Turns out there is a huge legal snag with Tevez as to a permentant deal at Man U, there is a big chance that Tevez will HAVE to return to upton park to save a lot of legal turmoil and other court cases raising thier ugly heads. Tevez to return back to upton park in the summer to be SOLD on legally jan 2010.
Other news at UP. west ham is to be sold at a cut price of £70M, this inlcudes no debt, a further £30–50M will be received by BG depending on the court case.
player wise:
10 fringe players to be sold or loaned out in the next transfer window.
S.Appiah (sp?) in on loan only
Dean ashton given until next summer to prove his fitness or he is out (bet the board wish they had taken the £18M offered by the spurts now).
apart from that don't expect Zola to be investing in anyone until next summer.
  Rangers News

To the Luton fan who believes that Arsenal are going to loan out 6 youngsters next season to them. . . . Sorry. it just isn't going to happen.
Firstly, I believe/read somewhere that no club can loan another more than three players (???)
Secondly, whilst I agree that Luton try to play football "the right way",due to their unfortunate financial problems and the scandalous points deduction they received, there is a strong chance that they will AT BEST remain in Division Two. Quite frankly, the kids are better than that and if they are to develop further they need Championship football at least.

AS for rumours on Arsenal. . . . Arsene Wenger is monitoring the Tevez situation very closely. Tevez himself is a little disturbed that United didn't make an offer to his owners (the principal one being a Gunners fan) in the Summer and the loan with United ends this Season. He also is unhappy at being left on the bench since Berbatov arrived.
All I can say from my source at this time is watch this space.
Footballs no.1 fan feels he needs to respond to the recent criticism of his quotes. Lescott is still half the player skrtl is, who is absolutely class. Newcastle, Villa and Everton fans need to wake up and smell the coco, liverpool will be taken over by the DIC and will quickly ship out dossenna, aurelio, kuyt, degen, hyypia, el zhar, ngog, alonso and benayoun. Replacements coming in will bbe G.Bale LB, G.Barry CM, Kuba RM, Aguero FWD, Richards CB, Rafinha RB. This will spark a mass buying spree also for the blue mancunians, trying and failing to sign villa, messi and kaka, but succeeding in signing santa cruz, cannavaro and joquin. Chelsea will try to also sign Kaka and Manchester Utd will offload Tevez to Arsenal, recalling F.Campbell. Jack wilshire will play more first team football and become an England regular before he's 20. Please stop over pricing your players and over–rating your clubs, newcastle are an average club with a big stadium, everton arent even average and villa have 3 good players – agbonlahor, barry and young.

  This site is great to read, just to see how deluded some people really are;
1, Newcastle fans – keep telling yourself that great things are about to happen, and you still are a big club. In reality no one is prepared to take–over your club because prospective owners have been put right off due to the treatment of mike ashley who lets get it right was the only real person who was there to help. When all he did was make the right choice by getting rid of kevin keegan, who is the most over–rated manager in football – period. not good enough england manager and not even a good city manager tells its own story. it frustrates me so much that newcastle stil think they should be challenging for the title, when there are at least 13 teams more stronger than yours. FACT !
Carlos Tevez could be on his way to Liverpool in July. This would not be controversial as he isnt a Manchester United player and the money paid for him would not go to Utd but to Kia Joorabchian, who owns the player. Liverpool have dealt with Kia over the last year with the permanent signing of Mascherano and he would love his best mate to join him at Anfield. Liverpool will initially sign him on loan for a season, and with new owners coming in after his move, Liverpool will pay the fee for him in January 2010. Both Maradona and Joorabchian want him to move on after a lack of 1st team opportunities but he wants to stay in England. He does want to stay at Utd but with no move for a permanent deal and with Fergie playing Berba, Rooney and Ronaldo upfront, there is no room for Tevez. Kuyt will move on in the Summer paving the way for Tevez to join the club, 2nd on his wishlist. 100% FACT
Famous glasgow celtic targeting a goalkeeper and a left back and possibly another striker as JVOH keeps getting injured. goalkeeper–zalukas from dundee utd, left back–sylviniho from barca, striker–can't mind his name but he plays for red bull salzberg. 4 in a row, here we go.c'mon the hoops. . .
Sheikh Maktoum is more than likely going to own Liverpool by February, not the Summer. RBS will not loan more money to the Americans and they will therefore be forced to sell up. For this reason, Liverpool will not have much money to spend in January, roughly around 5mil and anything they sell. Pennant (5mil) will leave and Kuba (8mil) and Keirrison (2mil) will come in.

