Arsenal news
To my surprise, after three months coaching ladies in the US (Ladies Soccer, guh I hate that word, is big is USA, mega big), I return to the UK, turn on my PC log onto my unseen for months but favorite site and see that I have been slated by someone called + Afc+. It made me laugh that he and others had been slating me considering I have not commented for months on this site. I am the true Goonerman and would like to apologise for the embarrassment that was the fake (although I can understand some of his rumours as they have some backbone, especially the one everyone put him down for, the Nolan one, whom does interest AW but not enough to buy him. Yet).
I have some rumours for you all now.
As I am sure you all know, Eduardo Da Silva has agreed to join Afc, contrary to some reports his fee is in the region of £5–7 million + up to £2 million in add ons taking the entire fee to £7–9 million.
A deal for Babel has been made, but whether he joins this summer or next remains to be seen. I know his buy out Clause is £6 million but AW may have negotiated a lower fee. who knows? Arsene Knows ;oP Huntelaar has also been bandied about but I have heard nothing concrete. Striking Options at the Emirates will be Rich next season. V. Persie will be the main man now TH has left (finally), regardless of past performances RVP was Afc's best forward last year by miles. Do not comment on that claim unless you have a Rich understanding of the game in a professional capacity, not just a few heated discussions in the pub over a few bevvies OK lads.
Midfield options are very Rich at the moment, which is why I cannot understand the pundits and fans lamenting over Vieiras boots that SOO need filling. Vieira left two years ago and we have not looked back, we look weaker without Gilberto than we ever did without PV. Gilberto (New Captain), Fabregas (Vice–Vice Captain, Captain for Carling Cup I should think), Diaby (Better than Vieira at his age and improving.), Denilson (Gilbertos heir apparent) are quite a force already and could be joined by MOTTA of Barca. That is a BIG maybe but rumour is Motta is looking to leave since Xavi and Y. Toure will be fighting for the DMF position, 2's company 3's a crowd. The wings are fine but word is Quaresma is being looked at with great consideration. A fee of £5 million would be enough, If he comes HLEB will be off, but I think Wenger may just stick with HLEB (for at least a season). Ljungberg will not be going anywhere, AW is well aware of losing too many experienced players and Freddie is our longest serving player and AW is confident he will be back, firing on all cylinders. Defence will only be touched by ONE and I repeat ONE of Davies £8 million for centre back cover and competition all season and especially during ACoN. Richards for youth/Experience and versatility £10 million or Sagna for versatility £6 million.
A few youths may be bought but when are they not?
Wait and watch all above unfold.
Goonerman
Hi, I just got back from the Hatton fight in Vegas, my missus took me for our anniversary, absolutely brilliant, and to make it even more enjoyable, a shed load of Premier League footballers there too. My wife is a make up artist on ITv's This Morning programme, and bumped into Coleen Mcgloughlin, having worked with her a few times. Anyway, we got invited over to The Bellagio for a drinks reception, last Sunday evening, I was like a kid again, anyway my point is, I was upset at Henry leaving Arsenal, and I took a fair bit of ribbing about it by Rooney. I spoke to him and he said, every player wants to play for Madrid or Barca, it is the pinnacle, and what is more Christiano Ronaldo has one more season at OT, as he promised SAF 2 seasons straight after the world cup in 06. I then asked Rooney about him, and he was a bit more guarded, but said he will be in Spain one day, from 2010/11 for 4 years after which he will return to his beloved Everton to finish his days.
Licester City are considering a possible move for free agent, El Kakouri former Charlton Athletic star.

Mallorca are the latest team to show interest in Leicesters Elvis Hammond.
Roy Keane will speak to Robbie Fowler about a possible move to the Stadium of Light following his withdrawal of an offer for David Nugent.

