ARSENAL – AW is confident in his current squads ability and believes that they can win the league but does feel they need to improve slightly. He wants a centre back and a striker. For centre back expect either Neven Subotic or Gary Cahill to come in for £14 million. As for the striker, rumour has it that AC Milan are looking to sell Klaas–Jan Huntelaar in a cut–price deal worth £8 million.
VILLA – MON believes his side have the ability to break into the top 4. His main priorities are to hold onto their top assets. i.e Ashley Young. He still thinks adequate cover is due at centre–midfield. Rumour has it that he is looking at David Dunn of Blackburn and Jermaine Jenas of Spurs. Dunn for £6 million and Jenas for £8 million.
CHELSEA – Now that their transfer ban has been suspended expect a couple of transfers. CA believes he needs a striker, a winger and a goalkeeper! For striker expect him to go after Alexandre Pato again, but his price may prove to be just too much and CA may go after Sergio Aguero for £40 million. Out wide, their is talk about a move for Franck Ribery! This deal would cost the club a steep £60 million so it would seem unlikely. The other name out wide is Andres Guardado of Deportivo la Coruna for about £19 million. Now the goalkeeper CA has lined up is expected to put the pressure on Petr Cech and possibly wrestle the number one jersey from him. CA has targetted Shay Given to play in between the sticks. Expect a deal worth around £20 million, as it may take that much to prise him from Manchester City.
LIVERPOOL – There is money available! Although it's not very much. There is currently £10 million available and the Yanks are willing to give all of that to Rafael Benitez, who will continue as manager until the end of the season. Expect Rafa to sell Javier Mascherano for £35 million to Barcelona, which will allow £45 million. Andriy Voronin will also leave for £5 million to Hertha Berlin as will Andrea Dossena but to Napoli instead. Martin Skrtel is also likely to move to Juventus for £12 million, and Albert Riera is likely to move to Barcelona for £13 million. So £80 million. What will he do? A striker is a priority, as is a direct replacement for Javi. A winger would be needed as well.OK, the striker is most likely going to be one of Luis Suarez for £20 million, Luis Fabiano for £28 million and Jermain Defoe for £24 million. The winger is likely to be Juan Manuel Mata for £19 million or Jesus Navas for £25 million, and the Masch replacement will be Daniele De Rossi for £28 million or Jeremy Toulalan for £22 million.
MAN CITY – Defnders are needed! A left back, a centre back and a defensive mid. Gael Clichy (unlikely) for £24 million or Juan Manuel Vargas for £18 million at left back. Matthew Upson for £12 million, Ryan Shawcross for £10 million or Brede Hangeland £15 million are likely targets for them. Yaya Toure is the number one target at centre mid and a fee of £29 million is likely to secure a deal. A goalkeeper will also be needed if they are to sell Shay Given and thay are checking out Robert Green of West Ham for a fee of £12 million.
MAN UTD – SAF has almost no money to spend. He has been give £25 million from the CR9 transfer, which is all likely to be spent on David Silva of Valencia CF. SAF will sell Michael Carrick for £14 million and Rio Ferdinand for £15 million, just to up the funds. This will buy Gary Cahill for £12 million and Stevan Jovetic for £17 million.
SPURS – Houdini feels that a new centre mid is required, along with a new goalkeeper. He is looking at Mikel Arteta of Everton for a fee of £16 million, and Chris Kirkland is being targetted as goalkeeper for £8 million.

Well indeed true, even though i got nothing for manU but as i remember last transfer season, I also saw rumors submitted by some hopeless peoples of RVP or coming to Old Trafford or fabregas to Bernabeau after losing losing Ronaldo & Tevez.
I have also been seeing this alot that ManU does try to target those player which are normally on radars of Wenger/Arsenal. Example Akinfeev , Mertasacker , Van Der Vaart , Eden Hazard , (& after goal on Old trafford this season, ManU fan wants) Arshavin & if i am not wrong some years back Ronaldo was almost certained to land in Arsenal but ManU took him with better bid.But still !! Wat the heck ? that's the way it goes !!
They may see Rooney go away to Madrid, thx to Ronaldo & this rumour is also getting more support by the fact that Ferguson may retire soon & Vidic may also be involved in Bid War between Barca & Madrid.I would rather prefer "Class of Vidic to Barca rather than Madrid", But Since they have already signed puyol for 3 years this looks difficult.In may come Aguero or Robiniho as Berbatov may stay ( ffs but lol as he is to poor for big 4).Ribery & Silva may also be on radar.but if Silva comes than Nani leaves.Carrick may also go for possible Modric swap but redknapp said it before , he is making his Spurs team around hime & Lennon, so a Difficult swap.

This club is playing at the best level at the moment like Arsenal's invincible side back in 2003–2004 even though i am not the fan of blues.
And after ban is lifted they are gonna get leathel than ever & hence almost certain to dominate over United & win Prem League for 1 or 2 yrs after that they may get challenge from Arsenal's young side which is improving & since arsenal is growing financially also they both will collide more often for title.
Ins : Pirlo , Pato or Aguero ( both are superb talent but over priced ) may come as a surprise they may also try for Ronaldinio.
Outs : J Cole , Carvallio , Deco.
LIVERPOOL
Oh !! Man don't talk about them , most dissapointing , helpless & unlucky of them all.
Torres won't leave as he is on path of gerrard of becoming red's legend.Mascherano will leave, Babel won't leave nor Benayoun(only in Silva swap).
If the get some cash from transfer than Torres won't mind spain companions along gerrard's guidance, so don't be surprised if u see Silva/Villa duo in Anfeild.possible Bojan or Henry Loan.And if Benitz goes than they may go for morinho or Redknapp & if redknapp comes than he may try to pull modric & lennon to anfeild.
But IN MY OPINION they should think about the poor defence in back also.

HEARTS will sign Sunderland striker Roy O'Donovan in January. O'Donovan had been close to joining Hearts in the summer but a pay off deal between Sunderland and O'Donovan could not be agreed, however a compromise has now been reached.

Finally Vladimir Romanov has been in discussions with Litex over their highly rated striker Ivelin Popov. The young Bulgarian internationalist is managed by ex boss Angel Chervenkov and is out of contract at the end of the season and Romanov is desperate to sign the player.
