A forward named Irwin Moodley has caught the eye of Henk ten Cate's team during are 3 week trial in which was given to the Orlando Pirates rising star. The 20 year old has made it very clear of his desire to play for a world class team. Other prospects including Moodley's brother Malen has also caught the eye of the Dutch teams coaching staff
I am laughing at everyone who says Hargreaves will go to Man U for 7 million. Bayern have said they value him at 30 million euros, which given the price of Carrick is probably not far off the mark. The only big Prem club looking for a DM, (and please make him english!)and with the cash to spend, is Arsenal. Expect a bid from Arsenal early next week! Man U will take Senna and a forward, and that will be the end of transfers for them until January.

To the guy that said Arsenal may go for David Beckham, I think you are spot on. Both Reyes and Cashley will be straight cash deals. Wenger has already said he admires Becks, and Becks will be keen to move to London. Real is looking to offload him, and being dropped from the England squad, the Gunners may be able to negotiate fairly decent personal terms. A left back will be pursued then, and maybe, maybe, a central defender, though Wenger has great faith in Toure/Senderos/Djourou. Even Falmini may be tried in that position, with Wenger's ability to mould players to suit the team's requirement.
As a Gunners fan, believe we need somenone of Beckham's marketing potential to really get into the big league. Imagine the T-shirt sales!

Lucas Neil to liverpool? HA! There is more chance of mourinho saying "Congratulations liverpool, they were the better team". Honestly, some of the rumours on here are unbelievable. They look like a text message you´d send, what with the spelling and all that. .utter nonsense. Celtic do not have the money and Petrov could stay as no-one is prepared to pay the 7 million that they value him at. Even if he does go, Celtic will coffer the money to reduce even more debt. Man Utd - SAF has more money to spend than anyone knows, but the Glazers have seen how Chelsea get treated in the market so they like to keep the budget a secret. I have some interesting news about Chelsea. I looked into the recent summer signing of Kalou from Feyenoord to Chelsea. The fee was agreed and the contract sorted within two days of Chelsea's interest. However, the part I am stalling on is why is he a Chelsea player. I think there were dodgy dealings concerning his visa to play in England. For example, Mark Gonzalez has only been given his visa this summer. The reason there was such a delay was of Chile's poor ranking, being ranked 75th in the world. They needed to be in the top 70 for him to be granted a visa and he had to have played the majority of their games - which he had. Back to Kalou. Currently, Côte d'Ivoire are ranked 20th having moved up 12 places. The only issue is, Kalou does not have the necessary paper work or the number of caps. He has hardly played for his country, so I am left wondering by what means did Chelsea do to get their man?

As far as latest transfer news goes, a little birdie has told me that Arsenal are monitoring a couple of players set to replace wantaways Jose Antonio Reyes and Ashley Cole. Seeing how Reyes is Madrid bound, apparently Arsene Wenger is lining up a bid for current Madrid attacker Robinho, though not as a swap deal. New Real boss Fabio Capello has already added Ruud van Nistelrooy and the signing of Reyes would give him major headaches from his strikers complaining of a lack of games. Robinho was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal last summer while he was at Santos, but opted to join Los Galacticos instead. Now, however, he could be tempted to move to the Emirates stadium as he would practically be guarenteed first team football, and he'd be given the number 10 jersey following Dennis Bergkamp's retirement. With regards to the left back situation, Ashley Cole has got to the point of no return at Arsenal. It saddens me being a die hard Gooner, but I think we should cash in now for a player whose heart is no longer with the club. He was the one who tried to initiate a move to Chelsea, then blamed us for it, then said we'd fed him to the sharks - and he calls himself a lifelong Arsenal fan! What a joke. Chelsea are welcome to him, but the question is who will Wenger choose to replace him. Although he has faith in Gael Clichy and Mathieu Flamini, does he or anybody else see those two playing left back for an entire season, especially considering we had 8 left backs last season. I know French defender Eric Abidal has been mentioned, but I've been informed that the Arsenal are watching West Ham's Paul Konchesky. He had a good season at Upton Park last season and could emerge as a surprise target for last season's Champions League runners-up. I'd expect a bit of transfer activity this week, one way or another.

Newcastle United manager Glenn Roeder will clinch the signing of Real Madrid midfielder Thomas Gravesen this week in a deal potentially worth €6.5m based on appearances. Gravesen is surplus to requirements at the Bernabeu following the arrival of Emerson from Juventus, plus his brawl with Robinho earlier this month did him no favours with anyone associated with the club. His former club Everton have also been monitoring his situation and have first refusal on the player, but the Dane is likely to opt for a move to Tyneside to compete with the likes of Scott Parker, Emre, Kieron Dyer and Albert Luque for a starting berth.
