Sorry NUfc folks but N'Zogbia is expected to tie a deal with Arsenal within the coming two weeks.
Now that Arsenal have completed the signing of Samir Nasri from Marseille for an apparent fee of a bargain £12 million, we can now focus on a new centeral midfielder. Amaur Bischoff and Miguel Veloso are most likely, however I have read from a source that Arsenal are planning to sell Adebayor–Milan/FC Barcelona (30 mil) + Alex Hleb–FC Barcelona (15 mil) to spend part of on an £18 million pound Gareth Barry. Seeing as Liverpool are only prepared to spend a maximum of £17 million on Barry, if this rumour is true we could well steal Barry from under Liverpool's nose. However I personally do not think this will come to anything, as it would be unlike Arsene Wenger. To spend £18 million, a club record fee, on a 27 year old flareless average player. Not Arsenal's style. Amaur Bischoff and Veloso are younger and in my opinion more exciting prospects. If Adebayor and Hleb were both sold and we chose to sign Amaur Bischoff for free, we would have an extra 45 million from Ade and Hleb + the budget we have remaining to bring in a top forward. Possibilities are Oba Martins, Klaas Jan Huntelaar, Andrei Arshavin, Roque Santa Cruz and Falcao.
Expect Tottenham to sell Robbie Keane to Liverpool and Dimitar Berbatov to Man United and buy Lukas Podolski and Espanyols Luis Garcia as replacements.

Man United to complete the signing of Dimitar Berbatov this week for £20–25 million with louis Saha going to Tottenham.
To start with these are not rumours they are facts. Danny Shittu will sign for Rangers on Monday the 14th of July on a three year deal, Steven Davis will sign before the Champions League qualifiers on a four year deal. I have heard recently that Rob Green will be signing for Arsenal from the Hammers, with the fee likely to be £6 million. The Hammers will then use the money to sign two new keepers, likely to be Scott Carson and Thomas Sorensen.
Robbie Keane will join Liverpool for £17 million in the next two weeks, Gareth Barry will also complete his move to Anfeild in the next to weeks despite late interest from Arsenal.
A very good source of mine ( Rangers youth player ) has told me that Carlos Cuellar will be staying at Ibrox and will be made captain in the absence of barry Ferguson and Rangers will be signing a midfielder and defender who starred in the euro finals
Stoke have tabled a bid for Ivorian left–back Arthur Boka. Pulis wants to have full backs who can botyh attack and defend next season and sees Boka as a perfect addition in this respect.
Man United thinking of a sneaky attempt to get David Moyes in as number 2 to Sir Alex with a promise of the Managers job in two years. Moyes has yet to sign his contract and things are not looking up at Goodison at the moment. We are being out bit for players by Pompy Villa Tottenham NUfc and City what chance top 5 finish again.
As much as I love reading rumours about Arsenal I have to be honest, some of them are just LIESSS. lol. Arsenal will be losing Adebayor most likely to FC Barcelona along with Hleb. AC will not pay as much as we want, personally I want Pato + £26 million but that will never happen.
We will not be signing Kompany, Wenger stated this and Huntelaar will probably go Man United IF he leaves his club. Arshavin could come to Arsenal because FC Barcelona have their heart set on Hleb who will cost less. Zenit will hold out 4 stupid amounts though n Wenger is not going to pay more than he thinks a players worth. I would like to see us move for Bareth Garry but he will probably want a move to Liverpool. End of the day though we just need a centre back so bad. Also David Villa could possibly come in as Adebayor the mercenary wants out but it's a bit unlikely as the asking price is pretty steep. Personally prefer Villa to Arshavin tho. sure you guys agree.

Apart from that he will sign a couple of youth players for the future. Leaving will be PIQUE (Done Deal) and possibly FLETCHER (5–6 million) to either Everton or Sunderland.

Just been informed by one of my sources that there is going to be a massive signing for Sunderland. Despite losing out on Darren Bent of Tottenham, Roy Keane is still on the look out for a forward due to Kenwyne Jones' absense. Keane's mentioned a few names including Diego Forlan and Andrew Johnson, but his main target now is the Russian that did not make it to the Euro 2008 finals Pavel Pogrebniak of Zenit.

