D.I.C have always came out and denied it they hav'nt this time when it was reported at the weekend. They are working on behalf of Sheikh Mohammed to buy the club himself. Amanda Staveley is meant to be heavinly involved in the takeover and Sheikh Mommed and his son in law Sheikh Monsor(MAN CITY) have or had shares in Barcleys. I know this because i've read a few articles on the web about the main players in the deal who have or had tie's with Barcleys if you don't believe me check yourself. Coincedence i don't think so. There is no truth or any substance to the rumour that Sheikh Mohammed (or/via) DIC is buying Liverpool, I do n't think he is even thinking about it, ie there is no bids or approach from him or DIC , There is/was an interest from shiekh Sultan bin Mohamed Al–Qasimi ruler of Sharjah fronted by a syrian business man, but not sure if they dropped out or still in negotiations . I frequent Dubia and have lots of friends there some within DIC and I can assure you this kind of news does not stay a secret for long over there . It would have been great if Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum did take over, he is a sports man with a lot of integrity and money , but he was turned down twice , he won't bid again, he is happy sticking to horses, the best in the world.

To all the arsenal fans who think arsenal will sign 6 or 7 players, this will never happen. Wenger will only buy 4 players max. plus Chamakh who we all know he is coming in the summer.
We will sign a keeper, two defenders and a midfielder(possibly).
keeper: Skelenburg/Neuer/Adler/Frey
Most likely Frey because of his experience and this leaves time for mannone and sczezney to improve.
defence: Kjaer/Cahill/Sakho/Subotic
Most likely Kjaer and Cahill because arsenal lack height and they need a few english players in.
midfeilder: Melo/Matuidi/Sissoko
Most lilkely Moussa Sissoko because he is young and he will also be able to play further up a bit.
As for players leaving I have no idea but it should be Fabianski after his terrible few performances towards the end of the season and maybe gallas and silvestre.

There is another good selection of Arsenal transfer rumours coming in today, and this time we have THREE goalkeepers on the list. I suppose because Lukasz Fabianski has come under fire again after yesterdays defeat to Blackburn, the papers are absolutely determined to put every available goalkeeper in the world in the frame for a move to the Emirates.
Joe Hart has been linked for a while now, but I seriously can't see Man City selling him now that he has gained some Premiership experience at Birmingham, especially now they have seen the need for a competent substitute for Given.
Robert Green is a new name on the list, and probably only because David Sullivan said that ALL the West Ham players were up for sale. But is he really that much better than Almunia or Fabianski? I'm not sure on that score.
Now Gianluigi Buffon has been a World class keeper for some time and would be welcomed with open arms by the Arsenal fans, and he indicated today that he is likely to leave Juventus, and the Premier League is his likely destination.
Buffon said today: "If I had to leave, I think England would be my destination. My desire to leave Juve is equal to that of Juve's will to have me leave.
"At this time there is nothing to discuss but there are two weeks to go before the end of the season and anything can happen.

There are a lot of quotes from Loic Remy again being aired widely today, saying that he is very keen on joining Arsenal.

Manchester United Summer Transfers:
This will probably shock a few people – especially those who think we have £1b to spend this summer! However, there are only two players whom SAF is looking to bring into Old Traffold:
1. Mario Balotelli (Inter)
2. Steven Defour (Standard) or Michel Bastos (Lyon)
Mario Balotelli – Outstanding potential, with attitude problems. What most do not know is that he gets racially abused in almost every game in Italy.. wouldn't you get a little pissed off too? SAF is confident a fresh start, and an arm around the shoulder of this kid will do wonders – plus SAF is confident he can pick him up for quite cheap taking into consideration his talent.
Defour or Bastos – Both wonderful players, and more than likely Defour will be the one who makes the move. Everyone knows about the letter SAF sent to Steven when he got injured 'good luck.. we're monitoring the situation, blah, blah' – so this is no secret.
The only major exit in the Summer will be Carrick – with Petrucci making the step up next season to fight with Defour for a starting place in the first XI.
I'd love to say Villa, Silva, Kaka, etc, etc – but unfortunately, it's the above. Even still, I don't think the above are bad moves in all honesty.

I have some rumours about Newcastle United which i have received from a reliable source. For example, this same source told me that Michael Owen would end up at Manchester United long before it happened. This was a move nobody expected!
Anyway, despite Newcastle experiencing financial trouble they will still be very active in the transfer market to strengthen their sqaud with expereinced Premier League players as well as sell some of their squad players.

For Left Back we may sign a solid player, if Aurelio leaves (free.) Most probably a competition for Insua. But lately Agger has been impressing at LB?
So depending on who Rafa signs for the wing backs is the money we've got on the "world class" players we're gonna sign, as Benitez said we need five signings. So i'm guessing long term target David Silva might sign (£22m) and Lee Chung Yong (£8m) for the flanks.

