Liverpool fc are just a couple of days away from signing yet another teenager. The teenager is a highly rated CB. His name is danny wilson of rangers and rafa has seen him as a great replacement for jamie carragher. wilson will cost 3 million plus add ons so once again a nice peice of dealing done by rafa.

I'm a massive gooners fan and although this makes me feel really sad, cesc fabregas will b off 2 barca this summer (prob in the nxt 3 weeks)! I would imagine the fee will b high and I do not think there will b any player swaps involved as wenger would prefer the money. I havnt got a clue who will replace him but he better spend on a good replacement!! Also david villa will join cesc at barca. Don't worry gooners we will hav a strong team nxt year!

Liverpool fc will NOT be sold in near future as no one in there right mind would buy a club that is loseing £110,000 a day. I am a Liverpool supporter and the latest on the clubs finance's is not greatest Reading. The club is about two months form addminstration and everyone knows a club is cheaper to buy whrn in adminstation. Forget the big signings. All we will get are fee bees and has beens who are over paid and under achived

Arsenal:

Don't be suprised if Wenger looks at a cheeky bid for Gigi Buffon. The Italian has publicly criticised his club Juventus for not reaching Europe this season, and has England as his preffered destination should he ever leave Juve.

We all know that Chamakhs in. Eduardos going nowhere, as is Vela, with Wenger having backed them up to show what they can do next season.

Defensively, Arsenal will wait and wait for Gallas, even though it should be the opposite way around. Should he leave, expect Richards or Hangeland to come in. Campbell will stay for one more season in a player/coach role, whilst Mikael Silvestre will also leave, allowing for another centre half to come in.

Arrogant Spurs

Got to get this off my chest where do Spurs fans get off? You have regularly spent as much as two of the top four and now we are all meant to bow down to the Man U of the south anyone would think you had won the Champs League! Im a red but hate to tell you Spurs lot Moyes did it years ago on a quarter of your budget YOU WILL NOT BE ATTRACTING EUROPES TOP STARS GET OVER YOURSELVES.

Onto a real club. Liverpool, like I said back in Dec will not be selling our top two assets but Mach leaving is still a big possibility. I also mentioned in Dec big news happening in April but that big news, now it is out, has only wetted our appetites further.

It could very likely be dark times ahead for another season but beyond that we will deffo be back and fighting for real trophies with real players not just having a media backed one fairly decent season in thirty years.

I am a rangers fan and some of the rumours posted by fellow rangers fans are just stupid you cannot expect a new owner to clear debt which is now over 100 million buy new players of a very high standard and even if he did Jamie O'Hara is a Celic fan, why would west brom let Carson go on loan. Expect the same players as this season with the exception of Boyd and Novo.

And Celic are set to anounce Craig Levien as manager.

First things first, in responce to this question asked by a cocky spurs fan after qualifying for the champions league ONCE..Why would Mourinho go to liverpool when he could have his pick of CL team jobs?

There is no doubt that mourinho is the most effective club manager in the world, i'm not sure if anybody else has noticed but that fact may have inflated the "special one's ego" somewhat. Imagine how much more special he would look if he could turn around the mess that liverpool are in, that is why. Im not saying i want that, we at liverpool are not a sacking club, we have morals and we support those who have loyalty, the reason why none of our stars will be leaving this summer (including Benitez.)

Rafa's summer transfer targets:
1.Cahill or Kjaer in (12m), Ayala promoted to replace both Skrytl (9m) and Soto (2m).
2.Dida in (0) Diego out (3m).
3.Kolarov in (10m + Plessis) Aurelio out (0)
4.Turan in (6m + Riera)
5.Jovanovic in (0) Nemeth out (3m)
6.Big deal with wigan (martinez and benitez are friends) N'Zogbia + Moses + McCarthy in (12m + Babel and N'gog on loan)
7. not sure about this one but possibly Benzema on a season long loan from Madrid as he failed to settle!

Arsenal's four signings:
In:

Chamakh
Hazard
Kjaer

Out:

Gallas – PSG
Silvestre free
Senderos – Everton, free
Eduardo – Lyon

Look for Vela, Wilshere, Szczesny, and a few others to go out on loan.

As far as GK goes, Arsene is in a bind. He is reluctant to go after a good young keeper like Neuer or Lloris as the belief is that Szczesny is the future. He understands that for the moment Almunia isn't good enough, but doesn't want to sign someone who isn't any better. Don't be surprised to see someone older like Sorensen come in, maybe even as part of a loan swap that will have some of Arsenal's great young players going to Stoke City.

Been a bit of a change in the J.Cole to Spurs story.Whereas his wages were a huge obstacle Levy see's the way round this as being to make Cole Spurs top earner on 70k pw although this is short of Coles demands the difference would be bridged by giving him a monster seven figure signing on fee and bonuses for CL progress. This by no means makes deal a cert (he may well still stay at Chelski) but it means any chance other clubs had are now nonexistant. The Lennon to Manure story is just that, Manure. Valencia and Nani are coming good after indifferent starts and Fergy loves being proved right so why would he sign another winger who would demand first team games? Even more laughable is the Mourinho taking over at LFC story, scousers, wake up, YOU'RE NOT IN THE CL AND YOU'RE SKINT AND HAVE BOARDROOM UNCERTAINTY. Why would Mourinho go there when he could have his pick of CL team jobs? Another nonstarter is the Modric to MUFC rumour, Modric loves it at Spurs and wants at least one crack at CL with them. A short CL campaign for Spurs along with nonqualification for next year would change all that though. Finally, not sure how true this is but the whispers are getting loud and persistant but with Pav on his way the Marque signing Harry is after is Dzeko.