Even with Sheikh Maktoum in charge in the summer, throwing big money around in the summer is too risky, and in Benitez's opinion, unnecessary. Benitez will give Dossenna and Degen until the end of the season to prove themselves. If they don't, new full backs will be brought in. Rafa likes Bale and Glen Johnson particularly. Flops such as Voronin and Itjande will leave. Benayoun, Leto & Hyypia will also make way. Aaron Lennon will be brought in. Benitez, through Gerrard may try to get Gareth Barry buy out his contract for 2mil so he can sign for Liverpool on the cheap. It would not mean the end for Alonso, merely it would allow Lucas Leiva to go out on loan to get some games. Fabian Delph, the latest teenage sensation is also a target for Benitez.
Yaya Toure to Arsenal 100% true will happen in Jan
  Summer Transfers
With Tevez behind Rooney and Berbatov on the United striker pecking order expect United to pass on signing him permanently. His value will drop from the expected 30 mil to around the 18 mil that Arsenal will sign him for. Wenger has never spent over 13 mil (Wiltord) on anyone but Tevez is too talented and young for Arsene to pass up at this cut price. United will pick up Huntelaar or Obafemi Martins as a a third attacking option. City will spend big on Zaki, Benzema, Gago and Ashley Cole.

Possable move by Portsmouth 4 AFC target Fabien Delph come Jan . Expect Valencia 2 sign LFC player Alonso in Jan . Its been known AW may make a move 4 Man United gk Foster . If Djourou leaves as its been heard some clubs are interested in him see AW move 4 a CB and it might be Boro player Wheater .

I love coming on this site to see what people are saying, the Villa fans have often amused me by over pricing their players, e.g. Barry, Now the evertonions are having a go! Lescott worth over £10million? is someone having a laugh, vidic cost utd about £7m as did skrtl and agger at anfield, toure cost £150,000, then we look at proper world class centre backs, e.g. carvalho £19m, ferdinand £30m how can people rate lescott up near these prices, when he's half the player vidiv, skrtl, agger, toure are!! it baffles me! i'd rate him at £4million MAX, then Yakubu a 20 goals a season man? never scored 20 goals in a season in the prem! although i still would rate him at like £9million not the 15m–20m talked about. As for potential transfers, don't expect much movement in jan, man city to boulster the back line, and liverpool to try for aguero and a full back, no real big signings tho.

November 23rd Mourinho will resign from he`s job at Inter milan and will join Chelsea. Read about this in the newspapers on sunday as their will be a big article printed.
Hull City insider – you know the brown family? ur talking a load of brown!!!
Larrson at 0.5m? u could get him for a free in Jan so why pay £0.5m and he is a differrent type of player from cousin so he would prop play along side him if anything
j.Stam– He retired a few years ago when he was at Ajax– why come back to play in EPL when he is close to 40
Paul Scholes is surplus to requirements–he is injured u plank and if he wasnt he would be paying at least 75% of games.

Well done to Hull this year, hope they keep going, anyway Old Firm rumours

Celtic– Looks likely that Brazilian defender Sylvinho will be on his way to Celtic park as does a young Barca reserve defender (similar deal to Crosas). There will be a few other movements however nothing major.

Rangers– Expect mainly players to be moved on likely Hemdani and Darcheville, smith will want cash for both but will let Hemdani go on a free to lose the wages. JCD will require a fee however. Stevie Smith to go on Loan and possibly the likes of Gow (make loan move perm) and other fringe players to go. McCulloch could also be moved on if the price is right as Lafferty looks to be doing the job Lee did last year. Any transfers in is dependent on availability and freeing up funds (lovenkrands determined to come back but dosnt look likely).

West Ham will have a clear out and will get in a few up and comers mainly Bungle and George. Zippy was rumoured but failed an S.T.D test. Paddington bear is heading to Man Utd as van Der Sar replacement
I have inside info that a behind the scenes deal has taken place between man city and liverpool, a combined fee of 250million has been agreed to cover the yanks debt bringing gerrard and torres to eastlands. Simply an offer lfc could not refuse.
A couple of the rumours involving my club Middlesbrough made me laugh out loud today. "Stewart Downing– Middlesbro–Newcastle. 5 million." A couple of points about this. . a) The club turned down bids over over 10 Million for him in the last 18 months from Spurs & Villa. Would they suddenly accept less than half that fee for a young England international with over 3 years left on his current contract? b) The player has stated the only reason he would be enticed to leave his home town club would be to play regular European football. Would that be possible at Newcastle? c) Would the club sell one of their best players to a local rival? I think the answer to all of those question would be a resounding NO !! The rumour I have heard in the Middlesbrough area, is that an Italian club (Juventus I believe) had approached his agent about a move in the winter transfer window. Whether or not that turns out to be true will be seen in a couple of months. "David Wheater (Middlesbrough) (£5m)" – I think the guy who posted this must have accidentally forgotten the 1 in between the pound sign & the 5 !!! If the Redcar Rock was available for 5 Million, every team in the PL would be putting a bid in for him. The lad is a future England regular & would command a much bigger fee than that, although I doubt the club would contemplate a sale unless the price was of a ridiculous nature. It is not like they are in need of cash, as in the summer the overall spend on transfers was nil. The incoming fees for the likes of Young & Cattermole balanced out the spend on new players.
As a sunderland fan i do feel that Lescott would likely not join us, especially at a fee of approx 7/8 mill. That said, we did say that about Malbranque and Ferdinand, they came, and have been brilliant so far.

