Milner is simply a player Liverpool don't need on a high salary and at the wrong end of his career. If the beatings by Arsenal, Man Utd, Palace (twice), Villa and Stoke did anything, it showed how weak we actually are in midfield.
Milner is not going to address that. If he is the only centre midfield player coming in over the transfer window(and again, I stress the point he is NOT a centre midfielder), then we are in for a long rough season. Don't be surprised if we're in a relegation fight come January.