08 May 2010 20:16:07
Marouane Chamakh will officially sign for Arsenal by the middle of next week. A mate of mine is in the know at the Emirates and tells me he'll sign a five year contract by Wednesday. I also hear that William Gallas, Mikael Silvestre and Phillipe Senderos will all leave on free transfers, and apparently Arsenal have lined up Brede Hangeland as the permanent centre half to partner Thomas Vermaelen.

Barcelona are ready to step up there pusuit of utd winger nani.guardiola is a mssive admirer ot the portugese man n will table a bid of 25 million which is likly to be accepted.
it not all bad tho as valencia playmaker david silva admitted he would love to play 4 utd.it was thought real were also in the running for silva n the two would battle it out 4 the spanish international but thy now have opted to sign benfica winger angel dimaria.

chelsea want pato its that simple.he is the number 1 target for ancelotti and has openly admitted he would jump at the chance to join back up wiv his former manager.dependant on cotract talks with several players j.cole, n.anelk and ballack others may also have to arrive.it is possible that along with pato thy may also move for aguero and derossi.

08 May 2010 19:38:50
Juan Mata (18mil)
Aleksandar Kolarov (11mil)
Eljero Elia (11mil)
John Fleck (4mil rising to 7) 4 year contract
Connor Wickham (3.5mil rising to 5 and loaned back)
Danny Wilson (2mil) 4 year contract
Milan Jovanovic (free) 3 year contract
Marcelo Moreno (loan with option to sign for 6.5mil–hasn't cut it at Shakhter)
Juliano Belletti (free) 1 year contract with option of 2nd

Riera, Cavalieri, Babel, Itjande, Aurelio, SanJose, Degen, El Zhar will all leave for a total of around 25mil

Liverpool know there is no point splashing out decent money for average players. Instead, they will look to sign youngsters and accept that a champions league qualification bid won't be possible until new owners can give the necessary funds. Jovanovic, Pantelic and Belletti are all short–term squad fillers.

08 May 2010 19:27:10
Unsigned said at 08 May 2010 18:29:03:
"Anyway, i have heard that Chelsea will be making a bid for Cavani.."

Cavani has in the last few weeks signed a four year contract to stay at Palermo.

I do understand that Manchester City have made a tentative enquiry with Milan regarding Ronaldinho – who has of course previously turned them down. I also understand that Aris will be looking to release Freddy Adu from his 18 month loan deal this summer. If that is the case, it is most likely that Benfica will seek to sell Adu who has pretty much wasted the last three years. Adu is certainly not up to premiership standards, but may still find a suitable club in the Championship.

Sharkey. {editor's note – I get the impression you are American so might be able to answer this question for me. What was all the fuss about with Adu? I have seen a lot of him, both before he came to Europe and since, and have never seen anything about him at all. When he was a kid he just looked more physically developed than those he played against, but nothing more. His ability always seemed really, well average to my mind. Was I missing something and he just hasn't made any progress, or was he never really good enough?}

08 May 2010 19:32:04
Tottenham will not sign 4, 5 or 6 players at all. Why can't we enjoy our glory without people putting them down, 'they'll get knocked out early, ' there not even in the champions league' fact is we were better then 16 other teams. Liverpool on the decline, villa just hoof the ball and defend and spurs did the double over city.. anway spurs will sign

Craig Bellamy
Carlton Cole
and that will probably be that maybe ireland or richards maybe even connor wickham from ipswich and loan back.

We will sell:
Bentley
Keane
Pav
Hutton
O'Hara
JJ
Naughton
and the kids out on loan

to RIGSBY:
Wenger will buy CB – AGREED
Wenger will not sign extra CF once Chamakh arrives – AGREED
Wenger will not sign Hazard this season – DEBATABLE: now is his best chance of signing Hazard and he knows it. depends if he feels he will still get a shot at Hazard next summer. i feel this is unlikely.
Wenger will not buy GK – DISAGREE: he will for sure sign a keeper. not of the likes of Neuer/Adler/Lloris/Hart, etc, but a cheaper, older, more experienced keeper – Pele/Frey/Stekelenberg/Doni.

A Dubai based Company will complete a $450m deal for Liverpool Football Club by the end of June negotiations are at an advaced stage. Rafa has been privately informed of the progress and a possible $60m transfer funds for the manager.

450 MILLION DOLLARS IS LIKE £304 MILLION STERLING!

SO DOES THIS MEAN AS LIVERPOOL ARE IN DEBT OF AROUND £350 MILLION, THE AMERICANS ARE NOT GOING TO RECEIVE A PENNY?

OR DO YOU MEAN THE DUBAI COMPANY ARE GOING TO PAY THE AMERICANS 450 MILLION DOLLARS (£304M) AND TAKE ON THE 350 MILLION DEBT THEREFORE PAYING AROUND 654 MILLION ENGLISH POUNDS FOR LIVERPOOL?

08 May 2010 18:29:03
I don't see why people are knocking Aquilani and N'gog, they are both good players. If N'gog has a good day against Hull, he could be in for 10 goals this season..given the season we have had that isn't bad and it's something to build on.

Also i don't think Maicon or Villa or anyone world class will be joining City. They don't have CL, whereas teams like Inter Milan do, simple. However i imagine there will be bids for these players from the likes of Real Madrid or Barca.

As for the Messi deal – which is worth a crazy £120 million – again this won't happen. If Barca sold him to Madrid it be creating a very negative statement.

Benzema and Kaka have been persistently linked with United. Personally, i think they are overrated. They have had bad seasons at Madrid and there are much better players out there. Defoe or Darren Bent would make better signings and they don't need time to adapt to the league either. I don't see why supporters of a club such as United are excited at the prospect of signing another team's cast offs.