I do however believe in the rumours suggesting that Keane wants former team mates Scholes and O'Shea. Also see renewed interest in Hunt and Mcgeady with both expected to sign for 5.5 million and 8 million respectively with possibility of Murphy and/or Stokes going to Celtic.

Thanks
Expect to see a shock move for Benjani from arsenal for around 6million wenger fancies his chances of turning him into the new adebayor.
Gudmunnson is looking for cash and has agreed a sale of west ham for £80 million plus another £30 million being held until after the Tevez case is resolved, at which time Gudmunnson will pay half the award from the held cash if West Ham lose. In the event that West Ham do win then he will be an extra £30 mill better off. The new owners are trying to keep things quiet, but they are in fact the same group that considered buying Charlton earlier in the year. That was in fact a dummy bid in order to force the West Ham board into making a decision. The extra clause has been added as the group are anxious to take over before christmas, in order to ensure that West Ham do not get embroiled in the relegation dogfight. Zola is a popular choice with the new regime despite recent results, they just feel that the current squad is too weak to play the type of football he is trying to introduce. Perhaps a bigger shock is that the origonal teflon don, Mike Duxbury, will still have his job when the new owners take over. This is mainly due to his knowledge of the Tevez case and will be reviewed once court action is finished.
Joe Kinnear after a good start is letting his ego and loving for attention do him out of a job as he did at Forest. 12 Clubs after Owen? Barton for England?? Delusional.

Keegan and Sharer are to join forces back at the Toon with Shearer as coach and Keegan as manager.

Kinnear will return to another lengthy absence from football.Until pantomime season returns.
West Ham to be sold off once financial year comes to a close, tevez saga will go on for 2yrs plus so any potential buyer (S–AFRICAN)will buy at a knock down price. WEST HAM OUTS, davenport, quashie, spector, faubert. WEST HAM ins. ferera loan (che) gudjonnsson loan (barca)
Just like to say i totally agree with the guy who called Michael Owen a RAT who jumped ship. I really would be disappionteed to see Owen back at Anfield. This is for two reasons 1. He was so quick out the door before when he thought the grass of Madrid was greener 2. He is simple not good enough and would be a step backwards.
Manybe he could come back and clean FERNANDO TORRES boots, that would be his leave at anfield
To the 'Hull City insider who knows Phil Brown'

There is no chance Jaap Stam will sign for Hull City as he's Retired! also he's the South American scout for Man Utd, why would he leave a cushy job like that and come out of retirement to play for Hull. Also i think its hilarious u think Paul Scholes will leave Man utd! he's been loyal 2 Man utd all his career so why would he desert them at the end of his career when he's certain of a testimonial.

Although there is a possibility of Larsson and mcshane for Hull.

Hyppia would be a good buy for them.
Also a loan of one of tha Arsenal youngsters, Ramsey, Whilshire, Vela.

Also. Expect Liverpool to put bids in for Bale and/or Valencia with Pennant and Arbeloa used as bait, wether they get them or not is a different story, if the Gareth Barry saga is anything to go by.
Jose Mourinho will takeover at Man City next season. . Hughes will go to Pompey. In other news Aussie Scott MacDonald will be joining the premier league from Celtic, likely destinations include West Ham, Everton and Tottenham. aussieLFCfan
All this rubbish of Diarra going for £8m. Pompey turned down a £15m bid during the last transfer window for him. There is definite interest in him – but he has already stated that he will only leave for one of the big four. Having played for Chelsea and Arsenal with little success, that leaves United or Liverpool. With Hargreaves out for the season, it doesn't take much working out does it. Also, the guy who said Krancjar for 6m. Dont make me laugh, a couple of Italian clubs enquired for him in the summer and the starting price was £12m.

And by the way, Pompey's debt is not as big as everyone thinks. The reason is most premiership clubs borrow against future earnings – TV money, winnings etc – Pompey haven't – all they're borrowing is secured against property. With the economic downturn this has caused a problem, but not as big a problem as clubs such as Liverpool or West Ham.
