  Liverpool FC Season 2008/2009

Out will go; Finnan, Hyypia (coaching role), Riise, Kewell, Voronin, Aurelio, Pennant, Kuyt, Carson

Rafa's defensive game strategy hinders the attacking options purely because Liverpool do not have enough quality options out wide in the full back and wing positions. Everything goes through the middle. Liverpool's main threat Gerrard/Torres. Quality out wide needed asap

Garay is in advanced negotiations with FC Barcelona, they are in pole position for his signature.

Rafa will allow some of the reserves to break through next season to add competition for places. He will also keep to his rotation policy aswell.

Rangers are casting an eye over Delpierre and Chygrynskyi, this is merely an insurance policy as they are still not 100 percent in making a decision on Webster due to fitness worries. As for up front, Smith is deeply frustrated that Caracciolo snubbed him in favour of a Seria B team, so he's more determined than ever to deliver a Classy forward, Fauverngue, Brandao, Odemwingie are all being looked at, not quite sure where the Podolski rumours are coming from cause Bayern changed their mind on him, not leaving on loan. If all else fails, then expect Lafferty to be the spearhead, dissappointing I know.

Man United will be looking to add a bit to their squad in the Summer and here is a list of possible transfers:

Benzema, Hunterlaar or Berbatov (All likely to join but a good performance from Benzema next week could tempt Sir Alex)

Veloso or Kerlon (Both could sign and both have good potential)

Lenny or J. Menez (Both have lots of potential but Manucho has now been brought in so unlikely)

Deco or Sneijder (Would be good link–up players for United's attack)

Thanks for Reading. : )

Rangers are expected to launch a bid for Birmingham forward Gary McSheffrey at the end of the season. A fee of between 4 and £5 million expected.

Darren Fletcher is also joining up having worked with Smith and mcCoist with Scotland.

Leaving Ibrox this Summer will be Kris Boyd, Brahim Hemdani (unfortunaltey) and Sasa Papac as Smith continues to rebuild.

On last night's North–West version of the 'Legends' radio phone in, Ex Liverpool player Alan Kennedy (who does not normally comment on unfounded gossip), stated there may be some truth in the rumour that Xabi Alonso is be subject of a straight swap deal with Thierry Henry in the Summer.

Maureen will not be taking Rafas job. Maureen is a joke in Liverpool. Anyone suggesting otherwise is full of it. Fans are already very annoyed with the new owners (they are currently enjoying the benefits of a second chance) to sack the fans beloved Rafa and replace him with a figure a hate would be corporate suicide.

It would be like dumping your beautiful and wonderful girlfriend whom you love dearly so that you can date her pig ugly worst enemy. Something only a retard would do. I am sure Mr Hicks agrees with me.

I was the one who told you two weeks that Wayne Bridge would leave Stamford Bridge for Anfield if he was dropped when Chelsea's African players return, and by reading the papers I was RIGHT. My information and knowledge of transfers is top drawer. As also reported in yesterdays paper, DIC will bid for George Gillett's stake in the club and will then get Hicks' much to the relief on Reds fans. An announcement is expected to be made in the next two weeks. They will keep the current stadium plans as they do not want to hold development back any further. They have sold shares in various companies in order to ensure that they have enough money to make the Reds successful in the long run. They will keep Rafa until the end of next seasn and then review his position with Mourinho and Chris Coleman waiting in the wings, TRUST ME. Both will target wingers and 1 finisher Major overhaul of players in Summer, plenty of activity coming in, expect at least 3 big siginings, few squad additions and plenty of youngsters

red in the know

Do not you just love the sense of humour, on this site

well here we go, just for the record, I will not be drawn in and name names, but, I do know that MAJOR changes are on the way, I personally know several first team players at Liverpool

Money will not be an issue, Rafa or mourhino will not be governed by The Directors and will be given a free rein to buy and sell within reason

mmmmmmmmm sounds like something will be happening soon DIC or NO DIC

DIC will take over Anfield. Henry will be coming to Anfield. Mourinho will not. Nasri in. Bennayoun out.

Bad news for all you Chelsea fans.

In the Summer–

Drogba to leave for FC Barcelona £25 million has been agreed by the two clubs.

And Blues defender Wayne Bridge has threatened to leave if he is overlooked for the Carling Cup final

Not only this but Frank Lampard is likel;y to sign for Juve. Expect a big bid for him in the Summer.

Who will come in? Hard to say.

