Downing for 6 million is a huge gamble - we'll need to loose 3 to 4 players to fund his wage demand - I think we can find better for cheaper !

Baptiste is a done deal with returns to the club for Woodgate, Downing and Kalas hopefully soon to follow (next week/fortnight kind of time). Also, HITC reports we are now favourites to sign the Leeds midfielder Rudy Austin, who is available for free. Hope this isn't true, don't need him. Some reports still suggesting we're after Murphy as well, but i'm not reading too much into them. don't shoot the messenger. We'll see what happens.
