First of all, we all know Messi is going no where, so lets just rubbish those rumors now. He is FC Barcelona academy "graduate" as you could say and he is the face of that team. Lets first look at what Chelsea needs. True they need a forward considering that Sheva will probably be leaving for Ukraine or Italy and Drogba's status is just as uncertain. So with that said, lets look at the REAL possibilities for them. First and for most, Sergio Aguero or David Villa are the most plausible. Aguero has stated that he would love to follow national teammates Tevez and Crespo (even though Crespo will play in Italy for the rest of his career) over to the big time English football teams. Pairing him with Anelka would be deadly because like Messi he can create chances for Anelka. Valencia is having an awful season and will not be in Europe at all next year, especially the Champions League. Villa is a Champions League player and I do not forsee him being satisfied with just playing in La Liga. IF Chelsea wins Europe, which they will, look for Villa to be Grant's first Summer signing. He will cost Chelsea a ton but they will make it back in the sell of Drogba and Sheva.

Their midfield is solid but their defense needs help with a capital H. Beletti is not the answer and Carvalho and Ferreira just did not cut it this year. Alex is surely to sign with either Bayern Munich or Real Madrid by next December so what is Chelsea to do. I am thinking they out bid Man United for Davi ALves from Sevilla. He is a natural right fullback which will allow Michael Essien to move back to Defensive Midfield which is where he is best. Alves will also provide an attacking right wing to support Joe Cole. As for the middle short up, here is my most risky and bold pick yet. I am seeing Chelsea go after rising star Micah Richards. Now I know he just signed a multi year contract but the appeal of big time football and Champions League will be enought to lure him away. So there are my Chelsea predictions for the Summer.

Aston Villa will sign Leicester starlets Stearman and mattock now The Foxes have been relegated. A combined fee of around 4–5 million should seal the two, who have been tipped for big things in football.

Gareth Barry will choose to stay at villa, Martin O'Neill has promised Barry a new bumper contract, and has shown his his transfer targets, and barry has been impressed. he believes Villa can go on and puth for the 4/5 again next season.

  Ipswich Town

I know a director at the club so I can confirm most of this is correct.

Gareth McAuley= Leicester, £1 million

Wes Hoolahan= Blackpool, 200 k

Dave Nugent= Portsmouth, £2 million

? Darren Bent? = Tottenham,?

As a keen believer in the youth system, Sir Alex Furguson will be bringing up young players from the reserves and giving them first team chances. Players coming back from loan spells will also get a crack at breaking into the frist team. expect to see players like Manucho,

Campbell, Brandy, Possebon and Simpson getting regular first team action next season.

  Blackburn Rovers rumours:

David Bentley will not be moving from Rovers this Summer. Only possible move will be to Man United as I have seen him in Tiger Tiger in Manchester and he said they are the only club willing to pay what is his true value. £20 million. There is no way on earth that he will move back down south to Tottenham for the joke offer of £15 million. and Liverpool think they can have him for £8 million with Jermaine Pennant. lmao.

Rovers Ins:

Giles Barnes £3 million (Derby)

Leroy Lita £2 million (Reading) + Jason Roberts

Jefferson Farfan £8 million (PSV) – He plays left sided or supporting forward and that is our weakest area at the moment. Chairman John Williams has made £10 million available to Mark Hughes so he will use it along with cash made from sales.

Rovers outs:

Morten Gamst Pedersen £6 million

Jason Roberts (trade for lita)

Steven Reid £2 million

ArsenalRumours Wenger will have £50 million. Wenger has already stated that he will buy one in defense and 2 in midfield and NO forwards as Vela will be coming back from loan and Wenger does not feel the need to buy any more forwards as Walcott will play there next season. We have been linked with a lot of defenders but it will be Lucio coming in from Bayern Munich as he is unhappy at the club, he will cost £10 million. Replacement for Flamini will be Gareth Barry for £15 million + Eboue. Also If Hleb leaves then we will get Ben Arfa as a fee has already been agreed this is believed to be in the region of £15 million. Robert Green will be brought in aswell for £7 million to compete for No. 1 spot with Almunia. Players leaving will be Alexander Hleb for £15 million, Sendoros for £5 million, Eboue as part of Barry deal and Flamini has aleady gone.

Cost of Players In–£47 million Income from Players out–£20 million Money Spent–£27 mill

These are the players that are most likely to leave Chelsea this Summer

outs:

Beletti (RB)

A Cole (LB)

Malouda (LM)

Wright–Phillips (RM)

Pizzaro (ST)

Shevchenko (ST)

ins:

Chivu/Cana (LB)

McGeady (LM)

Bentley (RM)

Naismith (ST)

David Moyes will only sign Manuel Fernandes for about 6–7 million. any thing more he is unwilling to pay for apparently. This might just be coincidence but I seen Leighton Baines with James Vaughan and Pompey midfielder Niko Kranjcar, and as he has been linked, expect him to want to come to Everton if he has links with Leighton Baines and jimmy Vaughan. = v1=

Long term Stoke City target Wayne Routledge will put the final finishing touches on a three year contract with the potters after seeing them clinch promotion has been a long time pulis target and a deal has been in place since the new year. also a 'top four' forward believed to be Voronin or pizzaro on way to the brit for a season long loan to prove they can play English football.

Looks like Liverpool are buying everyone so not many players going anywhere else. Sidwell will sign for Everton providing wages are sensible. Arsharvin from Zenit remains number one target. Fernandes, Graveson and Gardner will return following loan spells. This will enable Moyes to sign Bullard, Davis (Pompy) and Glen Johnson.

