely that Rangers will be bought over by Ellis but i wouldn't expect anything too exciting but it will bring stability. The management team will be given new contracts and wilson and novo will be offered new deals. boyd and broadfoot are likely to go on free's. Beasley is likely to be seen as surplus to requirements whilst little and velicka are likely to go too. Steven Smith has already said that he will leave. One of the keepers are likely to go with a younger understufy being brought in, possibly Tuffy of Partick Thistle or 3rd choice Gallagher might come up the pecking order. Davis will stay but it is dependent on Bougherra's performance at the world cup whether he will stay or not. Barcelona are very unlikely to make an offer but a move in the region of 6–8million seems likely. Webster will come bak into the team and Weir's future will be decided by him as Smith would happily keep him. Another defender will be signed though to replace Bougherra, possible Miguel Flano of Osasuna, Bamba is a possibility as well as Kamil Zayatte from Hull. An outside defensive target could be Pearce from Reading. Rangers won't invest heavily in central midfielders as they are fairly well covered in that position but the main targets will be wingers and one quality striker. A polish winger whos name i can't spell from Borrusia Dortmund is a target but he could be too expensive as he has hit form. Its possible that Rangers could go back for Poulson from Az alkmaar after a deal fell through in january. David Goodwillie has been linked alot recently but Soren Larsen is a possibility too as well as Simeon Jackson.

all pretty much spot on however I reckon Booghie is off regardless its just a matter of for how much depending on the world cup. I also fear were gonna lose danny wilson as gers will take money for a player that still only has potential (personally i can't see the boy not becoming a top player) but he aint proven yet so we would take the money if its over 3/4 million .. pity as the guy could become a true legend i feel.

nae dough 2 in a row

Interesting news that Tottenham will only sell Gareth Bale and Luka Modric if and only if they get proper replacements in these positions. Chelsea's bid for Pato has been considered by the hierachy of Milan but want their star to stay on loan. As i've said before there are no targets set by Liverpool except for a RB. Arsenal are READY TO GO THROUGH A TRANSITION PHASE. Starting on Tuesday 11 May when they might bid for their first player. Barcelona are listening to offers for Iniesta with Man City waiting in the wings. Man Utd will try wrapping the deal up for Benzema at the end of the La Liga Season.
That's all he wrote

whoever wrote this Bale's just signed a new four year deal and Modric signed a long contract when he joined, Spurs won't sell either, nor any other of the players they want to keep. Players out will be Keane, Jenas, O'Hara, Hutton a few other unwanted players will leave if they get the right offers but forget Bale and Modric leaving it ain't gonna happen

Velice Sumulikoski is training with Leeds United

and to get on the Snodgrass debate, he has said he wouldn't leave Leeds for anything less then a established
premier team, because he already plays for the biggest team outside of that, (his words not mine)

If gerard goes if he goes got a funny Little feeling gerard swap deal for kaka may be on the cards as madrid may be willing to cut losses as they cannot acomidate both plus kaka has not been the same player at madrid and wants to play in england and if he comes to liverpool he would be replacing a legend and could remake a name for himself and become the new talisman at anfield/new anfield while gerrard could go on and possibly shine as the best midfielder in world once again.

But is just an idea. The liverbird will rise again next season ynwa:O

Snodgrass had a trail at barcelona when he played with livingston when he was only 18 and they told him he wasnt good enough, so I very much doubt barcelona would be coming back because his form has been decent in league one in England Get real.
btw snodgrass turned barcelona down rent boy, get your fact right!! boom

Pape Malickou Diakhate's parent club Dinamo Kiev are said to be in negotiations with Arsenal FC for the highly rated defender for a fee of around £10m. fact!

Here is what I have heard from my sources in the California office that works with sports agents worldwide including some you may know!

Liverpool are interested in signing Van Der Vaart from Real Madrid for around 7mil pounds, Lukas Podolski from Koln for 8.9mil pounds, Javi Martinez from Athletic Bilbao for 10mil pounds, Robert Snodgrass from Leeds for 1.2mil pounds, Sean St. Ledger from Middlesborough for 4mil pounds, and Marko Pantelic from Ajax for free. Liverpool are also monitoring the situations of Joe Cole, Dimitar Berbatov, and Carlos Tevez and are ready to pounce if the players become available.

They are hoping to complete the deals in June before the World Cup before other clubs become interested. And that's just for Liverpool wait I got more!!

Chelsea are serious about an overhaul and are interested in American duo Sacha Kljestan and Landon Donovan after their great relationship with the MLS! Further more they are eager to sign Aguero, and ready to save Balotelli from Inter.

Stoke are ready to bring in winger Jermaine Pennant and are still keen on Joe Ledley but it is unlikely the Cardiff man will leave as they are favorites to win the Playoffs.

Birmingham are interested in signing Manchester United's Foster after his come and get me plea from the press and with Hart returning to Manchester City it is likely the deal will be completed soon.

Nottingham Forest are in a transfer battle with Newcastle over Reading striker Simon Church. Its expect that Church will sign for Forest as Newcastle are expected to sign Beckford from Leeds.

Thats all I got guys. If I hear anything else I'll let you all know!!

OMG, people shut the hell up with Rooney being sold for 70m. reasons:
1, There aint enough money in the world to make him wanna leave.
2, hes said more then once he wants to finish he's carer at Man Utd.
3, he's been are best player for years, only cos Ronaldo was scoring the goals i still feel Rooney was the real star. He gets them going.

Ins
Kaka ( hard to believe ) he's class though 40m ( im told )
Milner will be more down to earth singing 20–25m
And a striker to replace berbatov! i don't know who but im guessing Colton Cole ( spellings ) cheap i really don't know but i think Carlton Cole will bring new attacking play to are game with hight, power and speed. 8–10m
And some young players for the future.

No benezma ( spellings ) hes not gunna come on loan 4 a year to us get real people i dout and of my signing will come true apart from Milner but im hoping.

Out
berbatov ( some1 will buy him will hope ) 1p
hate to say it but Michael carrick 12–15m
park 9m
tosic 7m
i am to believe city want Rio well he hasnt been in the team alot this season as i think we would do with the 50m ( i think ) hes old and hes pass hes best.

and on loan will be obertan, wellbeck ( last time thn he's in the 1st team ) and some others

Rafa Benitez will be Liverpool manager next season, and Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres WILL stay. I have all this information on very good authority. Martin Broughton and Christian Purslow are the two involved in direct talks with potential owners but are in constant contact with Steven Gerrard, Fernando Torres and Jamie Carragher in a bid to keep all three at the club with reassurances over the club's future ownership, finances, investment, squad reinforcement. The relationship between these three players and Rafa Benitez has become strained but all 3, providing the finances for next season are definitely in place, are willing to give Liverpool and Rafa another season and see how things go. If there is a vast improvement in tactics, strength and depth of the squad and the league position then all 3 will continue at the club.
Rafa will use the clubs connections with Real Madrid to sign Van der Vaart for £7million, Royston Drenthe on loan, Guti on a free and possibly Karim Benzema, depending on Real's willingness to sell, and the investment coming into Liverpool