  Liverpool Ins

Thierry Henry (swap with Alonso or cash if Alonso chooses Real Madrid)

Ashley Young

Joe Cole

Ricardo Quaresma

David Villa

Gareth Bale

Michael Johnson

Micah Richards

Jose Mourinho – done deal

Liverpool Outs

Aurelio (Real Betis)

Voronin (Rangers)

Kuyt (Valencia)

Danny Guthrie (Manchester City)

Jack Hobbs (Manchester City)

Pennant (Wigan or Portsmouth)

Kewell (out of contract)

Alonso (FC Barcelona or Real Madrid)

Riise (Valencia)

Rafa Benitez (FC Barcelona and Real Madrid are watching developments very closely)

All confirmed by a reliable source within the club apparently offers have been made on all players and some have already been accepted. The Villa deal is in the bag as long as Riise and Kuyt agree to go the other way (Cash + players deal agreed)

With regards to the manager Mourinho is coming in the Summer – DIC will complete the takeover. Crouch will be staying as Mourinho rates him as a target man. Also watch out for a few youngsters coming through – particularly Insua and Nemeth (maybe also Pacheco might get a few run Outs as he is very highly rated by Mourinho)

Rafa is not part of the plans, he will however get a nice pay off and walk into a top job back in Spain

You read it here first

Manu to sign Benzema 100 percent

Parky276

I am in Nederlands and have been told of Seedorf of AC Milan to join Glasgow Celtic in Summer. Big possibility according to my source at Afc.

From a reliable source within Anfield – all these players are pie in the sky – Rafa is on borrowed time. He wants out as do his employers so no players and no deals until the new manager walks in. The club insiders wants someone with a proven track record and feel Jose is the man, however the Americans want someone who will tow the line and do not feel comfortable with him. Rafa has spoken to Madrid already and his escape plan is already hatched so that the Yanks look like the villans.

Newcastle will shock the fans again by sacking Keegan at the end of the season and then appointing Gerard Houllier.

Gerard will move for Ajax starlets Johnny Hetinga and Maduro for a combined fee of £15 million, Cameron Jerome for £5 million, Moritz Volz for £3.5 million and Charles Itandje of Liverpool for a fee of £4.5 million.

Making way will be Emre switching to Werder Bremen, Mark Viduka moving back to Middlesborough, Stephen Carr to Blackburn, David Rozenhal to Hamburg and Stephen Harper will move to Leicester City.

Everton will seal permanent deals for Manuel Fernandes, Tomas Gravesen and Anthony Gardner. Iain Turner and Lee Carsley will depart for Sheff United.

Tottenham will sell Darren Bent to the Hammers for a cut price of £11.5 million, Pascal Chimbonda will go to Villa Park for £6.5 million, Paul Stalteri to Fulham permanently, Paul Robinson will complete a shock deal to FC Barcelona for £5 million and finally Ricardo Rocha and Anthony Gardner will deapart.

Aleksandr Kerzhakov will join for £7 million and Jimmy Briand will also seal a £4 million original deal with £3.5 million added on depending on appearances.

excpect Wenger to bring in a qaulity centreback and winger in the Summer possibly capel and micah Richards, Man United to try to get a forward in the mold of ruud V. nistelrooy maybe hunterlaar or Berbatov, also rumours of Babel leaving Lfc for Arsenal.

100 percent true from a great source in Italy that Frank Lampard will sign for Juve,

  Man United news:

expect a fair bit of movement in the Summer from sir Alex he wants a new forward a new a couple of new full backs a goal keeper and a winger to increase competition 4 places.

at left–back expect a move for Bale Ramos does not rate him he feels he's not experianced enough and gets caught up field to often.

at right–back either Rafinha sir Alex was interested in Boswinga but Porto want to much 4 him.

up front is where it gets interesting Fernando Cavanaghi (I know) apparently sir Alex see's him as the new Solskjear he's scored 6 in 6 matches five of which were as a sub in ligue 1 and sir Alex had him scouted before when he played 4 River plate but missed out on signin him to Spartak moscow but it looks like sir Alex has finally got his man.

the winger sir Alex has his eye on is Rakitic of Schalke as he can play on either flank.

the goalkeeper sir Alex is looking at is Ochoa which I think is the worst kept secret in football at the moment.

so that is:

Rafinha, Bale, Cavenaghi, Ratitic and Ochoa. players leaving are likley to be:

Silvestra, Kuszczak, Fletcher, Dong Fangzhou, Evans and maybe a few more fringe players depending on what is offered for them, but there will be no big players leaving so stop the Ronaldo going to Madrid crap.

Hi Guys Sheff United to annouce Steve Mclaren Fist team coach before the weekend. BRyan Robson to stay on as manager.

  D. I. C want Jose Mourinho to replace Rafa and they want him to tempt Lampard to buy out he's contract which he can do under Fifa ruling. Lampard is most likely to reject Liverpool and join FC Barcelona or Real Madrid. xabi

Alonso most likely to join Athletico Madrid. And Harry Kewell to Go to Newcastle. Henry to Liverpool is a no goer. But D. i. c want Obafemi Martins from Newcastle as one of many signings under the new revolution. And a ambitious move for Raul (REAL MADRID) SPAIN forward to partner Torres. TRUST ME I HAVE D. I. C Connections.
