Just wanted to pay tribute to Dean Richards who has died at the tragically young age of 36. A very talented player who was incredibly unlucky with injuries and illness. RIP from a Spurs fan

Hull City are set to bid for Daniel Ayala permenently in the summer from Liverpool. The Spaniard is currently on loan at Derby County but Hull City boss Nigel Pearson believes Ayala would be an asset, whether they got promoted this season via the play-offs or not.

I'm sure if you were in the know you'd be aware Liverpool won't be dealing with Hull City for a good while yet - and especially not with Daniel Ayala. Liverpool requested for him to be given time for his injury to heal and Hull blatantly ignored them and played him next game resulting in Ayala aggravating his injury further.
Plus, he'd cost in excess of £6m+, which Hull can't afford to be paying for a 20 year-old centre-back, even if he is a brilliant prospect.

Not only do we have a formal letter of apology from Liverpool, for the Hodgson rant, but Tom Ince is training with us at the moment and is expected to join on loan next week.

Also, at the end of Derby v Hull last week, Ayala went to the Hull fans at the end of the game and applauded them, before leaving the field with Nigel Pearson.

Problems at Port Vale -Mo Choudry is set to pull the plug on his planned investment as Chairman Bill Bratt is stalling.

Plus Jim Gannon has all but left the club. Neil Cox (Leek Town manager) has been sounded out as a temporary replacement.

if you were really in the know then you'd realise that the whole ayala saga was hodgson trying to deflect attention away from the bad results he was getting. ayala was sent back to liverpool but when he returned having been passed fit he broke down in the first training session. city recieved an apology from liverpool for hodgson's comments after he was dismissed.
also although he is a great player £6m is about twice what his value is. ayala has also said he'd liked to have returned here rather than gone to derby
