"I was sat next to 2 scouts at the Bristol City vs Hull game on Saturday, listening in I found they were watching Youngster James Wilson but attention was quickly turned onto midfielder Cole Skuse who they said "ran the game" the scouts were from Stoke City and Everton, expect bids for both these players this summer!"

Thats nonsense, there were only 2 scouts at the game and they were both from Arsenal watching Joe Edwards who had a solid debut, James Wilson was also recommended after a man of the match performance.

So in your world, a scout would come to watch a player then tell everyone who he'd been watching just to bump the price up so his employers have to pay more?

I was at the game (Hull fan) and we were awful so it wouldn't have taken much for Cole Skuse to have "run the game". If I had my boots with me maybe I could've "run the game"?
After their performances on saturday I'd expect Robert Koren & Paul McShane to be up for sale & David Amoo to go back to Liverpool (shooting practice required! ) after we release Matt Duke, Craig Fagan and Tijani Belaid.

Arsenal will firstly bring in Phil Jagielka for 15m from Everton aswell as Alex Chamberlain from Southampton for 7m and a strike partner for Van Persie with the likely target being either Mario Gomez from FC Bayern or Kevin Gameiro from Lorient, with Nicklas Bendter and Kyle Bartley leaving, with Nicklas Bendter leaving to one of Hamburg, Fulham, Borrusia Dortmund or Blackburn with the likely target being a foreign club. And Bartley will leave foir Rangers.

Villa will sign Miguel Monteiro from Valencia at right back as Habib Beye is likely to leave for a championship club which is likely to be Ipswich and Kyle Walker will go back to Spurs after his loan. Villa may also sign Ryan Mendes da Graca and Gervinho in as Ashley Young is likely to leave for United in the summer. Steven Ireland will be one of a few names to leave Villa park this summer.

With Lee Bowyer and Sebastian Larsson likely to leave this summer, McLeish will bring in Zoltan Gera from Fulham and Alejandro Bedoya in the centre of midfield from rebro in Sweden. David Goodwillie and Sasa Papac may also sign from Scotland.

Bolton will get 10m for the sale of Gary Cahill to Liverpool, and will spend all of it and any other money they have to buy, Craig Bellamy and Shaun Wright-Phillips from Manchester City for a combined fee of 7m. Owen Coyle would like to sign Sturridge Permantley but Chelsea want to keep him. Timothy Derijck may also be brought in from Den Haag to strengthen the defense. Tom Eaves will also be loaned out with the likely targets being Oldham.

Chelsea will bring in Gregory Van Der Wiel to as they have had to put a centre back in Ivanovic across to right back as Bosingwa has been injured. Neymar may be signed for 25m as Anelka may move to New York Red Bull.

Mikel Arteta and Dinijar Bilyaletdinov will leave Everton this summer along with Phil Jagielka. They will go to Valencia, Rubin Kazan and Arsenal. In their places Andy King, Jan Vertonghen, Matthew Jarvis and Wes Brown have been lined up from Leicester, Ajax, Wolves and Man.Utd. Hugo Rodallega will also be brought in as Louis Saha s strike Partner.

For Fulham Pablo Daniel Osvaldo will be the only player coming in with Andy Johnson and Zoltan Gera the only players leaving.

Liverpool will bring in Charlie Adam from Liverpool for 11m or 8m if they get relegated. Sylvain Marveaux will also be signed to replace Alberto Aquilani with Adam replacing Joe Cole who will be off to Spurs in the summer. Lucas will also leave to either Napoli or Villarreal. John Arne Risse will also be re-signed at left back as Konchesky will leave. Gary Cahill will also be signed to partner Carragher.

Scott Parker will sign for Man.City as it is now inevitable that West Ham will get relegated. Many players will leave including three strikers in Bellamy, Adebayor and Caicedo. Alexis Sanchez will be signed to replace them.

Ashley Young will be the only outfield player signed for Man.Utd, with Manuel Neuer to be signed once Van Der Sar retires. Welbeck will sign on a permanent deal at Sunderland and Wes Brown will go to Everton but no other players will leave.

Sebastian Larsson will sign for Newcastle from Birmingham. Carlton Cole will also be signed upfront for 6m. Adriano will also sign for Newcastle on a free as he is a free agent. Guthrie will sign for Nottingham Forest and Ranger will sign on loan for Blackpool. Kuqi will be released.

Stoke will sign Carew permanently as well as Demba Ba from West Ham. David Vaughan will be signed from Blackpool. Servet Cetin will be signed at Centre back from Galatasaray. Gudjohnson and Abdoulaye Faye will leave the Britannia.

Sunderland will sign Welbeck, N Zogbia, and Nedum Onuoha. No one will leave.

Joe Cole will sign for Tottenham along with wonder kid Romelo Lukaku from Anderlecht. Naughton will sign for QPR and Kranjcar will also leave but apart from that not a lot happening at White Hart Lane.

Andy Johnson from Fulham will be signed for West Brom with Shane Long from Reading and Jonny Howson from Leeds. Bednar and Mattock will both leave the club.

Norwich will bring in Liverpool s Paul Konchesky, Watford s Danny Graham, Manchester United s Darron Gibson on loan. Ashley Williams from Swansea, and Pacheco and Lansbury will also be re-signed on loan from Liverpool and Arsenal. Tudur-Jones, Johnson, McDonald, McNamee, Gill and Hughes will all leave.

Not sure I believe that Forster is in Norwich today (afterall the club had it's awards last night so imagine a few sore heads today) plus it's the parade for promotion tonight.

That said I've also heard that Forster is being lined up for a return to Norwich ( which would allow Rudd and Steer both to go out on loan next season) for around 2-4 million.

Others I've heard are Evans (Sheffield United - 2m), Bennett (Brighton - 2-3m) and Lansbury from Arsenal in the same region.
