Barcelona have told Cesc Febragas that if he states that he would say yes then they will bid for him at the end of the season. He will not leave mid season in January but come the end of the season he is willing to consider this as there is genuine concerne that Arsenal will not be in the Champions League next season.

–––––––––––––––––––––LFC NEWS–––––––––––––––––––––
Liverpool are ready to make an offer for Scheinstieger in January as they would be able to pick him up for 1 or 2 million instead of getting involved in the battle with all of Europes top clubs at the end of the season.
Can i clear up a comment posted earlier, Tony Cottee is not in anyway attached to a consortium take over bid of west ham utd. the current owners are not yet selling the club as west ham are still in a position of income covers debt. In the same breath there is speculation that there is contact with a south african buisnessman with a large interest with south african airways. rumour or true i don't know but it looks as if the dust is settling in east london for now. west ham january transfer. IN. Fereira(che),. n'zogbia(new). . OUT. quasie, davenport, faubert, spector, ashton,. THE MOLE
Viduka contract is to be cancelled with the loss of 1mil give or take a couple of bob. Martins is going to stay, Owen still may go as the new contract he has been working with has reached its limit ie he wants more cash and there isnt going to be any. Ismael Miller of WBA maybe a surprise target along with some experience to steady the boat as it struggles up stream. Taylor may also be cashed in on, he maybe part of a deal that will see Yobo/Lescott move north. Not these Everton players may also be in package regarding Owen. Kinnear would also like to bring in another Argentine with Getafes Daniel Díaz and Munichs Martín Demichelis with Xisco going out on loan for the former. James Beatty could also be heading to SJP, he and Zigic have been highlighted to bring in as a targetman.
These are all possible targets if the club is NOT sold by Xmas.
My uncles friends brother works at hull fc and he has told me that they will make a cheeky attempt to sign ronaldo ( the chubby one) on a free transfer in january. Geovanni has talked to ronaldo and he "apparently" said he would go to hull if manchester city don't make an attempt to sign him.Weather you believe me or not This will happen if city don't offer him a contract.
Kevin davies is coming to play for sheffield united this january on loan With a view to a permanent move in the summer this has been telled by 1 one of kevin davies good friends. this is because he is currently unhappy at the reebok with gary megson
Heard from a friend who has seen on the net that Aston Villa might just nip in to pinch David Beckham in January. As a Villa fan, iv not got my hopes for that. Lets not get carried away!!
Liverpool FC will not spend big in the summer. Lets face it, big moves rarely happen in Jan. Rafinha is still a target to strengthen the right back position as Deggen isn't showing any quality even when he's fit. There may also be a bid for a goalscorer. Zaki is now on the radar of many big clubs but Rafa won't pay over the odds, as usual. Heskey is a realistic option but he may price himself out of a move and may not be ebough of an out and out striker for the type the squad needs. Also look out for Shweinsteiger on the cheap.
Arsene wenger is set to sign joleon lescott from everton as he's unsettled this means that Gallas will leave in the summer.
Roy Keane hadn't planned on spending too much during the January transfer window but with the recent result against Chelsea he is now interested in signing Darrent Bent (Tottenham) and Joleon Lescott (Everton)
Crystal Palace want to snatch Leroy Lita from under Norwich City's noses in January but will not sell Watson as they will do a separate deal with Reading. Also Scott Sinclair could join in January
Sadly, as a big Arsenal fan, I am fearing the worst. To me, it looks like another season that we don't win anything and will be lucky to finish fourth. I am fearing the end of the Wenger era and I think some key players will go. I think that Adebayor may go, as he hasn't proved he is a top striker this season. Fabregas may go, but I think he will keep faith in the team for at least another year, as will Toure, Clichy and Walcott. Hopefully a few players will leave, Djourou, Senderos (for good!), and maybe Denilson or someone. Then I think that many new players will be bought, as we will need, a top class striker that will score at almost every attempt,
Huntelaar
Aguero/ Benzema, if possible
Sturridge
Maybe Kevin Doyle?
and maybe Benjani, as he won't get much playing time at Man City because of Robinho etc
and some young South American striker for the future.
A good tough centre Midfielder:
Diara Real Madrid
Miguel Veloso or Jao Moutinho
Yaya Toure
David Wheater?
A good attacking Midfielder to support Fabregas
Iniesta
Bojan
David Silva
Kerlon?
And a good centre–back
Zapata
Maybe Kompany if we could get him off Man City
Distin?
And some youngsters for the future