Just heard a cracker of a rumour at work! Apparently Benitez is staying at Liverpool and will bid £24 million to Man City for the trio of Bridge / Wright–Phillips and..(wait for it)..Bellamy! Yep, Rafa has accepted he was wrong in selling the welshman and wants him back. Not sure what he will say as he has fallen out with Mancini as has Wright–Phillips. Bridge has no issues with the manager but the club is expected to spend big in the summer and Bridge will probably find himself as a second (or even third choice) left back.
If all 3 join, this will also help the Pools british quota for the coming regulations.

Benitez has again today dismissed talk of his exit. Ignorrant liverpool fans haven't realised that he is on a long term contract and wants to build a stable, young team which will win trophies consistantly in the future (much like united have done over the last 20 years.) He is basing the club structure on a barcelona style academy which is what much of the recent money has been spent on, a completely new coaching staff including the man that created messi, fabrgeas and pacheco at barca.
In conclusion, expect Rafa to stay and more teenagers to arrive alongside Shelvey and Sterling. The rest of the squad will be trimmed to retain only the cream of the crop and my best guess is that Kolarov(LB), Van der Vaart (LM/AM) and Jovanovic (CF/LM) will be the only senior arrivals, all stars will stay to see if next season goes well. Martin Jol will replace Gianfranco Zola as West Ham manager later this month.
Deals have been struck with West Brom and Reading for Dorrans and Sigurdsson, the deal is believed to be worth about 9 million pounds for both.
No more players will be signed or sold until Martin Jol takes over, Jol was determined in the negotiations with Sullivan and Gold about that he had to have full control over who comes in and who goes out, it is not specifically known how much budget he will get but changes will be made and money will be spent.
New investment in the club is expected in June, but details about that will be in the media soon.

Liverpool & Benitez are tracking 4 more British youngsters this summer. They will make 7.5mil (rising to 10mil) bid for Wigan duo Victor Moses and and James McCarthy. They will however let them both stay at the club for another season. They will also bid 3.5mil (rising to 5mil) for Connor Wickham. Ipswich want him back on loan but Liverpool want to develop him tactically for a season. Danny Wilson is very likely to join for 3mil.
For the 1st team he wants a Left Back, Back–up Right back, left footed left winger, right footed left inside forward and a centre forward.
He has targetted Aleksandar Kolarov (13mil) for LB, Vasillis Torosidis (6mil) for Right Back and Luis Fabiano (13mil) as a centre forward.

Birming and Wolves both want Stoke's out of favour Liam Lawrence with James Beattie and Dave Kitson also leaving the Brit in the Summer.
Jermaine Pennant will join the potters as Stoke also chase Steve Sidwell and another ambitious bid for Peter Crouch.

Barnsley boss Mark Robins has straight away started his big clearout at Oakwell as he looks to take the club forward and challenge higher up the Coca–Cola Championship table. On the incoming transfer front it has been well documented that Patrick Cryne has told Robins that money is available and Barnsley are already in talks with 2 players in the SPL. Jim O'Brien of Motherwell has already spoken to the club and stated that talks were positive but, nothing concrete is in place. The other player wanting out of Scotland is Hibernian striker Derek Riordan and he is by all acounts close to agreeing terms at Oakwell.
Carl Dickinson will be returning to Barnsley but with a 3–year contract and also returning will be his current team mate Ryan Shotton but, unfortunately this will only be a season long loan. Adam Le Fondre and Nicky Law have been rumoured to be on their way to the Reds, I can confirm that the Nicky Law one has absolutely no truth in it but, Adam Le Fondre has signed a pre–contract with Barnsley back in January and will become a full Barnsley player on July 1st.

Lots of Rangers fans on here posting rumours now that Ellis has shown his hand. Where are you getting your information from because its wrong, and I am a Rangers fan.
Rangers will not be signing players for 3 Mill +, as they will be following a viable business plan to run in the black. I doubt very much that Chris Brunt will come, although he would want to, West Brom won't sell for less that 4 Mil. Steven Fletcher, why would Burnley sell him for a loss when there are teams in England (and Celtic) sniffing around him.
To the other guy who posted that we are selling S. Smith, Beasley and Boyd. They are out of contract, so we don't get a fee. They can go for NOWT.
The only rumours I have are we will sell McGregor if theams are interested, but the price would be around 3–4 Mill. Boughera will leave, and I have posted this before but was shot down with my prices. Rangers rejected a 5M bid from Bordeaux in Jan, and a holding out till the World Cup to push his price up. I said before that it would be 9M, but 7M seems to be the price mentioned.
Young Wilson will leave if he does not sign a contract as Rangers are unwilling to let him go for a nominal price next summer. 3 other players are out of contract next summer, so we may sell them if we cannot offer them a new contract.
Now onto the buying front. There will be no Rino Gattuso or Chris Eagles as stated (Wages and no desire to play in Scotland yet). Rangers have a wage structure that will allow some flexibility with players leaving, but they will not offer anyone more that 20k per week. The most likely players are from the SPL and europe. I expect 2 signings, and one to replace every departure.
Possibilities Include; Goodwillie, McArthur, Goncalves, Arfield, Tuffy, Stewart etc.
I hope that we have the funds for 2 reasonably big names i.e lower end of Premiership.
Sorry If I have posted what you don't want to hear, but Rangers will no longer go down the route of Murray again.
P.S. Celtic will follow suite, they are just in a better position at the moment, but a few years of no Champions League money will hit them hard.