  The Hammers news/rumours.

Apparently Curbs will be sacked if the Hammers do not finish tenth. If they loose to Villa this could happen, which will be made worse if Tottenham win and finish ahead of them. The board have looked at the overall situation and are not happy with the running of the club. Especially the wages he has paid players and his transfers. If Curbs is sacked, which could happen even if tenth is achieved, then an Italian coaching staff will take over. Di Canio will be named head coach and will be in charge of training, tactics and will work alongside Nani in signing players. Nani will oversee the running of the club also.

Whatever happens, there is going to be a mass, mass clear out with many players already being tolf they are being sold. So far these are; Gabbidon, Spector, Davenport, Solano, Bowyer, Boa Morte, Mulins, Etherington, Freddie Ljunberg, Quashie, Dailly, Cole, Camara (end of loan). More may follow.

The squad will be; Goal Keeper – Green, Wright, Walker

DF – Niell, Pantsil, McCartney, Mattock (1.6 from Leicester), Ferdinand, Upson, Tompkins and Collins when fit again.

MF – Noble, Parker, Faubert, Collison + midfield additions

ST – Ashton, Zamora, Sears and one new forward.

I work in the finance department at Anfield and know a few people round the club. Now I am not privvy to Rafas transfer targets, (apart from 1) but I do know a few replacements for people leaving. Firstly Nabil El Zhar will replace Pennant in the squad. Krystian Nemeth will replace Voronin. Barry is actually going to be a replacement for Kewell for the first season. Alonso will not be moving. The one target I do know about is Klaas Jan Huntelaar who is first choice to replace Crouch if we get the amount needed to bid for Klass.

  Rafas spending plans are:

Bridge £7 million

Barry £11 million

Degen free

Bentley £13 million

Aguero £21 million

Outs:

Crouch £12 million

Kewell free

Riise £6 million

Voronin £3 million

Aurellio £4 million

Finna £3 million

Pennant £6 million

Carson £7 million

Leto £3 million

Guthrie £3 million

AFC Rumours: So, it looks as if Alexander Hleb will be off after all. Never fear Gooners, because I hear that both Hleb and Flamini were both major trouble makers and enjoyed nothing but breaking team spirit. There will be players coming in, these will be: Lucio/Mexes (£4–5 Mill), Aussie Wing Back Mark Millagan ( free), Robinho AND Ben Arfa (Combined fee of around £30 Mill), Yaya Toure (around £10 Mill). A bid for Villa and Ashley young and Scott Carson will all be unsuccessful. And of course, the outs: Lehmann (Free), Flamini (Free), Hleb (£14 Mill), Hote 9 £2 million)

Rafa has got £30 million Net to spend this Summer. Liverpool will BID for the following:

Gareth Barry (12 million) Villa have been contacted

Philip Lahm (12 million) Enquiry made

Ricardo Quaresma (15 million) Enquiry made

Maik Taylor (free) Will be offered contract soon

Michael Owen (7 million) Owen's agent knows

Marcelo Moreno (8 million) V. close to signing

John Arne Riise (5 million)

Steve Finnan (2 million)

Scott Carson (5 million)

Charles Itjande (3 million)

Kewell and Voronin (free)

Danny Guthrie (3 million)

Sebastian Leto (3 million)

Peter Crouch (13 million)

Liverpool and Aston Villa will not be doing any business for anyone this Summer. That includes Barry, Crouch and Carson. It's safe to say that ater recent events MON will not deal with Benitez at any price.

With likely arrival of Gattuso as well as Tim Borrowski and Metzelder at Bayern Munich several players will be offloaded. Lahm being a target for both Man United, Barc and Chelsea and Sagnol rumoured to be interested in Arsenel and Milan but it is Martin Demichelsis who looks to be coming to the Premier League as he is being pushed further down the order. Newcastle as ever seem to be interested as well as the Hammers but the NE team are favourites. A hard tackling CM and classy CH who excels in the air.

If Blues are relegated expect Forsell, Taylor and McFadden to move accross the City to the new footballing giants of the west midlands, Albion. To join them will be Darren Ambrose (Charlton), Habib Beye (Newcastle), Radaslaw Majewski (Groclin Dyskobolia) and Kevin Doyle (Reading). Martin Albrectsen and Zoltan Gera will sign new deals and Luke Moore and Roman Bednar will be signed permanently. Unfortunately Kevin Phillips will not get a two year deal and will therefore leave on a free.

Rumour Has It That Liverpool Are In Talks With Javier Saviola, Possibly Offloading Him From Real Madrid For About £6 Mill

Arrivals at AVfc this Summer will be plenty.

Ashton

Sidwell

Bently

Henry

Guzen

Davies (alredy done)

And some east European almost unknowns that have been assessed this season. MON's men have spent a lot of time in the easern bloc.

Departures,

Carson, Sorry 'Pool fans you can keep him. He are not worth £1 million.

Harewood to WBA

Ollie to Juve (done) best wishes.

Petrov, Premier League. league a step to far.

Taylor to a champs. team

Malhoney, a move north would help him. Sad loss.

And alas the great Gareth Barry will go for £25 million, not to 'pool but the Gunners and yes £25 million.

Pool have insulted him by valueing Crouch at £15 million and offering £10 million for his quality services.

We all know that SG is a great mate but the Gunners play silky football like no others and this will go well with Gareths style of play.
