Due to the recent defensive frailties against Blackburn even though Vermaelen is performing really well, Arsene will make a move for a towering defender someone like Zapata, Hangeland or Sakho.Due to Song going to ACN in January we will make a move for Matuidi to bring more power and solidity moving for Vieira is a step back even though he has experience i feel he is over the hill to play in our technical team.It's fantastic to see the little Mozart Rosicky playing so well bringing that extra technical quality we have missed since Hleb.It's looking good for us with Nasri, Denilson and Walcott return to full match fitness.I just hope we don't suffer any injuries if we are in the mix for the title as i believe we have the desire to win the title.All i ask for is defensive reinforcements and hope we bring them in During the january window hopefully it will give us that extra push in the running.It's time to believe Gunners and get behind the team.

ARSENAL/ASTON VILLA to sign Agbonlahor for £20million+ Carlos Vela .
Any Celtic fan who thinks Robbie Keane is even remotely close to coming to Celtic is seriously deluded. Also any team with Caldwell / McManus in it will NOT win the SPL, both are out as far as Mowbray is concerned. There has been an approach to Sol Campbell but he is said to be hoping for an EPL offer. Josh Thomson will be in the squad for the Motherwell game and O'Dea will be back asap from his loan. Mowbray knows he is losing the initial goodwill from the fans and hence will waste no more time with the chuckle brothers at centre half. Failure to win the SPL this year against the worst Rangers team for decades will cost him his job.
I heard that Lucas is going to be offered a new contract, Rafa rates him highly and sees him and Aquilani as the future of Liverpool's midfield.
Also heard that if Mascherano was leaving then he would not be replaced with a first team player, instead it would be with a young prospect.

No posted for a while so I thought I would inform you of some new rumours I've heard.
David Silva: He is NOT going to be leaving Valencia in the January transfer window. I am a Man Utd supporter and would love to see him at the club but this is not going to happen. Expect to see him playing for Real Madrid next season.
Javier Mascherano: A lot of dispute about this, especially on this website, but this will probably just lead to more. He IS going to be leaving, but not in January. He will move to Barcelona this summer for £28 million. Rafa is reluctant to let him leave but will be forced to by the Yanks. This will then see Rafa call it quits and resign before he is sacked. He will be replaced by Harry Redknapp, Alan Curbishley or Ally McCoist.
Christian "Chucho" Benitez: Impressed SAF on the first day of the season, and so SAF has had scouts watching him. Expect Man Utd to offer £9 million in January.
Gary Cahill, Ryan Shawcross, Matthew Upson, etc: Expect a lot of bids for English centre–backs this January. Cahill will move to Man Utd for £12 million, Upson will leave for Liverpool for £8 million, Shawcross is going to Spurs for £11 million, and expect Arsenal to bid for a few but fail and turn instead to...
Neven Subotic: Being watched by scouts from a host of top Premier League clubs, but expect him to move to Arsenal for £13 million + Phillippe Senderos.
Stevan Jovetic: What a game he had aginst Liverpool! And AW and SAF would appear to agree. Expect a bidding war between both clubs but I expect Arsenal to miss out again as I think he'll join Man Utd for £16 million in January.
Jermain Defoe: Will NOT be moving in January, unless Chelsea have their transfer ban overturned. If Chelsea's ban is overturned then he will move to them for £6 million + Nicolas Anelka.
Robbie Keane: I know it sounds unlikely but expect him to move to Celtic for £10 million, if Keane and Celtic can agree a weekly wage. That is the sticking point, not the £10 million.