Anyway, i have heard that Chelsea will be making a bid for Cavani; Wolves want Robbie Keane on loan, to partner with Doyle (not bad at all); Liverpool will hopefully sign Kjaer and Turan; finally, both Guti and Giuly could be at Blackburn next season.

i know liverpool won't sign this many players but it would be a good bit of business with only a small amount of money spent. the starting line up wouldn't be much stronger but liverpools main problem has been the depth of the squad. Maxi and Aqua will also be like new signings next year anyway mark my words! in my opinion i think this team would be gud enough to easily secure a top 4 finish and win the europa league and maybe 1 of the cups!

I have a contact inside fulham. around 15–20mil is available after fantastic europa league run and the sale of smalling. quite a lot compared to the usual fulham budgets. hodgson feels his squad is good enough to push for 7th place in the lague next season. if europa league is won, they will qualify for the competition again next season. it won't be an outright priority like this season but hodgson would like to do well again. as for transfers, one first team player and predominently squad players to increase numbers to such a thin squad at the moment. first team player is to be a holding midfield player. matuidi of st etienne and nzonzi of blackburn are being looked at, also denilson of arsenal is a possibility if they sign a defensive midfielder, 5–8m of the budget will be spent on a player in this position. a young player is wanted to replace schwarzer, and another to replace murphy (for future) likely to be fabianski of arsenal if they sign goalkeepers or tim krul of newcastle. denilson could also be an option for the murphy hole as could steve sidwell of aston villa or demy de zeuw of ajax. these 3 signings will add up to the full 15–20 million pounds spent. remaining signings will only be if players are sold. if any more money becomes available from winning the europa league or an investment, it will be spent on charlie adam(3m) of blackpool or possibly a young defender at a similar price. senderos is a possibility to come in as a replacement for smalling on a free but he may choose everton instead. if so, silvestre may be an option on a free.

aston villa have inquired over bobby zamora but hodgson has warned them off him, if he is to be sold it will be for nothing less than 15m, and the likely replacement would be either carew, agbonlahor or carlton cole.

Arsenal transfer rumors that has come out of the club itself no joking rubbish.

GK–A bid from frey has been put in place if the bid is acceptable i don't know Around the region of 4 to 8 million has been put in.

CB– There has been talks with van de weil and chellini nothing ground yet buty talks are under way.

MD– There has been talks of someone coming in. The name that has been around the stadium is hazard as we all know there is alot of things going around about him and where he will go.

FW– Chamak is a sert and there is talks with another player a world class player in D.Villa yes everyone will say no chance bla bla bla but this is a good source from inside the club. Arsene said he tryed in jan but valencia didn't want to sell him at that point. And yes arsenal can be outbid by other clubs and that is why Arsene is in talks early to try and get him at an early stage without the likes of man city bidding stupid money as usual.

Man United holding contract negotiations with Wayne Rooney until after the world cup. Man United are rumoured to be doing this because if Wayne performs well in the World Cup then teams like Madrid/Barcelona will have to up their bid if they're to succeed in taking him away from Old Trafford.

His new contract that United will offer him will be an extra £30,000 a week which takes his wage up to £120,000 a week, He will become the new captain at United and will also receive several bonuses for how well he performs each season. Bonuses for things like winning PFA player of the year, Goal of the month/season and top goal scorer etc..

Berbatov will be leaving for £20m and will go to AC Milan. They think he's style of play will suit their league more the EPL which is why they are prepared to splash that much for him. He's replacement will be either Karim Benzema or Nikolas Anelka (depending on how his new contract goes at Chelsea).

£25m bid for Yoann Gourcuff will be made after the world cup in the summer.

Cattermole injured again hope it does nt affect his medical at newcastle its been proposed since january an the deal s been all but done depending on newcastle final league standings.

What a load of rubbish, typical geordie trying to stir stuff. no way is lee cattermole leaving for anyone especially newcastle egotistic united. they have more chance of signing messi, they could easily afford him with their so called big transfer budget they have. like i've said before they are lucky if they will get 10million to spend and I predict a season of struggling for them in the premiership.

Players linked with arsenal that WONT be signed:

SWP: true he'd be cheap and true his dad is Ian Wright, but he's snubbed us twice in his career, once to run after the money at chelsea, second to run back after the money at City, where he now finds himself a benchwarmer. Arsenal can and should do better.
Hangeland: the guy is quality no doubt, and is experienced in the PL, but 10m for a 29 yr old is not Wenger's style.
Neuer: absolute quality, but expensive and young. would stand in the way of Szczesny and Mannone. plus United want him.
Lloris: same as Neuer.
Hart: City need him for next season given Given's injury.
Sakho: would demand first team football. will not displace Vermaelen.
Boateng: is almost certain to join City.
Dzeko: too expensive and would prefer a move to Milan.
Balotelli: far too temperamental and would be too big a risk.
Melo: Wenger has faith is Song, and knows Eastmond will soon be ready.
Senna: won't adapt to the pace of the PL at his age.
Afellay: we have Nasri and Arshavin.
vdWiel: v exciting player, but would need one of Eboue or Sagna to leave, which, despite the rumours, is unlikely.
Richards: again would need Sagna or Eboue to go.
J Cole: yes he'd be free, but his wage demands border on absurd. why bring in some1 at his age to compete with Arshavin? somebody younger who was a natural replacement would be more sensible.
de Rossi: will never leave Roma.
Akinfeev: obviously going to Chelsea.
Villa: far too expensive, far too old.
Silva: far too expensive.
Remy: he wants to come to Arsenal desperately. the problem is he's just not good enough.
Cahill: too expensive.