Arsenal are willing to listen to offers of around £18–22 million for Togo forward Adebayor, putting FC Barcelona and AC on red alert. Also Tomas Rosicky may leave the club for around £8–10 million
Ricardo Rocha will join Hull from Tottenham in a surprise move.
I have it on good authority Klass Jan Huntelaar will not join United. United's priority over the next few months is to get Carlos Tevez on a permanent deal. Manucho has been brought in as well. Therefore they will have Rooney, Tevez, Manucho, Saha, Ronaldo and Frazier Campbell fighting for the forward roles.
Colin Kazim–Richards will move to Wigan to replace Valencia for £3–5 million
Finally, Daniel Guiza has stalled on his deal to take him to Fenerbache as 3 Premier league clubs have been in contact; Tottenham, Blackburn and Everton.
Hibernian expect to complete the signing of Danny Livesay from Carlisle in next few days for 225k.
Steven Fletcher could join Tony Mowbray at West Bromwich Albion for a fee worth uptop £4 million. The fee is believed to be £3 million up front with £1 million in add ons.
Hibernian also expresed an interest in Marius nicaule and Ian black from Inverness, however cannot meet the asking price for either of the two players.
And finally, Jonaton Johansson could sign a 2year deal with Hibernian, if Hibernian can stump up 160 k to complete the deal.
Arsenal have matched Liverpool's bid for unsettled Gareth Barry. One important difference is that Arsenal are prepared to pay the money up front, whereas as cash–strapped Liverpool are only offering the fee over three seasons. I am unsure on Barry's reaction to this. I know that he favoured a move to Liverpool, possibly on the grounds that, Liverpool being only the fourth or fifth best team in the UK, he would automatically be given a first team place. We'll see what happens some time soon.
Sporting Lisbon Keeper Stojkovic to go on trail with Everton with view to a loan deal then permenant move.
There is some concern about this players temperment though. The serbain international (who is a good keeper) has had a major bust up with Sporting Lisbon, and niether side will back down.
Moyes contract also appears to be delayed as Everton are waiting to see if they will have an approval for a loan set against future sky money. (
same deal as last year). until Moyes is sure of his budget he will not sign as he is concerned about the quantity, of the required quality of players, he needs to bring in

A surprise rumour but based on fact. Rafa Benitez has almost completed a deal for none other than Lucas Podolski. He feels he can fill a number of positions along the forward line and Rafa admits he is the closest thing he has seen to Robbie Fowler at his peak. This will be announced this week and he will join up with the squad in their Swiss training camp. £16 million Euros will seal the deal. Barry will also sign in the next five days. One more major signing will be made, I do not know who but it will be a forward or a winger. Keane if it is a forward.
I have recently seen David Bentley and Richard Dunne coming out of Tottenham' training ground after talks with them. This coming from my source at the training ground.

Next week will be a major week for Everton FC. The decision on Destination Kirkby will be revealed. I have no idea what the vote will be but I have som other exciting news for the Toffees. David Moyes will officialy sign his contract. On the transfer front AJ will sign for Fulham. Yes Fulham, as he prefers a move to London. Darren Bent will switch to Merseyside as soon as AJ signs on the dotted line. I have heard Moyes is looking at 3–4 other players, I have no names although sources tell me a certain boyhood blue could be on his way back to the club.

I have left many comments on this site regarding the signing of another forward, many of which stating that it is a rediculous, but as Adebayor seems to already have one foot out the door, another forward is appearing more likely. BUT, how Wenger–like would it be to let him go without replacing him. A fully fit RVP and Edurdo will be like having two new signings, and with much improved Bendtner and Theeeeeoooo, along with Vela, another forward is not a must have.

I have it on good authority that Celtic are in talks with Belgium forward Marc DeGryse. They have apparently looked at the Belgian for a few years now.
That guy is in his mid 40s now, was linked in the daily record in the mid 90s. let a life mate lol
Anyway expect Celtic to sign Samaras on a three year contract with the option of another year this week, Pistol Pete doing his magic again, getting Manchester City down to £1.6 million from £3 million.
And if things go to plan there could be two more new faces beside him come Friday.

A friend of mine works for Norwich and heard the following – Norwich will sell Shackell to Wolves for 0.8 million and Marshall to Queens Park Rangers for £1.4 million.
They are hoping to use the money to buy a forward with Ade Akinbyi as the main target.
I'm a life long Newcastle fan, who also works in the offices at st James park, I do not have direct contact with the team or management so I do not know anything concrete but I can tell you that I have heard some interesting things around the stadium, first of all the signing of guthrie was a long planned move keegen knows he's a quality young proven player and beleives that thanks to his trainig through Liverpool's youth system he may have some of the qualities of Gerrard. I have also heard that we are interesed in Matt dawson with Tottenham asking around £5 million, expect an announcement of at least the bid next week depending on whether or not it's accepted.
