This is not a rumour as such just a prediction that the next few weeks will see a flurry of transfers word wide during the final weeks of the transfer window. The fact that several of the italian clubs mainly Milan have been let off to an extant over match fixing allegations has forced most of he big european clubs to shelve there original trasnfer plans and look elsewhere most clubs are effectivly at the moment just getting deals ready to go through on the basis of some of the bigger deals not being done yet. eg the transfer of either reyes or cole out of arsenal has a kock on effect for several clubs including marseille (ribery) and that then links directly into whether NUFC will get a new center half (ribery money from possible sale to arsenal should give marseille money to sign boumsong). Should be a busy few weeks.
Ive heard NUFC are trying to do a deal for Lucas Neil, just the other week Roeder said the club were talking to two players out of contract or nearing the end of there contracts, most people though it was Campbell and Trabelsi but both have moved on to other clubs seemingly without there being any real interest from NUFC, the two players Roeder has talked too are infact Neil and Graveson(they both have the required pl experience roeder is looking for). Also a deal for W.Bridge to the toon will go though if/when cole leaves arsenal.

Wenger to go on a spending spree after the qualiying rounds of the CL are over .Cole and Reyes out for a combined 40m.Wenger will then bring in Gallas for 10m,M.Diarra 20m, Sahin 5m ,Anderson of Porto 4m ,Hilderbrand 10m and a suprise move for Cameronasi 10m.

Real Madrid will offer £18 million for Ashley Cole, who they see as the long term replacement for Roberto Carlos. However next season, Cole will have to compete with Carlos for a starting place.

Watford are in talks with Liverpool to take young starlet, Paul Anderson on loan for the forthcoming season. Ideally, they would prefer to take Chris Eagles back from Man U, but Ferguson wants to keep the winger. Expect to see either Eagles or Anderson on a years loan deal at Vicarage Road next season

Martin O neill will not be signing anyone from celtic this summer, especially not the has been lennon or over rated petrov. He has been given just 10 mill to spend but will get MUCH more once a take over is complete. His first signing will be steed malbronque and will get him for as little as 3 million. A bid for blackburns brett emerton has already been made in the region of 1.5 mill. Tottenham's Andy Reid will sign on loan as o neill believes he can turn his career around. They will sign danny murphy for 1-2 mill from spurs as well. They will sign EITHER robert huth or johnathon woodgate on loan. A bid for former man utd flop diego forlan is also on, he is desperate to prove he can cut it in the premiership. This could be a loan deal or more likely 4 million. Last player in will be chelsea's utility man geremi.
Newcastle have called a press conference for monday morning. This is because roy makaay and Nicholas Anelka will have medicals on saturday and be unveiled as toon players monday morning.
Liverpool have set up a six month loan deal for Obafembi Martins. He is a great player and will give us even more pace up front but why six months. My first thought was liverpool will be signing him permanently in january. But there has been rumours on here saying torres was coming in january. But maybe its because inter will loose adriano in january. I know he has been linked with united but he would be the powerhouse that rafa needs and investment should be secured by then. Personaly i would prefer torres.

Birmingham City's Martin Taylor is poised to be joining Sunderland, talks were held after the midweeks game between the 2 clubs, a fee of around £1 million seems to be the agreed price.
Birmingham are also poised to make the bid for Blackburns Kugi an offical one and with Steve Bruce now decideding that the Gary McSheffery deal is off, Carlos Edwards of Luton is now his next target Luton will be looking for a fee of around £2.5 million.
Birmingham City's young Centre Half Sam Oji has been recent talk of unrest, and big rumours of him leaving for rival club Wolves, these reports are utter rubbish, as with the lad signing a new contract and happy with life at Birmingham.

When Theo Signed in january the price was high because there was another part to the deal. Arsenal have first option on Saints young up and comin players. Therefore, Arsene likes the look of Gareth Bale and will bid in January(Bale was good friends with Walcott)
Arsenal will NOT sign Ribery as he has decided to stay at Marseille and they will not sign Curtis Davies, he is too expensive and he has signed a four year contract extension, you no what Wenger is like.
Fran Merida will be a star of the future, some people saying he will be the new Torres, maybe a bit early but its a possibility.
The only other people Wenger might bring are, Micah Richards although maybe a bit to much and also he likes the look of Anton Ferdinand although that is unlikely as he is settled and his brother Rio plays for United.