Here's a much more credible list of potential targets:
Frey, Pele, Stekelenberg, Subotic, Zapata, Diakhate, Mexes, Hazard, Matuidi, Nzonzi.
Chamakh is not included in this list because it is abundantly obvious that he's signing for us anyway.
Bear in mind Arsene will not sign more than 4 players max, including Chamakh.
My personal preferences, BASED ONLY ON MY OWN VOLITION:
Chamakh(free–bosman),
Frey(6–8m– 30yrs old),
Hazard(15+addons – best young player iv seen this season)
and Mexes(7m–only 1 yr left on contract).
Gooner139.

Glasgow Rangers News;

Potenial new owner Andrew Ellis (Who is being backed by Lakshi Mittal – currently the richest man in Europe who also holds the majority of shares at QPR) will complete a £33million takeover of the club in the next 4 weeks and aims to clear the clubs debt. This paves way for a new three–year contract for Walter Smith and will allow the Rangers manager to add to his squad in order to challenge Europe's elite in the club's Champions League campaign next season. The London–based property developer will also tie down Smith's assistant manager Ally McCoist for the next three years – in which he is likely to takeover as Rangers boss when Smith's contract eventually runs out.

As for signings Smith is keen to hand players new contracts rather than dive straight into the transfer market. Club captain David Weir, Kris Boyd, Nacho Novo, DaMarcus Beasley, Stevie Smith and Kirk Broadfoot are all out of contract in the summer and Smith hopes to persuade at least 4 of them to extend there stay at Ibrox – David Weir (1 year contract extension), Kris Boyd (3 years), Nacho Novo (1 year) and Kirk Broadfoot (2 years). DaMarcus Beasley and Stevie Smith will not be handed new deals and the latter of the two is likely to be playing in the Coca–Cola Championship after the summer. He could be joined down south by Kris Boyd – Gordon Strachan's Middlesbrough a likely destination for the striker. Strachan is keen to combine Boyd with ex–Celtic frontman Scott Macdonald, a strike force that has 256 SPL goals between them. However, Birmingham plan to scupper any plans that Strachan has and will bid £1.8m to lure Boyd away from Ibrox. Boyd is likely to reject any new deal that Rangers offer him and looks certain to be playing his football south of the border next season.

Bright prospect Danny Wilson will sign for Liverpool in the next week for a fee of around £3million and will be confirmed by Sky Sports so keep an eye out for that one. A loan deal in which the defender returns to Rangers for a year is a possibility so that Wilson can gain more valuble first team experience. He will likely be first choice at the back for Walter Smith – with his only competition being David Weir, Andy Webster (Who returns after an impressive loan spell at Dundee United) and Kirk Broadfoot. Thus meaning Madjid Bougherra will leave the club in the summer aswell. His likely destination will be the Premiership – Liverpool are interested but if the Algerian impresses at the World Cup the likes of French giants Bordeaux, Coca–Cola Championship title winners Newcastle and the big–spending Manchester City could all bid for the classy defender. Bougherra will command a fee of upto £6million.

Goalkeeper Alan McGregor could also be Premiership bound. McGregor would be available for around £2.5million and the likes of Newcastle, Birmingham (Who are looking to replace Joe Hart who will return to Man City) and Tottenham could all bid for the Scottish internationalist. This would mean Neil Alexander would be first choice between the sticks and is likely to be a handed a 2 year contract extension. Fraser Forster who is currently on loan at Norwich City from Newcastle is a target for Walter Smith to provide competition for Alexander and is available on a bosman once his contract expires at the end of the current campaign.

Despite rumours Steven Davis, Lee McCulloch, Sasa Papac and Kyle Lafferty (Who is expected to be first choice striker with Boyd likely to be leaving) will all be at the club come the start of next season. Joining them very well could be a host of targets Walter Smith and his staff have drawn up. Hamilton's playmaker James McArthur (£500k) and Dundee United's promising striker David Goodwillie (£1million) have been identified as Smith's main targets but he faces stiff competition from Wigan for both players. Other players Smith has been looking at are Dundee United's winger Craig Conway (£750k), Motherwell's versatile winger/forward Jim O'Brien (Bosman), in demand Hearts left winger Andrew Driver (£1million) and Hibs striker Derek Riorden (£1.2million).

As i said before, Walter Smith is more concerned about keeping players around rather than throwing money at new players. If the takeover does take place you can expect a few decent players coming in but nothing special just yet.

Arsene to bring in 4 players.
Chamakh – the deal is almost in place, to be announced before the end of the month.
1 CB: the repetitive names being brought up are: Zapata, Subotic, Diakhate and Cahill. Hangeland will not be signed. my bet is a cheap 7m bid for Diakhate, even though id prefer Subotic.
Pele/Frey: good GKs, don't want keeper that is young because wenger recognises that Szczesny will be ready to be no1 in 2 seasons. my bet is Pele for 7m.
Hazard: a 16m bid should seal the deal for the most exciting young player in european football.
total spent: 33m–ish.

out: Silvestre(F), Senderos(F), Merida(F), some youngsters(F), Gallas(F), Vela(L), Wilshere(L), Sunu(L), Fabianski(L–even though he should be sold), Galindo(L) Almunia(4), Traore(3), Eduardo(8), Simpson(3).
total gained: 18m.
net: –15m.

Its dead right, liverpool were complacent and never pushed their advantage at the start of the 90s. man u are where they are through lots and lots of hard work off the field in distant board rooms. for some reason liverpool just couldnt grasp that a football teams success was just as dependent on what happens on the field as what happens off it. look how we all laughed at man u when they started their pre seasons tours to aisa.

purslow has made a good start but its not gonna fix itself overnight. new owners or not it will still take 5–10 years before liverpool start bringing in the type of doe that man u do from commercial ventures and that is only if the team starts to perfom on the pitch. JRC

Ps. NSNO, a ground share may turn out to be the only way that either club can build a new stadium although i would be reluctant.

