Notts County and Peterborough are to fight it out for the signature of Plymouth Winger-come-left-back Onismor Bhasera after a string of good, eye-catching performances for the Pilgrims.

Next joke! Window shut and Plymouth Don't Loan out there best players.

Baz would only join a Championship team if he did move

Why would he go to either of these teams? Bas is Argyle through and through and knows were on the up!

Why would he choose these teams over Plymouth? Have you looked at the league tables in the last few seasons?
Plymouth on the up? You have had a massive fall in recent years and there is no sign or reason that will change at all.
Good luck to the lad if he does want to go.

Peterborough are in the Championship and I doubt this will happen now the window's shut.

Dont be silly, no plymouth player would stay if they got a offer from a championship club

We are on the up, wahaha omg that was funny!! we are on the down. we will be another relegation fight!! Baz will go! eventually. J

I'm an Argyle fan, and I have to agree with these comments.. we're on a slight up as I don't think we'll be in a relegation scrap but that's it and of course he'd choose those teams over us. They're in a higher league, no other reason needed!

He has a cracking game against Northampton and now everyone wants him??

Complete tosh

You are all saying he wouldnt come to posh, of course he would. we are alot higher in the divisions then plymouth

Bas is a quality player - just in a new look side. It wasn't long agao he was a prem quality footballer - I'm not surprised teams are interested in him..

I think hes a good player but a bit over rated

Preston to sign Chuks Aneke on loan when the loan window opens

Please don't loan him!!! we had him last year, hes overweight and awful, we have got more than enough centre midfielders as it is!

Chuks Aneke is far to casual, he is seriously overated.........we don't want him

Italian press state that Southampton Fc have approached Del Piero with a contract as the free agent has yet to formalise his deal with Sydney FC. Interest has also came from both Celtic and Liverpool.

Maybe that's the reason Billy has been shoved out, more commercial value in Del Piero.
Reckon over a season with a reasonable
amount of games Billy would've scored more though.

Aussie press reporting that he is set to be announced for Sydney FC tomorrow morning at 11am press conference in Turin, after agreeing terms. Looks like a done deal now

He would just be good as a role model for other players and the youth. He might even stay as a coach if he likes it!

Totally agree, everything comes down to money these days, pity though.

Confirmed to Sydney

michael owen is being lined up for a sensational return to boy hood club liverpool.the striker will pen a deal until january with the option of a further 6 months if all goes steadily

Liverpool isnt his boyhood club, he was born just outside wales so supported everton.

He'll be injured by November

Wow that would be a desperate move from Liverpool and the manager excepting a massive mistake and Owen is 32 and past it

Owen far from past it, but he has said today that he has several offers on the table and will decide next week, so the poster is talking bs

Does Owen want to play football?

Owen is a flop he would never cum to liverpool there are lots of strikers out there

Notts County are expected to sign Derby winger Ben Davies on loan in the next few days. Shrewsbury Town are also reported to be interested.

Hope it's true

Shrewsbury wont be able to compete with us as ben davies still lives in nottingham and hes loved by our fans.

Town don't need a winger

It not true (GT)

It not true (GT)

Town will if Parry goes upfront

Ben Davies is loved by Shrewsbury fans as well, mate. He played a lot more games for Shrewsbury than he did for County. Shrewsbury won't be signing him though as we don't need a midfielder. This particular rumour is false.

I dont think town fans were keen on his Cartwheel after scoring. No respect

The cart wheel was good.

That was a big result for County at the time though. I can see why he did it.

The cartwheel after scoring vs Shrewsbury for County

Derby County are to sign St Patrick's Athletic midfielder Chris Forrester as soon as the Irish season finishes.

03 Sep 2012 14:58:17
Tottenham are set to make a surprise offer to former Liverpool and Newcastle striker Michael Owen. The 32 year old is looking for a new club and is also set to hold talks with Dutch champions Ajax.

