Looks like John Stones reputation has grown after another glowing performance which had several scouts from Everton, qpr, derby, Wigan as well as phil brown who is unattached looking at him... Easily one of the best young defenders in the championship. Heard Wigan put in a £2.5m bid in for him.

HUll City to sign david goodwillie proven striker at this level and dosent appear to be any competition unlike with both campbells bit dodgy as although proven at a championship/spl level he was pretty woeful in the premier league with the lowest shots to goal ratio in lague I think he may not be worst but was pretty damn bad however given his previous success in spl and age steve bruce gamble might pay of rewarding us with a premier league striker for nowt as blackburn are run by utter clueless persons and will sell for nowt
Blackburn played him wide right in most games that is why in the EPL.Goodwillie had never played there before at Dundee United.Hope he moves Scotland need him playing and scoring goals.

The interest in Johnny Russell is hotting up as rumours from England suggest Crystal Palace have taken the front row seat ready to offer Dundee United asking price following the sale of Wilfred Zaha. This can ultimately rule out Derby County due to insufficient funds to compete and a inferior league position going forward.
Dundee are reportedly holding out for 1.8 million rising to 2 million (with sell on fee and premier league appearance bonus). With the contingency of championship clubs (huddersfield rumoured interest too, less so recently) wanting to pay maximum 1.5 million.
Time will tell.

Boyd is a different player and has a left foot and can play midfield.Russell is a out and out striker, who should bang the goals in down there.Would be happier if he moved abroad though, and came back in a few years to the EPL.

Southampton gone all a bit quite gone with linked with everyone to no transfers coming in. Very odd what's going on thought we would stay up but playing field has been changed with the other teams around us bringing new player makes me think back to when we went down we stayed still and all the other clubs got better from the players they brought in starting to get a bad feeling about this hope I'm wrong and the club knows what there doing just feel I've seen this happen before.
It is confirmed that Saints do not plan to bring in any more players this window a risky tactic but what are we to know...

because Bristol City got a new manager and finally got 3points against a average Ipswich team can it be explained why the following are being ignored. great players are being sold, contracts running out, crowd getting lower, no players being brought in to match the level of what we have or we are playing. there is nothing positive coming out of ashton gate. why are people/supporters not getting more concerned for this football club? slowly being torn apart. Adomah, Woolford, Pitman, Bolaise, Skuse, Stead, Elliott, Davies etc... can a positive football club that want to do well realy let this big list of players leave all in the same year with out any replacements? BCFC in need of help