Newcastle are very keen on signing both bullard and Stephen hunt from hull. Also they are watching carlos vela as he could be an ideal loan move. Chris hughton wants to add a couple of squad players with premier league experience and I've heard maybe steve sidwell from villa and jenas to return. As well as this I've heard he wants new young talent like our trainee vukcic. Ch likes the look of tom cleverly, Wilson feo
Portsmouth. He wants add to his squad and will offer Steven Taylor new contract as both Carroll and Taylor have made up. On top of this I've heard Manu are interested in andy Carroll and vukcic for a combined fee of 7mill

as for Sunderland they will launch a bid of 5 mill for Ireland from city and will try to sign robbie keane ( highly unlikely). Bruce will sell Ferdinand and McCartney to get 5 mill to try and tempt another centre back and a striker to stadium of light.

Boro to offload alliadiere to west brom. They will continue to add Scottish players to the squad with dundee utds goodwillie for 1 million. Also they are interested in Purcell from darlo.

Villa to sign carrick with Ashley young going other way. To sell Carew to fulham for 3.5 mill

Rafa is going to tie up deals for Danny Wilson and Joe Ledley for 2.4m and on a free respectively. Cardiff will want compensation for Ledley which will probably 2.9m. That takes Liverpool's spending already this summer to 7.5m, with Jonjo Shelvey and Raheem Sterling also joined. Rafa is pursuing free transfers and will sign two players on the Bosman ruling. Dida will sign a two year contract as a replacement for Diego Cavalieri, who is on his way to Benfica for 5m. Milan Jovanovic will also sign a contract for 50k for 3 seasons, as a back up for Torres, who is NOT leaving. Taye Taiwo, having just won the Ligue 1 with Marseille, wants a new challenge, and after being priced out of Aleksandar Kolarov, Rafa will make the move for the Nigerian, who will sign for 9.5m. Gary Cahill is a major Benitez target, as Skrtel is on his way to Lyon for 9m, Cahill will sign for 14m. Charles N'Zogbia will also sign for 10m, after Juan Mata was considered out of reach. Following the success of Valencia at Man Utd, Rafa is ready to make a bid for the Frenchman, who is eligible to play for England. Ryan Babel is on his way to Milan for 10m, Albert Riera will end his miserable run with a move to Valencia for 7.5m and several squad players will leave for around 10m.

So just to recap

INS:
–N'Zogbia 10m
–Cahill 14m
–Taiwo 9.5m
–Ledley free(2.9m)
–Wilson 2.4m
–Dida free
–Jovanovic free
–Jonjo Shelvey 1.7m
–Raheem Sterling 500k

To all those people who say their teams are going to sign all these different player.. you are all WRONG!!

I mean are you all stupid or something.. there is no way Man United will sign Silva, Rodwell and Dzeko.. your team would be lucky if 1 of those player came in!!

to the person who said Pato, Ribery, Di Maria and David Luis were all 'defo' signing for Chelsea.. are you thick?? because you obviously can't add up!! all of those player would come to at least over £100 million and Chelsea aren't going to sign both Ribery and Di Maria because they are basically the same player!!! The person who said that is a mug!!

Although I hate them.. the team that will buy the most players Tottenham!! they will probably sign at least 5 new faces because their current squad isn't god enough for the Champions League. Tottenham fans may moan and say "We beat Arsenal and Chelsea, we can win the Champions league".. but you can't. you played well in the games where you beat Arsenal and Chelsea but you could never do it in the Champions League!!

Finally in my opinion Arsenal will only sign a few players!!! Arsene Wenger will say his usual thing that the squad will be better in the new season! If this is the case, next season I can see Tottenham or Man City finishing above Arsenal!!!

Thanks

COME ON THE GUNNERS :)

NORWICH CITY LATEST: With Paul Lambert reaffirming his desire to keep his squad together for next season, there will be minimal changes. With Michael Rose's loan not expected to be made permenant, Lambert will look towards Ian Harte as a replacement from Carlisle. Also, to provide cover in the right–back area, young Manny Smith will be recruited from Walsall. Lambert will also look to provide competition for Chris Martin and Grant Holt by attempting to poach Ricky Lambert away from Southampton. Should he prove unsuccessful, Richard Brodie will be signed from York City. A final target for Lambert is talented FC Basel midfielder Valentin Stocker. Though a deal may be unlikely, Lambert remains keen to add the lad to his squad. Plus Fraser Forster will remain on loan next year. Expect Cody Mac, Tom Adeyemi, George Francomb, Jed Steer and Luke Daley to join League 1 sides on loan.

Rafa Benitez is leaving liverpool, he has been told the only way he will have a decent transfer budget is if he sells gerrard and torres., he won't do this, but he isn't going to Juve he is off to Real Madrid. Liverpool want the tinkerman from Roma as mourhinio will stay at inter for 1 more season then will be off to Man Utd. Man city will stick with mancini as they don't blame him for non champions league football. Mark Hughes will be back at west ham, zola is off to italy under 21s, and steve mclaren is off to Benfica.

Unfortunately he is going nowhere. The club stated that it will not be selling Torres and Gerrard as they are assets which they need to contend for silverware next year.
Rafa will be looking for English players to strenghten the team – instead of his usual spanish overrated players.
He will be looking at players like L. Baines ( Blues will hate this but swap deal with Beni is on cards ), J. Milner and A. Cole.
Also from a good source ( in Melwood ) young striker L. Dalla Valle has really impressed Rafa, and after NGOG and Babel not being able to step up to the pate, he has pushed for him to play in the reserves fighting for 1st Team placement of Cup matches. He has scored 20 goals from 28 app in his first season.
First real talent Rafa can not ignore from Melwood in a long Time.

