Blackpool are in talks with young England U18 Schoolboy International Robert Black about a possible move to Bloomfield Road.
Robert is highly recommended by Cardiff City manager Russell Slade, as he made a positive impression on him during the Samsung Pro competition at Brisbane Road in 2014.
