At least pompey won the championship when promoted to the prem. Southampton have never won much.

Hear we go again Poopey talking about there History again, soon might be all you can talk about LOL. To be honest could not care less if we came socond, we are in the Premiere League and that is all that matters, no one gave us a chance this season, if i am honest top 10 would of done me, you skates absolutely hate the fact we are on the up dont you, probable does not help when your club is were it is and doesn't look like it is going to get any better either does it, enjoy league 1 if you survive that is. {Ed025's Note - enjoy your teams success, thats good!...but to revel in another teams misery...is pathetic!

Shame the liquidisers will win this time tho, past isn't every thing your league one well maybe for a week and we are premier league accept it we are alot better than you oh and like alot of people seem to forget back to back promotions!!! Ed I don't think it's fair you saying that, if you actually read what Pompey supporters have said to us saints fans over the last 7 years and have ever read the daily echo where Pompey fans come on and insult us non stop (didn't yesterday tho lol) then if agree with you Pompey gloated and prayed for us to go out of business and now the shoe is on the other foot they brag about winnin the fa cup and say we havnt won anything but look where it got them they bought that cup and now it's cost them possibly there club they deserve everything they get. Even still when they have been relegated and saints been promoted they still slag us off and can't accept we are a better club in all departments

dont know how long this site has been going ed025 but really hope you were surporting saints fans when we were in the s**t few years ago, those skates were saying all the same things we are saying now, think you find it's called karma not pathetic. we are rival clubs and i hate to see them do well, so for us to be doing well now i will rub it in there faces as much as i want. i dont care if they go out of buisness or not, i dont care if they claim to have great history and a great surport. they did not give a toss about saints, why would we care about them. {Ed025's Note - since when have 2 wrongs, made a right?.....enjoy your moment of glory, you deserved it mate, but concentrate on your own clubs fortune, not revel in your neighbours demise..

You say that Ed025 but its hard not to gloat to those Skates, sick of hearing how great there fans are, people only see them signing whem ther 2-0 down, they did not see a certain Pompey fan Urinating in front off women and Children at St Mary's a few seasons ago. Not a rumour but can I just give some credit to the Coventry fans who were behind their team despite being relegated and despite being so far behind.

All the best to Coventry next season, and I wish them luck in making a quick return to the Championship

I'm sure they'll be fine we were in administration and relegated 3 years ago and look where we are now

Great business plan to exit admin. Find a new billionaire owner. Southampton would be in league 1 by now if that hadnt happened.

matt mills looked around thorparch two days ago and loved what he'ld seen and why wouldnt he. we are the best supported club in the land but you heard the signing here first. big season next and im all for diouf coming we've always had one bad boy player in team and its made us better' you need bite in the team. mot4life

I think its ironic how most people use the terms "non footballing" and "rugby" to describe stoke and i am a regular season ticket holder and it started due to a tackle that borke ramseys leg which was not a dirty tackle but the media used against a physical stoke side. i believe that if you think were a rugby side then your obv. jealous of us potters i no sometimes we make bad tackles but thats football its a CONTACT sport so get used it to it and if you take a look at the records our records are just as clean as the next team tbh. all this long throw in nonsense is rubbish i mean wenger is jealous he stated that throw ins should be kicked in to the box idk how pathetic you think that is but i no its completely pathetic. We can hoof the ball up the pitch but every team including teams like man city hoof the ball up the pitch at times so why cant stoke do it

Seems to be the same fool that scrawls through the Stoke posts with the rugby replies- his inability to spell gives him away.
i think Stoke scored from 1 throw in the Prem last season but the uneducated football fan wouldn't know that.

Just a thought ! if you took the st from stoke and replaced it with a j .... ! then know we are talking .. long ball balls with towells? explain that!