No offence to these Norwich or Southampton fans but you have your hopes way to high. NO way will you get any of these players you say you will. No way will Gary Hooper Choose to go to a League 1 team (Southampton) over a Premiership team. For Norwich i don't understand why you think you will get these players? You are a Championship team who have just come up fro league 1 and will probably be relagated next season!

Now to some real coventry rumours:

New Manager will be: Mowbray/Boloni/Howe Ranson has held talks and doesn't know wether to pick a foreign manager who has good knowledge of cheap, good foreign players, a manager who knows how to get us out of this league or a young new manager who can work magic with limited resources.

Also Westwood will sign a new contract.
Coventry will also get Simeon Jackson, Lallana and if Howe becomes manager then Coventry will sign Brett Pitman

MAN UNITED NEWS!

United is not for sale! So to the Red Knights please stop saying that you have the funds and backing to buy United from the Glazer's. I am a fan of United and have good sources from Tampa, Florida.

Glazer's plans for United to be the best club in Europe and the best club in europe makes good money. And United is in top form won trophies with the Glazer's winning CL and 3 league titles. So stop saying rumours that a group from Hongkong, India, South Korea, China and Dubai will buy United from the Glazer's family. The fact is United has debt but we have the cash to strenghten the team and we have a good business plan.

Now news about signings this summer, SAF plans to sign 4 players and sell 2 players. SAF wants to sign them before the World Cup and sell the 2 players after the W.Cup.

See guys in US tour!

There are some crazy rumours out here!

Some REALISTIC chelsea rumours:

Chelsea are bringing in 5 academy players – borini, bruma, the dutch back – van ahlt? kakuta and matic. – this will make way for a few oldies to leave and maybe 2 or 3 strong signings.

OUT:

Deco
Belletti
Ferreria
Hillario

Possibly Out

Carvalho
Ballack
Joe cole – carlo has said he expects joe to stay, everything carlo has said has been on the money (about making no transfers in the summer etc) so it wouldn't surprise me if he stays.

INS

Anelka is close to signing a 2 yr contract renewal – so ONE foward – most likely Aguero or Pato – forget villa, torres etc. (IF anelka does leave, which is doubtful, maybe both aguero and pato is an option, but realistically only one will come.

Urgent need of a creative Mid/Playmaker – deco is leaving and joe cole isn't up to it. VDV – is a cheap option who is quality, but im not sure if he will leave madrid (depends on ribery/di maria comming in).

I think Diego from Juve is an outside chance – ancelotti has spoken fondly of him before, and maybe he could rekindle his form in the UK?

Krasic another linked – RA russian ties with cska.

2 other outside chances – Ribery (pretty much set for spain though) or if mou leaves, might be able to poach snjieder from Inter.

I don't really see a need to change at the back unless someone leaves – got good young kids comming through – we could go for mexes if carv leaves tho.

It is MY OPINION – not a current rumour – that chelsea should sign Dzagoev from russia – young and versatile mid and 100%%% go for Bojan! i don't kno if we could ever get him, but hes a superstar in the making, so young, yet a wealth of experience and scores nearly everytime he plays atm.

FInally – to whoever said there is no value commanded from the chelsea team besides drog terry and lamps:

Essien, Malouda, Ashley Cole, Ivanovic would all command BIG money – but i do agree we need to change the squad up a bit – getting too old.

Team Optional

Spurs will sign carrick, probably in a part swap deal with modric or lennon, theyl also sign joe cole and bellamy depending on their wage demands, Stephen Ireland also looks set to join spurs unless man utd join the race.

Man utd will sell berbatov to ac milan, huntelaar won't be joing tho, they will make their move for benzema or dzeko and they are also looking to bring back Rossi, anderson looks set to leave too, most likely a loan with option to buy, tosic is leaving, david silva and james milner will be coming in

Liverpool have shown a shock intrest in Wolves wide man Matthew Jarvis. The left sided winger is sd to great replacment for Albert Riera. Wolves maybe reluctant to see but Liverpool might be willing to offer players like El Zhar and Ngog(season loan) to sweeten the deal. Watch out for this one. Also Liverpool are in serious contention for Leighton Baines.he himself would like the move but Everton maybe reluctant to see to the rival club. Liverpool may try offering Riera or maybe even Benayouna s part of the deal. Liverpool going to great lengths to boost their british contengent. Wilson from Rangers has also been contacted, but the deal depends on Liverpools bid for Gary Cahill. If the club land the Bolton center half then the wilson deal wll be a purchase with a loan back to Rangers..if they don't he will be at Anfeild next year as 3rd choice. Skrtel def. to go.

08 May 2010 08:03:28
I do think ancelotti has lots of funds!!u knw y!!blues had a 30+ m offer turned down for aguero, 60+ m for ribery.i do even remember that ray wilkins chelsea asst. saying in chelsea official website after the signing of zhirkov(he was the last big signing–18m) that chelsea hadnt even spend 10% of the available funds.so its clearly evident that blues was&still is interested in bringing big names. WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT IS.the blues surely will be signing big in this transfer season with both aguero&pato interested in joining chelsea..and the probable signings wud be
pato/aguero(aguero isn't 40m neither is pato.40m is too much)
joe cole staying(his chances boosted when ballack, deco leaves)+a classy winger(di maria probably)+hamsik

Tottenham News

The rumours recently regarding Modric and Bale are clearly false, whilst Gomes, Dawson, Huddlestone, Defoe and Lennon will NOT be leaving. One big name that may leave is Wilson Palacios, who is a target for Manchester United. We are willling to sell for a reasonable price upwards of 18mil. He will be difficult to replace but we will attempt to sign YaYa oure of Barcelona for 15mil as he is currently out of favour.