Richard Wright, who has just been released by Everton is set for a shock move to Newcastle as cover for Shay Give and Steve Harper who both struggled with injuries last season. Also competing for his signature is Sunderland and Fulham.
Blackburn will approach JS Veron who was released by Chelsea this summer. They are also set to sign Claus Jensen within the week.
Ipswich town have, last night, approached Robbie Fowler offering him a one year deal. The Tractor Boys are also set to announce Alan Brazil's new role within the club but it is not to be the role of Director of Football as originally expected.
Saviola willl sign for Celtic in the next few days
Reading another laugahble post just recently. Not only did a Pompey fan namely babble on about being the best team in the south, this proclamation was coupled with a reference to Chelsea as a northern monkey. I found this amusing, geography not your strong point. Harry Redknapp is a decent gaffer and will attract the likes of Makelele but lets face it Nugent has only one destination, look at Sunderland, agreed fee, he is holding out for a dream move to Goodison. Not sure whether this is a good move however, he looked ordinary for Under–21s bar a great goal against Italy. The boys young and got somethin to prove but £7 million is way too pricey. Expect Richardson to drop down in United pecking order be fought over by Everton and Man city while Smith could go anywhere. Everton or Rangers most likely due to European football. Goodison probably mroe likely due to Premier League football yet thsi may depend on the proceedings with Nugent. Another centre back should be introduced. I imagine O'Shea would be a target along with a few Spanish, Italian based centre backs–yet moyesy be hasty remember a certain Per kroldrup what a flop. = Toffeman= P. S any Evertonians know anymore about the clubs statement refering to a wrongly published player signing on the site. thanks
The players joining Liverpool will be:
Fernando Torres not £27 million, 24.5 million
Yossi Benayoun 4.5 million
Alesandro Mancini £14 million
There may also be a centre back but he will not be high profile.
Leaving will be:
Luis Garcia 3.7 million
Djibril Cisse 6.1 million
Craig Bellamy £9 million
Mark Gonzalez £2.9 million
The Mighty Manchester City are poised to try and persuade Torres to ditch his impending move to Liverpool and join them over in Eastlands. They are very keen on him as the new owner asserts his power and hopes to take them into Europe. They are willing to obtain him by any means necessary (beg steal or borrow). bid around 27 mill
Seems unlikely to happen but I hope it does.
True BLUE
Afc will not buy Teves, Martins or Owen now that they have bought Eduardo. However with money from selling Reyes to R. Madrid (7 million) Arsene will look primarily to strenghten the defense by buying Curtis Davis and Sagna. Expect the FC Barcelona raid on Arsenal to continue with Kolo Toure moving there either now or in January and Fabregas to leave next summer for the Catalan club
Norwich have gone in for:
Eastwood £1.8 million + Lewis and Martin on season loan
Brellier Free
Baptiste £300k
Marshall £800k
Strihavka £800k
Unsworth Free
23 year old Quansah, dubbed "the silent killer" by many ghana fans could sign for Udinese this week to join fellow hitman asamoah gyan. he is renowned for his heading ability and off the ball runs, as many goals as games last season, one to look out for.

Rangers stiker Kris Boyd has recently moved into the house next door to me and I have had a few conversations with him over the garden fence. Considering he is a Rangers player he is surprisingly a fairly reasonable guy.
KRIS BOYD Lives in an area where other 'players' or 'football' folks live. so you are either a 'Celtic' Player or a chancer. Boyd's house does not have a garden, it's actually a garden wall and you my friend would need aa step ladder to see over it. CHOOB
Norwich to sign tomasz radzinski and Strihavka
Adriano is poised to make a £24 million pound move to Real Madrid within the coming week. however, a possible obstacle which could stall the deal is a Clause in the proposed contract from Real Madrid which insists that if he joins, he must follow a special personal fitness regime set up by the club. this is due to the concern that Real Madrid have over his body mass and how this affects his movement and performance on the pitch.
Roy Keane has pulled out of the Nugent deal because he felt that if Nugent was not showing the enthusiasm he wants his signings to have to play for SAfc. he will now try to sign Defoe, Alfonso Alves or Alan smith. also Keane will try to sign Baines and Paul McShane this week. if he dusnt get Baines he will go for Paul Robinson. also expect a bid for jaaskelainen if Bolton get Dudek
Darlington are interested in Cheltenham forward Paul Connor who is reportedly keen on a move back to the North–East
Notts Forest will sign Leicester trio Rab Douglas, Elvis Hammond and Darren Kenton for a combined fee of £2 million. Douglas and Hammond have already agreed terms while Kenton is still in talks.

Expect another forward to arrive as well
The bloke who say Crouch is on his way to Upton Park, do you really think curbs will sign Crouch when he's got Ashton, Crouch and Ashton together? no chance
Tevez will stay, also Defoe to sign this week
Atribution to back premier league with a very smug magnusson presenting Bellamy and a little player from Chelsea who broke Dean Ashtons ankle. 100 percent genuine

