Burnley are set to bid for Watford left back Tommie Hoban. Hoban is known to Dyche after spending time in the Watford youth system following his release from Arsenal.

Hoban played an integral role in Watford's promotion from the championship but was plagued by injuries last term. Hoban is expected to challenge Stephen Ward for the left back berth as the Clarets look to bolster their defensive reinforcements for next season.