08 May 2010 01:40:00
I was the first to tell you about "the rumour of the year', ie, Carra being brought through by King Kennyremember?

That is fact..however a real big rumour coming from my sources says that, as he's taken Spurs to CL potential (preliminary round lads!), Harry is lined up for the next 2 seasons pre Carra! He came to Anfield when Bournmouth manager when he sold Jamie to Liverpool. Huge loyalty for Londoners apparantly??

Anyway, that's what Ive heard – Harry x 2 seasons then Carra.

To my detractors, as far as I know the first refusal on Suarez was negotiated during the winter when a number of options were being lined up for next season and at a time when it appeared less likely that Aguero and Pato would be available, however I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and have withdrawn the statement. Chelsea have also been involved in negotiations for Christian Eriksen so we are not isolated from Ajax though I do admit Bergkamp's presence will assist Arsenal in their pursuit of GVDW and Eriksen.

I have moved in deference on AFC with a few exceptions, both Micah Richards and Bede Hangeland are seriously being considered, it is an area where Arsenal need more powerful players and as you have noted Wenger wants to bring in experienced players.Charles N'Zogbia, James McCarthy and Steven NZonzi have all impressed this year and give Wenger something a little different in the middle of the park. Rodallega and Zarate are both being considered but that doesn't necessarily mean they are likely signings, Wenger will only get another striker if he can get a decent price.

As to my EFC critic, this was a list of those under consideration, not a total list of purchases. Moutinho, Donovan, Mbokani and Sendros are all pretty good chances, as is Beckford, leaving spots for probably ONE defender, ONE striker and ONE defensive mid, most likely Vertonghen, Sacha Kljestan or Mate Bilic and Javier Pinola.

Chelsea FC:

Out; Deco, Ballack, Joe Cole, Belletti, Ferreira, Anelka, Kalou

Igor Akinfeev should be brought in to replace Cech in the near future (they can fight for the top job over the next 12 months or so until Cech leaves). No real other keepers are being considered (Sergio Asenjo but not seriously) Roman is close to CSKA, to the point where it may be considered almost his second team and Akinfeev, Dzagoev and Doumbia are both being lined up for potential futures at Stamford Bridge (Tomas Necid and Milos Krasic are also possible movers on the CSKA–Chelsea axis)

Van der Vaart is surplus to requirement at Real, but Liverpool, Man U and Citeh are also in that chase, not keen on spending more than 10 million on him. Pjanic really stood up during the CL but i've also heard that RM has been after him since he sent them out. Dzagoev is a big Frank Lampard and Chelsea fan, impressed in the CL and Zhirkov means there's another Russian about at Chelsea. Alex Teixeira was the real star of the youth World Cup in Egypt and has recently moved from Brazil to Shaktar Donetsk, the next big name Brazilian attacking mid, good to get him before he's worth a fortune ala Pato. David Silva will probably end up staying in Spain, as good as he'd be he is not the most likely of the group. Ki Sung–Yueng from Celtic is also possible and would be a good player particularly to help push Chelsea's economic self sufficiency. Kaka is also possible if part of a swap with RM for Ashley Cole.

Contractually Ballack is still up in the air, he's been linked with Liverpool (not happening), Inter (maybe), Bayern (most likely). If he goes Schweinstiger is the obvious replacement. Ashley Young is another option. Matic will have a role to play but we need a true replacement for Michael as Matic won't be truly ready for a few years yet.

Joe Cole is all but gone with a myriad of suitors after him. Front runner Angel di Maria aside, the options boil down to Miroslav Stoch, Gai Assulin and Thaigo Alcantara both of whom's availability is determined by what happens in Barcelona during the transfer period, particularly regarding Cesc, and the man from their cross town rival's Javi Martinez. Hatem Ben Arfa is an unlikely signing, but would be great.

Neven Subotic and David Luiz have all been mentioned, with Luiz probably the best option to replace Belletti and Ferreira. Darijo Srna has also been mentioned but will be unlikely to move. Giorgio Chiellini would be a great signing but is unlikely. Thiago Silva has also recently emerged as apossible target.

For Anelka, the clear front runner is Aguero, his class is apparent to all. Pato seems destined to one day join Chelsea, Milan are desperate not to loose him for next season the likely outcome will be Pato signing this season and being loaned back to Milan, whilst Aguero/Suarez/Villa/Torres come in this year. Finally there is Luis Suarez who is in if Citeh outbids us in the race for Aguero. David Villa and Fernando Torres are both highly unlikely (Barca, Citeh RM, staying on, more likely) but neither can be ruled out completely.

As for Kalou there are several options, Moussa Dembele a highly talented and strong physical forward, who fits in well with our style of play. Though potentially outclassed by rising stars Romelu Lukaku and Lacina Traore any of those four would be good signings. There is also Neymar and he should be considered a serious contender for Kalou's job. Romelu Lukaku is a must! One more player who should be considered is Takayuki Morimoto another player who could help end our Abro reliance through Japanese merch sales and he's pretty talented to boot. Seydou Doumbia's move to CSKA moves him into Abramovich's orbit.

As for Ashley Cole, Juan Manuel Vargas is the only real option I see, I hope we don't loose Ashley, though Vargas is good. Dani Alves obvioulsy plays on the right and is not a real option to replace Ashley, but could be part of swap deal with Barca for Ashley, while if Real win the chase then perhaps a Kaka unhappy at Real could rejoin Carlo at Stamford Bridge.

For youth signings, Urreta would be great alongside Kakuta or di Maria he's probably a 2012 signing. Christian Eriksen and Romelu Lukaku should be key targets.

