The race is on in Bristol ....

Which Club will do the right thing first and rid themselves of the Man at the helm steering both clubs to the wilderness. City to League One and Rovers out of existence.

Neither Chairman known for their footballing acumen and bottle .... but fans at both club will show their frustrations in coming weeks as gates plummet.

City need fresh thought and vigour and could still turn it around and would be an exciting prospect for most managers with a point to prove. Rovers have been over powered by an under delivering Scottish contingent, are the poisoned chalice of the lower leagues and are destined for the Conference unless something radical happens quickly.

Murphy would be a good fit to any championship club.He can play on the wing up front,or behind a front two.And he has electric pace and good delivery and first touch. He is better than Matt Phillips, its why Blackpool tried to sign him,but he failed to agree terms with them.

Strugglers Bristol rovers cannot sack manager Mark McGhee as Higgs and McGhee agreed if Bristol rovers wasn't at least 7th in league 2 by February then McGhee will have to walk. But untill then Mark McGhee is still in charge of the club. Source: an old member of the board.

Nice bloke Fletch, done a lot for the club, heart in the right place. Problem is the right place will soon be the none league environment if this continues. Sadly under him it will. One point from twenty one is relegation form. Experienced manager needed. Money? There will be diminishing Gate receipts from now on unless they start winning. It's not fair on the fans, it's not fair on the club and most of all the Players. They need direction from an experienced head. Loyal Green of almost 60 years.

Baz - you're back and as always it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s nice to hear from you and a very worthy victory.