Any rumours concerning the Big 3, Tottenham, Man City and Liverpool is pure speculation, being dependant on the outcome of so many events spread out over several months, including a possible takeover at Man Utd from either the Red Knights or another propective buyer, will Abramovich spend, will Wenger buy, who gets 4th place and whether Benitez will remain at Liverpool.
If Man City get 4th place and the Champions League then getting the best players will be so much easier. However this will be unknown until next weekend. If City fail, will the impetus and the money still be there? I expect so.
Recognised as the biggest club in the world but with a millstone around its neck may be an opportunity to draw out a potential buyer for Man Utd and money to spend. Although an outsider this would totally transform the whole market, as spending rivals to Man City and Chelsea.
Abramovich could release millions to refurbish an ageing side, bringing them into direct competition with Man City. Prices at the top will be silly, especially if Utd have funds and Madrid and Barca decide to complete for the best, all likely. Wenger will have to be prudent with the money he gets but expect him to spend as another trophyless season will inevitably generate discontent amongst the patient Arsenal faithful.
The Benitez departure can go one of 4 ways: (a) an Italian club wants him (goodness knows why) and he leaves by mutual consent with small compensation amounts (b) a takeover happens or an investment is made in which Benitez and his entourage are shown the door at a total cost of about £25m (c) no takeover or Italian interest but Benitez's conscience forces him to resign – oh yeah, that's going to happen!! (d) none of the above and Benitez stays.
As for Mourinho going to Liverpool, unless a takeover with the prospects of £100m+ to spend, then just another pipe–dream. He seems destined for Old Trafford in a year or two.
Throw in the World Cup as another factor and nothing seems certain. So many factors to consider, it could well be a drip, drip start to the transfer window with an avalanche towards the end.

Sky sports have just announced that the red knights have agreed a price of what to offer the glazers, they have raised all of the funds and will make an offer in early june!
i can also report that they will be keeping the 500m fan bond scheme going as they do not see it as a problem, the main problem is the glazers 216m that is milking the club dry, a figure has not been mentioned but even if the red knights were to offer 716m am i right in saying once the glazers have paid off their 216m debt they will have pocketed a profit of 500m?

LFC: Rafa has built a list of transfer targets for the summer but all talks have been suspended until Rafa has met with Broughton. Rafa wants assurances about the takeover and transfer funds available. He will not get what he wants and his move to Juve will be announced after the Hull game. Broughton will try to convince Rafa to do the decent thing and NOT resign, so that LFC will receive compensation. This will involve Rafa losing out on a 5m signing on bonus so the talks will get heated. However, rafa has a lot of integrity and wants to be remembered well by the fans so may do the club one last favour.
I understand that Maurinho has been approached by at least one of the parties interested in buying the club. Rafa's departure may be the catalyst for the takeover as the new owners will want to start the rebuild asap. Sheikh Mohammed al–Maktoum, not DIC (Dubai International Capital) is interested in buying Liverpool. The £450m offer which was taken off the table in March after break down in negotiations with Tom Hicks will be re–submitted and accepted. Sameer Al–Ansari will be the new chief executive with Christian Purslow becoming a director.
Sheikh Mohammed wants to compete with Abu Dhabi owner Sheikh Mansour, and willing to back whoever becomes manager in the transfer market. Jose Mourinho target no.1, with Frank Rikjaard back up option. Between £50–100m will be available to the new manager, with work starting on the new stadium. Takeover should be completed at the end of June, with a new manager installed July 1st. Benitez will leave for Juventus. Gerrard and Torres will not be leaving!

Aguero – publicy praising the club, and saying he would relish the change to play alongside Lampard, Drogba and co.
Schweinsteiger – Looking to move from Bayern, Chelsea probably his best footballing option.
Maicon – A long term target. Versatile on both left and right of defence. Would give Cole and Ivanovic a run for their money.
Sergion Asenjo – Turnbull not impressing Ancelotti, Hilario retiring.