Arsenal FC:

Out; Almunia, Rosicky, Senderos, Merida, Silvestre, Eduardo, Diaby, Vela (loan)

Almunia: Hugo Lloris, Manuel Neuer, Doni, Sergio Romero, Gianluigi Buffon, Sebastien Frey, Yohann Pele and Robert Green are all being considered to replace Almunia. Joe Hart is also a possibility.

Rosicky: Eden Hazard or possibly Yoann Gourcuff or Steven Defour in will go in a part trade deal for Rosicky.

Senderos: will be replaced by one of Micah Richards, Gregory van der Wiel, Bede Hangeland, Cesar Azpilicueta, Gary Cahill, Pape Diakhate and Simon Kjaer.

Merida and Diaby: Felipe Melo and either Charles N'Zogbia, James McCarthy or Steven NZonzi will quite possibly come in to assist Song in the defensive midfield allowing Cesc and Hazard room further forward. Maourane Fellaini is also being considered.

Silvestre: Mamadou Sakho, Kamil Zayatte, Stefan Savic, Martin Caceres, Neven Subotic are all options being lined up to replace Silvestre.

Eduardo: Chamakh will come in Bosman, there will be NO other forwards signed unless AW gets a good deal for ONE of Hugo Rodallega (has impressed AW with his performances this year), Mauro Zarate (best player in a rubbish team), Mario Balotelli (volatile but very talented 50–50 as to his worth unlikely but not out of the question), Giampaolo Pazzini (good luck, seems to want Juve but still an Arsenal possibility) or Loic Remy (reasonable chance). Will compete with Chelsea for Lukaku and Eriksen at youth level.

Everton FC;

Out;Jack Rodwell, Steven Pienaar, Dan Gosling, Cody Arnoux, Anton Peterlin, Yakubu, Louis Saha, Maourane Fellaini

With the money made from the sales of Jack Rodwell, Steven Pienaar, and potentially Dan Gosling, Everton will seek large scale squad regeneration to regain their spot in European competition.

For Yakubu and Saha, EFC are considering TWO of the following forwards Oscar Cardozo, Sacha Kljestan, Landon Donovan, Jermain Beckford, Robbie Keane, Bryan Ruiz, Dieumerci Mbokani, Zlatko Junuzović, Joao Silva and Mate Bilic.

For Pienaar, Joao Moutinho will be signed (though there is a reasonable body of opinion that he too will simply use EFC as a highway into Man U, Chelsea or Arsenal) A more long term option may be Stephen Ireland. A more interesting option may be Guti.

For Rodwell, Sully Muntari and Jan Vertonghen are the front runners but EFC runs the risk of Vertonghen doing a Rodwell as well.

In defence EFC are looking at ONE or TWO of the following, Javier Pinola, Nedum Onuoda, Steven Taylor, Christian Ribeiro, Ahmed Al–Muhammadi and Maynor Figueroa. They also hope to keep Phillipe Sendros.

Manchester United FC:

Out; Berbatov, Vidic, Carrick, Tomasz Kuszczak, Tom Cleverley, Zoran Tosic, Owen, Fabio (loan)

For Berbatov and Owen a swap deal with Milan for Klaas Jan Huntelaar is quite likely though a swap with Sevilla for Luis Fabiano is also possible. Aguero is an outside chance particularly if Pato signs with Chelsea. Chicarito has already signed and Takayumi Morimoto, Neymar, Eden Dzeko and Alexis Sanchez are still possibles. Mirko Vucinic is attracting interest from both United and City. Robinho would definitely be worth a cheeky bid. Andy Carroll could be alright as well. Higuain is another unlikely signing.

Vidic will form part of a swap deal for Benzema. Marnick Vermijl as well as the confirmed signings of Dodo and Chris Smalling will take over the defensive role. Giorgio Chiellini, Gary Cahill, Gareth Bale, Neven Subotic and David Luiz are unlikely signing but one that might happen.

To replace Carrick and Tosic, Miguel Veloso and Jack Rodwell will both be bought in anticipation of Scholes or Giggs moving on at the end of season. Man U will also compete for David Silva, Milos Krasic and Angel di Maria with Chelsea and Man City, Hazard with Arsenal and will seek Joe Cole for a Bosman signing. Hamsik seems headed to Inter so SAF will concentrate on Defour, Gourcuff, Douglas Costa, Stephen Ireland, Hatem Ben Arfa, Milner, Ashley Young, Pienaar, Lassana Diarra and Ki Sung–Yueng. RVDV would be good if Chelsea/ Liverpool don't sign him. Luka Modric, Jack Rodwell and Miguel Veloso are probably the most likely signings.

For Kuszczak, Manuel Neuer, Hugo Lloris and Gianluigi Buffon are the front runners though Igor Akinfeev may be snatched from under Chelsea's nose if deals cannot be secured with one of the others. There is also the possibility that De Gea may get the gong.

Carrick to Spurs is just lazy journalism.. just because we've resigned a few ex players means we are going to sign more.. yawn.

There are players that will be allowed to leave if bids are recieved at the asking price (Levys system of transfer fee divided by years remaining on contract indicating market value of unwanted players)

Players open to offers are

Jenas, O'Hara, Keane, Hutton. Young players will of course be allowed out on loan as usual.

Levy will not be bullied on other players leaving as we know, if mega money comes in for some of the others and the players heads are turned they will be let go (lessons learnt from Berbatov) but it will be at top dollar.

J. Cole will be offered a contract but the hope will be it will a desire to stay in London and chance of first team football that will do it, wages will be limited to £70k (up £10k from the current cap)

Sandro is signed, that gives us Sandro, Thudd, Modric, Palacios and possibly Diarra. This will see Jenas, O'Hara, Dos Santos out the door. Dos Santos' recent performances for Mexico will mean waiting to after the world cup as it will hopefully inflate his value.