I fear there are bad days for Arsenal
Celtic – Heard a wee whisper that the injuries to Samaras and JVoH, although not career threatening, are causing concern in the time that they could take to regain 100% fitness. With this in mind WGS has made tentative moves to see if the King of Kings (Henke Larsson to all you heathens) would consider a short term deal in January. Initial response is 20–80 against but euro involvment (even in uefa cup) may sway him to make a dramatic return. Also heard that Silvinho of Barcelona is on his way in similar deal.
  Chelsea for the title !
they are by far the best and have a hit list for january including huntelaar and schweinstiger!
Also as a neutral i hope Hull keep up their top form and Newcastle and Stoke stay in the premiership!
cmon you blues
Will be interesting to see who City go for come Jan. I fully expect bids for Santa Cruz, Villa, Aguero, Lahm and other high–profile stars. Likely to get Santa Cruz after what he said about joining them. Personally I see Benjani going the other way too. Kompany has been good this season in parts but I expect a bid for a top end DM, Bids will probably be lodged for Veloso and Diarra. To guess Id see city adding Cruz, Diarra, Veloso and a decent left back.
To the guy who claimed Everton will sign Darren Fletcher for £7m is way off the mark.
1. Fletcher is worth more than £7m
2. I doubt Manchester United will sell their most consistent performer this year for such a small fee.
3. Everton do not need another centre midfielder. They need a striker who can put the ball in the net on a consistent basis.

Anyway onto rumours:
Manucho will be allowed to join West Brom on loan til the end of the season.
Bolton may cut the losses with Johan Elmander and let him move to Italian side Genoa for 8 million pounds. Bolton will then move for Kris Boyd.
Joe Ledley is a target for Newcastle for £7 million

The Matador
Manchester United are looking at bringing in another striker during January. Although several ideas have been put forward in the boardroom, the selected targets appear to be:

Henrik Larsson (In for a second spell)
Kevin Doyle (Currently smashing them in for Reading)
Stefano Okaka Chuka (AS Roma hot–shot)

Manchester United are considering, if none of the above can be persuaded to join, recalling Frazier Campbell from his loan at Tottenham Hotspur. This would cost a small amount of compensation however, and Manchester United are reluctant to spend money on a player they own.

You heard it hear first.
Portsmouth's new boss (Former Gunner Tony Adams) is looking to bring in a few of his old Arsenal team–mates. Targets include:

Inter Milan's Patrick Vieira
Villarreal's Robert Pires
Seattle Sounders' Freddy Ljungberg (Short–term loan)

Adams is preparing for Harry Redknapp's attempts to ransack Portsmouth following his move to Tottenham Hostpur, with Redknapp lining up a short–list of:

Jermaine Defoe (How the tides turn. .)
Niko Kranjcar
Lassana Diarra

Redknapp is happy to offer some of his new Tottenham players to Adams. A few players he sees as "Surplus to requirements" include:

Hossam Ghaly
Paul Stalteri
Benoît Assou–Ekotto

Redknapp is also happy to offer Portsmouth the loan signings of Kevin–Prince Boateng and Adel Taarabt.

You heard it here first.
Leeds Utd wonderkid Fabian Delph has vowed to stay with the whites claiming he "owes Leeds United"
Jerry Smart
All Villa fans over–rate their players, and the over price them. No Villa Player would be able to maintain a place in any of the BIG 4's starting 11's, Barry is the only one that comes close.
As for Arsenal fans, They are just hoping that they sign people, and throwing as many names about as possible, because they all know big names will leave this year, if no trophys are won. e.g. Adebayor, Fabregas, Gallas, Clichy. . the list goes on.
We all know chelsea are going to win the league, utd will sign no1 and let ronaldo go, liverpool will continue to be rumoured with a takeover and eventually sign sergio aguero, and HOPEFULLY Newcastle will get relegated!

Footballs No1 Fan
With Tony Adams leading Pompey nowhere except further down the table expect Diarra to move to Liverpool in jan for £11m. This will be as a replacement for alonso who will complete a move to juve or arsenal in also in jan. Rafa will also try to boost his attaking options with heskey for a knock down price of £3m on a two year contract.