03 Sep 2012 14:57:00
19 year old Danny Wilson to Bristol City on loan.

Would love it!

Good rumour, hope it will happen

Cant see that, liverpool just paid 5m for him

Definitely happening.

I hope this will happen!

He went on loan to blackpool last year ..............

03 Sep 2012 14:21:16
Norwich City want to sign Jamie Mackie from league rivals QPR in the new year.

Doubt very much. Wouldn't fit in the team. Good work rate but Snodgrass, Pilkington, Bennett, I say no more

£5million and he's all your's

03 Sep 2012 13:49:59
Man Utd forward 'Kiko' Macheda is thought to be on Huddersfield rader as replacement centre forward for Jordan Rhodes. Sir Alex is keen to develope him at Championship level after a short spell (prior to a knee injury) at QPR late last season.

Hope not hes useless

Damn awful footballer but lucky for Hudd's think he's going to turkey. Something poetic in that selling the turks a turkey {Ed003's Note - I'm missing the poetry,sorry ;) }

I think you meant poultry...

03 Sep 2012 13:48:52
Swansea City are set to make a loan bid for either Ryan Bertrand or Aidan White as Neil Taylor is out for the season.

Premier league teams can't make loan moves outside the transfer window.

Nonsense, they can only go for free agents

Premier League teams can't sign anyone on loan until the January transfer window. They can only sign free agents at the moment. {Ed003's Note - Or youngsters from abroad on loan}

As if white would go on loan anyway

Loan window shut

Is this true, I thought a loan window opens after the transfer window closes?? can someone confirm? Ed? {Ed003's Note - Football league clubs can use the emergency loan window from next week,Prem clubs cannot use the emergency loan window}

Didnt man city sign a keeper on emergency loan a couple of seasons ago? So what's the difference? {Ed003's Note - They did because they had no other fit keepers}

Emergency Loan only applies below Prem

I posted the comment about man city(above) they did if I remember correctly they had shay given and Taylor out injured but they had a 3rd choice keeper but refused to play him, swans have a youth left back, so we should be allowed an emergency loan, the same rules should apply!

We don't even need a 1st choice LB in my opinion we just need cover incase, god forbid, the same thing happens to Ben Davies

03 Sep 2012 13:43:09
Kallum Higginbotham on loan to Barnsley again as Huddersfield bring in a free agent striker and a loan one as well. Frazier Campbell or Jermain Defoe(sorry Beckford lol ) are the priority loan forwards that Town are looking at as the missing jigsaw piece in their team.

Jermain Defoe is not going to go to Huddersfield. Last week he signed a new 3yea deal saying h3e wants to break back into the 1st team at spurs. Town didnt get a few players because he didnt want to pay their high wages recently so if he wanted Defoe he certainly wouldnt pay his wages.

Read it properly - he's talking about Beckford not Defoe. It's a JOKE!

^ read the post properly defoe was a joke!

Should have gone to specsavers!

Defoe, not a chance in hell.

Have all Spurs fans had a humour bypass?(well I suppose looking at the start to their season and the dodo they've got as a manager its not surprising! )

Defoe to huddersfield ,stop making up such rubbish, good luck back in league 1 next season when Barnsley relagate you

Poor Joke - sounds like your sending an apoligy to beckford...

Haahha should have definatley gone to specsavers

03 Sep 2012 13:37:04
Huddersfield are set to announce a free agent signing on Friday - subject to a medical - on a 12 month pay as you play contract. A target man for James Vaughan to feed off - Emile Heskey. Also said to be interested in starting coaching badges SG sees it as win /win deal for both parties.

Hes at Charlton mate.

03 Sep 2012 13:16:33
northampton fc are to sign Lloyd Doyley
and Ross jenkins on a season lone with a view to a perminent contract

No he is not Watford legend and won't be leaving any time soon

A Llody Doyley. They're welcome to Jenkins, though.