Celtic – alarmed by the drastic loss of form of his central defence trio, Tony Mowbray has asked for the names of ALL out of contract defenders from across Europe. He will also recall Darren O'Dea at the earliest "legal" date, he is also seriously condsidering bringing Josh Thomson into the first team fold sooner rather than later. Look out for 2 strikers signing in january to bolster a floundering attack, names mentioned DO include Robbie Keane – who has been contacted, albeit tentatively, to find out his stand. He does believe that with Zheng Zhi gaining match finess and the Korean midfielder joining in January that he is "almost" there for this season's needs. In January expect a whole new starting 11 to what currently reads. Boruc/Hinkel/Fox/McGeady and possibly Brown and Maloney or the only ones who have convinced Mowbray that they have what it takes. My opinion is that the following 11 should be good enough to win the SPl....Boruc – Hinkel/Caldwell/Loovens/Fox – McGeady/Brown/Zheng/Robson – Killen/McDonald, so adding in O'Dea/the Korean/2 strikers should be sufficient AND we have decent back up across all 11 positions (zaluska – Wilson/Caddis/Naylor/N'Guemo/Crosas/Fortune/Samaras/Maloney/McCourt/McGinnKeep the Faith, Hail Hail

Arsenal WILL sign 2 players come January and expect them to be significant signings similar to the Arshavin deal of last year. Firstly Wenger will be hoping to sign a strong midfielder that is eligible fo Champions League, this will come in the shape of Blaise Matuidi, the St Ettienne star has been scouted for a few years now and will move for 6–7m. Secondly will be a defender, Silvestre will move to France and Arsenal are still keen on offloading Senderos. Possible exchange of Senderos & 6mil for one of Subotic/Upson/Cahill. In the summer will be a move for a Goalkeeper and Maroune Chamakh.
Been speaking to a mate that is currently on the verge of breaking into Charlton 1st team and have some interesting news. I am an Arsenal fan so have no bias opinion or info regarding what i've been told. Firstly Jonjo turned down Chelsea not solely down to 1st team football appeal but he was hoping for a move to spurs who have a knack for bringing through young British players, this will go through in summer as he is helping Charltons promotion push so has agreed not to seek a move till then. Bailey has long been on clubs wishlist and spoke of his desire to one day move on to greater things but currently is enjoying his football and wearing the armband. Dickson wants to stay with Charlton and not be offloaded in any deal to bring in Simeon Jackson in January, he just wants to be given the chance and will spend his time at Bristol trying to impress Parky. Charlton will be signing a striker in the next window and names around the training ground are Tresor Kandol or Bret Pitman, also they are touted to move for Robin Shroot, a young attacking midfielder who plays for Birmingham and has gone back to the club after a loan spell at Burton Albion, one for the future and could be Shelvey replacement? Parky is very happy at the moment with his squad but will be tinkering come January, loan deals are unlikely as he likes players who are proud to wear the shirt and fight for the cause, last seasons number of loanees proved to be costly.
Manchester united manager saf has lost patience with foster and kuszak. He believes neither have the required mentality to grow into the united number 1 shirt. His replacements are out of: julio cesar, sergio asenjo or manuel neuer. Expect to see at least one arrive in January. Having seen the over reliance on giggs and scholes, moves will be made for David silva, ignacio camacho, and angel di maria. Also Gary cahill is being looked at as rio Ferdinands replacement

If West Ham lose to Stoke Gianfranco Zola will resign. By December I would of expected David Gold and David Sullivan to have taken over West Ham with Michael Tabor who will heavily invest into the club and Karen Brady to replace to villian Scott Duxbury. I also expect Gianluca Nani to be sacked. If he wants to stay Steve Clarke will be West Ham's new manager and will be given 15 – 20m to spend in January. If Steve Clarke doesn't want the job then Gold and Sullivan will draw up a list of names who they want. I would expect Roy Hodgson and Gordon Strachan to be the favourites for the job.

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez will be given 12 million plus sales to save Liverpool's title chances. In late December, Barcelona will kick off negotiations for Javier Mascherano and will settle for 33m. Sampdoria will approach Dossena's agent and will convince him to join the Italian side for 5m. That will give Rafa 60m to spend. He will first sign Goran Pandev and Luis Suarez for 5m and 14m respectively. Steven Defour will also replace Mascherano for 13m. Per Mertesacker for 16m. Iker Muniain will also join for 6m. Davide Santon will join for 6m