Finally City will bring in two huge signings in jan – Karim Benzema for £32m and Carlos Tevez for £25m as well as strenghening the defense with signings such as Wheater and Distin.

(Shaz#4 may want to read this) Much is being made of the disruption in the Arsenal dressing room, as well as some of the performances this season. . thses are worrying to any Arsenal fan, however, do not underestimate the faith the players have. Just because we have dropped points to poor clubs does not mean our highly rated players will leave, if Cesc and Ade where going to go, they would have already gone. Even if we do not win anything this season I would expect these players to have the integrity, and ambition to realise they are the core of the team, and personify what Arsenal are; a club of integrity, history and pure football.
With regards to siginings, it is well reported that Wenger enquired, but for several reasons was not able to sign any of the holding midfielders identified, so you would expect him to have scouted a list of targets for january, possibly:–
Yaya Toure
Matuidi
Barry
Alonso
Obviously thses are only my interperetation of the evidence, in my opinion I would love to see the following become part of the Arsenal:–
Miguel Veloso
De Jong
. . and in a World where we didn't have the integrity we do, and accepted copious amounts of outside cash, these players would be on my hit–list:–
Iniesta
Schweinstiger
Robben (contraversial)
. and dare I say it; Flamini!!

  ((( AFC Bulletin )))

Gallas 2 leave AFC as might RVP,Toure, and some others come Jan .Its been known if AW is unable 2 sign Gareth Barry then he might try 2 bring David Bentley back 2 AFC . AW is also interested in making a move 4 Carlos Tevas and Klass Huntelaar in Jan .
  Manchester United News: ~~
Fergie to offload Owen Hargreaves in January and to sign Douglas Costa from Gremio.100% guaranteed. most probably Hargreaves will be off to the blue side of the Manchester and Micah Richards could be heading to the other way. .you heard it here first. 'Senna'
Rangers will offload Allen McGregor too Spurs for £7.5 million in the January window, McGregor is keen too join up with his mate Hutton, Rangers will use the fee to sign Fletcher (Hibs), Langfied and Mulgrew (Aberdeen).
  The truth at arsenal;
They gave 2 goals away in 4 minutes
They cant grind out a result
They cant defend set pieces
Behind the scenes there is NOTHING WRONG
Though the dressing room unrest stories are pretty funny!
Wenger will look to sign players in janurary as there will be many players available, he will try to sign;
Given/ Hart(wont get enough first team football when city sign Buffon)
Onougha/ Naughton
Barry/ Alonso/ Y.Toure
Iniesta
Delph/ Afellay
=Summer
A tall strong and quick center back will also be signed in the summer and Gallas will either go the other way in part–ex or to Barca as part–ex with iniesta.
The captaincy will go to Kolo and cesc will become vice–captain.
The departure list will look like this;
Almunia
Eboue
Gallas
Senderos
Bendtdner
=summer
Wenger will leave arsenal as soon as the French national team job becomes available, probably in the summer. Marco van basten will take over as boss with dennis bergkamp as his number one. Expect some serious transfer activity during the summer, with huntelaar joining and adebayor leaving.
Man it's will confirm in March 2010 that fergie will be retiring. Although no announcement on a replacement will be made, mourinho hill take over once the season has finished. He will ask giggs, scholes and Neville to take major roles within the backroom staff.

  EFC Rumours

Moyes will have a fair bit to spend in January as the takeovers are expected not to be done till March–May next year, but Kenwright has given him 10.5m on top of his 13.5m left over from the summer so he will have 24m. Which he will spend on:

M'Bami–Rennes–7.5m
N.Krancjar–Portsmouth–8m
(After being frozen out by Adams at Portsmouth)
S.Appiah–Free
V.Obina–Inter–Loan
V.Love–CSKA Moscow–8.5m
(Another 4.5m over the next 2 years)
G.Pique–Loan–Barcalona
West Ham are closing in on a take over deal. Foreign investors fronted by ex Hammers striker Tony Cottee look set to complete a takeover by December. They are very impressed with Zola and intend to give him a decent war chest in January. All sponsorship deals have been put on hold as the new owners want to put their own in place. The only hold up is Gudmunsson ensuring that the Icelandic government are unable to take the money from him.