03 Sep 2012 12:41:22
New BEC Tero Sasana manager Sven Goran Eriksson is close to taking three European players to Thailand.
Eskisehirspor striker Diomansy Kamara is close to signing on a lucrative three year deal. The former Modena hitman is wanting a move away from Turkey and is willing to move to Asia.
Another lucrative contract to be laid out is set to be Benfica defender Miguel Vitor. The 23 year old defender has been relegated to the reserves after a training ground bust up and is set to sign a 'huge' contract in Thailand to get his career back on track$
Finally, Eriksson is set to raid his former club Leicester. 22 year old striker Martyn Waghorn is set to sign a season long loan deal as he hopes to get sharp and fit from some horrible injuries.

03 Sep 2012 09:43:48
Bournemouth are set to loan Brett Pittman from Bristol city and Anton Robinson from Huddersfield when the emergency loan window opens and complete the signings on permanent basis when the January transfer window opens

Hope so Robinson is unlikely to get a kick in the first team this season. He must be a useful player but has never shown it in his time here.

Loans can be made permanent at any time apparently you dont need a transfer window

Hope the Robinson deal is correct. He's been poor for us, and we will be glad to get him off the wage bill

Pitman will not feature at the gate anyway so may aswell ship him off somewhere for a few months, hopefully sort his attitude out!

Hardly an emergency loan now is it?

It is after last nights
performance

Both Pitman and Robinson would be welcomed back at afcb, neither have set the world on fire at their respective clubs and would regain their lost form if loaned to bournemouth. The squad would be to large so bournemouth loaning out would need to take place.

03 sep 2012 09:21:52
any bristol city loan news please.

City signing centre back Alan Tate on loan for the rest of the season. If that doesn't happen then city will sign ibrahima sonko on loan.

City will sign beckford from leicester on a lon till January

The usual names will Pop up for the city, monk and out of contract amougou, Danny Wilson of Liverpool is being linked though, season loan!, need another caulker!!

Beckford? we have Stead, Taylor, Pitman, Baldock and Davies. which are all great championship players who would be challenging for a place at any championship team.

03 Sep 2012 08:44:14
Exeter are set to add Jake Taylor on loan from Reading. The striker spent last season on loan at Exeter in a succesful loan spell.

He's not a striker, he's an attacking midfielder.

He played striker for Exeter a lot tho.

orry to say Blues fans, Ryan Hall will move to a Championship club, probably Peterborough or Blackpool, on loan until Jan witha view to a permanent move in a fee of 250k originally add ons may be included. bilel will also move on loan with the same format as Hall's move though Blues will be looking for 300-350k. Southend will sue their new funds to sign Luke Rooney on loan from Swindon until Jan, Andy Mangan for 150k from Fleetwood, extend Britt's move until Jan, and are also targetting either York's Ashley Chambers or a loan striker from a championship club. The latter in my post ive only heard but the rest IS a reliable source. Southend will not sign Akinfenwa as they could not agree a fee nor wages with Bayo on Friday.

Sturrock states he has a meeting with Hall on Monday

Could be coming to posh to replace George Boyd who's supposed to be joining Ipswich in the next couple of weeks

We can't afford 150k for a striker

03 Sep 2012 03:22:30
It seems Harry Kewell is still waiting for the go ahead from Boro? Has anybody heard anything on this.

Yer ,no one wants him ,sorry

03 Sep 2012 02:24:28
rob hulse or daniel bogdanovic to sign on ermegency loan with portsmouth when it opens.

The BOG will but on a free as he has no club

Hulse would be brilliant but Bogdanovic more likely. Also hoping that Chris Wood from WBA could arrive on loan.

Dont think hulse will come now

03 Sep 2012 02:12:00
Bristol Rovers looking to sign Jason Roberts on loan to end of season.

Well this cant happen! the loan window is only open for emergency loans up to 90 days!

Haha no chance. He's just returned to the prem, and you think he'd going to drop down to league 2. Dreamer. UTG