As I have posted before, my old man works for a major newspaper in sports. Gets few good but true leads on rumours. 50 percent almost, anyway he has sources that say Arsenal representatives have met javier Saviola in London and is due a medical in days for the Gunners.
noely
Ive heard that Keane has already held talks with Alfonso Alves last Tuesday and is all agreed in a deal worth 7.5 million and is to be unveiled at the Stadium of Light on July 1fifth along with the signing of Di Natale of Seville for 3.5 million
Reading the site yesterday I am ever thankfull this time has come and Shola 'Bambi on ice' Ameobi is moving on = ). As for coming in I have on good authority that there is room for four new signings this pre–season, possibly more depending on the one and only Mike Ashley. Geremi is done deal, Edmilson close to completion. The Gudjohnsen deal may go ahead but is looking unlikely. Rumours close to the club suggest that Habib Beye will also be added to Big Sam's squad and a centre half from France who has a funny name so I cannot remember but I will post it when I do. Along with Shola, Steven Carr and Matty Patison will be leaving possibly Babayaro too but Albert Luque will be staying as Sam the Man has already stated he will be given a chance
You heard it from me, Geordie Jim
I have friends in Belfast who have told me that Craig Bellamy wants to sign for Celtic. He has been telling mutual friends that if Celtic's bid of £6 million is accepted (even though Liverpool are hoping for 12 mill) and no matter if Aston Villa or any other bid is accepted he will come back to Celtic. But this all hinges on if Liverpool are willing to let him go for £6 million as Celtic cannot go any higher. (GUARANTEED SOURCE)
Everton will parade Jagielka around Thursday lunchtime. Everton are stalling on a forward ie Nugent, Smith or Defoe as we are waiting for any clubs to move for Beats. Moyes will then concentrate on a centre mid Papa Diop is the daddy.
Man United to let Kieren Richardson leave for Sunderland in a deal worth £2.5 million, also micheal gray is to sign for Sunderland, again on a free. not my cup of tea but hey anything nice for free. sum 1's got to clean Alves's boots right? Keane and quinny have some surprise singnigs over the next few weeks. Sunderland currently in talks with Juve over a £4 million transfer of Marcelo Zelayeta and loan deal which would see Jonathan Zebina apply his trade at the Stadium of Light untill the end of the seanon, the players are to negotiate deals while at the Stadium of Light for the friendly between the 2 sides so the signings will be unexspected. clever stuff from Keane and quinn if you ask me.
Nufc rumours:
Newcastle United will wrap up the massive signing of Klaas Jan Huntelaar from Ajax before the end of the transfer window. He will b a replacement for Oba Martins Edmilson will also complete his move to tyneside either this week or next week
Norwich will not sign Hammond but Ipswich will and the fee will be 700k rising to £1 million if Hammond scored 10 or more goals.
Leicester are looking to progress and push for the premier league.
Couple of Big signings to help.
Svetoslav Todorov Free from Pompey (definite)
Robbie Fowler Free from Liverpool
Lee Hendrie Free from Villa
Sami Hyypia £500k from Liverpool
Alan Stubbs £100k from Everton
Chris Cohen £1.3 million from Yeovil
I work at Portsmouth and know Milan and these are a few of his more realistic targets although thier are another couple of big names he wants kept quiet, could be couple of shocks in the next couple of weeks.

Shaun Wright–Phillips is 100 percent going to Villa. Geremi will chose Newcastle over the Villa as big Sam will offer a bigger basic wage. I know some of theses rumours have been posted here before but they are no longer rumours, they are fact. the director –

Micheal Ricketts (Free Agent) Free
Wolverhampton Wanderers to sign: –
Scott Sinclair
Matty Fryatt
Billy Sharpe/Freddy Eastwood
Big news 4 Newcastle United but good and bad news. Owen and Martins are staying but someone more key than those two is leaving and that is shay given. given is not impressed that he is regarded as a excellent kepper yet he has never won a medal. with this thought in mind he will make the trek down to Arsenal to replace lehman.
Liverpool news: Torres in the bag 4 £21 million + Garcia on a 6 year deal on £90,000 a week. to follow is Mancini for £10 million + beallemy. kaladze and David bently to follow for £4 million and £12 million respectivly. that is all
To the Celtic fan who said rigters will sign on Thursday, unlucky he decided to go to a mediocer EPL side insted because surprise surprise they can offer more money, as a Rangers fan I know this feeling only too well. i. e Faubert going to West Ham and practically everyone else we have tried to sign heading elsewhere.
there is prob a good chance boydie will head down south for a ridiculous price prob £5 million upwards to an average EPL team with far too much cash. cuellar deal is done and he will be paraded on Wednesday same with naisey. expext Robbie Fowler to be signed after his "noone wants to sign me" slot on sky sports. also expect another yank to be signed as Beasley has been singing the praises of murry park to his international team mates and friends. unsure what to make of the talk but I have heard a wee whisper that Adu will come in on loan for a season while he sorts out a fulltime move the uk with an EPL team, apparently Chelsea
West Ham will be selling Yossi Benayoun to Liverpool within the next seven days, although Portsmouth have shown late interest. These are FACTS. I coach at West Ham.