To all ManU fans (me also). Diarra is not a target for SAF. He wants to pick up Senna and Hargreaves for half Diarra's price (which makes sense). This will put Senna and Scholes/Carrick in the centre with Hargreaves, Fletcher & O'Shea as youthful back up. Adriano is now also a focus as he won't have permit issues and is more of a compliment to Rooney than the similar Tevez due to physical size and style of play. Tevez was the priority but Inters signings this week changed the situation. By the way forget Torres as well, it won't happen, trust me.
ARSENAL NEWS:-
Having studied all the news reports going on in recent weeks and cross referencing them to establish truth, it's fair to say the likely outcome of Arsenal's dealings in the transfers market will see the following:-
Franck Ribery will join from Marseille for £14,000,000 and Eric Adidal from Lyon for £6,750,000 to replace Ashley Cole. He will likely join Chelsea for £18,000,000 though William Gallas will not be a part of the deal, he is likely to join Barcelona or Bayern Munich.
Jose Antonio Reyes will finally join Real Madrid, but very much on Wenger's terms. He will not only get £5,000,000 cash but also Julio Baptista and a season's loan of Jonathan Woodgate to replace the departed Campbell. Wenger has scoured the market for a reasonably priced Centre Back but there simply aren't any available right now; perhaps letting Campbell walk was a mistake?

Liverpool will sign a world class player from Atletico Madrid this summer. . but not fernando torres. Instead they will bid for right winger maxi rodriguez. The skillful Argentine scored 3 goals at the world and caught the eye of arsenal as well as bayern munich and several Itlaian clubs. Nothing happened though, and now rafa is ready to make his move. He could get him for 8-10 million, which will hopefully stop the stupid alves and chimbonda rumours being posted.
Obafembi Martins will sign for spurs this week, meaning jermaine defoe is free to leave. He will go to west ham, not newcastle. This means Dean Ashton can leave but he too will reject newcastle in favour of man u or liverpool.
Del Piero to west ham!! I know this sounds crazy but they are in europe which juve are not. Del boy is desperate for a move to the premiership but with none of the big four interested he will be happy to join on loan and then if we repeat the success of last season he will sign permanently.
i have heard from a good source that calderwood will be give 15games at forest and if forest are not in automatic promotion place they will bring in nigel clough asap.

LFC NEWS. lfc are set to sign 2 more players before the end of august for a striker who has a medical at melwood pencilled in for this weekend and as feyernoord are playing reading in a friendly this weekend its probably kuyt. Iain Dowie is said to be interested in signing Gareth Bale from Southampton. It is believed a fee of around £250,000 will be enough to Southampton to sell him.
Kanu will be signed from West Brom, by Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp. The Nigerian striker will join Sol Campbell and David James at Fratton Park. Redknapp wants to complete his summer signings by adding Sulley Ali Muntari, Ryan Nelson and Obafemi Martins. Redknapp is resigned to losing out on Petrov and will instead target a winger in Dario Srna. He remains interested in Nugent. I have just finished a shift at a deli in birmingham. We had the usual customers in. . Olof mellberg, lee hendrie, david dunn and zolten gera. Today, however we had two new customers. Shaun wright phillips and his dad. There was another man with them too. This visit could be purely coincidental but I believe he was there for talks with Aston villa. They were smiling and having a laugh so if he was having talks then they went well. We also get a lot of villa fans in too and they reckon o neill will sign danny murphy, carlo cudicini, collins john, pascal chimbona and maybe even obafembi martins on loan. VILLA FOR EUROPE!!

Manchester United News:- Before I start this is NOT made up and there is lots of evidence supporting my rumours .Kuszack has finally signed for £2.5m and aims to give Van der Sar a run for his money (by learning from him). No changes will be made to the defence of the team now that Heinze is back. As for the midfielders, now that Carrick has been bought, SAF is searching for one more midfielder. He has renewed his interest in Owen Hargreaves, and is expected to make an £8m bid for him within the next week. As for Marcos Senna, he will probably still be coming but only if SAF can get him for the right price (£3.5m or less as he is already 30 years old). Ribery does not look as if he will be coming to Old Trafford, but who needs him? (We've got Ronaldo, Giggs, Park and Richardson). Ribery looks more likely to go to Arsenal or Lyon. Up front, SAF is planning to spend big money on a long term replacement for the great Ruud van Nistelrooy. His options are as follows:
-Fernando Torres for £30m even though he wants to stay at Athletico Madrid (Unlikely but possible)
-Carlos Tevez from Corinthians for £25m (Possible)
-Unsettled Adriano for £20m from Inter Milan (Likely).

I work at wigan and I have some info about the whole chimbonda saga. Tottenham have pulled out but blackburn and aston villa have shown interest. We will also bid for derby's young goalkeeper lee camp. Zolten Gera and danny murphy are both targets too. We will also bid for geremi (possibly loan) once chimbonda leaves. Emile Heskey is looking excellent in training and kirkland will be full of confidence after his england call up. I seriously think we could make the top six this season!!
